Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent household appliance control, in particular to an anti-dry heating method and device for an intelligent household appliance and the intelligent household appliance.
Background
An insulating leather sheath is wrapped outside a temperature sensor of the IH electric cooker (for increasing the electric insulation strength), and then the temperature sensor wrapped outside the insulating leather sheath is arranged inside a shell of the aluminum cap. Referring to fig. 1 in particular, the outer shell of the aluminum cap is in direct contact with the cooking utensil, the base is used for fixing the insulating leather sheath and the outer shell of the aluminum cap, and the elastic structure ensures that the temperature sensor is in full contact with the cooking utensil.
When the system is heated, the heat of the pot bottom passes through the aluminum cap shell to the insulating leather sheath and then to the temperature sensor, and the indirect temperature measurement mode has more transmission media, so that the comparison between the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the actual temperature of the cooking utensil has hysteresis, and the detected temperature is inaccurate. When the empty pot is used for dry heating, the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is not consistent with the actual temperature in the cooking utensil, so that the power output cannot be closed in time, and potential safety hazards exist.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For the understanding of the present embodiment, the following detailed description will be given of the embodiment of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
fig. 2 is a flowchart of an anti-dry heating method for an intelligent household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the method includes the steps of:
step S101, acquiring a current cooking gear selected by a user;
step S102, collecting a first temperature at the bottom of a cooking appliance after the cooking appliance is heated according to a first preset power corresponding to a current cooking gear;
here, a first temperature of the bottom of the cooking appliance may be collected by the temperature sensor, the first temperature is sent to the main controller, and the main controller performs the following steps to realize dry burning prevention detection.
Step S103, judging whether the first temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold value;
step S104, if the first temperature is smaller than a preset temperature threshold, calculating a first temperature rise rate in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and a preset interval temperature;
specifically, whether the first temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold Tx or not is judged, if so, overheat protection is started, the heating component is controlled to stop heating, and alarm information is generated to give an alarm; if the value is less than Tx, further detection is continued. The preset temperature threshold Tx is the maximum protection temperature of the cooking appliance in the cooking process, preferably 250 ℃, and is generally 230-260 ℃.
Step S105, judging whether the first temperature rise rate is greater than a first preset slope threshold value;
step S106, if the first temperature rise rate is larger than a first preset slope threshold, the first preset power is reduced to a second preset power, then the cooking utensil is continuously heated, and a second temperature at the bottom of the cooking utensil is collected;
when the first temperature rise rate is larger than a first preset slope threshold value Bmn, reducing the first preset power to a second preset power, continuing to heat the cooking utensil, and collecting a second temperature at the bottom of the cooking utensil; when the first temperature-rising rate is less than or equal to the first preset slope threshold Bmn, the step S104 is continuously executed.
Step S107, judging whether the second temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold or not, or whether a second temperature rise rate in a second temperature section is greater than a second preset slope threshold or not;
and S108, if the second temperature is greater than a preset temperature threshold value or the second temperature rise rate is greater than a second preset slope threshold value, controlling the heating part to stop heating, and generating alarm information to give an alarm.
Here, it is determined whether the second temperature is greater than Tx, or Kn +1 is greater than a second preset slope threshold Bmn + 1; if not, continuing to heat the cooking appliance by adopting the first preset power; if the temperature is larger than the preset temperature, the heating component is controlled to stop heating, and alarm information is generated to give an alarm.
Further, step S104 includes the steps of:
step S301, calculating the heated temperature according to the first temperature and a preset interval temperature;
step S302, calculating the heating time in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and the heated temperature;
step S303, calculating a first temperature rise rate in the first temperature zone according to the preset interval temperature and the heating time in the first temperature zone.
Specifically, calculating the heated temperature according to the first temperature and a preset interval temperature; and calculating the heating time in the first temperature section according to the first temperature and the heated temperature. For example, the current temperature detected when cooking is started is 25 ℃, the preset interval temperature Δ T is 10 ℃, and when the temperature is heated to 35 ℃, the main controller records the heating time Δ T1 required by the first temperature section (25 ℃ -35 ℃); when heating from 35 ℃ to 45 ℃, the main controller records the heating time delta t2 required by the second temperature section (35 ℃ -45 ℃); in this way, the delta T can be obtained according to simulation experiment data, generally 10-40 ℃, and the condition that whether the temperature rise rate exceeds the standard or not can be judged according to different temperature sections is ensured.
Calculating a first rate of temperature rise within the first temperature zone according to equation (1):
Kn=△T/△tn (1)
wherein Kn is the first temperature rise rate, DeltaT is the preset interval temperature, and Deltatn is the heating time in the first temperature section.
Further, step S107 further includes:
and if the second temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold value and the second temperature rise rate is less than or equal to the second preset slope threshold value, continuing to heat the cooking appliance by adopting the first preset power.
Further, step S103 further includes:
if the first temperature is higher than a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the heating part to stop heating, and generating alarm information to give an alarm;
the preset temperature threshold is the maximum protection temperature of the cooking appliance in the cooking process.
Furthermore, the heating component at least comprises one or more of a coil panel, a heating panel and a heating tube.
