Description

Composite compartment device with high space utilization, variant structure and use method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment with high space utilization rate, and provides a composite compartment device with high space utilization rate, a modified structure and a using method thereof.
Background
Sea urchins and abalone belong to precious seafood, contain rich proteins, water, minerals, cellulose, vitamins and other substances, have high edible value, and have good medicinal effect on preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. The growing market demand has greatly promoted the development of its industry. The conventional culture methods comprise factory culture, raft culture on the sea, bottom sowing and proliferation and the like. Compared with other cultivation methods, the industrial cultivation has the characteristics of high controllability, convenience in manual management and the like, and is increasingly paid attention. On the other hand, with the improvement of living standard, people have higher requirements on the quality of seafood. The study of scholars at home and abroad shows that the yield and the quality of sea urchins are greatly improved through the reinforced cultivation in a period of time, and the economic value can be greatly improved. The industrial culture is an important way for strengthening the culture of the precious marine products before the market because of the advantages of the industrial culture. The existing industrial aquaculture facilities are mainly upward-opening net cages sewn by plastic gauze. The net cage has a length and width of about 0.8-1.5m, a depth of 0.3-0.4m, and a surface with 2-5mm pore diameter. During the culture process, the organisms are directly placed in the net cage, and sufficient bait feeding is carried out. Some industrial culture facilities are suspension cages such as scallop cages and the like. In the culture process, daily feeding and sea urchin corpse cleaning are required to lift the suspension cage out of the water surface, and the suspension cage is put back after operation.
The current breeding facilities have the following problems:
1) the water body utilization rate is low, and the occupied area is large; independent spaces cannot be formed among all layers of the water body well, cultivated organisms with weak swimming capacity can only be cultivated in the net frame close to the water surface, and the water body in the vertical direction is difficult to utilize.
2) Although a part of suspension cages can utilize more water body space, the cultivation biomass increases. Almost no daily management can be carried out, and the anti-risk capability is not provided.
In addition, except the aquatic products field, the independent storing space of outside-in formation multilayer that other trades based on space utilization also can't be fine, and because each layer shelters from each other hardly to inside independent space operation. Such as lockers, large commercial freezers, and the like. In the traditional drawer type storage cabinet, each storage unit needs to be pulled out to a large part of space for operation, the space utilization rate is low, and the drawer type storage cabinet is not suitable for places with limited space.

The invention provides a high-space-utilization composite compartment device, a modification device of the high-space-utilization composite compartment device, a high-space-utilization three-dimensional compartment device and a using method of the high-space-utilization three-dimensional compartment device. The three designs are respectively suitable for large commercial refrigerators, shading type storage cabinets and aquaculture facilities. The composite compartment device can form an independent space in the whole space along the vertical direction, and all spaces originally shielded from each other in the vertical direction are not shielded from each other by moving the top space; sliding friction force is used for replacing gravity to do work, and labor is greatly saved. The deformation device of the composite compartment device forms an independent space in the whole space along the depth direction, and all spaces originally shielded from each other in the depth direction are not shielded from each other by moving the outermost layer space; after the spaces are arranged in a certain way, the function of increasing the space utilization rate is achieved. The three-dimensional compartment device realizes the function of sealing each internal space on the basis of the composite compartment device, can prevent organisms from escaping in the process of breeding the organisms, and has wider practicability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The invention has the advantages of
(1) Composite compartment device with high space utilization: the problem of after the compartment is established to the different layering of vertical direction, each storing space shelters from each other, can't operate is solved. And by sacrificing a small part of space, different storage areas can be divided from the longitudinal direction or the vertical direction for some facilities, the space utilization rate is increased, and the isolation placement function is realized. Only the uppermost article unit area is moved to drive the whole row of article unit areas to be moved, thereby greatly simplifying the operation. By adopting the design of separating gravity and traction force, when the top layer unit area is pulled, other layer unit areas can not always keep the uniform vertical direction with the top layer unit area. During operation, the whole column of unit areas does not need to be lifted (work is done against gravity) to check the internal conditions of the unit areas of different layers. The gravity is ingeniously saved and replaced by sliding friction force. When the friction coefficient of the joint is small, each layer of article unit area can slide and check the internal condition with small force, and the labor is greatly saved.
(2) Variant of the composite compartment device with high space utilization: the space utilization rate is improved. Only the space occupied by a row of unit area groups after being completely unfolded is sacrificed, and all the spaces can have the functions of storing objects and the like by moving all the article unit areas; in the conventional drawer-type storage structure, an additional space extending outwards is required for each unit area to be unfolded for operation. In a limited space, the design can obtain more use space. Through each layer article unit district of horizontal slip, make each unit district inside can not receive irradiant influence because of pulling out, inside has better light shading nature, has reduced the influence of illumination to its inside greatly.
(3) Three-dimensional compartment device of high space utilization: the semi-automatic opening and closing function is added on the basis of the composite compartment device with high space utilization. On the basis of the same benefits, the sealing performance of each article unit area is better. In the process of biological cultivation, the semi-automatic opening and closing structure can effectively prevent small-sized cultivated organisms from escaping, and further the application range of the device is increased.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
The main operating method of the present invention will now be described as follows:
(1) large-scale commercial refrigerator-freezer: 1) pulling the article unit areas on the top layer of the first row along the horizontal direction, and observing and taking the articles in the article unit areas of all layers after the article unit areas of the first row are expanded; 2) pulling the subsequent article unit blocks in sequence and repeating the operation.
A schematic diagram of the main body of the composite compartment device for high space utilization is shown in figure 1. Consists of an article unit area 1, a multi-layer rectangular frame 2 and a tractor 3. The article unit areas 1 are arranged in different layers of the multilayer rectangular frame 2, the article unit areas 1 are connected with the multilayer rectangular frame 2 but not fixed, and the article unit areas 1 can freely move on the multilayer rectangular frame 2 along the horizontal direction; the article unit areas 1 on the front layer and the rear layer are fixedly connected through a pulling primer 3; each article unit area 1 and the traction object 3 are combined into a row of unit area groups 5 in the depth direction, and a plurality of rows of unit area groups 5 can be placed on each multi-layer rectangular frame 2. When a plurality of rows of unit area groups 5 are placed in a multi-layer rectangular frame 2, a certain space must be reserved in each layer; after all the column unit areas 5 are placed, the range of the reserved space only needs the space occupied by the extended column unit areas. The cell blocks of the plurality of columns are arranged and combined together to make the space as much as possible utilized and to operate inside each article cell block 1 without occupying additional space in other directions. The gravity borne by the article unit areas 1 acts on the rectangular frames 2, and the multilayer rectangular frames 2 can support the total weight of all the article unit areas 1 and do not deform; the connection between the article unit area 1 and the support frame 2 includes, but is not limited to, a hanging connection, i.e. the article unit area 1 is hung on the multi-layer rectangular frame 2. The traction force can drive the unit area 1 to freely slide along the horizontal direction. The connection part of the rectangular frame 2 and the article unit area 1 and the rectangular frame 2 are made of materials with small friction coefficients, and only small friction force needs to be overcome to do work in the whole process of moving the whole row of unit area groups 5. The article unit areas 1 in different layers are fixedly connected through a pulling primer 3; the tractors 3 connected between the article unit areas 1 of each layer include, but are not limited to, a traction rope, a plastic chain, etc., and the tractors 3 can be connected at any position on any side of the article unit areas 1. The length of the pulling rod 3 can be changed at will, and the specific numerical value is according to the shielding area required by each layer of article unit area 1 in the vertical direction. The number of the pulling primers can be selected according to actual requirements. After the upper layer article unit area 1 connected with the traction agent 3 starts to move, the shape of the traction object 3 is changed within a certain distance, but traction force cannot be generated on the lower layer article unit area 1; when the pulling rod 3 does not change its shape and the previous layer of article unit area 1 moves in the same direction, the pulling rod 3 pulls the next layer of article unit area 1 to move. By pulling different distances to the top layer article unit area 1, the article unit areas 1 of different layers in a single row can be respectively operated, and the whole article unit areas are not required to be unfolded when the bottommost layer is not required to be operated, so that the relative independence of the article unit areas 1 of all layers is realized. Initially, the unit area opening 4 of the next item unit area 1 is shielded by the upper item unit area 1 in the single-row unit area 5 in the vertical direction; when the upper layer of the article unit area 1 is moved in the horizontal direction, the upper layer of the article unit area 1 may block the unit area openings 4 of the next layer of the article unit area 1 in other rows, but not block the unit area openings 4 of the next layer of the article unit area 1. And the operation is performed in the unit areas without shielding in sequence, so that the space is utilized to the maximum extent.
The invention can realize the function of classified storage of each layer when being placed in a large commercial refrigerator, and can display and classify each layer of articles in the vertical direction by pulling one layer of article unit area on the top layer. The problem of traditional commercial refrigerator-freezer middle and upper goods shelves shelter from the bottom space, are difficult to remove, only can realize increasing the independent space of individual layer and classify is solved. The invention has the advantages of simple and convenient material acquisition, low cost, simple and time-saving operation, wide application range and suitability for large-scale popularization.
(2) Shading storing cupboard: 1) pulling the outermost article unit area of the first row along the horizontal direction, and observing and taking the articles in the article unit areas of all layers after the first row of article unit areas are expanded; 2) pulling the subsequent article unit blocks in sequence and repeating the operation.
A variant of the space-efficient composite-compartment device is shown in fig. 2, which is a schematic view of the main body of the device. Initially, the previous layer of article unit area 1 in the single-row unit area 5 can block the opening 4 of the next article unit area 1 in the depth direction; after the previous layer of article unit area 1 is moved away along the horizontal direction, the previous layer of article unit area 1 does not block the unit area opening 4 of the next layer of article unit area 1 in the row, but may block the unit area opening 4 of the next layer of article unit area 1 in other rows. And the operation is performed in the unit areas without shielding in sequence, so that the space is utilized to the maximum extent.
The invention is arranged in the shading storage cabinet, thereby improving the space utilization rate. By moving each article unit area inside, the occupied space of a row of unit area groups after being completely unfolded is only needed to be sacrificed, so that each space can have the functions of storing articles and the like. Compared with the traditional drawer type storage structure in which each unit area needs extra space extending outwards when being unfolded for operation, the design can obtain more use space in a limited space. Through each layer article unit district of horizontal slip, make each unit district inside can not receive irradiant influence because of pulling out, inside has better light shading nature, has greatly reduced the inside influence of illumination to each unit district. The invention has the advantages of simple and convenient material acquisition, low cost, simple and time-saving operation, wide application range and suitability for large-scale popularization.
(3) Aquaculture facilities: 1) pulling the article unit areas on the top layer of the first row along the horizontal direction, and after the article unit areas of the first row are expanded, feeding and managing the cultured organisms in the article unit areas of each layer; 2) pulling the subsequent object unit blocks in sequence and repeating the operation; 3) pulling the last row of top article unit areas in the opposite direction to restore them; 4) pulling the subsequent article unit blocks in the opposite direction in sequence to completely recover the device; 5) the next device operation is performed.
