In describing the present invention, it is noted that the term "and/or" as used in this specification and the appended claims refers to and includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a control method for a drying process of a washing machine. Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for controlling a drying process of a washing machine in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling a drying process of a washing machine in embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the steps of:
s101: after the washing machine enters a drying and judging stage, the waterway control element is adjusted to enable the bottom of the drum of the washing machine to accumulate condensed water.
At present, two situations of common drying processes are as follows:
the first method comprises the following steps: drying and dehydrating → drying and weighing → drying and heating → drying and judging → drying and cooling → finishing;
and the second method comprises the following steps: drying and heating → drying and dewatering → drying and weighing → drying and judging → drying and cooling → ending.
Specifically, the drying and dehydrating process is to perform primary dehydration in the drying process to reduce the moisture content of the clothes and improve the efficiency.
The drying temperature rise refers to heating the clothes before the drying judgment process (stable dehumidification stage) begins, and at the moment, condensed water is not fed, so that the efficiency is improved and the energy is saved.
The drying judgment refers to that the clothes are dehumidified by utilizing condensed water, and the clothes condition is detected to judge whether the clothes are dry or not.
In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the waterway control member does not include a condensation valve.
As a specific implementation mode, the following schemes can be adopted for adjusting the waterway control element to enable the drum bottom of the washing machine to accumulate condensed water: (1) closing a drain valve to enable condensed water to be accumulated at the bottom of the drum of the washing machine; (2) opening a flushing valve to enable condensed water to be accumulated at the bottom of a drum of the washing machine; (3) and simultaneously closing the drain valve and opening the flushing valve to enable condensed water to be accumulated at the bottom of the drum of the clothes machine.
In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the drain valve functions to drain water in the washing machine; the function of the flushing valve is used for flushing the condensation air duct. Specifically, the condensation air duct has a condensation function, but can be blocked by the flocks, and the use needs to open the flushing valve to flush the flocks.
S102: after adjusting the waterway control element for a preset first time period, respectively acquiring a first temperature G1 at the bottom of the drum and a second temperature G2 at the inside of the drum.
Specifically, a first temperature of the bottom of the roller is obtained through a water and electricity heating temperature sensing bulb which is arranged near water and electricity heating and at the bottommost part of the roller; and acquiring a second temperature inside the roller through a temperature sensing bulb inside the roller.
Specifically, the first time period may be determined according to a time that condensed water accumulated at the bottom of the drum of the washing machine after the waterway control element is adjusted does not flow into the inner drum and does not flow into the electric heating bulb. In the example, taking a clean series/smart platinum series 10kg washing and drying machine as an example, the flow rate of a condensing valve is 0.35L/min, the outer cylinder starts to feed water, and when the liquid level just contacts the inner cylinder, 2.7L of water needs to be fed; when the liquid level just does not cover the water electric heating temperature sensing bulb, 0.25L of water needs to be fed; the time corresponding to 0.25L-2.7L is about 42S-460S, the first time period is generally about 10S-400S in consideration of the model and volume, and preferably, the first time period may be about 10S-60S.
And S103, calculating a first difference value between the first temperature G1 and the second temperature G2, judging that condensed water enters the roller when the first difference value is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, and reversely adjusting the water path control element.
This is because the first temperature G1 at the bottom of the drum and the second temperature G2 at the inside of the drum are close to or equal when the washing and drying machine is operated to the drying judging stage. Under the condition that condensed water exists, the condensed water can be accumulated at the bottom of the roller and does not pass through the water inductance temperature bulb after the drain valve is closed, so that the temperature of the water and electricity temperature bulb is reduced; and open the flushometer and directly drench on the water and electricity temperature sensing package of cylinder bottom behind the comdenstion water that can make, consequently close the drain valve and/or open the flushometer and all can make the temperature reduction of cylinder bottom water and electricity temperature sensing package, simultaneously because the amount of wind is stable, the rotary drum is fast low, the clothing state is stable, dehumidification efficiency and vapor's production has reached stable state, so close the drain valve and/or open the temperature that the flushometer all can not make the inside temperature sensing package of cylinder and great fluctuation appears. Under the condition that does not have the comdenstion water, because do not have the comdenstion water, so close the drain valve and/or open the temperature that the flush valve does not all can not make drum bottom water electricity temperature sensing package and reduce, consequently close the temperature of water electricity temperature sensing package around the drain valve through the comparison drum bottom and just can judge whether there is the comdenstion water.
It should be noted that, when the scheme of closing the drain valve is adopted, although the temperature of the condensed water is already raised when the condensed water flows through the condensing air duct (the condensing air duct is outside the drum), the temperature of the condensed water after flowing through the condensing air duct is still lower than the temperature of the damp and hot air, that is, the temperature of the inside of the drum, although the damp and hot air is in the condensing air duct and the moisture is very large.
Similarly, because the flow of flushometer is bigger, the moist hot-air of condensation wind channel the inside can be ignored to the heating of its flushometer outflow water, and the cooling of water and electricity heating temperature sensing package is faster, and the range is bigger. Through the scheme, the phenomenon that the water faucet is not opened and the water temperature is too high can be judged, drying is not influenced, the damage condition of the condensation valve can not be judged, and the reliability of the water valve with small flow is still good.
It should be noted that the water inlet of the flush valve is generally located at the top end of the condensation air duct and near the water inlet of the condensation valve, and after drying is completed, other modes are generally operated, such as rinsing, and the condensation air duct is flushed by opening when water enters, so that lint accumulation is prevented. The flow rate of the flushing valve is relatively large, generally above 5L/min, and mostly 7-10L/min. The flow rate of the condensing valve is much smaller, and is generally below 0.5L/min.
Specifically, the first threshold value is a positive value.
As another specific implementation, when the first difference is smaller than the first threshold, drying, warming and drying dehydration are performed after the waterway control element is reversely adjusted; after the drying temperature rise and the drying dehydration are carried out, the waterway control element is adjusted, and a third temperature at the bottom of the roller and a fourth temperature in the roller are obtained after a second time period preset by the waterway control element is adjusted; calculating a second difference between the third temperature and the fourth temperature; when the second difference is larger than or equal to the first threshold value, judging that condensed water enters the roller, and reversely adjusting the waterway control element; and when the second difference is smaller than the first threshold value, judging that the condensed water does not enter the drum, and sending a prompt message of the fault operation of the washing machine. The secondary judgment is to prevent misjudgment, the temperature detection of the temperature sensing bulb has errors, the third detection is not carried out because the drying efficiency is influenced during each detection, the detection times are increased, the time is increased, and the experience is influenced.
For example, the second time period is the same as the first time period.
Further, after the reverse adjustment of the waterway control element, the method further comprises: acquiring a laundry load amount in the washing machine; when the clothes load is greater than or equal to a preset second threshold value, when the drying judgment operation reaches a preset third time length (for example, greater than or equal to half of the total drying program time length), adjusting the waterway control element; respectively acquiring a fifth temperature at the bottom of the drum of the washing machine and a sixth temperature inside the drum after adjusting a third time period preset by the waterway control element; calculating a third difference between the fifth temperature and the sixth temperature; when the third difference value is larger than or equal to a preset third threshold value, judging that condensed water enters the roller, and performing reverse adjustment on the waterway control element; and when the third difference value is smaller than the third threshold value, judging that the condensed water does not enter the drum, and sending a prompt message of the fault operation of the washing machine. This is because, since the multi-load (laundry) drying time period may be relatively long, and there may be a possibility that water is stopped halfway in the operation, whether to detect again is determined according to the expected operation time period, such as: assuming that 10kg of clothes is expected to run for 5 hours, a judgment is made again in the middle of the run. Assuming that 3kg is expected to run for 1h, no further testing is performed. The embodiment of the invention carries out detection once in the midway, so as to prevent water from being stopped in the midway or other accidents. For example, the second threshold may be half of the drying rated capacity.
Illustratively, the third time period is the same as the first time period.
Specifically, the third threshold is a positive value and is greater than the first threshold. The third threshold value is different from the first threshold value in consideration of the inaccurate weighing condition, and if the laundry is close to dry in the past half time, the temperature of the bottom of the drum is reduced, but the temperature of the inside of the drum is not changed or is increased even in the normal state. That is, the temperature in the drum is either constant or increases as the laundry approaches dryness or has already dried. The water and electricity heating temperature sensing bulb normally has temperature drop because the dehumidifying capacity of condensed water is larger than the generation of water vapor.
As a further embodiment, before adjusting the waterway control element to enable the washing machine drum bottom to accumulate condensed water, the method further comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring a seventh temperature at the bottom of the roller and an eighth temperature inside the roller after drying, heating or drying and dewatering; and calculating a fourth difference value between the seventh temperature and the eighth temperature, and judging that the washing machine enters a drying and judging stage when the fourth difference value belongs to a preset first interval range (for example, +/-5 ℃, preferably +/-3 ℃).
Further, when the fourth difference value does not belong to the preset first interval range, continuing to perform drying and heating and drying and dehydrating, and respectively acquiring a ninth temperature at the bottom of the roller and a tenth temperature inside the roller after continuing to perform drying and heating and drying and dehydrating; calculating a fifth difference value between the ninth temperature and the tenth temperature, and judging that the washing machine enters a drying and judging stage when the fifth difference value belongs to the first interval range; and when the fifth difference value does not belong to the first interval range, drying and judging, drying and cooling are carried out until the operation of the washing machine is finished.
In order to explain the drying control method of the washing machine according to embodiment 1 of the present invention in detail, the following two examples are given. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a drying control method of a washing machine in example 1 of embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the drying control method of the washing machine in example 1 of embodiment 1 of the present invention includes the steps of:
selecting a drying program and running → sequentially entering the processes of drying, dehydrating, drying, heating and the like, detecting G1 and G2 numerical values, wherein the temperature in the outer cylinder is relatively uniform through the processes of dehydrating, heating and the like, and the detected temperatures of the two temperature sensing bags are consistent or close to each other. → first contrast whether the temperatures of the two bulbs are consistent or close. The possibility that the temperatures are inconsistent is large under the normal condition that dehydration is carried out firstly and then temperature rise is carried out secondly, the maximum temperature is 3 ℃ according to the test data of a plurality of current models, but the temperature rise is carried out before dehydration, the temperature difference is basically zero, because the electric heating is not started during dehydration, and meanwhile, the gas in the drum flows when the drum rotates. → entry into option branch 1 is not satisfied and branch 2 is satisfied.
Branch 1: and (5) carrying out low-speed dehydration, drying and temperature rise, and carrying out temperature judgment once again. This is mainly to prevent the inaccurate value of G2 caused by the wrong reading of bulb or the short heating time of very little load, the blockage of the water outlet, etc. If the condition is satisfied, the process returns to the beginning of the branch 2, and the next process is continued. If not, the condensed water fault detection is not carried out, and the drying process is continuously operated until the operation is finished or other faults are reported.
Branch 2: the drain valve is closed, but does not close the comdenstion water, if there is the comdenstion water, the comdenstion water can accumulate this moment and make the cooling of water temperature sensing package in the cylinder bottom, though the comdenstion water flows through the condensation wind channel and has risen temperature, but because of the air that is damp and hot in the condensation wind channel the inside, and the moisture is very big, so after the comdenstion water flows through, the temperature of comdenstion water can rise, but still the temperature of the damp and hot air of low pressure, be less than a section of thick bamboo internal temperature promptly. And → judging that condensed water exists, continuing to operate and dry until half of the set drying time, and detecting the condensed water again. If no condensed water exists, the detection is carried out again to prevent misjudgment. After the situation is determined not to exist, the display panel reports the condensed water fault, namely, no condensed water exists, or the temperature of the condensed water is too high (in the case that a water tap of the washing machine is connected to the hot water end of the water heater), but the operation is still finished continuously in consideration of the user experience.
In fig. 2, G1 represents the temperature of the water-electric heating bulb, G2 represents the temperature of the cylinder bulb, and both G1 and G2 values are average values in time T in consideration of the possibility of inaccurate and fluctuating data monitoring. T is generally within 10-60 s, and the specific time is determined according to the practical conditions such as the flow rate of the condensing valve. The threshold value a is generally less than 5, around 3, depending on the weight of the laundry, in relation to the volume of the drum and the warming-up time. The threshold B is positive, i.e. the temperature of G1 must drop. The difference between the threshold C and the threshold B is to take account of the inaccurate weighing condition, and if the clothes are close to dry after half the time, the temperature of G1 will be reduced even if the clothes are in a normal state, but the temperature of G2 will not be changed or increased, and the general threshold C is larger than the threshold B.
