Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects, and effects of the present application, specific embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides an alarm system and an alarm method corresponding to the alarm system. The alarm system or alarm method in various embodiments may analyze the alarm condition of the monitoring device to determine whether the alarm condition (relative to the target subject) setting of the monitoring device is reasonable. When the alarm condition is unreasonable, the medical staff can be reminded to modify the monitoring equipment so as to reduce the probability of the monitoring equipment generating meaningless alarm and improve the sensitivity of the medical staff to the alarm information.
As shown in fig. 1, embodiments of the present application provide an alarm system 10 a. The alarm system 10a includes a main control circuit 11. The master control circuit 11 includes a processor 12 and a memory 13. The processor 12 may obtain a parameter measurement (obtained by the parameter measurement circuit 21 from the target object) and an alarm condition for which the monitoring device 20 currently corresponds. The processor 12 may obtain the parameter measurement result obtained by the parameter measurement circuit 21 from the target object, and the obtaining manner may be directly obtained from the parameter measurement circuit 21, or may be obtained from the parameter measurement circuit 21 by other devices, circuits, components, connections, and the like, and the obtaining manner is not particularly limited. It should be understood that the alarm condition includes an alarm threshold; for example, when the parameter measurement of the target object exceeds the alarm threshold, the monitoring device 20 will alarm accordingly. And corresponding alarm conditions are correspondingly different according to different types of the obtained parameter measurement results (or parameters). The processor 12 may also obtain alarm information generated by the monitoring device 20 when the parameter measurement result satisfies the alarm condition, in response to the alarm information generated by the monitoring device 20.
And the memory 13 may store the parameter measurement results, and store the acquired alarm condition and alarm information corresponding to the alarm condition. In some embodiments, the monitoring device 20 instructs the corresponding alarm 23 to issue an alarm signal based on an alarm message generated when the parameter measurement satisfies an alarm condition (e.g., exceeds an alarm threshold). The medical staff can carry out relevant operations according to the alarm signal. To increase the warning of the alarm 23 for the convenience of the medical personnel, the alarm 23 may include an audible and visual alarm 23.
It should be understood that in the monitoring device 20, it may comprise a parameter measurement circuit 21. The parameter measuring circuit 21 at least comprises a parameter measuring circuit corresponding to a parameter, the parameter measuring circuit 21 at least comprises at least one parameter measuring circuit of an electrocardiosignal parameter measuring circuit, a respiration parameter measuring circuit, a body temperature parameter measuring circuit, a blood oxygen parameter measuring circuit, a non-invasive blood pressure parameter measuring circuit, an invasive blood pressure parameter measuring circuit and the like, and each parameter measuring circuit is respectively connected with an externally inserted sensor attachment 22 through a corresponding sensor interface. The sensor accessory 22 comprises a detection accessory for detecting a corresponding parameter of the target object.
It should be appreciated that the parameter measurement circuit 21 of the monitoring device 20 can be used in conjunction with the sensor accessory 22 to obtain acquired parameter measurements. In addition, the parameter measuring circuit 21 may include at least two or more kinds of physiological parameter measuring circuits; the parameter measurement circuit 21 may include, but is not limited to, a parameter measurement circuit (module), a human body parameter measurement circuit (module) or a sensor to acquire a human body parameter, and the like.
The parameter measurement circuit 21 obtains a sampling signal related to the target object obtained by the sensor attachment 22 through the expansion interface, and obtains a parameter measurement result after processing, thereby alarming and/or displaying according to the parameter measurement result and a corresponding alarm condition. The expansion interface can also be used for outputting a control signal, which is output by the main control circuit 11 and is related to how to acquire the parameters, to the detection accessory of the external parameters through the corresponding interface, so as to realize monitoring and control of the parameters of the target object.
The type of parameter measurement or parameter in various embodiments may include at least one of cardiac electrical respiration, blood oxygen, blood pressure, body temperature, and heart rate, corresponding to the configuration of the monitoring device 20. In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the embodiments of the present application are mainly illustrated by using a parameter measurement result of a heart rate value, but not limited thereto.
On a per-alarm basis, the monitoring device 20 generates alarm information accordingly, which may include: alarm time (e.g. 20xx year xx month xx day xx, xx year xx month xx day xx minute xx seconds), alarm duration (e.g. 10s) and alarm type (which can be understood as the type of parameter/parameter measurement, e.g. heart rate value), etc. The display mode of the alarm information can comprise a display mode and/or a sound mode.
In some embodiments, based on the alarm information generated by the monitoring device 20, the memory 13 of the alarm system 10a may store alarm conditions and alarm information in categories based on the parameter measurements. Such as: storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the heart rate value in the same area, storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the blood oxygen value in other areas and the like. Thereby facilitating subsequent reprocessing of the parameter measurements to determine whether adjustments to the alarm conditions of the monitoring device 20 are required.
Taking the obtained parameter measurement as an example of a heart rate value, the alarm condition corresponding to the heart rate value may refer to a heart rate threshold. I.e. when the acquired heart rate value exceeds the heart rate threshold, the monitoring device 20 issues an instruction to control the alarm 23 to alarm. A certain fluctuation range exists due to the heart rate value of the target object; thus, the heart rate threshold may be an upper heart rate threshold above which the monitoring device 20 may determine that the heart rate value of the target subject is too high and control the alarm 23 to alarm when the parameter measurement is above. Alternatively, the heart rate threshold may be a lower heart rate threshold, and when the parameter measurement result is smaller than the lower heart rate threshold, the monitoring device 20 may determine that the heart rate value of the target subject is too low, and control the alarm 23 to alarm.
However, the monitoring device 20 generally uses the same set of heart rate thresholds (including the upper threshold and/or the lower threshold), which are prone to be unadapted according to the age, sex, and weight of the target subject. For example, the monitoring device 20 in general is easy to trigger the monitoring device 20 to alarm when monitoring some target subjects with normal heart rate values; however, these alarms do not account for anomalies in the target objects. Therefore, the sensitivity of the medical staff to the alarm is easily reduced, and the normal work of the medical staff and the normal life of the target object are easily influenced.
In contrast, in the alarm system 10a provided in the embodiment of the present application, the processor 12 may analyze the parameter measurement result of the monitoring device 20 and the corresponding alarm condition to obtain an alarm condition rationality analysis result; the alarm condition rationality analysis result includes information on the rationality of the current alarm condition. After the alarm condition rationality analysis result and the corresponding alarm condition are presented, the medical staff can adjust the monitoring equipment according to the alarm condition rationality analysis result so as to modify the relevant parameters of the monitoring equipment; alternatively, the medical personnel again confirm that the alarm condition is set properly without modifying the relevant parameters of the monitoring device.
In some embodiments, the alarm system 10a may include a display 14, and the display 14 may display the parameter measurements and corresponding alarm condition plausibility analysis results for review by a healthcare worker and associated action. In other embodiments, the display 14 may also display alarm conditions and other data related to the target object.
It should be appreciated that in some embodiments, when the processor 12 determines that the current alarm condition is rational, the alarm condition rationality analysis may not be output; based on this, the medical staff only needs to respond to unreasonable alarm conditions and make relevant adjustments to the monitoring device. In order to reduce the possible misjudgment of the processor 12 on data such as alarm conditions, alarm information and the like, the rationality analysis results of the alarm conditions can be called by medical staff when the medical staff need to check the results.
It should be appreciated that the relevant adjustments to the monitoring device 20, including but not limited to adjustments to alarm conditions, may also include other operations that may result in reducing the interference of unreasonable alarm conditions and their associated data (e.g., parameter measurements or alarm information) with the healthcare worker. Such as: reducing the alarm level of the alarm condition, changing the alarm mode of the alarm condition, or storing the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the alarm condition in a grading way, etc.
In some embodiments, the hierarchical storage of parameter measurements and/or alarm information by processor 12 is based on a type of operation performed based on the rationality analysis. Taking a heart rate value and a blood oxygen saturation level as examples, when the rationality analysis result of the heart rate value is reasonable, that is, the alarm condition of the heart rate value is reasonable, correspondingly, the alarm system 10a normally stores the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the heart rate value. When the reasonability analysis result of the blood oxygen saturation is unreasonable, namely the alarm condition of the blood oxygen saturation is unreasonable, correspondingly, the alarm system 10a stores relevant data (such as parameter measurement result or alarm information) of the blood oxygen saturation in a grading way; the hierarchical storage may store the parameter measurement result of blood oxygen saturation and the alarm information in other areas, in analogy with the classification storage in other embodiments.
Since the alarm system 10a determines that the setting of the alarm condition of the blood oxygen saturation is not reasonable; that is, to some extent, the alarm system 10a may determine that the obtained parameter measurement and alarm information do not reflect the actual physical state of the target subject. Thus, the hierarchical storage may enable parametric measurements (of blood oxygen saturation) and alarm information not to be presented directly on the display 14, but to be invoked only when a healthcare worker or target object needs to view it. In contrast, the parameter measurement and alarm information of the heart rate value can be directly presented on the display 14 for the medical staff or the target object to view in time. Thereby increasing the sensitivity of the healthcare worker to relevant data (e.g., parametric measurements or alarm information) presented by the display 14 without being easily disturbed by unreasonable data.
Corresponding to the above-described embodiments of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level, when the result of the rationality analysis of the heart rate value is reasonable and the result of the rationality analysis of the blood oxygen saturation level is unreasonable, the alarm system 10a may not only store the data (such as parameter measurement result or alarm information) related to the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level in a graded manner, but also change the sensitivity of the medical staff to the data related to the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level by changing the alarm manner and/or the alarm level of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level.
For example, the original alarm modes of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation are both sound and light alarms. After the rationality analysis results of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation are obtained by the processor 12 of the alarm system 10a, the alarm mode corresponding to the heart rate value can be kept unchanged, and the alarm mode corresponding to the blood oxygen saturation can be changed correspondingly. The changes may include, but are not limited to: the original sound-light alarm is adjusted into sound alarm or light alarm, or the decibel of the sound alarm in the original sound-light alarm is reduced, or the light intensity of the light alarm in the original sound-light alarm is reduced. It should be understood that the alarm mode of the changed blood oxygen saturation level is not easy to be sensed by the medical staff, and the medical staff can have more time and energy to pay attention to the parameter measurement result (such as heart rate value) and the corresponding alarm information with reasonable alarm condition setting.
In addition, alarm system 10a may also adjust the alarm levels for heart rate values and blood oxygen saturation. Such as: the alarm levels of the monitoring device 20 (decreasing by importance) may, in turn, include: class I, class II, and class III. The original heart rate values and the alarm levels of blood oxygen saturation were both class II. Based on the rationality analysis of the heart rate values and the blood oxygen saturation, the alarm level of the heart rate values can be maintained at level II or adjusted to level I, while the alarm level of the blood oxygen saturation can be adjusted to level III.
In other embodiments, processor 12 of alarm system 10a may also derive an alarm condition plausibility analysis by analyzing the alarm information and corresponding alarm conditions. It should be understood that the alarm condition rationality analysis result can be obtained by analyzing the parameter measurement result or the alarm information. The two types of analysis do not conflict in manner; in some embodiments, the parameter measurement result and the alarm information may also be analyzed to obtain a corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result, which will be further described below.
In some embodiments, the monitoring device 20 obtains multiple parameter measurements of the target subject over a period of time (based on the same parameter). Taking the heart rate value as an example, the parameter measurement results may fluctuate within the interval range of the lower threshold value and the upper threshold value of the heart rate, in which case the monitoring device 20 is not triggered to alarm. When the parameter measurement results have values higher than the upper threshold value or lower than the lower threshold value, the monitoring device 20 will alarm and generate an alarm message. Correspondingly, the processor 12 of the alarm system 10a may obtain and count the measurement results of the parameters during the period of time to obtain the preset interval range. It should be understood that the predetermined interval range may be a statistical analysis of the plurality of parameter measurements, and the processor 12 analyzes the alarm condition in combination with the predetermined interval range to obtain the alarm condition plausibility analysis result.
In some embodiments, the processor 12 may obtain the preset interval range based on the parameter measurement result by counting and processing the parameter measurement result. When the alarm threshold of the alarm condition is within the preset interval range, the processor 12 determines that the setting of the alarm condition is unreasonable, and obtains an alarm condition rationality analysis result corresponding to the alarm condition. After the results of the rational analysis of the alarm condition are presented on the display 14, the healthcare worker may perform relevant operations via the display 14, including but not limited to modifying the alarm condition, determining the alarm condition or confirming relevant information of the target object, and the like.
For example, processor 12 may obtain the mean and standard deviation of the parameter measurements by performing statistics and analysis on the parameter measurements taken over a period of time. Based on the average value and the standard deviation, the preset interval range refers to an interval range determined by at least one of [ average value + standard deviation ] or [ average value-standard deviation ]; the end points of the preset interval range are at least one of [ mean + standard deviation ] or [ mean-standard deviation ], respectively. When the alarm threshold of the alarm condition is within the range of the average value +/-standard deviation or the endpoint value of the preset interval range exceeds the alarm threshold, a part of the parameter measurement results obtained by the monitoring device 20 from the target object exceeds the alarm threshold; that is, when the target subject is monitored by the monitoring device 20 having the alarm condition, the monitoring device 20 controls the alarm 23 to alarm relatively frequently, which results in frequent ambulation and examination by the medical staff according to the alarm, and reduces the sensitivity of the medical staff to the alarm. However, such alarms are not issued because the target subject is physically ill, but because the alarm conditions of the monitoring apparatus 20 are not adjusted on a targeted basis.
In some embodiments, if the parameter measurement is heart rate, the alarm condition is that the heart rate exceeds 120, and if the average value of the patient heart rates is 125 and the standard deviation is 3, one of the end points of the preset interval range is [125-3], then the monitoring device 20 will control the alarm 23 to alarm relatively frequently when the target object is monitored by the monitoring device 20 having the heart rate exceeding 120 as the alarm condition. In other embodiments, if the parameter measurement result is blood oxygen saturation, the alarm condition is that the blood oxygen saturation is less than 95, if the average value of the patient's blood oxygen saturation is 92, the standard deviation is 2, and one of the end points of the preset interval range is [92+2], the monitoring device 20 controls the alarm 23 to alarm relatively frequently when the monitoring device 20 having the blood oxygen saturation of less than 95 as the alarm condition monitors the target object. Therefore, based on the above exemplary embodiments, the analysis result of the alarm condition in the embodiments of the present application may give an unreasonable prompt (setting of the alarm condition), so that the unreasonable alarm condition of the monitoring device 20 may be recognized by the medical staff and the reasonable alarm condition can be reset according to the condition of the current target object.
Based on the above problems of the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20, the alarm system 10a provided in the embodiment of the present application may generate the rationality analysis result of the corresponding alarm condition by the processor 12 when the alarm threshold is within the preset interval range or the endpoint value of the preset interval range exceeds the alarm threshold, and notify the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition in time. For example, if the current mean value of blood oxygen saturation is 97, the standard deviation is 3, and the threshold value of blood oxygen saturation is 95, the alarm threshold value of "blood oxygen saturation is considered to be unreasonable, the processor 12 generates the rationality analysis result of the corresponding alarm condition, and notifies the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition in time. Therefore, the alarm threshold value can be adjusted on the basis of each target object according to the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20, so that the adjusted monitoring device 20 is not easy to generate invalid alarm; the target object is effectively monitored, and meanwhile, the back-and-forth walking frequency of medical staff is reduced and the monitoring efficiency is improved.
In other embodiments, in addition to statistically analyzing the parameter measurements, the processor 12 may also count alarms associated with the monitoring device 20 (based on the same parameter) over a period of time, from which the number of alarms is derived. Taking a heart rate value as an example, the monitoring device 20 obtains a heart rate value of the target subject. Over an hour, ten of the plurality of heart rate values measured from the target subject are above the upper heart rate threshold. In response to the ten heart rate values, the monitoring device 20 alarms ten times and generates ten alarm messages. Based on the ten alarms, the medical staff needs to look back and forth at the content of the ten alarms and determine whether the body of the target object is abnormal.
However, as analyzed in the above paragraph, frequent alarms are more due to an unreasonable setting of alarm conditions by the monitoring device 20. In this regard, when the number of alarms (e.g., ten times) of the monitoring device 20 within an hour is greater than the threshold number of alarms (e.g., three times), the processor 12 obtains the rationality analysis result of the corresponding alarm condition and displays the rationality analysis result of the alarm condition through the display 14, thereby notifying the medical staff to adjust the alarm condition with an unreasonable setting. It should be understood that the alarm number threshold may be stored in memory 13 and recalled or modified by processor 12.
In other embodiments, the alarm 23 of the monitoring device 20 may also be used to notify the medical personnel to view the results of the alarm condition plausibility analysis.
In other embodiments, to reduce the possibility of the alarm system 10a misjudging the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20, the processor 12 may obtain the corresponding preset interval range and the number of alarms by analyzing the parameter measurement result and the alarm information over a period of time. Based on the preset interval range and the number of alarms, the processor 12 determines whether the alarm condition is reasonable. For example, when the alarm threshold of the alarm condition is within the preset range and the alarm frequency based on the alarm condition exceeds the alarm frequency threshold, the processor 12 obtains the rationality analysis result of the corresponding alarm condition and timely notifies the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition. For example, if the number of times of occurrence of the "double-law" alarm exceeds 20 times in one hour and is greater than the alarm number threshold (for example, three times), and the number of ventricular premature beats exceeds 10 in one minute, and the "double-law" alarm condition is set to 3 pairs of normal and ventricular heart beats, the setting of the "double-law" alarm condition is considered to be unreasonable, and the processor 12 obtains the rationality analysis result of the corresponding alarm condition and timely notifies medical care personnel to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition.
To facilitate adjustment or confirmation of the alarm condition by the healthcare worker, the display 14 may be of the type of touch-sensitive display, which may be a Liquid Crystal (LC) display or a light emitting diode (OLED) display; alternatively, the display 14 may be configured with associated physical keys for the healthcare worker to perform the associated operations, and the present application is not limited thereto.
The display 14 may adjust or confirm the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20 in response to the associated input operation. It should be appreciated that the adjustment may be to adjust the alarm threshold for the current alarm condition; alternatively, the type of alarm condition of the monitoring device 20 may be adjusted, and correspondingly, the type of parameter measurement obtained by the monitoring device 20 may be changed accordingly. Storage may be accomplished by memory 13 of alarm system 10a after adjustment or confirmation of the alarm condition.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition in time, the display 14 may pop up the alarm condition adjustment interface or display the alarm condition rationality analysis result in other ways after receiving the alarm condition rationality analysis result. For example, when the medical staff passes by the display 14, the alarm condition adjustment interface can directly determine that the alarm condition displayed by the interface needs to be adjusted or confirmed.
It should be appreciated that the alarm condition display interface may display at least the following: the type of the parameter measurement result and the alarm condition rationality analysis result. Therefore, based on the content displayed on the alarm condition display interface, the medical staff can quickly judge whether the setting of the current alarm condition is reasonable or not so as to adjust or confirm. In other embodiments, the alarm condition display interface may also display information about the target subject's relevant physical characteristics (e.g., height, weight, age, sex, or past medical history, etc.). In some embodiments, the alarm condition display interface may further display device setting information and analysis results such as corresponding alarm conditions, decision reasons of alarm condition rationality analysis results, and the like, for example, the alarm threshold is located in a preset interval range, and the alarm frequency exceeds the alarm frequency threshold.
In some embodiments, when the display 14 is a touch-sensitive display, the corresponding alarm condition display interface may include at least one of a reset key, a parameter key, and a confirmation key. It should be understood that the reset key, the parameter key and the confirm key are all virtual keys, which can be analogous to the virtual navigation keys of a touch mobile phone.
The parameter keys are used for operation by a healthcare worker to adjust the type of parameter measurement and/or alarm condition of the monitoring device 20. The reset key is operable by a healthcare worker to reset a parameter of the monitoring device 20. The resetting may refer to resetting an alarm threshold for the alarm condition; or reset the alarm condition and the type of parameter measurement. The confirmation key is operable by a healthcare worker to confirm adjustment of the alarm condition of the monitoring device 20; alternatively, the medical personnel may confirm that the alarm condition of the current monitoring device 20 is properly set without adjusting the alarm condition.
In other embodiments, the reset key, the parameter key, and the confirm key may be physical keys of the entity when the display 14 is a non-touch display. It should be understood that the physical keys may implement the same functions as the virtual keys in the above embodiments.
It should be understood that the alarm system may also include some necessary or unnecessary structure. Referring to fig. 2, another alarm system 10b is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. The alarm system 10b is substantially the same as the alarm system 10a, except that the main control circuit 11 of the alarm system 10b may further include a power manager 15 and a power distributor 16 in addition to the processor 12 and the memory 13, where the power manager 15 may be used to control the power on/off of the alarm system 10b, the power-on timing and the battery charging/discharging of each power domain inside the board, and the like. The power distributor 16 refers to a device that associates a schematic diagram of a power circuit unit frequently called repeatedly with a PCB layout and solidifies into a single power device, that is, converts an input voltage into an output voltage through a predetermined circuit, wherein the input voltage and the output voltage are different. For example, a voltage of 15V is converted into 1.8V, 3.3V, 3.8V, or the like.
Referring to fig. 3, an alarm system 10c is further provided in the present embodiment, and the alarm system 10c can be implemented with functions similar to the alarm systems (10a, 10b) in the above embodiments, so that medical staff can adjust or confirm the alarm condition of the monitoring device, so that the monitoring device can adjust the alarm condition thereof according to the physical differences of the target subjects.
In some embodiments, the alarm system 10c may include at least: the alarm condition and alarm information acquisition device comprises a parameter acquisition device 110, a processing device 120, an alarm condition and alarm information acquisition device 130, an alarm condition analysis device 140 and an alarm setting device 150. The parameter acquiring device 110 can be used to acquire the parameter measurement result of the target object on the monitoring device. When the parameter measurement result satisfies the alarm condition, an alarm message is generated by the processing device 120. It should be understood that, unlike the alarm system 10c of the above embodiments, the alarm system 10c of this and the following embodiments may incorporate some or all of the functionality of the monitoring device. For example, the parameter acquiring device 110 and the processing device 120 may integrate an alarm function of the monitoring device.
The alarm condition and alarm information acquiring device 130 may be used to acquire an alarm condition of the current monitoring device and acquire alarm information generated when the parameter measurement result satisfies the alarm condition. It should be understood that the alarm condition may include an alarm threshold; for example, when the parameter measurement result of the target object exceeds the alarm threshold, the monitoring device alarms accordingly. And corresponding alarm conditions are correspondingly different according to different types of the obtained parameter measurement results (or parameters).
The alarm condition analysis means 140 may obtain an alarm condition rationality analysis result by analyzing the alarm condition and the parameter measurement result; alternatively, the alarm condition analysis means 140 may obtain the alarm condition plausibility analysis result by analyzing the alarm information and/or the alarm condition. The alarm condition rationality analysis result includes information on the rationality of the alarm condition of the current monitoring device. After the alarm condition rationality analysis result and the corresponding alarm condition are presented, the medical staff can adjust the monitoring equipment according to the alarm condition rationality analysis result and/or the rational degree information so as to modify the relevant parameters of the monitoring equipment. In other embodiments, the medical personnel can reconfirm the alarm condition based on the analysis result and/or the reasonable degree information without modifying the relevant parameters of the monitoring device.
It should be understood that when the alarm condition analysis means 140 determines that the current alarm condition is reasonable, the alarm condition rationality analysis result may not be output. Based on this, the medical staff only needs to respond to unreasonable alarm conditions and make relevant adjustments to the monitoring device. In order to reduce the possible misjudgment of the alarm condition analysis device 140 on the data such as the alarm condition and the alarm information, the rationality analysis results of the alarm condition may be stored in the alarm condition and alarm information acquisition device 130 and called by the medical staff when the analysis results need to be checked.
The alarm setting device 150 can be used to output the parameter measurement result of the current monitoring device and the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result, so that the medical staff can adjust the monitoring device according to the alarm condition rationality analysis result.
It should be understood that, similar to the processor 12 of the alarm system 10a shown in the above embodiments, the alarm setting device 150 may also implement reducing the alarm level of the alarm condition, changing the alarm mode of the alarm condition, or storing the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the alarm condition separately, and so on, which will not be described herein again.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the alarm condition and alarm information obtaining apparatus 130 may include at least: an alarm acquisition unit 131, an alarm condition acquisition unit 132, and an alarm storage unit 133. The alarm acquisition unit 131 may be used to acquire alarm information. The alarm information may be obtained by the processing device 120, or may be obtained by the monitoring device, without limitation. The alarm condition acquisition unit 132 may be used to acquire an alarm condition of the monitoring device. The alarm storage unit 133 may be configured to store the acquired alarm condition and the alarm information corresponding to the acquired alarm condition; it should be understood that the alarm storage unit 133 may also store alarm condition rationality results generated by the alarm condition analysis means 140.
In some embodiments, the alarm storage unit 133 is further configured to store alarm conditions and alarm information in a classified manner according to the parameter measurement result. Such as: storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the heart rate value in the same area, storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the blood oxygen value in other areas and the like. Thereby facilitating the alarm condition analysis means 140 to invoke and reprocess the parameter measurements to determine whether an adjustment to the alarm condition of the monitoring device is required.
It should be appreciated that, in analogy to the upper and lower heart rate thresholds in the above described embodiments, the corresponding alarm conditions may differ even if the type of parameter measurements obtained is the same. Thus, the alarm storage unit 133 can further store the parameter measurement result and the alarm information in a classified manner according to the alarm condition and the alarm threshold.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the alarm condition analysis device 140 may include at least: a statistic unit 141, an alarm condition analysis unit 142, and an analysis result output unit 143. The statistical unit 141 may be configured to count a plurality of parameter measurement results within a period of time to obtain a preset interval range of the parameter measurement results and/or count alarm information within the period of time to obtain the number of alarms.
The alarm condition analyzing unit 142 may be configured to analyze the alarm condition according to a preset interval range and/or according to the number of times of alarm to obtain a corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result. It should be understood that the alarm condition rationality analysis result can be obtained by analyzing the parameter measurement result or the alarm information. The two analysis modes are not in conflict, and in some embodiments, the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result can be obtained by analyzing the parameter measurement result and the alarm information. Based on the acquired alarm condition rationality analysis result, the analysis result output unit 143 may output the alarm condition rationality analysis result to the alarm setting device 150.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the alarm setting device 150 includes: a display control unit 151, a setting unit 152, and a holding unit 153. The display control unit 151 may be configured to control display of the alarm condition and the alarm condition rationality analysis result. The setting unit 152 may be used to adjust or confirm an alarm condition of the monitoring device in response to a corresponding input operation. It should be understood that the corresponding input operation may be a healthcare worker-related input operation or may be a code program-based related instruction internally generated by the alarm system 10 c. The storage unit 153 may be used to store adjusted or confirmed alarm conditions.
Based on the preset interval range obtained by counting the parameter measurement result by the counting unit 141, the alarm condition analyzing unit 142 may analyze the alarm condition and obtain the alarm condition rationality analysis result corresponding to the alarm condition when it is determined that the alarm threshold is within the preset interval range, and output the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result to the alarm setting device 150 through the analysis result output unit 143.
In some embodiments, the statistic unit 141 may count the parameter measurements of the target object over a period of time to obtain a mean value and a standard deviation. Based on the average and the standard deviation, the preset interval range is an interval range determined by at least one of [ average + standard deviation ] or [ average-standard deviation ]. When the alarm threshold is within at least one of the range of the average value + the standard deviation or the range of the average value-the standard deviation or the endpoint value of the preset interval exceeds the alarm threshold, the alarm condition analysis device 140 generates a corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result and timely notifies medical staff to adjust the unreasonably set alarm condition. Therefore, the alarm threshold value can be adjusted on the basis of each target object according to the alarm condition of the monitoring equipment, so that the condition of invalid alarm is not easy to occur in the adjusted monitoring equipment; the target object is ensured to be monitored, the frequency of the medical staff walking back and forth is reduced, and the monitoring efficiency is improved.
In some other embodiments, when the alarm condition analyzing unit 142 determines that the alarm frequency of the monitoring device exceeds the alarm frequency threshold value within a period of time, the alarm condition rationality analyzing result corresponding to the alarm condition is obtained, and the analysis result output unit 143 outputs the alarm condition rationality analyzing result to the alarm setting device 150. It should be understood that the alarm time threshold may be stored in the alarm storage unit 133 of the alarm condition and alarm information acquiring device 130 and invoked or modified by the alarm condition analyzing device 140.
In other embodiments, to reduce the likelihood of the alarm system 10c misjudging the alarm condition of the monitoring device; based on the preset interval range and the alarm times, the alarm condition analysis unit 142 determines that the alarm threshold of the current alarm condition is in the interval range of at least one of [ mean value + standard deviation ] or [ mean value-standard deviation ] or the endpoint value of the preset interval range exceeds the alarm threshold, and when the alarm times of the monitoring device exceed the alarm times threshold in the period of time, obtains the alarm condition rationality analysis result corresponding to the alarm condition, outputs the alarm condition rationality analysis result to the alarm setting device 150 through the analysis result output unit 143, and notifies medical staff to adjust the unreasonable alarm condition.
In some embodiments, the alarm setting device 150 may include the display 14 of other embodiments for the medical personnel to perform the relevant operations; such as: the display control unit 151 can be analogous to the display 14 in the above-described embodiment. When receiving the alarm condition rationality analysis result, the display control unit 151 of the alarm setting device 150 can correspondingly control and display the alarm condition adjustment interface, so that the medical staff can adjust the type of the parameter measurement result and/or the alarm condition of the monitoring equipment through the alarm condition adjustment interface.
It should be understood that the alarm condition adjustment interface may also include at least one of a reset key, a parameter key, and an enter key. The reset key, the parameter key, and the confirm key may be virtual keys or physical keys depending on the type of the display control unit 151, without limitation. The parameter key is used for the medical staff to operate so as to adjust the type and/or alarm condition of the parameter measurement result of the monitoring equipment; the reset key is used for being operated by medical staff to reset the parameters of the monitoring equipment; the confirmation key is used for being operated by medical staff to confirm the adjustment of the alarm condition of the monitoring equipment or confirm not to adjust the alarm condition of the monitoring equipment.
The application also provides an alarm method, which can correspond to the alarm systems (10a, 10b, 10c) in various embodiments, so that medical staff can confirm or adjust the corresponding alarm condition of the monitoring equipment. It should be understood that the alarm method may be implemented by the alarm system (10a, 10b, 10c) in various embodiments; however, in the case of synchronous steps of the alarm method, this can also be achieved by other alarm systems.
Referring to fig. 7, the alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s101: acquiring a parameter measurement result of a target object on the monitoring equipment;
it should be appreciated that the type of parameter measurement may include at least one of cardiac electrical respiration, blood oxygen, blood pressure, body temperature, and heart rate, and the corresponding alarm condition may vary depending on the type of parameter measurement obtained.
S102: acquiring a current alarm condition, and analyzing a parameter measurement result and the alarm condition to obtain an alarm condition rationality analysis result; or acquiring alarm information generated when the parameter measurement result meets the alarm condition, and analyzing the alarm information and/or the alarm condition to obtain an alarm condition rationality analysis result.
It should be understood that the alarm condition rationality analysis result includes information on the rational degree of the current alarm condition, which can be referred by the medical staff for performing the relevant operation.
S103: and outputting the alarm condition of the current monitoring equipment and the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result for adjusting the monitoring equipment.
It should be appreciated that the alarm condition plausibility analysis result includes information on the plausibility degree of the current alarm condition.
It should be understood that the adjustment of the monitoring device, including but not limited to the adjustment of the alarm condition of the monitoring device, may also include other operations, and the corresponding result of these operations may be to reduce the interference of the unreasonable alarm condition and the related data (such as the parameter measurement result or the alarm information) to the medical staff. Such as: reducing the alarm level of the alarm condition, changing the alarm mode of the alarm condition, or storing the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the alarm condition in a grading way, etc.
In some embodiments, the parameter measurements and/or alarm information may be stored hierarchically based on the rationality analysis results. Taking a heart rate value and blood oxygen saturation as examples, when the rationality analysis result of the heart rate value is reasonable, namely the alarm condition of the heart rate value is reasonable, the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the heart rate value can be normally stored. When the rationality analysis result of the blood oxygen saturation is unreasonable, namely the alarm condition of the blood oxygen saturation is unreasonable, the relevant data (such as parameter measurement result or alarm information) of the blood oxygen saturation can be stored in a grading way; the hierarchical storage may be similar to the classified storage in other embodiments, and the parameter measurement result of blood oxygen saturation and the alarm information are stored in other areas.
Since the setting of the alarm condition for determining the blood oxygen saturation is not reasonable; that is, it can be determined to some extent that the obtained parameter measurement result and alarm information do not reflect the actual physical state of the target object. Thus, the result of this hierarchical storage may be that the parameter measurements (of the blood oxygen saturation) and the alarm information are not presented directly, but are only invoked when a medical staff or a target object needs to view. In contrast, the parameter measurement result and the alarm information of the heart rate value can be directly presented for medical staff or target objects to check in time. Therefore, the sensitivity of the medical staff to the presented relevant data (such as parameter measurement results or alarm information) is improved, and the medical staff is not easily interfered by unreasonable data (such as the relevant data of the blood oxygen saturation).
Corresponding to the above-described embodiments of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level, when the result of the rationality analysis of the heart rate value is reasonable and the result of the rationality analysis of the blood oxygen saturation level is unreasonable, the alarm method in each embodiment may store the data (such as parameter measurement result or alarm information) related to the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level in a graded manner, and may change the sensitivity of the medical staff to the data related to the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level by changing the alarm manner and/or the alarm level of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation level.
For example, the original alarm modes of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation are both sound and light alarms. After obtaining the rationality analysis results of the heart rate value and the blood oxygen saturation, the alarm mode corresponding to the heart rate value can be kept unchanged, and the alarm mode corresponding to the blood oxygen saturation can be changed correspondingly.
In addition, the alarm method in various embodiments may also be adjusting the heart rate value and the alarm level of blood oxygen saturation.
Referring to fig. 8, a method for acquiring an alarm condition and corresponding alarm information according to an embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s201: and acquiring an alarm condition of the monitoring equipment.
It should be understood that the alarm condition includes an alarm threshold; for example, when the parameter measurement result of the target object exceeds the alarm threshold, the monitoring device alarms accordingly.
S202: based on the alarm condition, alarm information generated when the obtained parameter measurement result of the monitoring equipment meets the alarm condition is obtained.
It should be appreciated that as illustrated in other embodiments, the type of parameter measurements obtained by a monitoring device may be varied, such as: blood oxygen, blood pressure, body temperature, or heart rate. The corresponding alarm conditions (or alarm thresholds) are different for these different types of parameter measurements. The method in the embodiment obtains the associated alarm threshold value and/or parameter measurement result according to the alarm condition; however, in other embodiments, the corresponding alarm condition and alarm information may also be obtained according to the type of the parameter measurement result.
S203: and storing the acquired alarm conditions and the corresponding alarm information.
It should be understood that the method in various embodiments may store alarm conditions and alarm information in a classified manner based on the parameter measurements. Such as: storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the heart rate value in the same area, storing the alarm condition and the alarm information of the blood oxygen value in other areas and the like. Thereby facilitating subsequent reprocessing of the parameter measurements to determine whether adjustments to the alarm conditions of the monitoring device are required.
Referring to fig. 9, a method for obtaining a rationality analysis result of an alarm condition according to an embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s301: and counting a plurality of parameter measurement results within a period of time to obtain a preset interval range of the parameter measurement results.
It should be understood that the statistics refers to statistically analyzing the parameter measurements to obtain the fluctuation range of the parameter measurements.
In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the preset interval range may include: the parameter measurements of the target object over a period of time are counted to obtain a mean and a standard deviation. And taking the interval range determined by at least one of the average value plus the standard deviation or the average value-standard deviation as a preset interval range. The end point values of the preset interval range are respectively at least one of [ mean value + standard deviation ] or [ mean value-standard deviation ]
S302: acquiring an alarm threshold value of an alarm condition; wherein, when the parameter measurement result exceeds the alarm threshold, the monitoring device alarms and generates alarm information.
As exemplified in the above embodiments, taking the obtained parameter measurement as a heart rate value, the alarm condition corresponding to the heart rate value may refer to a heart rate threshold. That is, the monitoring device alarms when the acquired heart rate value exceeds a heart rate threshold (including above a psychological upper threshold and/or below a heart rate lower threshold).
S303: and comparing the alarm threshold value with a preset interval range, and acquiring an alarm condition rationality analysis result corresponding to the alarm condition when the alarm threshold value is within the preset interval range.
It should be understood that, as explained in the above embodiments, when the alarm threshold of the alarm condition is within the preset interval range or the endpoint value of the preset interval range exceeds the alarm threshold, it may be determined that the setting of the alarm condition is unreasonable, and the alarm condition rationality analysis result corresponding to the alarm condition may be obtained. Further, the medical personnel can perform relevant operations according to the alarm condition rationality analysis result, and the operations include but are not limited to modifying the alarm condition, determining the alarm condition or confirming relevant information of the target object, and the like. Therefore, the alarm condition of the monitoring device can be ensured to be adjusted on the basis of each target object in a targeted manner, so that the condition of invalid alarm is not easy to occur in the adjusted monitoring device.
Referring to fig. 10, another method for obtaining the rationality analysis result of the alarm condition according to the embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s401: and acquiring the alarm times of the monitoring equipment in a period of time based on the alarm information in the period of time.
Taking a heart rate value as an example, the monitoring device obtains a heart rate value of the target subject. Over an hour, ten of the plurality of heart rate values measured from the target subject are above the upper heart rate threshold. Corresponding to the ten heart rate values, the monitoring device alarms ten times and generates ten times of alarm information. Based on the ten alarms, the medical staff needs to look back and forth at the content of the ten alarms and determine whether the body of the target object is abnormal. However, frequent alarms are more due to the unreasonable setting of alarm conditions by the monitoring device.
S402: and comparing the alarm times with an alarm time threshold, and acquiring alarm condition rationality analysis results corresponding to the alarm conditions when the alarm times exceed the alarm time threshold.
As illustrated in other embodiments, when the alarm frequency (for example, ten times) of the monitoring device is greater than the alarm frequency threshold (for example, three times) within one hour, the corresponding alarm condition rationality analysis result is obtained, and the medical staff is notified to adjust the alarm condition with unreasonable setting by displaying the alarm condition rationality analysis result and the like.
Referring to fig. 11, a method for adjusting or confirming an alarm condition according to an embodiment of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s501: and displaying the alarm condition and the alarm condition rationality analysis result.
As exemplified above, the alarm condition and the alarm condition rationality analysis result may be presented and displayed through the alarm condition display interface. In other embodiments, the alarm condition and the alarm condition rationality analysis result are displayed, and meanwhile, the relevant physical characteristics (such as height, weight, age, sex or past medical history, etc.) of the target object can be displayed, so that the medical staff can know more information of the target object and continue the relevant operation.
S502: and responding to corresponding input operation to adjust or confirm the alarm condition of the monitoring equipment.
It should be appreciated that the adjustment may be to adjust the alarm threshold for the current alarm condition; or, the type of the alarm condition of the monitoring device is adjusted, and correspondingly, the type of the parameter measurement result obtained by the monitoring device is correspondingly changed.
S503: and storing the adjusted or confirmed alarm condition.
It should be understood that this manner of saving may be implemented by a storage medium. In some embodiments, the storage medium may be memory 13 or alarm storage unit 133 in other embodiments; alternatively, the storage medium may be a removable hard disk, a usb-disk, an optical disk, or the like.
