Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The information acquisition method, the terminal, the server, the electronic device and the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the disclosure aim to solve at least one of the above technical problems in the prior art.
With the development of internet and communication technology, video is becoming a mainstream medium. Due to the fact that large bandwidth is needed for transmitting the video, when the network state is poor, the situation that the video is jammed or the video cannot be loaded occurs, and therefore a user cannot know the content in the video in time, and user experience is seriously affected.
Fig. 1 is an architecture diagram of an information acquisition system provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the information acquisition system includes a terminal and a server, and the terminal and the server can communicate. When the terminal determines that the terminal is in a weak network state, a text display request is sent to a server; the server can respond to the text display request, acquire target text information corresponding to a target video to be sent to the terminal and return the target text information to the terminal; the terminal may present the target text information in a preset form.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow diagram of an information obtaining method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes the following steps:
s210: the terminal detects a network state of the terminal.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal may detect its network status in real time, so as to determine whether it is in a weak network status. Optionally, in some scenarios, the terminal starts a task of detecting a network state when a preset video application is opened, and detects the network state of the video application in real time during the running of the video application, so as to determine whether the video application is in a weak network state. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a network state when a video is jammed or a video cannot be loaded due to a network problem may be defined as a weak network state.
Here, the terminal may first detect whether it is already connected to the network, and when it is detected that the terminal is not connected to the network, it may be determined that the terminal is in a weak network state. When detecting that the terminal is connected to the network, the terminal may continue to determine whether the terminal is in a weak network state by detecting an index related to the network. For example, the terminal may determine whether the terminal is in the weak network state by detecting a network download speed of the terminal, or may determine whether the terminal is in the weak network state by detecting a response time of the server to a request issued by the terminal.
Optionally, when the network state of the terminal is detected, the network downloading speed of the terminal may be detected; and when the network downloading speed is lower than a preset speed threshold value within a preset time length, determining that the terminal is in a weak network state. Here, the preset duration and the preset speed threshold may be determined based on actual design requirements, for example, the preset duration may be set to 3 seconds, the preset speed threshold may be set to 30kb/s, and when it is detected that the network download speed is lower than 30kb/s within 3 seconds, it may be determined that the terminal is in the weak network state.
Optionally, when detecting the network state of the terminal, the terminal may send a first request to the server, and calculate a response time of the server for the first request; and when the response time is greater than a preset time threshold, determining that the terminal is in a weak network state. Here, the preset time threshold may be based on actual design requirements. The response time refers to the time required for the terminal to return the relevant information for the first request after sending the first request to the server. Taking the preset time threshold as 1 second as an example, the terminal may send the first request to the server, and when the response time of the server to the first request is calculated to be greater than 1 second, it is determined that the terminal is in the weak network state.
S220: and when the terminal is determined to be in the weak network state, sending a text display request to the server.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the text display request is used for instructing the server to return the target text information corresponding to the target video to be sent to the terminal. It can be understood that when the terminal is determined to be in the weak network state, the terminal cannot load the video pushed by the video server, or the video is jammed, at this time, a text display request is sent to the server, so that the server returns the target text information to the terminal for display.
S230: and the server receives a text display request sent by the terminal.
S240: and the server responds to the text display request and acquires target text information corresponding to the target video to be sent to the terminal.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the target video refers to a video to be sent to the terminal by the server. In one scenario, a server caches a video queue for a terminal, videos in the video queue need to be sequentially pushed to the terminal, and the server can determine the video to be sent to the terminal from the video queue as a target video. The target video has files describing the content delivered by the target video, and the server can acquire target text information corresponding to the target video from the files, wherein the target text information contains texts capable of expressing the content delivered by the target video.
Alternatively, the server may generate the target text information corresponding to the target video in real time when receiving the text presentation request. Specifically, the server may determine a target video to be sent to the terminal based on the text display request; acquiring at least one of a subtitle file, an audio file and an image file of a target video; and extracting target text information corresponding to the target video from at least one of the subtitle file, the audio file and the image file.
Optionally, the server may generate and store the target text information corresponding to the target video in advance, and specifically, the server may determine the target video to be sent to the terminal based on the text display request, and call the target text information corresponding to the target video from the text library, so that the response time of the server is reduced, and the terminal may receive the target text information in time. Wherein the target text information is extracted in advance from at least one of a subtitle file, an audio file, and an image file of the target video and stored in a text library.
It can be understood that, in the two manners of obtaining the target text information corresponding to the target video, the specific steps of extracting the target text information corresponding to the target video from at least one of the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file are consistent, and the following description will be specifically provided for the process of obtaining the target text information by the server.
S250: and the server returns the target text information to the terminal.
S260: and the terminal receives target text information returned by the server aiming at the text display request.
It can be understood that, because the bandwidth required for transmitting the target text message is small, the terminal can receive and present the target text message even in a poor network state.
S270: and the terminal displays the target text information in a preset form.
The embodiment of the disclosure can provide various forms for displaying the target text information, and the terminal can display the target text information in a display form selected by a user, and of course, the terminal can also display the target text information in a default display form. It is understood that the target text information contains text capable of expressing the content delivered by the target video, so that the terminal can display the target text information in the form of characters. Of course, the terminal may also convert the text included in the target text information into a voice file, and play the target text information in the form of voice.
According to the information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the terminal is in the weak network state, the server can return the target text information corresponding to the target video to be sent to the terminal, and the terminal can receive and display the target text information under the condition of poor network state due to the fact that the bandwidth required for transmitting the target text information is small, so that a user can know the content transmitted by the target video in time conveniently.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of acquiring target text information by a server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution subject of the process is the server, and as shown in fig. 3, the process may include the following steps:
s310: and determining a target video to be sent to the terminal based on the text display request.
S320: at least one of a subtitle file, an audio file, and an image file of a target video is acquired.
The target video has files describing the content delivered by the target video, and the server can obtain target text information corresponding to the target video from the files, wherein the files can comprise a subtitle file, an audio file and an image file of the target video. It is understood that the target video may not have the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file at the same time, and thus the server may acquire only at least one of the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file.
S330: and extracting target text information corresponding to the target video from at least one of the subtitle file, the audio file and the image file.
As described above, the target video may not have the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file at the same time, and thus the server may extract target text information corresponding to the target video from at least one of the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file. It is understood that the target text information contains text that can express the content delivered by the target video.
The method and the device can configure the priority for the subtitle file, the audio file and the image file, and when the target video simultaneously has more than two of the subtitle file, the audio file and the image file, the target text information corresponding to the target video can be extracted from the file with higher priority.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the priority of the subtitle file, the audio file, and the image file is sequentially lowered. When the target video has more than two of a subtitle file, an audio file and an image file, the target text information corresponding to the target video can be extracted in the following modes:
and under the condition of acquiring the subtitle file, extracting target text information corresponding to the target video from the subtitle file. It can be understood that the subtitle file of the target video has the highest priority, and when the subtitle file is obtained, the target text information corresponding to the target video can be preferentially extracted from the subtitle file. Here, the subtitle file includes subtitle text, and the server may obtain target text information based on the subtitle text.
And under the condition that the audio file is acquired and the subtitle file is not acquired, extracting target text information corresponding to the target video from the audio file. It can be understood that the priority of the audio file of the target video is between the priority of the subtitle text and the priority of the picture text, and when the audio file is acquired and the subtitle file is not acquired, the target text information corresponding to the target video can be preferentially extracted from the audio file. Here, the server may obtain the target text information based on the audio file using a voice recognition technology.
And under the condition that the picture file is acquired and the subtitle file and the audio file are not acquired, extracting target text information corresponding to the target video from the picture file. It can be understood that the priority of the picture file is the lowest, and when the picture file is acquired and the subtitle file and the audio file are not acquired, the target text information corresponding to the target video can be extracted from the picture file. It should be noted that the picture file includes at least one picture of the target video, and the server may obtain the target text information based on the picture file by using an image recognition technology.
Fig. 4 shows an exemplary scene diagram of the terminal device for presenting the target text information, and fig. 4 includes two sub-diagrams of fig. 4a and fig. 4 b. As shown in fig. 4a, the terminal can detect the network download speed of the terminal in real time during the playing of the short video. Here, the preset duration may be set to 3 seconds, the preset speed threshold may be set to 30kb/s, and when it is detected that the network download speed is 15kb/s within 3 seconds, it may be determined that the terminal is in a weak network state, and at this time, the terminal may send a text display request to the server. The server may obtain, in response to the text presentation request, target text information corresponding to a target video to be transmitted to the terminal, where the target video to be transmitted to the terminal is a video related to a weather forecast. The server can extract target text information from an audio file of a target video and return the target text information to the terminal, wherein the content contained in the target text information is 'strong rainfall weather will appear in Beijing city in the afternoon today, and people of various cities are requested to pay attention to travel safety'. As shown in fig. 4b, after receiving the target text message, the terminal may display the content contained in the target text message in the form of characters.
