Abstract

The invention discloses an external circulation ball screw and a return pipe structure thereof. The screw cap is sleeved on the screw rod and provided with a plurality of spiral grooves, and one side surface of the screw cap is provided with a reflux channel communicated with the spiral grooves. The return pipe structure comprises an inner housing seat arranged on the return passage and an outer housing seat combined on the inner housing seat. The shell seat is provided with an outer reflux groove and a pair of outer positioning blocks arranged at two ends of the outer reflux groove, each outer positioning block stretches into the reflux channel and is communicated with the spiral groove, each outer positioning block is provided with a guide joint surface, and the guide joint surface extends from the inner wall surface of the outer reflux groove and is formed with a sharp tail end to be connected with the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove; thereby, the balls of the external circulation ball screw are smoother in the circulation movement process.

Description

External circulation ball screw and return pipe structure thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to ball screw, and is especially one kind of outer circulation ball screw and its return pipe structure.
Background
The traditional external circulation ball screw is composed of screw, nut, ball and return pipe, the screw cap is sleeved on the screw, the return pipe is arranged outside the nut, and finally the ball is arranged in the screw and the nut; therefore, the ball can enter the bent pipe from the spiral groove of the nut and return to the spiral groove through the return pipe to perform infinite circulation.
Furthermore, it is known that the return pipe of the external circulation ball screw is mostly formed by injection molding of plastic in one piece or by two upper and lower half return housing seats, and both ends of the return pipe are connected to a load path formed by a screw and a nut to form a circulation path. However, the existing return pipe structure needs to be provided with a chamfer on the screw cap for bearing the return housing seat extending into the screw cap; however, there is often a tolerance between the chamfer and the return housing to form a clearance surface, which can cause the ball to be blocked during circulation, thereby affecting the smoothness during circulation and requiring improvement.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies and have made an effort to solve the above-described problems in combination with the application of the theory, which is a research motivation of the present inventors.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a return pipe structure of an external circulation ball screw, so that balls of the external circulation ball screw can be smoother in the circulation process.
An object of the present invention is to provide a return pipe structure of an external circulation ball screw, in which a larger combination tolerance is maintained between an outer housing and a nut, thereby improving the yield of the nut and the return pipe structure.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a return pipe structure of an external circulation ball screw for being assembled on a screw with a nut. The nut is provided with a spiral groove and a reflux channel communicated with the spiral groove, and the reflux pipe structure comprises an inner shell seat and an outer shell seat. The inner housing seat is arranged on the backflow channel. The outer shell seat is correspondingly combined on the inner shell seat, the outer shell seat is provided with an outer reflux groove and a pair of outer positioning blocks arranged at two ends of the outer reflux groove, each outer positioning block stretches into the reflux channel and is communicated with the spiral groove, each outer positioning block is provided with a guide joint surface, and the guide joint surface extends from the inner wall surface of the outer reflux groove and is formed with a sharp end to be connected with the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove.
In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention is an external circulation ball screw, comprising a screw, a nut and a return pipe structure. The screw cap is sleeved on the screw rod, the screw cap is provided with a plurality of spiral grooves, and a reflux channel communicated with the spiral grooves is arranged on one side surface of the screw cap. The return pipe structure comprises an inner shell seat and an outer shell seat. The inner housing seat is arranged on the backflow channel. The outer shell seat is correspondingly combined on the inner shell seat, the outer shell seat is provided with an outer reflux groove and a pair of outer positioning blocks arranged at two ends of the outer reflux groove, each outer positioning block stretches into the reflux channel and is communicated with the spiral groove, each outer positioning block is provided with a guide joint surface, and the guide joint surface extends from the inner wall surface of the outer reflux groove and is formed with a sharp end to be connected with the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove.
Compared with the prior art, the outer shell seat of the return pipe structure of the outer circulation ball screw is provided with the outer return groove and a pair of outer positioning blocks, and each outer positioning block is provided with a guide joint surface and is formed with a sharp tail end to be connected with the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove; accordingly, the shell seat is attached to the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove through the guide joint surface and the sharp end of the guide joint surface, so that the conventional process of chamfering the inner wall surface of the nut to perform secondary processing is omitted, the shell seat and the spiral groove are continuously connected without a broken difference surface, and the balls are kept to smoothly roll in the circulating process; in addition, the invention can provide the combination tolerance of the shell seat and the screw cap in combination by the arrangement of the sharp end, thereby improving the yield of the screw cap and the return pipe structure and increasing the practicability of the invention.

Detailed Description
The detailed description and technical content of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings, which are, however, provided for reference and illustration only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 are schematic perspective views of an external circulation ball screw and a return pipe according to the present invention. The invention relates to an external circulation ball screw 1, which comprises a screw 10, a nut 20 and a return pipe structure 30. The screw cap 20 is sleeved on the screw 10, and the return pipe structure 30 is combined on the screw 10 sleeved with the screw cap 20, so that the return pipe structure of the external circulation ball screw 1 is formed. The structure of the external circulation ball screw 1 will be described later in more detail.
As shown in fig. 1, the screw 10 has a shaft 11. The nut 20 is sleeved on the screw 10, the inner wall of the nut 20 is provided with a plurality of spiral grooves 22 corresponding to the shaft 11, and a backflow passage 21 communicating with the spiral grooves 22 is arranged on one side surface.
Furthermore, the return pipe structure 30 is coupled to the return channel 21 of the screw cap 20, and comprises an inner housing 40 and an outer housing 50. The inner housing base 40 and the outer housing base 50 are positioned and covered with each other and combined on the return passage 21 of the screw cap 20.
The inner housing seat 40 is disposed on the return passage 21. Specifically, the inner housing 40 has an inner reflow slot 41 and a pair of positioning blocks 42 disposed at both ends of the inner reflow slot 41. In this embodiment, the inner reflow slot 41 extends to two inner positioning blocks 42.
Furthermore, the outer housing base 50 is correspondingly coupled to the inner housing base 40. The housing 50 has an outer return groove 51 and a pair of outer positioning blocks 52 disposed at two ends of the outer return groove 51. Each of the outer positioning blocks 52 extends into the return channel 21 and communicates with the spiral grooves 22. Preferably, the outer circulation groove 51 extends to each of the outer positioning blocks 52 at both ends. The housing seat 50 has a flat surface 501 on a side surface away from the outer circulation groove 51, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
More specifically, the housing seat 50 is formed with a plurality of positioning grooves 511 on both sides of the outer circulation groove 51. In addition, the inner housing base 40 is formed with a plurality of positioning protrusions 411 on a side facing the outer housing base 50. The inner housing 40 is locked in the positioning slots 511 by the positioning protrusions 411 to be positioned on the outer housing 50.
Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, a cross-sectional view of the nut and a plan exploded view of the return tube structure of the present invention are shown, respectively. As shown in fig. 3A, in the present embodiment, the spiral groove 22 has two mounting holes 23 corresponding to the return channel 21 (refer to fig. 1), and each mounting hole 23 is used for accommodating a portion of the inner housing seat 40 and the outer housing seat 50. The pair of inner positioning blocks 42 and the pair of outer positioning blocks 52 extend into the two mounting holes 23 correspondingly. Preferably, each of the mounting holes 23 has two opposite beveled edges 230. In addition, referring to fig. 3B, in the present embodiment, each of the positioning blocks 42 is formed with two opposite inclined contours 420 corresponding to each of the mounting holes 23; each of the outer positioning blocks 52 is formed with two opposite inclined contours 520 corresponding to each of the mounting holes 23.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned arrangement of the inclined edges 230 of the mounting holes 23 can provide the return pipe structure 30 to be applied to screws 10 of various sizes, or the nut 20 can be combined with various return pipe structures 30, thereby reducing the mold development cost, reducing the cost, and increasing the flexibility of the return pipe structure 30 in arrangement.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a schematic combination view and a sectional combination view of the housing seat and the nut of the present invention are shown. As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the housing seat 50 is combined in the return channel 21 of the nut 20, and the housing seat 50 has an outer return groove 51 and a pair of outer positioning blocks 52.
Specifically, each of the outer positioning blocks 52 has a guiding surface 521, and the guiding surface 521 extends from the inner wall surface of the outer circulation groove 51 and is formed with a pointed end 522 to engage with the arc-shaped inner wall surfaces of the spiral grooves 22. Accordingly, the housing seat 50 is abutted against the arc-shaped inner wall surfaces of the spiral grooves 22 through the guide surface 521 and the tip end 522 thereof.
In this embodiment, the tip 522 of each of the outer positioning blocks 52 is a pointed cone, and each of the outer positioning blocks 52 is formed with a recess 523, and two sides of the recess 523 have a tip 522.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, there are shown a partial cross-sectional view, a combined cross-sectional view and a partially enlarged schematic view of the external circulation ball screw and return pipe structure of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the inner housing 40 and the outer housing 50 of the present invention can be assembled on the nut 20 after being assembled on one side, or the inner housing 40 can be assembled on the nut 20 before the outer housing 50 is positioned on the inner housing 40.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, after the housing seat 50 is coupled to the nut 20, the guiding surface 521 and the tip 522 of the housing seat 50 are attached to the arc-shaped inner wall surfaces of the spiral grooves 22. Accordingly, the nut 20 and the pointed end 522 are in linear abutment, so that the housing seat 50 and the helical groove 22 are continuously engaged without a step surface, so that the balls can smoothly roll during circulation.
In addition, the present invention can provide a larger assembly tolerance for the housing seat 50 and the nut 20 by the arrangement of the sharp end 522, and can improve the yield of the nut 20 and the return pipe structure 30, thereby increasing the practicability of the present invention.

Claims (5)

1. A return line structure for an externally circulating ball screw, for assembly to a screw having a nut, said nut having a helical groove and a return passage communicating with said helical groove, said return line structure comprising:
an inner housing seat disposed on the return channel; and
the outer shell seat is correspondingly combined on the inner shell seat, the outer shell seat is provided with an outer reflux groove and a pair of outer positioning blocks arranged at two ends of the outer reflux groove, each outer positioning block stretches into the reflux channel and is communicated with the spiral groove, each outer positioning block is provided with a guide joint surface, and the guide joint surface extends from the inner wall surface of the outer reflux groove and is formed with a sharp end to be connected with the arc-shaped inner wall surface of the spiral groove;
the outer shell seat is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves formed on two sides of the outer reflux groove, the inner shell seat is provided with a plurality of positioning convex blocks formed on one side surface facing the outer shell seat, the inner shell seat is positioned on the outer shell seat by being clamped in the positioning grooves through the positioning convex blocks, the screw cap is provided with two mounting holes capable of accommodating part of the inner shell seat and the outer shell seat, and each mounting hole is provided with two opposite bevel edges;
the inner shell seat is provided with an inner reflux groove and a pair of inner positioning blocks arranged at two ends of the inner reflux groove, and the outer reflux groove covers the inner reflux groove;
each inner positioning block and each outer positioning block are respectively corresponding to each mounting hole and are formed with two opposite bevel edges.
2. The return tube structure of an outer circulation ball screw as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner return grooves extend to each of the inner positioning blocks at both ends; the outer reflux groove extends to each outer positioning block at two ends.
3. The return line structure of an external circulation ball screw according to claim 1, wherein said nut and said pointed end are in linear abutment.
4. The return tube structure of an outer circulation ball screw as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tip end of each of the outer positioning blocks is a pointed cone, and each of the outer positioning blocks is formed with a recess having a pointed end at both sides thereof.
5. An external circulation ball screw, comprising:
a screw;
the screw cap is sleeved on the screw rod and provided with a plurality of spiral grooves, and a reflux passage communicated with the spiral grooves is arranged on one side surface of the screw cap; and
a return line structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which is incorporated in the return channel;
the nut is provided with two mounting holes capable of accommodating part of the inner shell seat and the outer shell seat, each mounting hole is provided with two opposite bevel edges, and each inner positioning block and each outer positioning block are respectively provided with two opposite bevel edges corresponding to each mounting hole.
