As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a door blocking device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an inserting plate 100, a baffle plate assembly 200, a latch structure 300 and a locking structure 400, wherein the inserting plate 100 is provided with a connecting portion 110, the connecting portion 110 is used for connecting with a door leaf or a door pocket, the baffle plate assembly 200 is slidably disposed on the inserting plate 100, the baffle plate assembly 200 slides along a length direction of the inserting plate 100 to be close to or far from the connecting portion 110, the latch structure 300 is disposed on the inserting plate 100 and the locking structure 400 is movably disposed on the baffle plate assembly 200, or the latch structure 300 is disposed on the baffle plate assembly 200 and the locking structure 400 is movably disposed on the inserting plate 100, the latch structure 300 has a plurality of latches disposed along the length direction of the inserting plate 100, the latches have a sliding portion 301 and a latching portion 302, the locking structure 400 has a mating portion 401, the locking structure 400 includes at least two actuating positions, and in one of the actuating positions, the locking structure 400 can drive the mating portion 401 to abut against the latching portion 302 to prevent the baffle plate assembly 200 from being far from the connecting portion 110 And the matching portion 401 slides on the surface of the sliding portion 301 to allow the baffle assembly 200 to approach the connecting portion 110, in another action position, the locking structure 400 can drive the matching portion 401 to separate from the snap-in portion 302 to allow the baffle assembly 200 to move away from the connecting portion 110.
The board 100 may be made of metal or plastic material, the connecting portion 110 may be integrally formed with the board 100, or may be movably connected to the board 100, the baffle assembly 200 may include a bottom case 210 and a blocking plate 220 disposed at two sides of the board 100, and the bottom case 210 and the blocking plate 220 may slide along the length direction of the board 100 after being assembled. It should be noted that, the locking structure 400 may be rotatably connected to the board 100 or the bezel assembly 200, or slidably connected to the board 100 or the bezel assembly 200, referring to fig. 1 to 5, specifically, taking an example that the latch structure 300 is disposed on the board 100 and the locking structure 400 is rotatably disposed on the bezel assembly 200 as an example, a plurality of latches are integrally formed with the board 100 to form the latch structure 300, the locking structure 400 may be switched between two action positions by rotating, that is, the locking structure 400 may respectively achieve a locking state and an unlocking state, when the locking structure 400 is in the locking state, the locking structure 400 may drive the engaging portion 401 to abut against the engaging portion 302 of the latch to prevent a user from pulling the bezel assembly 200 away from the connecting portion 110, and simultaneously, the engaging portion 401 slides on the surface of the sliding portion 301 to allow the bezel assembly 200 to approach the connecting portion 110, so that the user may still push the bezel assembly 200 to approach the connecting portion 110 when the locking structure 400 is in the locking state To realize the door blocking function, if the baffle assembly 200 is pulled to normally open the door away from the door blocking state of the connecting part 110, the locking structure 400 must be rotated to unlock the locking structure 400, otherwise the locking structure 400 locks the clamping position of the baffle assembly 200 and the latch structure 300 all the time, it can be understood that the clamping position of the baffle assembly 200 is locked by the matching of the locking structure 400 and the latch structure 300, compared with the conventional structure which realizes clamping and fixing by the gravity action of the baffle assembly 200, the baffle assembly 200 cannot move up and down when the locking structure 400 is in the locking state, which not only can effectively avoid the baffle assembly 200 from loosening from the latch structure 300 during the shaking process, so that the door blocking effect of the door blocking device is safer and more reliable, but also when the locking structure 400 is in the locking state, a user can directly push the baffle assembly 200 to approach the connecting part 110 without unlocking, therefore, the door leaf adjusting baffle component 200 with different thicknesses can be directly clamped on the clamping teeth at different positions, the operation that a user needs to unlock is avoided in the installation and fixing process, and the door blocking device is more convenient and faster to install and use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a plurality of the latches are arranged at intervals such that the interval of two adjacent latches forms a groove portion 303, the groove portion 303 is located between the sliding contact portion 301 and the clamping portion 302, the fitting portion 401 enters the groove portion 303 to be able to abut against the clamping portion 302, or the fitting portion 401 slides on the surface of the sliding contact portion 301 to be able to escape from the groove portion 303.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 5, after a user inserts and fixes the connecting portion 110 on a door pocket or a door leaf, when the baffle assembly 200 is pushed to slide along the inserting direction of the inserting plate 100 to approach the connecting portion 110, the fitting portions 401 can sequentially slide on the surfaces of the sliding portions 301 of different latches and respectively enter different groove portions 303, so that the fitting portions 401 of the locking structure 400 can abut against the clamping portions 302 of the latches to prevent the user from pulling the baffle assembly 200 to slide along the opposite direction of the inserting plate 100 to get away from the connecting portion 110, thereby locking the clamping position of the baffle assembly 200 and the latch structure 300, ensuring that the baffle assembly 200 can prevent the door leaf from being opened from the outside when being tightly abutted against the door leaf, and ensuring safe and reliable door blocking effect. It should be noted that, in the process of installing and using the door blocking device, before the shutter assembly 200 is tightly abutted to the door leaf, when the user pushes the shutter assembly 200 to slide along the inserting direction, the locking structure 400 can drive the matching portion 401 to slide on the surface of the sliding portion 301 to be able to disengage from the groove portion 303, so that the shutter assembly 200 can slide along the board 100 to be close to the connection 110 until the shutter assembly 200 is tightly abutted to the door leaf to achieve the door blocking function.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a reset structure 500 is further included, the reset structure 500 is disposed on the insert plate 100 or the shutter assembly 200 corresponding to the position of the locking structure 400, and the reset structure 500 is connected to the locking structure 400 to enable the fitting portion 401 to enter the groove portion 303.
Wherein, the reset structure 500 may be a torsion spring or a spring, specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the reset structure 500 is exemplified as a torsion spring, the torsion spring and the locking structure 400 are both disposed on the baffle assembly 200, when a user pushes the baffle assembly 200 to slide along the plugging direction, the mating portion 401 slides off one of the groove portions 303 on the surface of the sliding portion 301, and then the mating portion 401 can enter the next groove portion 303 through the elastic deformation of the torsion spring, so that the mating portion 401 can still abut against the engaging portion 302 of one of the latch teeth to maintain the locked state, thereby effectively preventing the baffle assembly 200 from sliding along the opposite direction of the plugging direction of the board 100, or, when the user applies force to the locking structure 400 to rotate the locking structure 400 to unlock the same, the locking structure 400 is in the unlocked state, so that the baffle assembly 200 can slide along the length direction of the board 100 to approach or leave the connecting portion 110, once the user gives up the force to release the locking structure 400, the torsion spring can immediately drive the matching portion 401 into the groove portion 303 and abut against the clamping portion 302 to switch the locking structure 400 to the locking state, so that the locking structure 400 can be automatically locked by the resetting structure 500, thereby preventing the baffle plate assembly 200 from moving away from the connecting portion 110 to release the door-blocking state of the door-blocking device.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in figures 1-2, the locking structure 400 is pivotally coupled to either the fork strap 100 or the flapper assembly 200, and the locking structure 400 is pivoted to switch between two actuation positions.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1-2, the locking structure 400 is rotatably connected to the shutter assembly 200, and a user may forcibly rotate the locking structure 400 to disengage the mating portion 401 from the groove portion 303 and from the latch structure 300 to unlock the door, and at this time, the shutter assembly 200 may be pulled to slide along a direction opposite to the insertion direction of the board 100 to be away from the connecting portion 110, so as to release the door-blocking state of the door-blocking device to realize normal door opening, and the reverse rotation of the locking structure 400 may allow the mating portion 401 to enter the groove portion 303 to abut against the latch portion 302 to realize locking, it can be understood that the user may switch the locking state and the unlocking state of the locking structure 400 by rotating the locking structure 400, so that the user may control the movement of the locking structure 400 according to the use requirement of the user, and the structure is simple and convenient to implement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the sliding portion 301 is disposed on a first edge of the latch, a tangential direction of any point on the first edge forms an acute angle with a direction of the baffle assembly 200 close to the connecting portion 110, and the engaging portion 302 is disposed on a second edge of the latch, and a tangential direction of at least one point on the second edge forms a right angle or an obtuse angle with a direction of the baffle assembly 200 away from the connecting portion 110.
Wherein, first border and second border all can be the plane or the curved surface of setting on the latch outer wall. Specifically, for example, the first edge is a plane and the second edge is a curved surface, and referring to fig. 1 to 5, the plane is inclined toward the connecting portion 110 and forms an acute angle with the direction of the baffle plate assembly 200 close to the connecting portion 110, and the curved surface is concave in the direction of the baffle plate assembly 200 away from the connecting portion 110 so that the tangential direction of at least one point on the curved surface forms an obtuse angle with the direction of the baffle plate assembly 200 away from the connecting portion 110. It can be understood that, by taking the first edge as a curved surface and the second edge as a plane, as a further example, the tangential direction of the curved surface forms an acute angle with the direction of the flap assembly 200 approaching the connecting portion 110, the plane is perpendicular to the upper end surface of the board 100 so as to form a right angle with the direction of the flap assembly 200 departing from the connecting portion 110, when the user applies force to make the flap assembly 200 slide along the plugging direction of the board 100, the locking structure 400 can drive the matching portion 401 to slide along the curved surface to approach the connecting portion 110, and when the user pulls the flap assembly 200 to slide along the direction opposite to the plugging direction of the board 100, the vertically arranged plane can abut against the matching portion 401 to prevent the flap assembly 200 from sliding backwards away from the connecting portion 110, so as to prevent the door leaf from being opened from the outside of the room by others.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-5, coupling section 110 is pivotally coupled to board 100, and board 100 can be flipped with respect to coupling section 110.
It should be noted that, when installing and using the door stopper product, the flow generally needs to install the connecting portion 110 on the lock slot of the door pocket when the door leaf is opened, and then close the door leaf, so that the inserting plate 100 is clamped and fixed in the gap between the door leaf and the door pocket, however, the connecting portion 110 and the inserting plate 100 of the existing door stopper product are often an integrally formed strip-shaped plate structure, because the baffle plate assembly 200 is often large in lateral size, the baffle plate assembly 200 often collides with the door leaf when the door is closed, the baffle plate assembly 200 generally needs to be pulled to a far position along the opposite direction of the inserting plate 100 to avoid the situation, the operation is complicated, the use is inconvenient, and the structure of the baffle plate assembly 200 may be directly damaged after multiple collisions, which affects the normal use of the door stopper product. Therefore, by adopting the structure that the connecting portion 110 is rotatably connected with the inserting plate 100, the user can install and fix the door blocking device on the door pocket through the connecting portion 110, and when the door is closed, the inserting plate 100 is firstly overturned relative to the connecting portion 110 so that the baffle plate assembly 200 is positioned on one side of the inserting plate 100 deviating from the door leaf, so that the baffle plate assembly 200 can avoid opening the door leaf when the door is closed, the user can conveniently close the door when the door blocking device is installed, and the service life of the door blocking device is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, a fixing assembly 600 is further included, the fixing assembly 600 being disposed on the board 100 or the baffle assembly 200, the fixing assembly 600 being used to restrict the board 100 from being flipped over with respect to the connecting portion 110.
The fixing component 600 may adopt a hook structure or a magnetic attraction structure, and the baffle component 200 is fixed on the side of the gate panel 100 away from the gate by limiting the gate panel 100 from turning over relative to the connecting portion 110, for example, a hook may be provided on the gate panel 100, and a hook plate may be provided on the gate sleeve, and when the gate panel 100 turns over to be close to the gate sleeve, the hook plate on the gate sleeve is hooked by the hook so that the gate panel 100 can be fixed. Specifically, referring to fig. 3-4, after the door stopper device is installed on the door pocket, a user can push the inserting plate 100 and the baffle plate assembly 200 to turn over and attach to the door pocket and fix the door leaf, and at this time, the door leaf can be opened and closed freely, and the connecting portion 110 is matched with the rotating connecting structure of the inserting plate 100 and the fixing assembly 600, so that the normal opening and closing of the door leaf can be still realized after the door stopper device is installed, and particularly, when the connecting portion 110 of the door stopper device is fixedly installed on the door pocket of the user, the door stopper device is convenient for the user to use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the fixing assembly 600 includes a magnet 610 and a fitting (not shown in the drawings), the magnet 610 is disposed on the baffle assembly 200, the fitting is disposed on the door pocket, and the magnet 610 and the fitting are magnetically attracted to restrict the board 100 from being flipped over with respect to the connecting portion 110.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3-4, the magnet 610 may be a magnetic sheet disposed on the baffle assembly 200, the mating member may be an iron sheet disposed on the door pocket, the connecting portion 110 is disposed at a suitable position of the door pocket, and when the inserting plate 100 is turned over to the baffle assembly 200 to be close to the door pocket relative to the connecting portion 110, the magnetic sheet and the iron sheet attract each other to fix the baffle assembly 200 on one side of the door pocket, thereby preventing the baffle assembly 200 from affecting the opening and closing operations of the door leaf, and facilitating the door-blocking function of the door-blocking device to be more convenient and faster during installation and use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in figures 1-2 and 5, further comprising an alarm assembly 700, the alarm assembly 700 is disposed on either the fork strap 100 or the flapper assembly 200, and the alarm assembly 700 is removably coupled to either the fork strap 100 or the flapper assembly 200.
