Description

Absorbent article
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.
Background
A pants-type absorbent article having a pair of side joining portions joining an outer side portion in a width direction of a front side outer body and an outer side portion in a width direction of a rear side outer body is known (for example, patent document 1). Stretchable members stretchable in the width direction are disposed on the front side outer package and the rear side outer package, and the front side outer package and the rear side outer package are bonded to the waist of a wearer. Further, an absorbent core is disposed on the rear side outer package. If the stretchable member is excessively contracted in the region overlapping with the absorbent core of the rear side outer body, the length of the absorbent core in the width direction may not be secured, and the function of absorbing body fluid may not be secured. Therefore, the stretchable member is divided so as not to exhibit a stretching force in a region overlapping the absorbent core (see paragraph 0040 and fig. 1 of patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention
However, if the stretchable member is divided so as not to exhibit a stretching force in the region overlapping the absorbent core, the fit of the entire absorbent article to the wearer cannot be ensured, and the absorbent article may shift down.
Therefore, an absorbent article capable of ensuring the absorption function of the absorbent core and suppressing the lowering of the displacement of the absorbent article is desired.
An absorbent article of one embodiment has: a length direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other; an absorbent main body having an absorbent core disposed in at least a crotch region and a back waist region; a rear side outer body that overlaps the absorbent main body in a thickness direction and is disposed in a rear waistline region; a front side outer cover that overlaps the absorbent main body in a thickness direction and is disposed in a front waistline region; a rear stretchable member that is disposed on the rear exterior body and stretches and contracts in the width direction; and a pair of side joint portions that join the outer side portion in the width direction of the front side exterior body and the outer side portion in the width direction of the rear side exterior body. The rear waist region has: a rear middle region located forward from a rear end edge of the rear waist region by 50 to 80% of a total length of the rear waist region in the longitudinal direction; and a back crotch side region located forward from a back end edge of the back waist region by 80 to 100% of a total length of the back waist region in the longitudinal direction. The absorbent core is disposed in the back intermediate region and the back crotch side region. In the rear crotch region, a rear non-stretchable region having no rear stretchable member in an extended state is disposed so as to overlap the absorbent core, and in the rear intermediate region, the rear stretchable member is continuously disposed between the pair of side joint portions.

Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be made clear from the description of the present specification and the drawings.
An absorbent article according to one aspect has: a length direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other; an absorbent main body having an absorbent core disposed in at least a crotch region and a back waist region; a rear side outer body that overlaps the absorbent main body in a thickness direction and is disposed in a rear waistline region; a front side outer cover that overlaps the absorbent main body in a thickness direction and is disposed in a front waistline region; a rear stretchable member that is disposed on the rear exterior body and stretches and contracts in the width direction; and a pair of side joint portions that join the outer side portion in the width direction of the front side exterior body and the outer side portion in the width direction of the rear side exterior body.
According to this aspect, the rear non-stretch region is provided in the rear crotch region so as to overlap the absorbent core. Therefore, excessive contraction of the absorbent core in the width direction by the rear side stretchable member can be suppressed, the length of the absorbent core in the width direction can be secured, and the function of absorbing body fluid can be secured. As a result of intensive studies, the present applicant found that the rear middle region located forward by 50 to 80% of the total length of the rear waist region in the longitudinal direction is disposed opposite to the position above the peak of the hip. In the rear intermediate region, the rear stretchable member in the stretched state contracts to fit a portion having a waist size smaller than the vertex of the buttocks. Therefore, the absorbent article is less likely to shift in the longitudinal direction, and a shift reduction in the absorbent article can be suppressed. By ensuring fit to the body using the rear intermediate region, even if the rear non-stretchable region is provided in the rear crotch region, fit to the entire rear waist region can be ensured, and a reduction in displacement of the absorbent article can be suppressed. Therefore, both the securing of the absorption function of the absorbent core and the suppression of the reduction in the displacement of the absorbent article can be achieved.
According to a preferred aspect, an exterior non-joined region where the absorbent main body and the rear side exterior body are not joined may be provided in the rear intermediate region. In the exterior non-joined region, the rear side exterior body and the absorbent main body are not joined, and therefore, the contraction force of the rear side stretchable member disposed in the rear intermediate region is less likely to act on the absorbent main body. In the rear intermediate region, the widthwise contraction of the absorbent main body is suppressed, and the function of absorbing body fluid can be ensured.
According to a preferred aspect, the outer-cover non-joined region may be provided in a region overlapping with the absorbent core. According to this aspect, in the region overlapping with the absorbent core, the contraction force of the rear side stretchable member is less likely to act on the absorbent main body. Therefore, the contraction of the absorbent core in the width direction can be suppressed, and the absorbent core can be easily brought into surface contact with the body, thereby ensuring the body fluid absorption function.
According to a preferable aspect, the outer covering non-joined region may overlap with the rear side stretchable member continued between the pair of side joined portions. According to this aspect, in the rear intermediate region, the contraction force of the rear side stretchable member is less likely to act on the absorbent main body. The rear side stretchable member in the rear intermediate region can ensure the fit to the body and also can suppress the widthwise contraction of the absorbent main body to ensure the function of absorbing body fluid.
According to a preferred aspect, the outer cover non-bonded region may be provided in a region overlapping with the rear end edge of the absorbent main body, and the absorbent article may include a cover sheet disposed on the skin surface side of the absorbent main body and covering the rear end edge of the absorbent main body. According to this aspect, by covering the rear end edge of the absorbent main body with the covering sheet, the rear end edge of the absorbent main body is less likely to come into contact with the skin, and irritation to the skin can be suppressed. Further, by covering the rear end edge of the absorbent main body with the covering sheet, even when body fluid leaks from the absorbent main body, the attachment of the body fluid to the skin can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent main body may be provided with a standing leakage prevention cuff having: a rising portion that can rise by contracting in the longitudinal direction; and a length joint portion that is disposed at a position outside both sides in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion and serves as a rising base point of the rising portion, and the exterior non-joint region is disposed at a position outside the rising portion in the longitudinal direction. According to this aspect, the rising portion is more likely to rise toward the skin side by applying tension between the length joint portions. In this case, since the outer cover non-joined region is disposed at a position outside the standing part in the longitudinal direction, the absorbent main body stands up toward the skin side without resisting the tension acting on the standing part, and the standing property of the leakage preventive cuffs can be maintained.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent article may include a front side stretchable member which is disposed on the front side exterior body and is stretchable in the width direction, the front side exterior body may include a front middle region which is adjacent to the rear middle region in the width direction and is continuous in the width direction between the pair of side joint portions, and the front side stretchable member may be disposed continuously between the pair of side joint portions in the front middle region. According to this aspect, the region contracted by the front side stretchable member and the rear side stretchable member is arranged so as to cover one circumference of the waist of the wearer. The region contracted by the front stretchable member and the rear stretchable member is in close contact with the body, and the absorbent article can be prevented from being displaced and lowered.
According to a preferred aspect, the front side outer package may have a front waist region which is adjacent to the front middle region and is disposed on the front side of the front middle region, and a front non-stretchable region in which the front side stretchable member is not in a stretched state is disposed in the front waist region. According to this aspect, the front non-stretchable region in the front waist region adjacent to the front middle region can reduce the close contact with the body and suppress deterioration of the wearing feeling while suppressing the shift drop of the absorbent article by the continuous front stretchable member in the front middle region. The front waist region is located on the front side of the front middle region, is located above the recess of the lower end of the abdomen, and is disposed opposite to the bulge of the abdomen. By providing the front non-stretchable region in the front waist region, the front waist region is less likely to shift downward toward the front middle region due to the contraction of the front stretchable member, and the shift downward of the absorbent article can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent core may be disposed in the front middle region. According to this aspect, the absorbent core is brought into close contact with the body of the wearer by contraction of the front stretchable member in the front middle region, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent article may include a front side stretchable member disposed on the front side exterior body and stretchable in the width direction, the front side exterior body may include a front intermediate region adjacent to the rear intermediate region in the width direction and continuous in the width direction between the pair of side joint portions, and a front non-stretchable region of the front side stretchable member not having an extended state may be disposed in the front intermediate region. According to this aspect, the front stretchable member is continuously provided in the front waistline region, so that the absorbent article can be prevented from being displaced and lowered, and the front non-stretchable region in the front middle region can be used to reduce the close contact with the body, thereby preventing the wearing feeling from being deteriorated.
According to a preferred aspect, the front non-stretchable region of the front intermediate region may be disposed closer to the crotch region than the front stretchable member of the front intermediate region. According to this aspect, by providing the front non-stretchable region at a position closer to the crotch region than the front stretchable member, it is possible to suppress the absorbent core from being contracted in the width direction by contraction of the front stretchable member in the front intermediate region. Therefore, the absorbent core can be easily brought into surface contact with the body, and the absorption function of body fluid can be ensured.

The cover sheet may have: a rear cover sheet 37 provided on the skin surface side T1 of the absorbent body 40 in the rear waistline region S2; and a front cover sheet 27 provided on the skin surface side T1 of the absorbent body 40 in the front waistline region S1. The front cover sheet 27 and the rear cover sheet 37 may be made of a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, for example. The front cover sheet 27 may be formed of a portion where the sheet constituting the front outer package 20 is folded back toward the skin surface side T1, or may be formed of a sheet separate from the sheet constituting the front outer package 20. Similarly, the rear cover sheet 37 may be formed of a portion where the sheet constituting the rear outer body 30 is folded back toward the skin surface side T1, or may be formed of a sheet separate from the sheet constituting the rear outer body 30.
The front outer package 20 and the rear outer package 30 may be formed of a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric. The front outer cover 20 may have a first front side sheet 25 and a second front side sheet 26 positioned on the non-skin surface side T2 of the first front side sheet 25. The front side outer cover 20 may further include a sheet other than the first front side sheet 25 and the second front side sheet 26. In addition, the rear side outer package 30 may have a plurality of sheets. The front outer cover 20 may have a first back side sheet 35 and a second back side sheet 36 positioned on the non-skin surface side T2 of the first back side sheet 35. The rear side outer cover 30 may further include a sheet other than the first rear side sheet 35 and the second rear side sheet 36.
The front stretchable members 22 stretchable in the width direction W may be disposed in the front waistline region S1, and the rear stretchable members 32 stretchable in the width direction W may be disposed in the rear waistline region S2. The front stretchable component 22 may be disposed between the first front side sheet 25 and the second front side sheet 26, and the back stretchable component 32 may be disposed between the first back side sheet 35 and the second back side sheet 36. The front stretchable member 22 and the rear stretchable member 32 may be formed of, for example, a rubber thread stretchable in the width direction W or a sheet stretchable in the width direction W. Alternatively, the front stretchable member 22 and the rear stretchable member 32 may be constituted by the outer package 15 itself, which is constituted by a stretchable sheet, for example. The front stretchable member 22 and the rear stretchable member 32 of the present embodiment are made of rubber threads. A plurality of rear stretchable members 32 and a plurality of front stretchable members 22 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction.
The absorbent body 40 is disposed in at least the crotch region S3 and the rear waistline region S2. The absorbent body 40 may be disposed over the front waistline region S1, the rear waistline region S2, and the crotch region S3. The absorbent body 40 may be configured separately from the front-side outer package 20 and the back-side outer package 30, and may be joined to the front-side outer package 20 and the back-side outer package 30 in the front waistline region S1 and the back waistline region S2, respectively.
The absorbent main body 40 includes at least an absorbent core 50. The absorbent core 50 may for example comprise comminuted pulp or a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP), or a mixture thereof. The absorbent core 50 is disposed at least in the crotch region S3 and the rear waistline region S2. Preferably, the absorbent core 50 may extend from the front waistline region S1 to the back waistline region S2 in the longitudinal direction L. The absorbent core 50 may be covered by a core wrap that is separate from the absorbent core. As the core clad layer, thin paper can be exemplified. In the present embodiment, for convenience of illustration, the core and cladding layers are omitted. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the absorbent main body 40 may include: a skin-facing sheet 42A positioned on the skin-facing side T1 of the absorbent core 50, a liquid-impermeable sheet 41 positioned on the non-skin-facing side T2 of the absorbent core 50, and a main body sheet 42B arranged closer to the non-skin-facing side T2 than the liquid-impermeable sheet 41.
In the absorbent body 40 of the present embodiment, a skin-facing sheet 42A, a liquid-impermeable sheet 41, and a body sheet 42B are arranged in this order from the skin-facing side T1 toward the non-skin-facing side T2 in the front side region of the absorbent core 50 and the rear side region of the absorbent core 50. In the region overlapping the absorbent core 50, the skin-facing sheet 42A, the absorbent core 50, the liquid-impermeable sheet 41, and the body sheet 42B are arranged in this order from the skin-facing side T1 toward the non-skin-facing side T2. The skin-facing sheet 42A and the liquid-impermeable sheet 41 may be disposed across the absorbent core 50 in the thickness direction T. The liquid-impermeable sheet 41 may be a film, for example, as long as it has liquid impermeability. The skin-facing sheet 42A may be made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric, as long as it has liquid permeability. The body panel 42B may be made of nonwoven fabric, for example. As shown in fig. 2, the skin sheet 42A may have: a central sheet 42A1 covering the center of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W; and a side sheet 42A2 covering an outer side portion of the center sheet 42A1 at a position closer to the skin surface side T1 than the center sheet 42 A1.
The absorbent main body 40 may have a pair of leakage preventing cuffs 46. The pair of leakage preventing cuffs 46 extend between the front waistline region S1 and the rear waistline region S2, and are disposed on both sides across the center of the absorbent article 10 in the width direction W. The pair of leakage preventive cuffs 46 are configured to be able to stand toward the skin of the wearer. The leakage preventing cuffs 46 may have leakage preventing joints (46A, 46B) and rising portions 46C. The leakage-proof joined portion is a portion where the side sheet 42A2 and sheets (the center sheet 42A1, the liquid-impermeable sheet 41, and the body sheet 42B) disposed on the non-skin surface side T2 with respect to the side sheet 42A2 are joined. The leak-proof joint may be formed of an adhesive. The leak-proof joint may have: a length joining portion 46A disposed outside the rising portion 46C in the longitudinal direction L; and a width joint portion 46B disposed on the outer side in the width direction W than the rising portion 46C. Fig. 2 shows the range of the rising portion 46C in the longitudinal direction L. The leak-proof joint portion has a length joint portion 46A located on both outer sides in the longitudinal direction than the rising portion 46C. The leakage preventing joint portion may further include a width joint portion 46B located on the outer side in the width direction W than the rising portion 46C. As shown in fig. 4, the rising portion 46C may be constituted by the side sheet 42A2 and a side stretchable member 46D provided on the side sheet 42A2. The rising portion 46C can rise by contracting the side stretchable members 46D in the longitudinal direction L. The rising portion 46C is provided on the inner side of the side sheet 42A2 in the width direction W, and can rise from the center sheet 42A1 without being joined to the center sheet 42 A1. The length engaging portion 46A and the width engaging portion 46B are portions that do not stand up. The rising portion 46C of the leakage preventing cuff 46 is configured to rise toward the skin surface side T1 with the inner end edge of the length joining portion 46A and the inner edge of the width joining portion 46B as base points.
The absorbent article 10 has joined regions and non-joined regions. The joint region is configured to have higher rigidity and less deformation than the non-joint region. The non-joined region is configured to be easily lower in rigidity and easily deformed than the joined region. The joining region includes: an outer package joining region R31 where the outer package 15 is joined to the absorbent body 40, a body sheet joining region R32 where the sheets of the absorbent body 40 are joined to each other, an outer package sheet joining region R33 where the sheets of the outer package 15 are joined to each other, and a cover joining region R34 where the cover sheet is joined to the outer package 15 or the absorbent body 40. The non-joined region includes: an outer-cover non-bonded region R21 where the outer cover 15 and the absorbent body 40 are not bonded, a body-sheet non-bonded region R22 where the sheets of the absorbent body 40 are not bonded, an outer-cover-sheet non-bonded region R23 where the sheets of the outer cover 15 are not bonded, and a covering non-bonded region R24 where the covering sheet is not bonded to the outer cover 15 and the absorbent body 40. The non-bonded region in the present invention includes not only a region where no adhesive is applied but also a region where components are not bonded to each other via a small amount of adhesive applied. The bonding region in the present invention includes not only the region to which the adhesive is applied but also a region surrounded by the region to which the adhesive is applied (region surrounded by the spiral-coated curve). The region surrounded by the region to which the adhesive is applied may not surround the entire periphery, and may be a region that surrounds at least half or more of the entire periphery.
The outer cover non-joined region R21 may include a region where the absorbent body 40 and the front outer cover 20 are not joined, and a region where the absorbent body 40 and the rear outer cover 30 are not joined. The outer package joining region R31 is a region where the absorbent main body 40 and the outer package 15 are joined. The exterior non-joined region R21 and the exterior joined region R31 are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L. In the region where the absorbent main body 40 and the exterior body 15 face each other, the exterior non-joined regions R21 and the exterior joined regions R31 may be provided alternately in the longitudinal direction in the same layer in the thickness direction T. The outer cover non-joined region R21 may be provided at the rear end edge of the region where the absorbent body 40 and the outer cover 15 face each other and at the front end edge of the region. In the cross section shown in fig. 4, the exterior non-joined region R21 is provided with exterior joined regions R31 on both sides in the width direction. In the cross section shown in fig. 5, the exterior joining region R31 is not provided, and the exterior non-joining region R21 continues in the width direction W.
The body panel non-joined region R22 may include a region where the liquid-impermeable sheet 41 and the body panel 42B are not joined and a region where the liquid-impermeable sheet 41 and the skin-facing sheet 42A are not joined. The body panel non-joined region R22 may be provided in a region overlapping the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent body 40 and the front end edge 40F of the absorbent body 40. The body sheet non-joining region R22 and the body sheet joining region R32 may be adjacent in the longitudinal direction L. The body sheet joined region R32 is continuous in the longitudinal direction L between the body sheet non-joined region R22 provided at the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent main body 40 and the body sheet non-joined region R22 provided at the front end edge 40F of the absorbent main body 40. The body panel joining region R32 may be provided in the same layer in the thickness direction T on the crotch region S3 side of the body panel non-joining region R22.
The exterior sheet non-joined region R23 is a region where the sheets constituting the exterior body 15 are not joined to each other. The exterior sheet non-joined region R23 may be provided in a region overlapping with the rear end edge of the front side exterior body 20 and the front end edge of the front side exterior body 20, and a region overlapping with the rear end edge of the rear side exterior body 30 and the front end edge of the rear side exterior body 30. The exterior sheet joining region R33 and the exterior sheet non-joining region R23 may be adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L. The exterior sheet non-bonding regions R23 and the exterior sheet bonding regions R33 may be alternately provided in the longitudinal direction L in the same layer in the thickness direction T.
The cover non-joined region R24 includes a region where the absorbent main body 40 and the front side cover sheet 27 are not joined, and a region where the absorbent main body 40 and the rear side cover sheet 37 are not joined. The covering non-bonded region R24 may be provided in a region overlapping with the rear end edge of the front side covering sheet 27 and the front end edge of the front side covering sheet 27, and a region overlapping with the rear end edge of the rear side covering sheet 37 and the front end edge of the rear side covering sheet 37. The overlying non-bonded region R24 and the overlying bonded region R34 may be adjacent in the length direction L. The covering non-bonded regions R24 and the covering bonded regions R34 may be alternately arranged in the length direction L in the same layer in the thickness direction T.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the rear waistline region S2 may be provided with a plurality of regions expressed in proportion to the total length of the rear waistline region S2 in the longitudinal direction L. Specifically, the rear waist region S2 includes: a rear waist region R11 located forward from the rear end edge S2R of the rear waist region S2 by 0 to 50% of the entire length of the rear waist region S2 in the longitudinal direction L; a rear middle region R12 located forward from the rear end edge S2R of the rear waistline region S2 by 50 to 80% of the total length of the rear waistline region S2 in the longitudinal direction L; and a back crotch side region R13 located forward of 80 to 100% of the entire length of the back waist region S2 in the longitudinal direction L from the rear end edge S2R of the back waist region S2.
The front waistline region S1 may be provided with a plurality of regions expressed in proportion to the total length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L. The front waistline region S1 includes: a front intermediate region F12 adjacent to the rear intermediate region R12 in the width direction W; a front waist region F11 disposed on the front side of the front middle region F12; and a front crotch region F13 disposed rearward of the front intermediate region F12. The front waist region F11, the front intermediate region F12, and the front crotch region F13 are continuous in the width direction W between the pair of side joint sections 60, and are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L. The length of the front intermediate region F12 in the longitudinal direction L is the same as the length of the rear intermediate region R12 in the longitudinal direction L at a portion adjacent to the side joining portion 60. The front waist region F11 is a region between the front edge S1F of the front waist region S1 and the front middle region F12. The front crotch side region F13 is a region between the rear end edge S1R of the front waistline region S1 and the front intermediate region F12. Fig. 6 is a view showing a plurality of regions F11 to F13 and R11 to R13 in a plan view of the expanded state of the absorbent article shown in fig. 2. The regions F11 to F13 and R11 to R13 are hatched. The back waist region R11, the back intermediate region R12, and the back crotch region R13 are continuous in the width direction W between the pair of side joint parts 60, and are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L. The respective regions in the present embodiment are defined by the ratio of the total length of the absorbent article in the extended state.
Next, the wearing state of the absorbent article will be described. Fig. 7 and 8 are views schematically showing a state in which the absorbent article is worn by a wearer. Fig. 7 is a diagram showing a state seen from a side surface, and fig. 8 is a diagram showing a state seen from a back side. In fig. 7 and 8, a line of the body of the wearer is indicated by a one-dot chain line BL. As shown in fig. 7, a bulge of the buttocks is formed on the back side of the wearer. Generally, the shape of the back side of the wearer bulges outward at the apexes of the buttocks, and bulges less than the apexes of the buttocks at a position above the apexes of the buttocks. Fig. 7 and 8 show the position of the apex X of the hip.
As a result of intensive studies, the present applicant found that the rear intermediate region R12 is disposed opposite to the position above the peak of the hip in a state in which it stands on the upper portion of the wearer in a worn state (such as a standing state and a sitting state). The waist circumference of the hip bulge portion is shorter than the peak of the hip, and shorter than the waist circumference of the upper part of the hip bulge portion. In the rear intermediate region R12, the rear stretchable member 32 in an extended state is continuously disposed. At least a part of the rear stretchable member 32 provided in the rear intermediate region R12 may be continuously disposed between the pair of side joining sections 60. The rear stretchable member 32 continuous between the pair of side joining portions 60 is configured to be stretchable in the width direction W. By contraction of the rear stretchable member 32, the absorbent article is brought into close contact with a portion above the apex of the buttocks. By bringing the region having a waist size shorter than the peak of the buttocks into close contact with the body, the absorbent article is less likely to shift in the longitudinal direction, and a shift decrease in the absorbent article can be suppressed.
As shown in fig. 2, the rear non-stretch region R15 is provided in the rear waistline region S2. The back non-stretch region R15 overlaps the absorbent core 50 in the back crotch side region R13. At least a part of the rear non-stretch region R15 may overlap the absorbent core 50. Therefore, excessive contraction of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W by the rear side stretchable member 32 can be suppressed, the length of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W can be secured, and the bodily fluid absorption function can be secured. The rear non-stretchable region R15 is disposed over the entire width of the rear waist region S2 in a region extending from the front end edge of the rear waist region S2 toward the rear side. The rear non-stretchable region R15 is provided at the center in the width direction of the rear waist region and is not provided at the side portions in the width direction of the rear waist region, at a position on the rear side of the region disposed over the entire width direction of the rear waist region. The rear end edge of the rear non-stretchable region R15 is positioned further to the front side than the rear end edge of the absorbent core. That is, the rear non-stretchable region R15 does not overlap the rear end edge of the absorbent core, and the rear end edge of the absorbent core can be stretched and contracted by the rear stretchable member 32.
By ensuring fit to the body with the rear intermediate region R12, even if the rear non-stretchable region R15 is provided in the rear crotch region R13, fit to the entire rear waist region S2 can be ensured, and a reduction in shifting of the absorbent article 10 can be suppressed. Therefore, the securing of the absorption function of the absorbent core 50 in the rear waistline region S2 and the suppression of the reduction in the displacement of the absorbent article can be both achieved.
The rear non-stretchable region R15 is a region having no rear stretchable member 32 in an extended state, and is a concept including a region where the rear stretchable member 32 is not disposed and a region where the rear stretchable member 32 is disposed in a non-extended state. The rear side stretchable member 32 of the present embodiment is disposed in an extended state over the entire width W of the rear waist region S2 during the manufacture of the absorbent article. The plurality of rear stretchable members 32 in the stretched state are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction L over the entire region of the rear waistline region S2 in the longitudinal direction L. In the crotch back region R13, at least a part of the back side stretchable component 32 is cut in a region overlapping the absorbent core 50 and is cut back toward the outer side of the back waist region S2. The region in which the rear stretchable member 32 is cut back is a region in which the rear stretchable member 32 is disposed in a non-stretched state, and constitutes a rear non-stretchable region R15. In fig. 2, only the rear stretchable members 32 are shown arranged in an extended state, and the region between the rear stretchable members 32 in the width direction W constitutes the rear non-stretchable region R15. In fig. 2, the rear non-telescopic region R15 is indicated by hatching.
The rear non-stretchable region R15 may be provided in a central portion including the center of the rear waistline region S2 in the width direction W. Specifically, the rear non-stretchable region R15 may be provided at least in the center of a region that trisects the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W. Further, the rear stretchable member 32 in an extended state (stretchable and contractible) may be disposed at a position outside the rear non-stretchable region R15 in the width direction W. The outer edge of the rear non-stretch region R15 may be located inward of the outer edge of the absorbent core 50. With this configuration, the rear stretchable member 32 can improve the close contact with the outer side portion of the absorbent core 50, and the length of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W can be secured, and leakage of bodily fluid can be suppressed.
The rear non-stretchable region R15 may be provided in a portion extending from the front end edge of the rear waistline region S2 to the rear side in the longitudinal direction. The rear non-stretchable region R15 may be disposed only in the rear crotch portion region R13 or may be disposed so as to extend over the rear intermediate region R12. The rear end edge of the rear non-stretchable region R15 may be positioned further to the front side than the rear waist region R11. The rear stretchable member 32 in the extended state of the present embodiment is continuous between the pair of side joining portions 60 in the rear waist region R11 as a whole in the longitudinal direction and the rear side portion in the rear intermediate region R12. The extended rear stretchable member 32 is disposed in the front side portion in the rear intermediate region R12 and in the crotch back region R13 so as to be separated in the width direction W.
The rear stretchable member 32 may be disposed continuously between the pair of side joining portions 60 in a rear middle region R12 on a rear side of the rear non-stretchable region R15. The rear side stretchable member 32 may overlap the absorbent core 50. The rear stretchable member 32 improves the adhesiveness of the rear end portion of the absorbent core 50, thereby suppressing rear leakage.
The outer package non-joined region R21 may be provided in the rear intermediate region R12. In the outer cover non-joined region R21, the rear outer cover 30 is not joined to the absorbent body 40, and therefore, the contraction force of the rear stretchable member 32 is not easily transmitted to the absorbent body 40. Therefore, in the rear intermediate region R12, the contraction force of the rear stretchable member 32 is less likely to act on the absorbent main body 40. The contraction in the width direction W of the absorbent main body 40 can be suppressed, and the bodily fluid absorption function can be ensured.
The outer cover non-joined region R21 may be provided in a region overlapping with the absorbent core 50. The outer-cover non-joined region R21 may be provided in a region overlapping the absorbent core 50 in the rear intermediate region R12, or may be provided in a region overlapping the absorbent core 50 in the crotch back side region R13. With this structure, in the region overlapping the absorbent core 50, the contraction force of the rear side stretchable member 32 is less likely to act on the absorbent main body. Therefore, the contraction of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W can be effectively suppressed, and the absorbent core 50 can be easily brought into surface contact with the body, thereby ensuring the bodily fluid absorption function. Preferably, the region where the outer cover non-joined region R21 overlaps with the absorbent core 50 in the rear intermediate region R12 may be provided over the entire region in the width direction W of the absorbent core 50, and more preferably, may be provided over the entire region in the width direction W of the absorbent main body 40.
The exterior non-joining region R21 may be provided in a region overlapping the rear stretchable member 32 in the extended state. The contraction force of the rear side stretchable member 32 is more difficult to act on the absorbent main body. The contraction in the width direction W of the absorbent main body is suppressed, and the function of absorbing body fluid is ensured. Preferably, the outer package non-joined region R21 may be provided in a region overlapping the rear stretchable member 32 in the stretched state and overlapping the absorbent core 50. The absorbent core 50 can be suppressed from shrinking in the width direction W, and the absorbent core 50 can be pressed toward the wearer side, thereby suppressing rear leakage.
The outer non-joined region R21 may be provided continuously in the width direction W over the entire width direction W of the absorbent body 40. That is, as shown in fig. 5, the exterior non-bonded region R21 may be continuous without providing the exterior bonded region R31 in any cross section along the width direction W. With this structure, the outer package 15 is less likely to be restrained with respect to the absorbent main body 40, and the outer package 15 is more likely to expand and contract in the width direction. Therefore, when the exterior body 15 is stretched in the width direction when worn by a wearer, the exterior body 15 is easily stretched, and the body of the wearer is easily covered with the exterior body 15 appropriately. Further, since the outer package 15 is easily stretchable, it can be flexibly deformed in accordance with the movement of the body when worn, and the wearing feeling is improved. Preferably, the rear side stretchable member 32 in the stretched state is continuously disposed in the width direction W in a region where the exterior non-joined region R21 is continuous in the width direction W over the entire width direction W of the absorbent main body 40. The exterior body 15 is more easily expanded and contracted in the width direction.
The outer non-bonded region R21 may be provided in a region overlapping the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent body 40, and the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent body 40 may be covered with the rear cover sheet 37. By covering the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent main body 40 with the rear covering sheet 37, the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent main body 40 is less likely to come into contact with the skin, and irritation to the skin can be suppressed. Further, by covering the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent body 40 with the rear covering sheet 37, even when body fluid leaks from the absorbent body 40, the body fluid can be prevented from adhering to the skin. The rear cover sheet 37 of the present embodiment covers the skin surface side of the rear end edge 40R of the absorbent body 40 over the entire width direction of the absorbent body 40.
The exterior non-joined region R21 may be disposed on the outer side (rear side) in the longitudinal direction than the rising portion 46C of the leakage prevention cuff 46. The absorbent body 40 in the outer cover non-joined region R21 is not joined to the outer cover 15, and easily rises toward the skin. The rising portion 46C of the leakage preventing cuff 46 rises toward the skin with the longitudinal joint portion 46A as a base point. At this time, the rising portion 46C is more likely to rise toward the skin side by applying tension between the length joint portions 46A. At this time, since the outer cover non-joined region R21 is disposed at a position outside the rising portion 46C in the longitudinal direction, the absorbent main body 40 rises toward the skin side without resisting the tension acting on the rising portion 46C, and the rising property of the leakage preventive cuffs 46 can be maintained. The outer cover non-bonded region R21 may be disposed on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion 46C in the rear waist region S2, but preferably, the outer cover non-bonded region R21 may be disposed on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the rising portion 46C in both the front waist region S1 and the rear waist region S2. The standing property of the leakage preventing flanges 46 can be further maintained.
In the front intermediate region F12, the front stretchable member 22 may be continuously disposed between the pair of side joining portions 60. The front intermediate region F12 is adjacent to the rear intermediate region R12 in the width direction W via the side joint portions 60. As described above, the rear stretchable member 32 is also continuously disposed between the pair of side joining portions 60 in the rear intermediate region R12. The region contracted by the front stretchable member 22 and the rear stretchable member 32 is arranged to cover one circumference of the waist of the wearer. The region contracted by the front stretchable member 22 and the rear stretchable member 32 is in close contact with the body, and the absorbent article 10 can be prevented from shifting down. In addition, since the rear intermediate region R12 and the front intermediate region F12 are in close contact with the body to suppress the offset drop, the close contact in the other regions (the front waist region, the rear waist region R11, the front crotch region, and the rear crotch region R13) can be relatively suppressed. By not being in close contact with the body over the entire absorbent article, the uncomfortable feeling during wearing can be reduced. That is, the absorbent article can be prevented from being displaced and lowered while preventing the wearing feeling from being deteriorated.
As shown in fig. 7, a recess extending in the width direction W is formed at the lower end of the abdomen of the wearer. The recess in the center of the wearer's abdomen in the width direction W is located at the lower end of the abdomen. As a result of intensive studies, the present applicant found that the front middle region F12 is disposed opposite to the concavity of the lower end of the abdomen. By contraction of the front stretchable member 22 in the front intermediate region F12, the front intermediate region F12 comes into close contact with the depression of the body, and the absorbent article is less likely to shift down.
As shown in fig. 2, a front non-stretchable region F15 having no front stretchable member 22 in an extended state may be disposed in the front waist region F11. The front non-stretchable region F15 in the front waist region F11 adjacent to the front middle region F12 can reduce the close contact with the body and suppress the deterioration of the wearing feeling while suppressing the lowering of the absorbent article due to the continuous front stretchable member 22 in the front middle region F12. The front waist region F11 is positioned on the front side of the front middle region F12, is positioned above the concavity of the lower end of the abdomen, and is positioned opposite to the bulge of the abdomen. By providing the front non-stretchable region F15 in the front waist region F11, the front waist region F11 is less likely to shift downward toward the front middle region F12 due to contraction of the front stretchable members 22, and the shift downward of the absorbent article can be suppressed. The front non-stretching region F15 is provided in two regions separately in the longitudinal direction. The one front non-stretchable region F15 is disposed over the entire width of the front waistline region S1 in a region extending from the rear end edge of the front waistline region to the front side. The one front non-stretchable region F15 is provided at the center in the width direction of the front waistline region and is not provided at the side in the width direction of the front waistline region, at a position on the front side of the region disposed over the entire width direction of the front waistline region. The other front non-stretchable region F15 is disposed over the entire width of the front waistline region S1 in a region extending from the front end edge toward the rear side of the front waistline region S1. The other front non-stretchable region F15 is provided at the center in the width direction of the front waistline region, but not at the side in the width direction of the front waistline region, at a position on the rear side of the region disposed over the entire width direction of the front waistline region. A region which can be expanded and contracted by the front side stretchable member 22 is arranged between the one front non-stretchable region F15 and the other front non-stretchable region F15. The other front non-stretchable region F15 overlaps the front end edge of the absorbent core.
The front non-stretchable region F15 is a region having no front stretchable member 22 in an extended state, and is a concept including a region where no front stretchable member 22 is disposed and a region where the front stretchable member 22 is disposed in a non-extended state. The front stretchable member 22 of the present embodiment is disposed in an extended state over the entire width direction W of the front waistline region S1 during the manufacture of the absorbent article. The plurality of front stretchable members 22 in the stretched state are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction L over the entire longitudinal direction L of the front waistline region S1. At least a part of the front stretchable component 22 is cut in the front crotch region F13 and is cut back toward the outer side of the front waistline region S1. In fig. 2, only the front stretchable members 22 are shown in the stretched state, and the region between the front stretchable members 22 in the width direction W and the region outside the front stretchable members 22 in the longitudinal direction constitute a front non-stretchable region F15. In fig. 2, the front non-telescopic region F15 is indicated by hatching.
The front non-stretch region F15 may be provided in a central portion including the center of the front waistline region S1 in the width direction W. Specifically, the front non-stretchable region F15 may be provided at least in the center of a region that trisects the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W. Further, the front stretchable member 22 in an extended state (stretchable and contractible) may be disposed at a position outside the front non-stretchable region F15 in the width direction W. The outer side edge of the front non-stretch region F15 may be located inward of the outer side edge of the absorbent core 50. With this structure, the front non-stretchable region F15 can improve the adhesiveness of the outer portion of the absorbent core 50, and the length of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W can be ensured while suppressing leakage of bodily fluid.
The front non-stretchable region F15 may be provided over the entire width of a portion extending from the front end edge of the front waistline region S1 to the rear side and over the entire width of a portion extending from the rear end edge of the front waistline region S1 to the front side. The front non-stretch region F15 may be continuously provided over the entire width direction W in the front crotch region F13 and the front waist region F11. The extended front stretchable member 22 of the present embodiment is disposed so as to be separated in the width direction W in the front waist region F11 and the front crotch region F13, and is continuous between the pair of side joining sections 60 in the front intermediate region F12.
The front non-stretchable region F15 is disposed in the front intermediate region F12. The front non-stretchable region F15 may be provided in at least a part of the front intermediate region F12, and in the embodiment, the front non-stretchable region F15 is disposed at the center of the front intermediate region F12 in the width direction W, and the front stretchable member 22 in an extended state is disposed at a position outside the front non-stretchable region F15 in the width direction W. In the front intermediate region, the front non-stretchable region F15 may be disposed on the crotch region side of the front stretchable member 22 that continues in the width direction W between the pair of side joining portions 60. By providing the front non-stretchable region F15 at a position closer to the crotch region than the front stretchable component, the absorbent core 50 can be prevented from shrinking in the width direction W due to the shrinkage of the front stretchable component 22 in the front intermediate region F12. Therefore, the absorbent core 50 can be easily brought into surface contact with the body, and the absorption function of body fluid can be ensured.
The absorbent core 50 may be disposed in the front intermediate region F12. The absorbent core 50 may be disposed in the front intermediate region F12 and the front crotch side region F13. The absorbent core 50 is brought into close contact with the wearer's body by contraction of the front stretchable member in the front middle region F12, and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
