技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有光电显示模块的显示装置,该光电显示模块具有显示面,显示装置具有布置在显示面和显示面的可能的观测者之间的透光的覆盖物,并且透光的覆盖物借助透光的胶粘剂粘合到显示面上。
背景技术
光电显示模块是例如液晶显示装置或者有机发光二极管显示装置,其例如作为显示装置或者组合的显示和输入面,例如在移动电话中使用。为了保护光电显示模块,利用透光地覆盖物额外地覆盖它们,覆盖物借助胶粘剂粘合到光电显示模块的显示面上并且由此特别地机械式地保护了光电显示模块。在汽车中也更多地使用此类显示装置,例如用于制造完整的组合仪器。此时当在此覆盖物上安装装饰元件或者信息元件例如刻度环时,形成不期望的裂隙或者接缝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供前述的具有装饰元件或者信息元件的显示装置,其中没有出现不期望的裂隙或者接缝。该目的由此实现,即三维地设计透光地覆盖物的表面。由此可以通过这些三维设计实现装饰元件例如刻度环,而不会出现不期望的裂隙或者接缝。当将覆盖物仅粘合到显示面上的部分区域中时,可以实现的是,在透光地覆盖物和显示面之间设置附加的结构元件。当在显示面的部分区域内粘合透光覆盖物并且显示面可以被可能的观测者识别时,一方面实现了可以被观测者识别的显示面有统一的外观,另一方面也可以实现,在例如作为装饰环或者刻度环的三维构造的覆盖物的区域内,在装饰环或者刻度环之下安装附加的结构元件,以便例如使其可以单独照亮它们。
当覆盖物由薄膜构成时,它的制造特别简单并且便宜。通过薄膜的深冲(Tiefziehen)可以特别简单地实现薄膜的三维塑造。当薄膜被印刷时,它的三维设计起到特别良好的作用。在印刷薄膜时重要的是在深冲之前印刷,因为此时印刷本质上更简单。当在背向可能的观测者的面上印刷薄膜时,例如当作为输入器使用显示装置时,使印刷避免了机械摩擦。
当间距保持件分布在胶粘剂中时,可以实现在覆盖物和显示面之间的恒定距离。当间距保持件透明并且具有与胶粘剂相同的折射率时,显示装置制造了特别具有光学好感的印象:在此当正常观察显示装置时,间距保持件是不可识别的。当间距保持件被设计为相同形状时,距离被调整的更加准确。这同样发生在当相邻的间距保持件彼此具有相同距离时。当间距保持件具有0.4mm的直径时是特别优选的。其可以设计为例如具有该直径的球体或者具有该直径的线。可以如此实现显示装置的附加照明,即在显示面和覆盖物之间布置光导体。由此可以实现例如装饰或者刻度元件的附加照明。当光导体在覆盖物方向上通过光输出耦合面进行光的输出耦合时,例如在三维设计的确定的位置处例如装饰环处可以实现单独照明,以便突出例如在标尺上确定的固定值或者可调整的值。当在光输出耦合面上方可透射光的图标布置在覆盖物上时,可以通过照亮该图标描述附加信息,例如警告。

具体实施方式
图1中的光电显示模块例如设计为液晶显示装置,并且具有显示面A,其通常覆盖了显示模块的几乎全部面。该显示模块例如可以设计为点矩阵显示装置,但是它也可以是其他的光电显示模块。
在图2中的根据本发明的显示装置的第一实施例中已知了具有显示面A的光电显示模块1和仅示出一半的具有三维结构4的覆盖物3。在设计为装饰框的三维结构4中示出了可透射光的图标5a到5i。例如通过覆盖物3的印刷可以实现这些图标5a到5i。此时可以如此设计压力,即仅当相应地透射图标时可以识别图标。这可以例如由此实现,在被挤压的图标上面,在可能的观测者方向上涂覆另外的涂膜,涂膜在纯粹的入射光下覆盖该图标,但是在相应的背光时,它可以使由图标发射的光到达相应的观测者。此外在不由覆盖物3覆盖的区域中识别出,将显示面A分成两个区域,即一个在其上涂覆了胶粘剂2的区域,以及另一个其上没有涂覆胶粘剂2的未粘合区域6。因为相对于覆盖物3的边界线G对称地构造该显示装置并且进而构造覆盖物3,可以识别,利用胶粘剂2粘合到显示面的覆盖物3的区域设计为平面的并且未被粘合的区域具有三维结构4。因为仅部分示出覆盖物3,仅在本附图中可以识别边界线G,在根据本发明的仪器中,覆盖物3完全遮盖了显示面A。因为三维结构和位于三维结构以外的覆盖物3的区域被印刷,对于观测者仅可识别显示面的其上涂覆有胶粘剂2的区域,并且该区域与覆盖物3借助胶粘剂相连接。此时这些表面不需要准确划分边界。而且还必然可实现的是,在装饰框之内还可印刷覆盖物,因此可以实现清晰地过渡并且如此阻止了可能的观测者还可以识别显示面A的未粘合的面积。
图3中根据本发明的显示装置的实施例与图2中的实施例构造相同,因此对于相同结构元件使用相同的标号。已知具有框架形三维结构4的覆盖物和借助胶粘剂粘合的覆盖物3的区域2a。在框架之外原则上可以实现,使用已存在的显示面A,但是这在多数情况下基于美学原因被取消。因此在此区域内更加有利地印刷覆盖物3。
在图4中已知光电模块1、具有区域2a和4的覆盖物3、具有间距保持件7的胶粘剂2、LED 8、具有输出耦合面10的光导体9和其上布置有LED 8的电路板11。覆盖物3在区域2a中借助胶粘剂2粘合到光电模块1上。在三维结构4和光电模块1之间存在空间,因此有位置放置光导体9。如此光可以从LED 8输入到光导体9中并且通过输出耦合面10输出。如此可以照亮三维结构4,特别是当图2的图标5a到5i位于三维结构中时。因此可以实现,非常亮地照射这些图标。原则上也可能可以实现,单独使用光电模块,例如在LED中可以相应的连通在三维结构4的下方的相应像素并且如此也实现了照明。但是因为例如LED具有非常大的光损失,以这种方式和方法仅可以实现比较低的光强度,或者但是必须在该区域内应用由LED射出的非常大的光强度。
图5示出了直接照射三维结构的第二个可能性。此处仅存在相对较短的具有输出耦合面10的光导体9,其中LED 8输入光,同样地在光电模块1和三维结构4之间布置输出耦合面。LED 8通过柔性电路板12获得它的电能。
本发明还可以对光进行略微修改。例如也可以用透光的漆涂装覆盖物3的粘合到显示模块1的区域2a或者设置特殊涂膜,以便实现显示装置的尽可能统一的总形象。但是在此需要注意,附加的涂膜吸收额外的光,因此在要求显示最低亮度时必须增强相应的显示装置的照明。

Claims (24)

1.一种带有光电显示模块(1)的显示装置,所述光电显示模块具有显示面(A),所述显示装置具有布置在所述显示面(A)和所述显示面(A)的可能的观测者之间的透光的覆盖物(3),其中透光的所述覆盖物(3)借助胶粘剂粘合到所述显示面上,其特征在于,三维地设计透光的所述覆盖物(3),透光的所述覆盖物(3)仅粘合到所述显示面(A)上的部分区域中。
