Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及管道端部配件,并且更具体地涉及一种用于具有外部护套从而捕获任意泄漏液体或气体的管道的管道端部配件。
背景技术
图1为显示了传统端部配件1的横截面图。端部配件1由整块原料、如碳钢或者不锈钢加工而成。端部配件包括中心孔2、固定端4以及管道附接端6。环形连接槽口12形成在外表面上、靠近固定端4处,用以将端部配件1固定到其目标位置(如,井口阀)。配件1还包括在管道附接端6处的锯齿状管道连接器14,用以容纳并固定管道组件18的内管道16的端部。此外管道组件18还包括围绕着内管道16的护套20。护套20提供了压配用以将管道组件18连接到端部配件1,并捕获可能从内管道16漏出的任意液体或者气体。采用焊缝22将护套20固定到端部配件1。护套20包括在焊缝22附近延伸穿过护套的排出口24。采用排出口24来排出由护套20捕获的任意液体/气体。
所示的传统端部配件1具有几个缺点。因为端部配件1的长度和宽度,由整块库存材料加工出端部配件1成本高、耗时、且浪费库存材料。此外,形成在护套20中的排出口24会在将管道组件18安装到端部配件1的冲模处理期间变形,这会使得排出口24泄漏。
需要解决上述问题的改进的端部配件。
发明内容
上述问题和需要通过一种管道端部装配组件来解决,该组件包括外主体,该外主体具有外表面、限定出第一孔的内表面以及在内和外表面之间延伸的端部表面。内主体具有限定出第二孔的内表面和外表面,其中内主体外表面的第一部分固定到外主体内表面。通道形成在外主体中并从外主体的端部表面延伸到外主体的外表面,其中该通道包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分从端部表面延伸并平行于第一孔,以及第二部分从外主体的外表面延伸到通道的第一部分,其中通道的第一和第二部分相互流体连通。
在本发明的另一方面,管道组件包括外主体,该外主体具有外表面、限定出第一孔的内表面以及在内和外表面之间延伸的端部表面。内主体具有限定出第二孔的内表面以及外表面,其中内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到外主体的内表面。形成在外主体中的通道从外主体的端部表面延伸到外主体的外表面,其中该通道包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分从端部表面延伸并平行于第一孔,而第二部分从外主体的外表面延伸到通道的第一部分。管道具有绕着内主体的外表面的第二部分设置并固定到该第二部分的端部。护套设置在管道周围,并具有固定到外主体的外表面的端部。该通道的第一和第二部分相互流体连通,且具有在护套和管道之间延伸的空间。
在本发明的又一方面,形成管道组件的方法包括:形成具有外主体,该外主体具有外表面、限定出第一孔的内表面以及在内和外表面之间延伸的端部表面;在外主体内形成从外主体的端部表面延伸到其外表面的通道,其中该通道包括从端部表面延伸且平行于第一孔的第一部分以及从外主体的外表面延伸到通道的第一部分的第二部分;形成具有限定出第二孔的内表面及外表面的内主体;将内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到外主体的内表面;将管道端部固定在内主体的外表面的第二部分周围并固定到该第二部分,并且将护套的端部固定到外主体的外表面,其中外套设置在管道周围。通道的第一和第二部分相互流体连通,且具有在护套和管道之间延伸的空间。

具体实施方式
本发明为管道端部装配组件30,如图2所示。管道端部装配组件30由彼此固定的两个独立的组件构成,即,外主体32和内主体34。
外主体32大体上为筒状,其具有限定出纵向延伸通过外主体的孔36的内表面32a。连接器槽口38形成在外主体32的外表面32b上(以便于连接到其目标位置)。内主体34大体上为筒状并具有内表面34a,该内表面限定出纵向延伸通过内主体34的孔40。内主体34的一端在内主体34的外表面34b上形成有锯齿,从而形成锯齿形管道连接器42(用以容纳并固定管道端部)。内主体34的另一端设置在孔36中,并安装到外主体32。特别地,内主体34的外表面34b固定到外主体32的内表面32a,优选地利用压配合(即,外主体32的内表面32a和内主体34的外表面34b之间的剪切力,从而在两者之间形成了过盈配合)。过盈配合可选择地是温度增强型的,这里在装配在一起之前内/外主体之一被加热,且另一个被冷却,这样在装配在一起之后随着温度的平衡而形成额外的压缩力。可选的焊缝44可以形成在内/外主体32/34的边缘处,这会形成包含加压液体/气体的冗余密封。锯齿或者螺纹可额外地或者选择性地用于将外和内主体32/34固定起来以增强拉伸能力。
管道组件46连接到管道端部装配组件30。管道组件46包括内管道48以及绕着内管道48的护套50。内管道48的端部在锯齿状管道连接器42上滑动并与其啮合。护套50的端部通过焊缝52固定到外主体32上。从管道48漏出并流入管道48和护套50之间的空间53内的任意液体或者气体被护套50捕获,并引导到端部装配组件30。
排出通道54通过外主体32形成,从而为空间53提供了排出。优选地,通道54包括在外主体32内纵向延伸的第一通道部分54a(平行于孔36),以及从第一通道部分54a向外延伸到外主体32的外表面32b的第二通道部分54b(即,第一和第二通道部分54a/54b相互垂直)。在图1的传统设计中无法实现形成第一通道部分54a,因为锯齿形管道连接器14的多余长度堵住了到达可在其内形成有通道的表面的通路(即,大部分钻孔或材料移除机加工需要通往在其内将执行钻孔或者材料去除的表面的完全通路)。然而,在图2的设计中,第一通道部分54a能在外主体安装到内主体34之前可靠地形成在外主体32中,这里外主体32的端部表面56(第一通道部分54a形成在其中)完全可以接近。相同地,第二通道部分54b被加工到外主体32的外表面32b(也是可完全接近的)中,直到两个通道部分54a/54b相遇。通道54在空间53和外主体32的外表面32b之间提供了流体连通,这里空间53中泄漏的液体或者气体可被排出并捕获。多部分通道54比会发生意外变形和泄漏的、传统技术形成的护套本身中的排出口更可靠。
使用附连在一起的两个单独的主体32/34来形成端部配件组件30的其他优点为优化/最小化用来制造端部转配件30的存料。更小尺寸的存料可以用于单独形成内和外主体32/34,与将端部配件加工为整件材料相比,这大大降低了所浪费的存料量。制造内和外主体32/34的加工工艺得到简化,与图1整体端部配件相比,制造起来更快、更便宜。
可以理解的是,本发明不限于上述和所示的实施方式(多个),但是包含了落入附随权利要求范围中的任意和所有变形。比如,针对本发明的参考并不限于任意权利要求和权利要求术语的范围,但仅仅参考了由一个或多个权利要求覆盖的一个或多个特征。上述材料、工艺和数字示例仅为示例,且不应该被视为对权利要求的限定。此外,从权利要求和说明书可以清楚地是,并非所有的方法步骤都需要按照所示或者权利要求所限定的一定顺序执行,但是可以按照本发明管道端部配件的正确形成以任意顺序执行。
Claims (22)
1.一种管道端部装配组件,包括:
外主体,所述外主体具有外表面、限定出第一孔的内表面、以及在所述内表面和所述外表面之间延伸的端部表面;
内主体,所述内主体具有限定出第二孔的内表面和外表面,其中所述内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到所述外主体的内表面;以及
通道,所述通道在所述外主体中形成,并从所述外主体的端部表面延伸到所述外主体的所述外表面,其中所述通道包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分从所述端部表面延伸并平行于所述第一孔、且所述第二部分从所述外主体的外表面延伸到所述通道的所述第一部分,其中所述通道的所述第一和第二部分相互流体连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述通道的所述第二部分与所述通道的所述第一部分正交地延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二孔为圆柱形。
4.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,还包括:
将所述端部表面固定到所述内主体的外表面的焊缝。
5.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述内主体的第一部分止于第一端处,其中,所述装置还包括:
将所述第一端固定到所述外主体的内表面的焊缝。
6.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,还包括:
形成在所述外主体的内表面中的槽口。
7.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,所述内主体的外表面的第二部分包括形成于其内的锯齿。
8.一种管道组件,包括:
外主体,所述外主体具有外表面、限定出第一孔的内表面、以及在所述内表面与所述外表面之间延伸的端部表面;
内主体,所述内主体具有限定出第二孔的内表面和外表面,其中所述内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到所述外主体的内表面;
通道,所述通道在所述外主体中形成,并从所述外主体的端部表面延伸到所述外主体的外表面,其中所述通道包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分从所述端部表面延伸并平行于所述第一孔,而第二部分从所述外主体的外表面延伸到所述通道的第一部分;
管道,所述管道具有设置在所述内主体的外表面的第二部分周围并与所述第二部分固定的端部;且
护套,所述护套设置在所述管道周围,并具有固定到所述外主体的外表面的端部;
其中,所述通道的所述第一和第二部分相互流体连通,并具有在所述护套和所述管道之间延伸的空间。
9.如权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述通道的第二部分与所述通道的第一部分正交地延伸。
10.如权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述第一和第二孔为圆柱形。
11.如权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,还包括:
将所述端部表面固定到所述内主体的外表面的焊缝。
12.如权利要求8所述的组件,其特征在于,所述内主体的第一部分止在第一端处,且所述装置还包括:
将所述第一端固定到所述外主体的内表面的焊缝。

15.一种形成管道组件的方法,包括:

在所述外主体中形成通道,所述通道从所述外主体的所述端部表面延伸到所述外主体的外表面,其中所述通道包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分从所述端部表面延伸并平行于所述第一孔,以及第二部分从所述外主体的外表面延伸到所述通道的第一部分;
形成内主体,所述内主体具有限定出第二孔的内表面以及外表面;
将所述内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到所述外主体的内表面;
将管道的端部固定到所述内主体的外表面的第二部分周围并固定到所述第二部分;且
将护套的端部固定到所述外主体的外表面,其中所述护套设置在所述管道周围;
其中,所述通道的所述第一和第二部分相互流体连通,并具有在所述护套和所述管道之间延伸的空间。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述内主体的外表面的第一部分固定到所述外主体的内表面上是在所述通道形成之后执行的。
17.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通道的第二部分与所述通道的第一部分正交地延伸。
18.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一孔和所述第二孔为圆柱状。
