Description

Network commodity transaction system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of computer network application, in particular to a network commodity transaction system.
Background
On one hand, in the face of strong competition of domestic and foreign enterprises, rapid development and expansion of various novel retail business states, such as supermarkets, warehouse member stores, professional stores, commodity transaction centers and various shop-free retail business states, such as web stores, regional supermarkets (regional retail enterprises) find differences among the retail business states, determine the competitive strategies of development of the regional supermarkets, accelerate the development of the regional retail businesses to meet challenges, and become urgent needs of the supermarkets. The buyer and seller of the physical store (such as a convenience store and a chain of convenience stores) are worried about price disadvantage caused by few customers. Purchasers of brick and mortar stores are often annoyed by the lack of price advantage and/or difficulty in price comparison of the brick and mortar stores.
On the other hand, in recent years, selling commodities via a network and trading commodities on the network have become new and fashionable, which has led to a rapid development of a large number of electronic commerce industries of the C2C model. There are traditional network commodity transaction systems such as Taobao, Yi qu, Racket and Baobo. The price of the commodities sold on the internet is lower than that of the commodities sold in the physical stores, which greatly attracts purchasers. However, the traditional network commodity transaction system has the problems of difficult complaints, mass rough manufacturing, counterfeit and counterfeit commodity chaotic market, and cannot well meet the requirement of consumers on the cost performance, particularly the requirement on the cost performance of valuables and articles inconvenient to transport.
In addition, when a buyer wants to purchase a commodity which is difficult to express due to its large size, the buyer and the seller based on the conventional network commodity transaction system are often worried about the low timeliness and the difficulty in verifying the quality and authenticity of the commodity. For the network commodity transaction system, the buyer has deep concerns about commodity delivery and commodity quality, and particularly for some valuable commodities, few buyers have confidence to buy in the network commodity transaction system.
However, the regional supermarket just overcomes the defects of the network commodity transaction system, and has the advantages of convenient delivery and/or easy verification of the quality and authenticity of commodities.
It can be seen that both the network commodity transaction system and the regional supermarket have great disadvantages, and one disadvantage is just the advantage of the other, and cannot satisfy the buyer. Therefore, how to construct a commodity transaction system which can better meet the requirement of the consumer on the cost performance, especially the requirement on the cost performance of valuables and articles which are inconvenient to transport, is a very important technical problem.

Fig. 1 shows an architecture diagram of a network commodity transaction system according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a data center 11 for storing commodity provider information, commodity information, purchaser information, and order information; the first management subsystem 12 (also called a merchant management and control system) is configured to supervise various types of information stored in the data center, for example, approve a commodity provider according to commodity provider information stored in the data center, and may be externally represented as a web end of a super administrator (referred to as a system administrator for short) of the system; a second management subsystem 13 (also called merchant management and operating system) for receiving and storing the commodity provider information inputted by the commodity provider and receiving and storing the commodity information inputted by the commodity provider approved by the first management subsystem, wherein the commodity provider information at least comprises a commodity provider name, a commodity provider detailed address and a geographical position in an electronic map corresponding to the commodity provider detailed address, and the subsystem can be externally represented as a web access end and/or an application program end used by the commodity provider; the buyer subsystem 14 (also called buyer shopping experience system) is used for inquiring the goods provider information and the goods information of the data center 11 and/or the goods ordered in the data center 11 according to the inquiry instruction of the buyer, and can be externally represented as a web end and/or an application end used by the buyer.
The purchaser, including all users using the purchaser's subsystem, referred to in this document is not limited to users who have purchased or are purchasing goods through the system.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a purchaser querying goods provider information in the data center 11 through the purchaser subsystem 14 according to the present embodiment. This is explained below with reference to fig. 2.
In step S210, the purchaser inputs inquiry conditions for inquiring the information of the commodity provider in the data center 11, such as the name of the commodity provider, whether the commodity provider is delivered, and the like, through the purchaser subsystem 14.
Step S220, the purchaser subsystem 14 receives the inquiry condition input by the purchaser for inquiring the commodity provider information in the data center 11;
step S230, the purchaser subsystem 14 obtains the current geographic location of the purchaser, for example, the current geographic location of the purchaser can be obtained through the GPS positioning function or the base station positioning function of the user access terminal;
in step S240, the purchaser subsystem 14 uses, as a query result, only the product provider information in the data center 11 that meets the query condition received in step S210 and is located in a geographic area centered on the current geographic location of the purchaser and having a first preset length as a radius. The first preset length is any preset length, and can be preset for a purchaser or preset a default value by a system. Therefore, the commodity provider information in the nearby range (the geographic area with the current geographic position of the buyer as the center and the first preset length as the radius) can be displayed to the buyer, and compared with the traditional network transaction platform, the buyer can conveniently select the store nearby to purchase so as to better meet the requirements of the buyer.
In step S250, optionally, the purchaser subsystem 14 displays a geographical location mark for identifying each corresponding goods provider at a geographical location corresponding to the detailed address of each goods provider in the query result in the electronic map, and visually displays the specific location of the queried goods provider to the purchaser, so that the purchaser can go to pick up goods conveniently.
It should be noted that step S230 is optional. In the case that step S230 is not performed, only the commodity provider information that satisfies the query condition in the data center 11 and is within the buyer preset commodity query area or within the geographical area centered on the buyer-designated geographical location and having the first length as the radius may be taken as the query result in step S240. Therefore, under the condition that the current position of the buyer cannot be detected, or the condition that the buyer wants to inquire commodity providers in a preset commodity inquiry area (such as the vicinity of an office or the vicinity of a home), the system can also return the inquiry result wanted by the buyer, so that the satisfaction degree of the buyer is improved.
Preferably, the goods provider information may further include a delivery range attribute for indicating a geographical area where the goods provider supports delivery. In this case, the purchaser subsystem may, upon receiving the inquiry condition for inquiring the commodity provider inputted by the purchaser, cover only the commodity provider information, which is represented by the delivery range attribute of the commodity provider, over the location where the purchaser is located or the geographic location specified by the purchaser and satisfies the inquiry condition specified by the purchaser, as the inquiry result; or only the commodity provider information and/or the commodity information which covers the position of the buyer or the geographical position specified by the buyer and meets the inquiry condition specified by the buyer is taken as the inquiry result. Thus, information of a commodity provider capable of being delivered to a home can be conveniently displayed to a purchaser, thereby improving the satisfaction of the purchaser. Further, when displaying the geographical position mark for identifying the commodity provider, it is also possible to display two kinds of geographical position marks for identifying the commodity provider in a differentiated manner: a) the geographic area represented by the delivery range attribute covers the geographic position mark of the commodity provider at the current position of the buyer or the specified geographic position of the buyer; b) the delivery range attribute represents a geographic area that does not cover the indicia of the geographic location of the purchaser's location or of the merchandise provider at the purchaser's specified geographic location.
In addition, the query results may also be sorted and then displayed in a list. For example, if the query result is the commodity information, the generation time of the latest order, the sales volume of the commodity and the price of the commodity can be determined; if the query result is a commodity provider, the query result can be sorted according to the information of the commodity provider such as the distance, the delivery, the sale scale and the like.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart in which the purchaser inquires the commodity information in the data center 11 through the purchaser subsystem 14 according to the present embodiment. This is explained below with reference to fig. 3.
In step S310, the purchaser inputs inquiry conditions for inquiring the commodity information in the data center 11, such as a commodity name, whether the commodity is delivered, a commodity price range, and the like, through the purchaser subsystem 14.
Step S320, the purchaser subsystem 14 receives the query condition input by the purchaser;
step S330, the purchaser subsystem 14 obtains the current geographic position of the purchaser;
in step S340, the purchaser subsystem 14 only uses, as a query result, the merchandise providers and/or the merchandise information in the data center 11 that satisfy the query condition and whose merchandise providers are located in a geographic area centered on the current geographic location of the purchaser and having a first preset length as a radius.
In step S350, optionally, a geographic location mark for identifying each corresponding commodity provider is displayed on the electronic map corresponding to the detailed address of each commodity provider providing the commodity in the query result. Preferably, when it is detected that the cursor of the purchaser stays at the displayed geo-location mark for identifying each corresponding goods provider, or when a finger touch event or click event is detected at the displayed geo-location mark for identifying each corresponding goods provider, more detailed goods provider information corresponding to the cursor staying location in the query result, such as a photo of a merchant physical store, a name of the goods provider, an identification of whether to deliver goods, a merchant location navigation, etc., is displayed. Preferably, the geographical location marks of the commodity providers with the prices of the commodities in different price intervals in the query result can be displayed in a distinguishing mode. Such as green for lowest price, red for highest price, orange in between, and so on.
Steps S310 to S330 are similar to steps S210 to S230, respectively, and are not described herein again.
Similarly, without performing step S330, the purchaser subsystem 14 may, in step S340, only goods provider information and/or goods information, which satisfies the query condition in the data center 11 and whose goods provider is within the purchaser preset goods query area or whose goods provider of goods is within a geographical area with a first preset length as a radius around the purchaser-designated geographical location, as a query result, thereby improving the purchaser satisfaction.
Preferably, the goods provider information may include a delivery attribute indicating an attribute of whether delivery is possible. In this case, the purchaser subsystem 14 may first determine whether the inquiry condition inputted by the purchaser indicates inquiry of only goods provider information that can be delivered in step S340. If the buyer and the commodity provider are located in the preset commodity inquiry area, the commodity provider information and/or the commodity information of the commodity provider are/is used as the inquiry result. Or, if the judgment result is yes, only the information of the commodity provider, which indicates that the delivery attribute of the commodity provider can deliver the commodity and the commodity provider is in the preset commodity query area of the buyer or the commodity provider of the commodity is in the geographical area taking the current geographical position of the buyer or the geographical position designated by the buyer as the center and taking the first preset length as the radius, is taken as the query result.
Preferably, when the geographical location mark for identifying each corresponding goods provider is displayed in the electronic map, the query range may be changed and the updated query result may be displayed based on the electronic map. FIG. 4 shows a flow chart of shopping subsystem 14 according to the present embodiment utilizing an electronic map to alter the scope of a query and update the query results.
Step S410, differentially displaying an electronic map in a buyer preset commodity query area in the electronic map or a range corresponding to a geographic area with a first preset length as a radius centering on a current geographic position of the buyer or a specified geographic position of the buyer, referring to fig. 7, wherein areas in gray circles in fig. 7 are differentially displayed;
step S420, enlarging or reducing the range of the differential display according to the operation instruction of the purchaser, wherein the operation instruction can be the operation of sliding from one touch point to another touch point, the operation of keyboard shortcut keys, the operation of dragging a mouse or pressing keys and the like;
step S430, updating the inquiry result to a commodity provider which meets the inquiry condition and is in the range of the differential display;
and step S440, displaying the updated inquiry result in the differentiated display range in the electronic map.
FIG. 5 illustrates a flow chart for shopping subsystem 14 determining a specified geographic location and/or a preset merchandise inquiry area in accordance with the present embodiment. This is explained in detail below with reference to fig. 5.
Step S510, receiving an instruction about setting the preset commodity query area, which is input by a purchaser;
step S520, displaying an electronic map to a purchaser, intercepting a click event of the purchaser in the electronic map, and determining a geographical position clicked by the purchaser in the electronic map as a specified geographical position of the purchaser;
step S530, an area in an electronic map, which takes the geographic position specified by the purchaser as the center and takes the preset general radius as the radius, is displayed in a distinguishing manner, and the preset general radius can be set to be any length;
and S540, amplifying or reducing the range of the differential display according to the mobile touch operation or the mouse dragging operation of the purchaser, and taking the differential display area as a preset commodity query area of the purchaser.
In addition, the value of the first preset length of the purchaser can be determined according to the value input by the purchaser.
In addition, the purchaser-specified geographic location may be determined by way of input. Specifically, the purchaser subsystem 11 receives an instruction input by the purchaser about setting the designated geographic location of the purchaser, displays a text input interface to the purchaser, and receives an address input by the purchaser; and finally, determining the specified geographic position of the buyer according to the address input by the buyer.
Further, the system may set the purchaser's designated geographic location as the purchaser's home address or office address by default, so that the designated geographic location may not need to be set. Similarly, any area near the address of the purchaser can be set as the preset commodity inquiry area of the purchaser by default for the system, and the first preset length of the purchaser can be set as the preset general radius.
