Abstract

一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀及配有该门阀的装置和系统，所述门阀设有关闭阀门的弹力装置，所述弹力装置的弹力大于预先设定的阀前管道或设备中预存的水量对阀门的冲力小于排水时水流对阀门的冲力。所述门阀不会被水冲开，无需提高阀前管道即可留住积水，还可将阀门后的管道设置成水平或朝下走向的，可减少排水阻力，将其用在便器等装置上可以节省冲便用水，将其用在排水系统中可以减少管道阻力，防止堵塞。

技术领域：
本发明涉及到一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀及配有该门阀的装置和系统，属厨卫用品和排水领域。
背景技术：
本申请人在201310445970.8专利申请中提供了一种扇形腔门阀，优点是防臭功能可靠，结构紧凑，有效缩小所述门阀的体积和长度，降低造价和利于在管道系统中的布局。缺点是阀门只能防臭，不能挡水，所有超过阀门底部的水都会流走。特别是将其用在便器防臭时，为防止粪便粘连在便器底部，便器底部必须存有积水，要想便器底部存有水就必须将该阀门前的管道的底部抬高，而管道底部抬高后就会增加水流的阻力，不利于节水。
发明内容：
一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：设有关闭阀门的弹力装置，所述弹力装置的弹力大于预先设定的阀前管道或设备中预存的水量对阀门的冲力小于排水时水流对阀门的冲力。
一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：所述弹力装置是一个安装在弹簧导管中的压缩弹簧，其一端被弹簧导管端口的堵头堵住，另一端的弹力作用于阀门上；所述弹簧导管是分别设置在阀门和阀腔上的两段圆心在阀门轴的圆心上的弧形管道，其中一段弧形管道的外径小于另一段弧形管道的内径可以随阀门的旋转插进另一段弧形管道中。
一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：所述弹力装置是一个扭力弹簧，其一个扭臂被阀腔抵住，另一个扭臂将弹力传递到阀门上将阀门弹性关闭。
一种装置，其特征是：所述装置中设有权利要求1所述的阀门上设有弹力关闭装置的扇形腔门阀。
一种排水管道系统，其特征是：所述排水管道系统中设有权利要求1所述的阀门上设有弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀。

图中标号的含义是：轴眼0、阀腔1、阀门2、进水管3、弹簧导管1.2、内螺纹1.21、轴2.1、弹簧导管2.2，弹簧4、堵头4.1、外螺纹4.11、碟形弹簧5。
具体实施方式：
实施例1(见图1)：在阀腔和进水管的上下两处分别各设有半个轴眼，门阀组装后阀门轴被围在上述轴眼中可旋转，压缩弹簧穿在阀腔上的弹簧导管和阀门上的弹簧导管中，外螺纹拧紧在内螺纹上后堵头将弹簧导管的外端口堵死，压缩弹簧的一端被堵头堵在弹簧导管内的端头，另一端在导管的引导下弯曲成弧形后一端将弹力作用于阀门上弹力关闭阀门，因阀前管道或设备中预存的水对阀门的冲力小于弹簧的弹力无法将阀门冲开，排水时水流对阀门的冲力大于弹簧的弹力可以将阀门冲开，阀门上的弹簧导管和阀腔上的弹簧导管是和阀门轴同心的圆弧，且前者的外径小于后者的内径可随阀门的旋转进入到后者中，排水时阀门被冲开后阀门上的弹簧导管随着门旋转插入阀腔上的弹簧导管中，排水结束后阀门在弹簧的弹力作用下将阀门关闭。
实施例2(见图2)：本例中采用的弹力装置是一个扭力弹簧，将其一个扭臂抵住阀腔，另一个扭臂将弹力传递到阀门上将阀门弹性关闭。
实施例3(图略)：将弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀设置在一种装置上，例如便器或水槽。
实施例4(图略)：弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀设置排水管道系统中。
以上实施例仅为证实发明可行，本发明的内容有多种实现方式，相互组合变化更多，没必要也不可能在短短的说明书中穷尽举例。例如不能以实施例限定本发明的改进内容和权利要求。
本发明的显著进步：
因所述门阀不会被水冲开，无需提高阀前管道即可留住积水，还可将阀门后的管道设置成水平或朝下走向的，可减少排水阻力，将其用在便器上可以节省冲便用水，将其用在排水系统中可以减少管道阻力，防止堵塞。

Claims (5)

1.一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：设有关闭阀门的弹力装置，所述弹力装置的弹力大于预先设定的阀前管道或设备中预存的水量对阀门的冲力小于排水时水流对阀门的冲力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：所述弹力装置是一个安装在弹簧导管中的压缩弹簧，其一端被弹簧导管端口的堵头堵住，另一端的弹力作用于阀门上；所述弹簧导管是分别设置在阀门和阀腔上的两段圆心在阀门轴的圆心上的弧形管道，其中一段弧形管道的外径小于另一段弧形管道的内径可以随阀门的旋转插进另一段弧形管道中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹力关闭的扇形腔门阀，其特征是：所述弹力装置是一个扭力弹簧，其一个扭臂被阀腔抵住，另一个扭臂将弹力传递到阀门上将阀门弹性关闭。
4.一种装置，其特征是：所述装置中设有权利要求1所述的阀门上设有弹力关闭装置的扇形腔门阀。
