本发明公开了一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀。它的技术方案是这样实现的:一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆,所述阀杆上设有阀杆螺母,所述阀杆位于阀盖内部,所述阀杆下端从上至下依次设有压块、隔膜垫、隔膜片,所述阀杆上端连接传动杆,所述传动杆另一端连接执行机构。本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明不需要单独的阀杆填料密封结构,隔膜在切断介质的同时起到了阀杆的密封作用,而且柔韧性很强的隔膜关闭可靠,甚至对污液都能做到良好的切断;采用气动执行机构,使本发明操作轻松、省力,降低工作强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及闸阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀。
背景技术
通常,使用条件或在要求密封性能严格、泥浆介质、磨损、轻型结构、低压截止向大气少量渗漏、磨蚀性的介质时推荐选用隔膜阀。在双位调节、节流、通道缩口、低噪声、有气穴和汽化现象、操纵扭矩小的场合也可以选用隔膜阀。由于阀门的行程等于薄膜的行程,因而这种阀门的特点升程比一般阀门要小得多。为了克服因升程低而引起的阻力损失,阀座和流通面积要比一般阀门大,目的是为了得一更大的流量。由于这种阀门的阀座较大,其作用力就比通常的阀门要大得多,致使手动的隔膜阀使用比较费力。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种结构合理、耐腐蚀性强、气动操作的氯碱专用气动隔膜阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的新技术方案是这样实现的:一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,包括阀体10、阀盖3、阀杆5,所述阀杆5上设有阀杆螺母4,所述阀杆5位于阀盖3内部,所述阀杆5下端从上至下依次设有压块6、隔膜垫7、隔膜片8,所述阀杆5上端连接传动杆2,所述传动杆2另一端连接执行机构1。
进一步地,所述阀体10、阀盖3材料采用铸钢、球墨铸铁;所述阀体10内衬防腐层9,所述防腐层9材料采用PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE。
进一步地,所述阀杆5材料选用不锈钢。
进一步地,所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8材料选用FEP/EPDM或PFA/EPDM。
进一步地,所述阀杆螺母4材料选用铜合金。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明不需要单独的阀杆填料密封结构,隔膜在切断介质的同时起到了阀杆的密封作用,而且柔韧性很强的隔膜关闭可靠,甚至对污液都能做到良好的切断;采用气动执行机构,使本发明操作轻松、省力,降低工作强度。

具体实施方式
本发明一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,它是一种特殊形式的、具有截断功能的阀门,其启闭件由钢制阀瓣与软质材料FEP/EPDM或PFA/EPDM复合制成的隔膜组成,本实施例包括阀体10、阀盖3、阀杆5,所述阀杆5上设有阀杆螺母4,所述阀杆5位于阀盖3内部,所述阀杆5下端从上至下依次设有压块6、隔膜垫7、隔膜片8,所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8将所述阀体10内腔、阀盖3内腔隔开,并与之形成直流通道,使隔膜上部的所述阀杆5、压块6等零件与介质完全隔离,省去填料密封结构,可同时避免介质的内漏和外漏,以达到截断管内介质之目的。
所述阀体10内腔加工特殊工艺槽,增强内衬的氟塑料防腐层9与金属的结合力,可靠保证衬氟性能,所述防腐层9材料采用PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE。
所述阀杆5上端连接传动杆2,所述传动杆2连接执行机构1。本实施例中的所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8被所述阀盖3所包围,通过向所述阀盖3中注入压缩空气、天然气、水或其他物质产生压力,所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8受压弯曲,从而使所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8的横断面改变,甚至闭合,从而起到控制流量和上料的目的。在控制压力比输送液体压力高2.5bar左右时,本发明可以密封气体、液体、糊状和粉状液体。所述执行机构1利用压缩空气对所述隔膜垫7、隔膜片8进行控制的整个运行过程中中,物料只与所述阀体10内的所述隔膜发生接触,与其他部件的接触被隔膜有效隔绝。因此,采用隔膜阀输送一些敏感的物料会起到很好的效果。

1.一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,包括阀体(10)、阀盖(3)、阀杆(5),所述阀杆(5)上设有阀杆螺母(4),所述阀杆(5)位于阀盖(3)内部,所述阀杆(5)下端从上至下依次设有压块(6)、隔膜垫(7)、隔膜片(8),其特征在于,所述阀杆(5)上端连接传动杆(2),所述传动杆(2)另一端连接执行机构(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(10)、阀盖(3)材料采用铸钢、球墨铸铁;所述阀体(10)内衬防腐层(2),所述防腐层(2)材料采用PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(5)材料选用不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述隔膜垫(7)、隔膜片(8)材料选用FEP/EPDM或PFA/EPDM。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用气动隔膜阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆螺母(4)材料选用铜合金。
