Abstract
本发明公开了一种氯碱专用角式截止阀。它的新技术方案是这样实现的:它包括阀体、阀盖、传动杆、设于所述传动杆上的锁紧螺母、及固定在所述传动杆顶端的手轮,所述传动杆另一端连接阀杆,所述阀杆穿过所述阀盖与阀瓣连接,所述阀瓣位于所述阀体内部,所述阀体包括介质入口、介质出口,所述介质入口、介质出口之间呈度角,所述阀体上端设有所述阀盖,所述阀杆与所述阀盖之间的空隙处设有密封填料,所述密封填料上方设有填料压盖,所述阀体、阀瓣、阀盖、阀杆内表面均设有防腐层,所述阀体腔内与所述阀瓣契合处设有密封圈。本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明结构紧凑、密封性能好、安全可靠、耐腐蚀性强、启闭灵活、行程短。

技术领域
本发明涉及调节阀、截止阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种氯碱专用角式截止阀。
背景技术
氯碱专用截止阀是一类关闭件由阀杆带动并沿阀体中心轴线做升降运动的阀门,该类阀门的开启和关闭行程相对较短,在石油、化工等管路系统对特殊介质的自动控制中,它对流动着的介质切断、调节、节流起着十分重要的作用。
专利申请号:CN200720033353.7提供了一种氯碱专用氟塑料全衬截止阀,只针对直流管道,无法满足一些角向管道或通径较小、压力较高的管道的使用需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单紧凑、密封性能稳定、使用安全可靠、耐腐蚀性强、启闭灵活、行程短、适用于角向管道或通径较小、压力较高的管道的氯碱专用角向调节阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的新技术方案是这样实现的:一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,包括阀体2、阀盖5、传动杆8、设于所述传动杆8上的锁紧螺母9、及固定在所述传动杆8顶端的手轮10,所述传动杆8另一端连接阀杆13,所述阀杆13穿过所述阀盖5与阀瓣4连接,所述阀瓣4位于所述阀体2内部,所述阀体2包括介质入口1、介质出口3,所述介质入口1、介质出口3之间呈90度角,所述阀体2上端设有所述阀盖5,所述阀杆13与所述阀盖5之间的空隙处设有密封填料6,所述密封填料6上方设有填料压盖7,所述阀体2、阀瓣4、阀盖5、阀杆13内表面均设有防腐层11,所述阀体2腔内与所述阀瓣4契合处设有密封圈12。
进一步地,所述阀体2、阀盖5材料采用铸钢、球墨铸铁内衬PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE;所述阀瓣4材料采用碳素钢热覆PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE。
进一步地,所述阀杆13材料选用不锈钢。
进一步地,所述密封填料6选用聚四氟乙烯;所述填料压盖7材料选用球墨铸铁。
进一步地,所述锁紧螺母9材料选用铸铝青铜;所述手轮10材料选用球墨铸铁。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明针对介质特点,阀体内腔、阀盖密封面、阀杆表面、阀瓣表面、介质出入口处法兰的密封面均热覆氟塑料防腐层,构成完全衬氟内腔,耐腐蚀性能好、密封性能稳定;阀瓣与阀杆为一体式设计,可防止由于管路压力波动造成内件冲出阀体的可能性;传动杆与阀瓣设为分体式,启闭阀门时传动杆带动阀瓣由旋转运动转换为直线运动,确保密封面间无粘着磨损,构成紧密密封;密封填料、密封圈采用多级聚四氟乙烯,消除了普通阀门填料函密封薄弱、介质易外漏,甚至造成事故的可能。

具体实施方式
本发明一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,包括阀体2、阀盖5、传动杆8、设于所述传动杆8上的锁紧螺母9、及固定在所述传动杆8顶端的手轮10,所述锁紧螺母9材料选用铸铝青铜;所述手轮10材料选用球墨铸铁。
所述传动杆8另一端连接阀杆13,所述阀杆13穿过所述阀盖5与阀瓣4连接,所述阀瓣4与阀杆13为一体式设计,可防止由于管路压力波动造成内件冲出所述阀体2的可能性;所述传动杆8与阀瓣4设为分体式,启闭阀门时所述传动杆8带动所述阀瓣4由旋转运动转换为直线运动,确保密封面间无粘着磨损,构成紧密密封。
所述阀瓣4位于所述阀体2内部,所述阀体2包括介质入口1、介质出口3,所述介质入口1、介质出口3之间呈90度角,所述阀体2上端设有所述阀盖5,所述阀杆13与所述阀盖5之间的空隙处设有密封填料6,所述密封填料6上方设有填料压盖7,所述阀体2、阀瓣4、阀盖5、阀杆13内表面均设有防腐层11,所述阀体2腔内与所述阀瓣4契合处设有密封圈12。所述阀体2、阀盖5材料采用铸钢、球墨铸铁内衬PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE;所述阀瓣4材料采用碳素钢热覆PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE;所述阀杆13材料选用不锈钢;所述密封填料6选用聚四氟乙烯;所述填料压盖7材料选用球墨铸铁。

1.一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,包括阀体(2)、阀盖(5)、传动杆(8)、设于所述传动杆(8)上的锁紧螺母(9)、及固定在所述传动杆(8)顶端的手轮(10),所述传动杆(8)另一端连接阀杆(13),所述阀杆(13)穿过所述阀盖(5)与阀瓣(4)连接,所述阀瓣(4)位于所述阀体(2)内部,其特征在于,所述阀体(2)包括介质入口(1)、介质出口(3),所述介质入口(1)、介质出口(3)之间呈90度角,所述阀体(2)上端设有所述阀盖(5),所述阀杆(13)与所述阀盖(5)之间的空隙处设有密封填料(6),所述密封填料(6)上方设有填料压盖(7),所述阀体(2)、阀瓣(4)、阀盖(5)、阀杆(13)内表面均设有防腐层(11),所述阀体(2)腔内与所述阀瓣(4)契合处设有密封圈(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(2)、阀盖(5)材料采用铸钢、球墨铸铁内衬PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE;所述阀瓣(4)材料采用碳素钢热覆PFA、F46、F2或PO、PP、PE。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(13)材料选用不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,其特征在于,所述密封填料(6)选用聚四氟乙烯;所述填料压盖(7)材料选用球墨铸铁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氯碱专用角式截止阀,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺母(9)材料选用铸铝青铜;所述手轮(10)材料选用球墨铸铁。
