本发明涉及用于船用发动机的润滑剂组合物，特别是用于四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机的润滑组合物，该润滑剂组合物的使用提高燃料效率并且其具有良好的发动机清洁度特性，特别是曲轴箱清洁度。
技术背景
在汽车领域中，考虑到环境问题，越来越多地寻求减少污染排放和提高燃料效率。用于机动车辆的发动机润滑剂的类型对这两种现象具有影响，并且用于机动车辆的所谓“燃料经济”(“fuel-eco”)发动机润滑剂已经出现。主要的是润滑剂基础油的品质，润滑剂基础油单独使用或者与改进粘度指数的聚合物和／或摩擦改性添加剂组合使用，其赋予润滑剂“燃料经济”特性。通过使用“燃料经济”润滑剂产生的燃料节约基本上在发动机尚未达到稳定模式时基于冷启动获得，而非在高温下以稳定模式获得。一般而言，根据欧洲指令70／220／CEE在NEDC循环(新欧洲行驶循环，NewEuropeanDrivingCycle)下的燃料经济对于冷启动而言是5％(城市循环)，对于热发动机而言是1.5％(郊外循环)，平均节约为2.5％。
然而，在船用润滑剂领域中，船用发动机以稳定模式运行并且很少有冷启动。因此，适合于机动车辆发动机的“燃料经济”解决方案并不适合于船用发动机。特别是，在船用领域无法获得在汽车领域所获得的燃料效率。
此外，“燃料经济”润滑剂的配方(forumulation)必须不得有损于润滑剂的其他性能水平。特别是耐磨损性、反乳化性、中和能力和发动机清洁度(活塞和/或曲轴箱)必须不得劣化。
因此期望可得到可用于船用发动机的润滑剂，其使得降低燃料消耗量，同时原样保持润滑剂的其他性能方面，特别是发动机清洁度，更特别是曲轴箱清洁度。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供用于船用发动机的润滑剂组合物，其使得降低燃料消耗量，同时原样保持发动机的清洁度并且特别是曲轴箱的清洁度。
特别地，本发明的目的是获得与相同等级(即，相同数量级的在100℃的运动粘度)的无添加剂参照油相比燃料消耗量降低至少0.5％，优选至少0.7％，更优选至少0.8％，进一步优选至少0.9％，仍进一步优选至少1％，更进一步优选至少2％，并且最优选至少3％。
特别地，本发明的目的是获得如上文所描述的燃料消耗量的降低，同时保持如通过结焦的量来说明的良好的发动机清洁度，特别是良好的曲轴箱清洁度，所述结焦的量按照连续的ECBT测试为小于600mg，优选地小于550mg，更优选地小于500mg，进一步优选地小于450mg，仍进一步优选地小于400mg，更进一步优选地小于350mg，并且最优选地小于300mg。
本申请公司发现可以配制用于船用发动机的润滑剂组合物，其使得降低燃料消耗量，同时保持等同于用于船用发动机的常规润滑剂组合物的发动机清洁度，特别是曲轴箱清洁度。通过用于四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物使其成为可能，该润滑剂组合物包含至少一种润滑基础油、至少一种烯烃共聚物、至少一种氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物、至少一种甘油酯和至少一种去污剂。
优选地，所述烯烃共聚物是乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
优选地，所述氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物中氢化异戊二烯重复单元的量相比于共聚物的重量为50重量％至95重量％。
优选地，所述甘油酯是甘油与至少一种含有8至24个碳原子的脂肪酸以及至少一种还包含羟苯基官能团的羧酸的混合酯。

发明详述
本发明的润滑剂组合物包含至少一种烯烃共聚物(OCP)。这些烯烃共聚物是传统地包含乙烯重复单元和丙烯重复单元的共聚物，或者任选地包含乙烯重复单元、丙烯重复单元和二烯重复单元的共聚物(EPDM)。优选地，本发明的烯烃共聚物是乙烯／丙烯共聚物。
本发明的烯烃共聚物是直链或星状支链的，优选为直链。本发明的烯烃共聚物为嵌段形式或者具有统计学构造(sousformestatistique)。
本发明烯烃共聚物的乙烯重复单元的含量相对于烯烃共聚物的重量有利地为5重量％至75重量％，优选为10重量％至60重量％，更优选为15重量％至55重量％，进一步优选为20重量％至50重量％，仍进一步优选为30重量％至40重量％。
本发明烯烃共聚物的重均分子量Mw有利地为10000道尔顿至500000道尔顿，优选为50000道尔顿至400000道尔顿，更优选为100000道尔顿至200000道尔顿，进一步优选为150000道尔顿至180000道尔顿。

用于与甘油反应的羧酸是脂肪酸，例如来源于植物来源的油。这些脂肪酸是饱和的、单不饱和的和／或多不饱和的脂肪酸。这些脂肪酸含有6至24个碳原子，优选6至22个碳原子，更优选8至20个碳原子。优选地，用于与甘油反应的羧酸以脂肪酸混合物的形式使用。脂肪酸的混合物主要包含含有8至20个碳原子的饱和的、单不饱和的和/或多不饱和的脂肪酸，优选主要具有10至18个碳原子的饱和的、单不饱和的和/或多不饱和的脂肪酸，进一步优选主要具有12至16个碳原子的饱和的、单不饱和的和/或多不饱和的脂肪酸。在本发明中主要意为含有8至20个碳原子的饱和的、单不饱和的和／或多不饱和的脂肪酸的总数占脂肪酸混合物总重量的大于50重量％。脂肪酸可来源于植物油，例如单独使用或以混合物使用的油菜籽、向日葵、大豆、亚麻子、橄榄、棕榈、蓖麻、木材、玉米、南瓜、葡萄籽、荷荷巴、芝麻、核桃、榛子、杏仁、牛油果、坚果、棉花、苜蓿、黑麦、红花、花生、椰子和椰肉。优选地使用椰子油。
用于与甘油反应的羧酸还可以是包含与酸官能团连接的具有1至6个碳原子的烷基链的羧酸；烷基链还含有另一官能团，优选为取代的或未取代的羟苯基官能团。烷基链可以是直链或支链的。优选地，烷基链是直链。优选地，烷基链含有1至4个碳原子。有利地，烷基链是丙基链。羟苯基官能团优选地为取代的羟苯基官能团。优选地，所述羟苯基官能团被至少一个含有1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基所取代。优选地，所述羟苯基官能团被至少一个含有1至4个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基所取代。优选地，用于与甘油反应的羧酸是包含被叔丁基单元所取代的羟苯基官能团的烷基羧酸。优选地，羟苯基的羟基官能团相对于与甘油反应的烷基羧酸基团在对位并且叔丁基单元位于间位。可以特别提及3-(3，5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸有利地用于与甘油反应。优选地，本发明的甘油酯是甘油的混合酯，优选至少一种脂肪酸与至少一种包含如上文所限定的羟苯基官能团的羧酸的混合酯。
本发明润滑剂组合物中甘油酯的量相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量为0.1重量％至5重量％，优选为0.2重量％至4重量％，更优选为0.5重量％至2重量％，进一步优选为1重量％至1.5重量％。该量是产物的干物质量。本发明中所使用的甘油酯有时在石蜡型的矿物油或合成油(最通常为包含脂族环链烷烃的油)中稀释。
用于本发明润滑剂组合物中的去污剂是本领域技术人员所公知的。
一般用于配制润滑剂组合物的去污剂通常是包含亲脂烃长链和亲水头的阴离子化合物。相关的阳离子通常是碱金属或碱土金属的金属阳离子。
本发明的去污剂选自单独使用或以混合物使用的羧酸、磺酸、水杨酸、环烷酸以及苯酚的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐。去污剂根据疏水链的类型来指定：羧酸盐、磺酸盐、水杨酸盐、环烷酸盐或苯酚盐。
碱金属和碱土金属优选为钙、镁、钠或钡，更优选为钙。
所使用的去污剂是非高碱性(或中性)或高碱性的。当金属盐含有约化学计算量的金属时，认为去污剂是非高碱性或“中性”的。如果金属是过量的(大于化学计算量的量)，则认为去污剂是高碱性的。赋予去污剂高碱性的过量金属为油不溶性金属盐形式。因此，高碱性的去污剂为胶束(micelles)的形式，所述胶束包含通过油溶性金属盐形式的去污剂来保持混悬于润滑剂组合物中的不溶性金属盐。这些胶束可包含一种或更多种类型的不溶性金属盐，其通过一种或更多种类型的去污剂来稳定。如果胶束包含以其疏水链类型而不同于彼此的几种类型的去污剂，则认为高碱性的去污剂是混合的类型。
优选的去污剂是单独使用或以混合物使用的羧酸盐、磺酸盐和／或苯酚盐，特别是羧酸钙、磺酸钙和/或苯酚钙。
本发明的润滑剂组合物中去污剂的量相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量为1重量％至20重量％，优选为2重量％至10重量％，更优选为4重量％至15重量％，进一步优选为5重量％至10重量％。
通过含有碱金属或碱土金属的中性或高碱性去污剂提供了本发明润滑剂组合物的BN(根据ASTMD-2896测量的碱值(basenumber))。
根据ASTMD-2896测量的本发明润滑剂组合物的BN值可为5mgKOH／g至100mgKOH／g，优选为7mgKOH／g至80mgKOH/g，更优选为10mgKOH／g至60mgKOH/g不等。BN值应相对于润滑剂组合物的使用条件并且特别是所使用燃料的硫含量来选择。
例如，对于具有高硫含量(约为0.2重量％至4.5重量％)的燃料，BN值将是高的，并且优选为20mgKOH／g至80mgKOH／g，更优选为30mgKOH／g至65mgKOH/g。
对于具有低硫含量(约为0.05重量％至0.2重量％)的燃料，BN值将是低的，并且优选为5mgKOH／g至20mgKOH／g，更优选为10mgKOH／g至15mgKOH/g。
在本发明的其余部分中，术语基本添加剂将用于上述的那些添加剂，即，例如上文所限定的a)至少一种烯烃共聚物，b)至少一种苯乙烯和氢化异戊二烯的共聚物，c)至少一种甘油酯和d)至少一种去污剂。
一般而言，用于配制本发明润滑剂组合物的基础油可以是矿物油、合成油或植物来源的油及其混合物。
矿物油和合成油一般用于属于在API分类下限定的类别之一的应用，例如在下表中所总结的。
可通过蒸馏所选择的环烷原油或石蜡原油，然后利用例如溶剂萃取、溶剂或催化脱蜡、加氢处理或加氢的方法提纯这些蒸馏物来获得组1中的矿物油。组1中的矿物油是例如称为中性溶剂(NeutralSolvent)(例如150NS、330NS、500NS或600NS)或光亮油(Brightstock)的基础油。
使用更多种严谨的提纯方法例如来自加氢处理、加氢裂解、加氢和催化脱蜡之中的组合获得了组2和组3中的油。
组4和组5中的合成的基础油的实例包括聚-α-烯烃、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、烷基苯。
这些基础油可单独使用或以混合物使用。矿物油可与合成油组合。
根据SAEJ300分类，本发明润滑剂组合物的粘度等级为SAE-20、SAE-30、SAE-40、SAE-50或SAE-60。
等级20的油在100℃的运动粘度为5.6cSt至9.3cSt。等级30的油在100℃的运动粘度为9.3cSt至12.5cSt。等级40的油在100℃的运动粘度为12.5cSt至16.3cSt。等级50的油在100℃的运动粘度为16.3cSt至21.9cSt。等级60的油在100℃的运动粘度为21.9cSt至26.1cSt。
本发明润滑剂组合物中基础油的量相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量为30重量％至80重量％，优选为40重量％至70重量％，更优选为50重量％至60重量％。
可以任选地用一种或更多种增稠添加剂全部或部分代替上述基础油，所述增稠添加剂的作用是提高组合物的热粘度和冷粘度二者，或者用提高粘度指数(VI)的添加剂例如聚异丁烯(PIB)全部或部分代替上述基础油。
除了例如上述基本添加剂外，本发明的组合物可包含至少一种任选的添加剂，特别是选自本领域技术人员经常使用的那些。例如任选的添加剂可以是抗磨损添加剂和/或分散添加剂和/或消泡添加剂或其混合物。
抗磨损添加剂通过吸附在这些表面上的保护膜的形成来保护表面免受摩擦。有多种抗磨损添加剂。例如可以提及磷-硫添加剂，例如烷基硫代磷酸金属盐，特别是烷基硫代磷酸锌，并且更尤其是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(或ZnDTP)。这些二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的烷基优选地含有1至18个碳原子。胺磷酸盐、聚硫化物特别是含硫的烯烃也是经常使用的抗磨损添加剂。也可找到含氮或含硫型的抗磨损添加剂，例如二硫代氨基甲酸金属盐，特别是二硫代氨基甲酸钼。优选的抗磨损添加剂是ZnDTP。
本发明润滑剂中抗磨损添加剂的量相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量为0.1重量％至5重量％，优选为0.2重量％至4重量％，更优选为0.5重量％至2重量％，进一步优选为0.4重量％至1重量％。
分散剂是用于配制润滑剂组合物的公知添加剂，特别是用于船用领域的应用。其主要作用是保持最初存在的或通过发动机使用出现在润滑剂组合物中的那些颗粒混悬。它们通过作用于空间位阻来防止其团聚。它们还可对中和具有协同作用。
用作润滑剂添加剂的分散剂通常含有与一般具有50至400个碳原子的较长烃链相关的极性基团。极性基团通常含有至少一种元素：氮、氧或磷。
衍生自琥珀酸的化合物是具有作为润滑添加剂的特定用途的分散剂。特别是使用了来自琥珀酰亚胺家族的分散剂，该分散剂通过琥珀酸酐与胺的缩合获得，琥珀酸酯通过琥珀酸酐与醇或多元醇的缩合获得。
然后可以用多种化合物特别是硫、氧、甲醛、羧酸和含硼或含锌的化合物处理这些化合物以生产例如硼化(boronated)琥珀酰亚胺或锌嵌段的(blocked)琥珀酰亚胺。
由经烷基取代的苯酚、甲醛和伯胺或仲胺的缩聚得到的Mannich碱也是在润滑剂中用作分散剂的化合物。
根据本发明的一个实施方案，使用相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量至少0.1重量％的分散剂添加剂。可使用来自PIB琥珀酰亚胺家族的分散剂，例如，硼化的或锌嵌段的。优选地，使用相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量0.1重量％至5重量％、优选0.2％至4％、更优选0.5％至2％、进一步优选0.4％至1％的分散剂添加剂。
本发明的润滑剂组合物还可包含适合于其用途的任何功能添加剂，例如：消泡添加剂以对抗去污剂的作用，其可以是极性聚合物例如聚甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯；抗氧化剂和／或防锈添加剂，例如有机金属去污剂或噻二唑类；倾点下降剂(PPD)。这些是本领域技术人员已知的。这些添加剂一般以相对于润滑剂组合物总重量的0.1％至5％的重量含量存在。
包含在本发明润滑剂组合物中的例如上文所限定的基本添加剂可作为单独的添加剂并入润滑剂组合物中，特别是通过单独添加其到基础油中。
然而，它们也可并入用于船用润滑剂组合物的添加剂浓缩物中。
本发明的另一主题是含至少上述基本添加剂而无基础油的浓缩物，特别是a)至少一种烯烃共聚物，b)至少一种氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物，c)至少一种甘油酯和d)至少一种去污剂。配制添加剂的浓缩物以便留意到通常所使用泵的可泵送性限制。
添加剂的浓缩物还可包含至少一种任选的如上所述的添加剂并且选自抗磨损添加剂和/或分散剂添加剂和／或消泡添加剂或其混合物，特别是抗磨损添加剂例如ZnDTP。
添加剂浓缩物中的烯烃共聚物的量相对于浓缩物的总重量为2重量％至20重量％，优选为5重量％至15重量％，更优选为8重量％至12重量％。
添加剂浓缩物中的氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物的量相对于浓缩物的总重量为5重量％至30重量％，优选为10重量％至25重量％，更优选为15重量％至20重量％。
添加剂浓缩物中的甘油酯的量相对于浓缩物的总重量为0.5重量％至10重量％，优选为1重量％至8重量％，更优选为2重量％至5重量％。
添加剂浓缩物中的去污剂的量相对于浓缩物的总重量为10重量％至70重量％，优选为20重量％至60重量％，更优选为30重量％至50重量％。
在基础油中或在基础油混合物中将本发明的浓缩物稀释4倍至5倍以获得本发明的润滑剂组合物。
本发明的润滑剂组合物可用于四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机。
特别是，所述润滑剂组合物适合于分别使用馏分油(distillate)和船用燃料或重质燃料的高速四冲程发动机或中速四冲程发动机。观察到的燃料经济也应用于高速四冲程发动机中使用的馏分油。高速四冲程发动机用于驱动低吨位的船和用作较大船只的船上发电单元。中速四冲程发动机用于驱动许多船只例如货船、油轮、客轮、甚至有些集装箱船。其还可用作大型船只的船上发电单元或用于柴油发电单元。
特别地，所述润滑剂组合物适合于作为四冲程发动机和二冲程发动机的汽缸油或系统油，特别是作为系统油。
本发明的另一主题涉及用于船用发动机的润滑方法，所述方法包括使发动机与例如前面所描述的或从例如前面所描述的添加剂浓缩物获得的润滑剂组合物相接触的步骤。
本发明的另一主题涉及用于降低燃料消耗量的方法，其包括使例如上文所限定的或从例如上文所限定的浓缩物获得的润滑剂组合物与船用发动机相接触。
实施例
由以下化合物制备不同的润滑剂组合物：
-氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物(HSI)，星状支链的，包含90重量％的氢化异戊二烯重复单元和10重量％的苯乙烯重复单元，重均分子量Mw为605000，数均分子量Mn为439500，多分散性指数为1.4，将市售共聚物在组1的基础油中稀释至10.7重量％；
-烯烃共聚物(OCP)，直链，包含50重量％的乙烯重复单元，重均分子量Mw为171700，数均分子量Mn为91120，多分散性指数为1.9，将市售共聚物在组1的基础油中稀释至12.5重量％；
-甘油酯，特别是甘油与C8-C18脂肪酸以及3-(3，5-二叔丁基-4-羟苯基)丙酸的混合酯，将市售酯在脂肪族环链烷烃中稀释至80重量％；
-包含去污剂(含有羧酸钙、磺酸钙和苯酚钙)和抗磨损添加剂(二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP))的包(packet)，将该包在组1的基础油中稀释至50重量％；
-组1的基础油，特别是称为中性溶剂150NS、330NS或600NS的基础油，其在40℃的粘度分别为30cSt、66cSt或120cSt。
在下表1中给出了不同组分的百分比量；这些是用于稀释的产物的重量％值而不是活性物质的重量百分比。

然后通过在装备有MAN5L16／24发动机的测试工作台上测试来评价和验证了润滑剂组合物的“燃料经济”特性。在D.V.Doyen和J.Christensen的公开“INNOVATOR-4C，Thecutting-edgeMANB&W5L16／24testengine”，CIMACCongress2004，KYOTO(124页)中已描述了该发动机的特定特征。
开发了专用的稳定循环过程以按照以下描述测量润滑剂组合物的“燃料经济”特性。该过程求助于通常在具有发动机测试工作台的测试中心发现的设备：
·用候选润滑剂冲洗发动机并和润滑回路。
·用候选润滑剂运行发动机。
·测量馏分油型的燃料消耗量(船用柴油-按照规范ISO8217)。重复测量以确保准确性。
·将用候选润滑剂所获得的燃料消耗量与受试参照润滑剂所获得的那些进行比较。
·发动机运行条件：
○速度：1000rpm
○发动功率：334kW，即最大功率的75％
○进入发动机的润滑剂温度：68℃至70℃
○润滑剂的体积：2×200升
·围绕精确的方案组织测试，该方案由将用候选润滑剂进行的任何测试放置在用参照润滑剂进行的两个测试之间组成。这使得可保证发动机的工作稳定性和在润滑剂之间测量的消耗差异的统计学显著性。
·在这种情况下，参照润滑剂是用于粘度等级SAE40和BN30的中速发动机的市售油。
还使用连续焦化ECBT测试测量了这些组合物的耐热性，其中在确定的条件下测量了产生的沉积物的重量(以mg计)。该重量越低，耐热性越好。
使用该测试可模拟船用润滑剂的耐热性和去污性，因此允许确定和模拟发动机清洁度。
该测试使用模拟活塞形状的铝烧杯。将这些烧杯置于保持在60℃左右的受控温度下的玻璃容器中。将润滑剂置于本身装备有部分浸入润滑剂中的金属刷的这些容器中。该刷通过以1000转/分钟的速度旋转运动来驱动，其使润滑剂喷洒到烧杯的下表面。使用具有热电偶调节的电加热电阻将烧杯保持在310℃的温度下。
在被称为连续ECBT的应用过程中，测试持续12小时并且润滑剂的喷洒是连续的。该过程模拟活塞部段组件中沉积物的形成。结果是在烧杯上测量的沉积物的重量。
在Jean-PhilippeROMAN的公开“ResearchandDevelopmentofMarineLubricantsinELFANTARFrance-Therelevanceoflaboratorytestsinsimulatingfieldperformance”，MARINEPROPULSIONCONFERENCE2000-AMSTERDAM-29-30MARCH2000中给出了该测试的详细描述。

确定了在润滑剂组合物L5和L6中，氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物和烯烃共聚物的组合使在75％载荷下的燃料消耗量相对于参照油下降0.7％。
润滑剂组合物L5的沉积物的重量比润滑剂组合物L6的沉积物重量高。甘油酯的添加确保了令人满意的曲轴箱清洁度。
因此，使用氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物、烯烃共聚物及其甘油酯的组合的添加剂允许配制“燃料经济”船用润滑剂同时保持良好的曲轴箱清洁度。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物，包含：
a)至少一种润滑剂基础油，
b)基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量，0.2重量％至5重量％的至少一种烯烃共聚物，
c)基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量，0.3重量％至8重量％的至少一种苯乙烯和氢化异戊二烯的共聚物，
d)基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量，0.5重量％至2重量％的至少一种甘油酯，
e)基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量，4重量％至15重量％的至少一种去污剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，其中所述烯烃共聚物是乙烯和丙烯的共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1至2之一所述的润滑剂组合物，其中所述苯乙烯和氢化异戊二烯的共聚物中氢化异戊二烯重复单元的量相对于所述共聚物的重量为50重量％至95重量％。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，其中所述甘油酯是甘油与至少一种具有8至24个碳原子的脂肪酸以及至少一种还包含羟苯基官能团的羧酸的混合酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，其中所述去污剂选自单独使用或以混合物使用的羧酸盐、磺酸盐和/或苯酚盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，按照标准ASTMD-2896测定的BN为5mgKOH/g至100mgKOH/g。
7.根据权利要求6所述的润滑剂组合物，按照标准ASTMD-2896测定的BN为7mgKOH/g至80mgKOH/g。
8.根据权利要求7所述的润滑剂组合物，按照标准ASTMD-2896测定的BN为10mgKOH/g至60mgKOH/g。
9.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，按照标准ASTMD7279在100℃下测量的运动粘度为5.6cSt至26.1cSt。
10.根据权利要求1所述的润滑剂组合物，其中所述润滑剂基础油选自单独使用或以混合物使用的组1或组2的基础油。

14.一种至少一种甘油酯在用于二冲程船用发动机或四冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物中用于改进四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机的发动机清洁度的用途，所述用于二冲程船用发动机或四冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物包含至少一种润滑剂基础油、至少一种烯烃共聚物、至少一种氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物、至少一种去污剂。
15.一种至少一种甘油酯在用于二冲程船用发动机或四冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物中用于改进四冲程船用发动机或二冲程船用发动机的曲轴箱清洁度的用途，所述用于二冲程船用发动机或四冲程船用发动机的润滑剂组合物包含至少一种润滑剂基础油、至少一种烯烃共聚物、至少一种氢化的苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物、至少一种去污剂。
16.一种添加剂的浓缩物，基于所述添加剂的浓缩物的总重量，包含：
a)2重量％至20重量％的至少一种烯烃共聚物，
b)5重量％至30重量％的至少一种苯乙烯和氢化异戊二烯的共聚物，
c)0.5重量％至10重量％的至少一种甘油酯，
d)10重量％至70重量％的至少一种去污剂。
