Abstract
本发明涉及除草组合物,它组合含有莎稗磷和JC940,这两种活性成分之比为莎稗磷:JC940=2∶1-1∶3。它们对许多单子叶或双子叶有害植物具有优良的广谱除草效果。
Description
莎稗磷是一个应用于移栽水稻田中防除一年生禾本科杂草和三棱草的选择性稻田除草剂(Pestccide Manual,British Prot.Council,9th Ed.,S.36)。
1981年已经知道,莎稗磷与2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)混用其杀草谱可扩大至阔叶杂草。该混剂除了可防除一年生禾本科杂草如稗属数种和鸭咀草属以及三棱草如聚穗莎草、碎米莎草和飘拂草外,也可以有效地防治阔叶杂草如鸭舌草、尖瓣花和丁香蓼(1)。
日本开说明书54160731(DOS 2821509和英国专利2020978)中已知,莎稗磷与2,4-D、二甲四氯、萘丙胺、莎草隆和苯达松混用防除稻田杂草时已证实其有增效作用。
另一方面,用前面所论及的混剂防除H本东南亚地区稻田其它的杂草有时效果不好。这类杂草特别是指
菇属数种,荸荠属数种,水莎草和萤蔺,还包括那些主要以其在土壤中的多年生器官萌发的杂草,它们比那些以种子萌发的杂草难以防治。
在用各种除草剂有效成分进行温室内的生物试验中,令人惊奇地发现了一些新的具有增效作用的组合剂,这些新的组合剂在使用中表现出了很好的广谱除草作用,并且水稻对其有着很好的承受能力。在杀草谱和作用强度方面这些新的组合剂超过了已知的除草剂和除草剂的组合剂,且使用量少。
这些新的组合剂还具有特效期长的优点,药效可持续数周。所以无须再次施药防除新萌发出的杂草。由于一次施药即可解决竟争性杂草的生长,所以可省去第二道除草工序。

在这些所列出的组合剂中,使用沙草隆有两个明显的优越性,其一是沙草隆增强了对莎草属杂草和禾本科杂草的除草效果,另一方面沙草隆对水稻植株起到了安全剂的作用,减少了除草剂例如磺酰脲类衍生物可能引起的潜在药害。JC-940和莎稗磷 的组合剂的安全效应也被证实。
以相类似的方法观察到,在莎稗磷与吡嘧黄隆的组合剂中,莎稗磷发挥出了令人惊奇的安全作用。单独使用吡嘧黄隆或与其它除草剂混用时可能导致的对水稻的药害可通过使用莎稗磷而减轻或完全消除。所以这些有效成分组合剂表现出了一些新奇的特性,这些特性超越了至今已知的效果,是完全未预料到的和令人吃惊的。
本发明的除草组合剂对那些具有重要经济意义的单子叶或双子叶有害植物具有优良的广谱除草效果。用本发明的组合剂还可有效地防除那些难以防治的以块茎、根茎或其它多年生器官繁殖的多年生杂草、至于是在播种前,芽前或芽后施用无关紧要。
这里列举一些可用本发明组合物防除的单子叶和双子叶杂草的代表性例子,但不局限于所列举的品种。
可有效地防除的单子叶杂草是例如稗草以及一年生的莎草类和多年生的莎草类。
本发明的除草组合物在出苗前施用于土壤表面,它或者完全阻止杂草出苗,或当杂草苗长至真叶期时停止生长,继之在3至4周后完全死亡。
在出苗后若将有效成分的组合剂施用于植株的绿色部分,在给药处理后很快停止生长。杂草的植株停留在用药处理的生长发育阶段或经过一段时间后迅速死亡,用这种方式可以使那些对于农作物具有有害竟争作用的杂草通过使用本发明的新组合物尽早或永久地被除去。
虽然本发明的组合物对于单子叶一和双子叶杂草具有优良的除草活性,但它对水稻的危害非常小或完全没有危害。基于这些原因,所以本发明组合物特别适合于在水稻田中用于选择性地防除不需要植物的生长。
本发明有效成分组合剂其除草效果超过了其中各个单剂所预期的除草效果之和,这一除草作用效果的提高可以使每个有效成分的用量显著减少。各除草剂的组合物的持放期也可以得以改善或其作用速度加快。这些特点为使用者在实际防除杂草时提供了十分显著的优越性。它可以使杂草的防治更便宜,更快,省工且更加持效,由此也可增加农作物的产量。
还进一步发现,这一有效成分组合剂系列还具有安全作用或解毒作用,即所用的有效成分对农作物如水稻的植物毒性副作用降低或完全消除。
不同有效成分组分的混合比例可在很大范围内变动。它特别是与所用的配对组分、杂草生长发育阶段、杂草谱和气候条件这些因素有关。
本发明的有效成分组合剂可以以两个组分的混合制剂形式提供,此混合制剂可以用常规方式以水稀释或者可制成颗粒剂形式使用,或者也可以将各单个有效成份的制剂通过用水共同稀释所谓的桶混物。
化合物(组合剂)可按所给的生物学和/或化学-物理参数加工成不同的剂型。可以加工的剂型是:可湿性粉剂(WP)、乳油(EC),水溶液(SL)、乳液(EW)如水包油乳液和油包水乳液,可喷洒的溶液或乳液,以油或水为基质的分散液,悬浮乳化液,粉剂(DP),浸渍剂,特别是土壤中施用或撒施的颗粒剂或水中可分散的颗粒剂(WG),超低量剂型,微胶囊剂或蜡剂。

在这些剂型的基础上,这些组合剂可以与其它农药有效成分物质如其它除草剂,杀菌剂或杀虫剂,以及肥料和/或植物生长调节剂混配,例如它可以加工成一种成品制剂的形式或桶混物形式。
在水中可均匀分散的可湿性粉剂除了含有农药的有效成分和一种稀释剂或惰性物质外,还含有湿润剂,如聚氧乙基化的烷基酚类,聚氧乙基化的脂肪醇类或聚氧乙基化的脂肪胺类,烷烃-或烷基苯磺酸酯类和分散剂,如木质素磺酸钠,2,2′-二萘基甲烷-6,6′-二磺酸钠,二丁基萘-磺酸钠或油酰甲基牛磺酸钠。
乳油是将农药的有效成分溶解在如丁醇,环己酮,二甲基甲酰胺,二甲苯或高沸点的芳香族或烃类中的某一种溶剂中,再添加一种或多种乳化剂制备而成。作为乳化剂的化合物例如可采用烷基芳基磺酸钙盐如十二烷基苯磺酸钙,或非离子型乳化剂如脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚,脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚,环氧丙烷一环氧乙烷缩合产物,烷基聚醚,脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,聚氧乙烯脱氧山梨醇脂肪酸酯或聚氧乙烯山梨醇酯。
粉剂是将有效成分与细颗粒的、呈分散状的固体物质如滑石,天然粘土和高岭土,皂土,叶蜡石土或硅藻土经磨粉加工而制得。
颗粒剂的制备是将有效成分喷洒在具有吸附性能的颗粒状惰性物质表面或是将有效成分用聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸钠这些粘合剂或矿物油粘附到砂子、高岭土等载体物质表面或颗粒状惰性物质表面。也可以用通常制造颗粒肥料的方法将某些合适的有效成分加工成颗粒剂。需要时也可以与肥料混在一起加工。
农用化学制剂通常含有0.1-99%(重量)、特别是2-95%(重量)的有效成分A或B。在各种剂型中有效成分A和B的浓度是不同的。
可湿性粉剂中含有效成分的浓度大约在10-90%(重量),其余部分由常用的一些剂型助剂物质组成。乳油中有效成分含量大约为1-85%(重量),最好含有效成分5-80%(重量)。粉剂含有效成分大约为1-25%(重量),大部分为5-20%(重量)。可喷洒的溶液含有效成分大约为0.2-25%(重量),优选2-20%(重量)。颗粒剂例如水中可分散的颗粒剂中,有效成分含量部分地取决于有效成分是呈液态或固态和使用什么样的颗粒助剂和填料。通常在水中可分散的颗粒剂中,其有效成分含量在5-90%(重量)之间。撒施颗粒剂中有效成分含量在1-50%之间(重量),优选2-25%之间。
此外,所列举的有效成分剂型中有时还含有常规的粘合剂,润湿剂,分散剂,乳化剂,渗透剂,溶剂,填料或载体。
通常以商品形式提供的剂型在使用时,有时需要采用常规方法稀释,例如可湿性粉剂,乳油,分散剂及水中可分散的颗粒剂可用水稀释。而粉剂,撒施或在土壤中施用的颗粒剂以及可喷洒的溶液使用前无需用惰性物质进一步稀释。
组合剂的用量因外部条件如温度、湿度、所用除草剂种类的不同而变化。
下面例子用于解释本发明:
A.剂型制备例
a)粉剂:将10份重的本发明有效成分组合剂和90份重的滑石粉(作为惰性物质)混合在锤式破碎机中磨碎而成。
b)可湿性粉剂:将5份重的有效成分组合剂和64份重充作惰性材料的含高岭土的石英粉、10份重的木质素磺酸钾和1份重的用作润湿剂和分散剂的油酰甲基牛磺酸钠在棒式破碎机中研磨加工而成。
c)水中易分散的浓缩剂:将20份重的有效成分组合剂与6份重的烷基酚聚乙二醇醚(Triton X 207)、3份重的异十三烷醇聚乙二醇醚(8EO)和71份重石蜡矿物油(沸点范围大约在255-277℃以上)一起在球磨机内磨至细度在5微米以下而得到。
d)乳油:含15份重的有效成分组合剂、75份重作为溶剂的环己酮和10份重作为乳化剂的乙氧基化的壬基酚。
e)在水中可分散的颗粒剂,其组成如下:
75份重的有效成份组合剂
10份重的木质素磺酸钙
5份重的月桂基硫酸钠
3份重的聚乙烯醇
7份重的高岭土
将上述各组分混合于棒式磨碎机中磨碎,粉状物质在流化床中通过将造粒用的水喷洒其上而造粒。
f)在水中可分散的颗粒剂,其组成如下:
25份重的有效成分组合剂,
5份重的2,2′-二萘基甲烷-6,6′-二磺酸钠,
2份重的油酰基甲基牛磺酸钠,
1份重的聚乙烯醇
17份重的碳酸钙和
50份重的水
将上述组分在胶体磨中匀浆、预磨碎、继之在球磨机中进一步研磨,再将所得到的悬浮物在喷雾塔中通过一种单级喷头喷雾并干燥。

将单子叶和双子叶杂草的种子或块茎置于直径9cm的盛有砂质粘土的塑料盆中,上面用土复盖。稻田杂草的种籽在用水饱和的土壤中培育,在培育中向盆内加水至水深过土壤表面或高出土壤表面数公分。将本发明的有效成分组合剂的可湿性粉剂或乳油以及作为平行试验的含单个有效成分的相应的剂型加水稀释成悬浮液或乳液,稀释加水量相当于大约300至600升/公顷,然后按不同剂量对盆栽表层土壤进行喷洒处理或在有水稻植株的情况下将药剂加入到灌溉水中。
处理之后将盆子置于温室之中,维持有利于杂草生长的条件。3至4周后与未施药对照组相比较,用目测评估方法评价供试植物发芽或发芽后的植株受害情况。试验结果证实了本发明的除草剂对于阔叶和禾本科杂草具有很好的广谱芽前除草效果。
在所有的情况下,组合剂除草效果的计算值与实测值是不同的。计算值,即按照S.R.Colby公式(“除草组合剂的增效和拮抗作用计算”,Weed 15(19677,20-22页)所得到的组合剂除草效果的理论预期值。
二元组合剂的计算公式为: 三元除草有效成分的计算公式为: 式中
X=在除草剂A用量为xkg/ha时由A所致的药效%;
Y=在除草剂B用量为ykg/ha时由B所致的药效%;
Z=另一个除草剂C用量为zkg/ha时由C所致的药效%;
E=除草剂A+B(或A+B+C)在其用量为x+y(或x+y+Z)kg/ha时预期的由它们所致的药物。
若实际药效值大于预期的计算值,则组合剂有作用效果大于其各个单剂的加成效果,也即具有增效作用。
本发明的有效成分组合剂其除草效果高于其中的各单个组分单独使用所预期的效果(按照Colby公式的计算值)。所以有效成分组合剂是增效的。
2.芽后除草效果
将单子叶-和双子叶杂草的种子或块茎置于盛有砂质壤土的塑料盆中,用土复盖并放在有利于生长的温室条件下培育。稻田杂草用盆栽培育,在培育期间盆中的水面维持在土层表面以上2公分。播种后3周当供试植物长至3叶期时用药处理。用本发明的有效成分组合剂的可湿性粉剂或乳油、以及作为平行试验的含单个有效成分的相应剂型,按不同的剂量用水稀释至相当于大约300-600升/公顷的药液喷洒植物的绿色部分,供试植物在温室中于最佳生长条件下3-4周后与未用药处理的对照相比较,用目测方法评价各制剂的除草效果。对于水稻植株或稻田杂草,可将有效成分直接加到灌溉水中(对于颗粒剂可用类似的方法使用)或者将药剂喷洒到植物上或灌溉水中。本发明的药剂作为芽后除草剂使用,对于具有重要经济意义的阔叶和禾木科杂草具有很好的广谱除除草效果。按照Colby公式计算结果分析,本发明药剂是有增效作用的。
沙草隆(B8)和IC940(B12)对于莎稗磷 的安全剂作用实例:
将水稻植株种植在含砂土的塑料盆中,于温室中培育至2.5叶期。在整个试验期内盆中水深维持在土层表面以上3公分。
用本发明处理时,是将本发明各个单剂和组合剂用水稀释的悬浮液或乳液通过浇水的方式加到盆栽的水面中。
在药用处理后大约3周,通过确定供试植物茎的鲜重来判定水稻植株的受害程度。
后面的表中包括所得到的试验结果以及根据Colby公式的预期值。所列举的数据清楚地表明,不仅仅是沙草隆,而且IC940都非常显著地降低了由莎稗磷对水稻植株引起的植物毒性,也就是说这两个除草剂对于莎稗磷具有预言的安全剂效应。对于所有的组合剂来说,其按照Colby公式计算得出的预期值都显著低于每一个组合剂的实际测定值。
除草剂的增效和拮抗作用的Colby计算值:

式中H1和H2代表除草剂作用效果%。
评价基准:相当于对照植株茎鲜重%。

Claims (10)
2.按照权利要求1的组合物,它除含有常规的剂型物质外,还含有0.1-99%(重量)按照权利要求1的组合物。
3.按照权利要求1或2组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,可以将组合物加工成常规的植物保护剂的各种剂型,这些剂型是可湿性粉剂、乳油、水溶液、乳液、可喷洒的溶液(桶混物),以油-和水为基质的分散液、悬浮乳化液、粉剂、浸渍剂、土壤-或撒施颗粒剂,水中可分散的颗粒剂,超低量剂,微胶囊剂或蜡剂。
4.防除不需要植物的方法,其特征在于,施用有效作用剂量的、按照权利要求1至3中一项或多项的组合物于这些不需要的植物上或其所在农田的表面。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于,在有用农作物中选择性地防除杂草。
6.根据权利要求5的方法,其特征在于,有用农作物是水稻。
7.根据权利要求1至3中的一项或多项的除草组合物的应用,用于选择性防除有用农作物中的杂草。
8.如在权利要求1中所定义的化合物JC940在与除草剂莎稗磷组合使用时在保护农作物免受除草剂的植物毒性副作用的危害方面的应用。
9.保护农作物免受除草剂植物毒性副作用危害的方法,其特征在于,将莎稗磷与按照权利要求1的JC940混合施用于植物、植物种子和农田表面。
10.按照权利要求9的方法,其特征在于,将莎稗磷与JC940一起组合使用。
