Abstract

本发明属于塑料软水带技术领域,特别涉及一种塑料软水带的生产工艺。该塑料软水带的生产工艺,克服了PVC树脂不易降解的缺点,本设计发明更符合国内外环保法规,EVA树脂密度低于PVC树脂故而单位重量比PVC水带重量减轻30%~40%,与EVA编织水带相比,因编织复合EVA水带,需翻带粘结会造成生产效率低、成本高,粘结层易剥离,本设计克服了以上缺点,实现了高效、低耗、高品质的要求。

一种塑料软水带的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于塑料软水带技术领域,特别涉及一种塑料软水带的生产工艺。
背景技术
生产水带所需的树脂材料属石化产品,而石油资源是不可再生资源,本设计能够在不影响产品质量的前提下降低树脂消耗量,故本设计发明节约能源,利于环保,能为农业生产提供优质价廉的产品。
目前农用水带大量使用的是PVC软水带,此种水带的缺点是成本高,PVC树脂的密度高于EVA40%,且PVC树脂单价高于EVA树脂,PVC树脂不易降解,不符合环保要求,无法进入欧美市场,另一种EVA编织软水带的缺点是:需要翻带粘结,因而生产工艺复杂,生产效率低,不易稳定控制粘结质量,易开胶剥离,因而市场销售量很小。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种克服了以上两种水带的缺点的塑料软水带的生产工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种塑料软水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、将制造EVA软水带所需的经线线锭固定在放线支架上,经紧线器按顺序依次通过线架支架、绕线机的线盘与纬线一并进入塑料挤出机模头。
2、在绕线机前后盘的线筒内,分别放置左右绕线所需纬线线锭,前后盘分别在两台主电机驱动下左右旋转,带动左右旋纬线绕在绕线机导杆上形成网状编织线筒,线筒在收卷机的牵引下,被连续拉入模头,在导杆的末端装有与导杆等径的模芯、支撑编织网,以便使编织网与EVA浆状塑化物结合。
3、EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)树脂颗粒料,由70型塑料挤出机的螺杆及料筒加热及螺杆旋转产生的摩擦热,通过螺杆旋转将塑料颗粒塑化连续被挤压至模头段。
4、已塑化的EVA树脂,在螺杆旋转所产生的压力下,由螺杆尾端经模头流道流入高温模头内部,模头内腔与模芯形成的空腔,与经纬线编织网在高温下及压力的作用下合为一体。
5、在收卷机的牵引作用下,水带由模头连续向冷却水槽运行,水槽前段装有环状喷水口,在水带穿越时将水带一周均匀冷却,在水环后部有沿水槽两侧纵向设置的喷淋管,经若干个喷孔将冷却水连续向水管喷淋降温使其定型。
6、冷却定型后的水带,在收卷机的牵引下,经收卷机前端的印刷系统将水带表面的图文信息印刷到水带表面。
7、当计米器达到预置米数并报警时,截取水带从收卷器上将卷好的水带取下。
8、包装入库。
本发明的有益效果是:由于EVA树脂密度低于PVC树脂,市场价格也低PVC树脂因而成本低于PVC,克服了PVC树脂不易降解的缺点,本设计发明更符合国内外环保法规,EVA树脂密度低于PVC树脂故而同规格EVA水带比PVC水带重量减轻30%~40%,与EVA编织水带相比,因编织复合EVA水带,需翻带粘结会造成生产效率低、成本高,粘结层易剥离,本设计克服了以上缺点,实现了高效、低耗、高品质的要求。

附图1为本发明的一种具体实施例。该发明一种塑料软水带的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
包括以下步骤:
(1)、将制造EVA软水带所需经线分别固定在两个放线架的支架上,每个放线架安放80个100D加捻涤纶线,共安装160个线锭,经线由每个线锭紧线器调整松紧度后依次通过镶有瓷眼的支架,再通过绕线机导杆的前后盘与纬线在收卷机的牵引下,一并进入塑料挤出机模头;
(2)、绕线机的前后盘分别安装24个贮线筒,筒内放置80D涤纶线线锭,每根线由线锭分别通过导线盘的紧线器调整松紧与经线一起绕在绕线机导杆上,前后盘分别在电机驱动下,与贮线筒一起左右旋转,将左右旋纬线在导杆上形成各24根旋纬线,160根经线的网状线筒,在收卷机的牵引下,以每分钟2米的速度向塑料挤出机模头连续输送,进入与导杆末端链接的直径76mm模芯表面,模芯内部设有加热装置,在模头与模芯形成的空腔内网状涤纶线筒,与塑料挤出机输送来的树脂塑化浆料结合,形成带有线网的内径为76mm的软水带;
(3)、VA含量为20%-40%的EVA树脂料由挤塑机的贮料筒进入70型挤出机的螺杆料筒,料筒一、二、三段加热温度分别为175℃、185℃、190℃,螺杆由主电机驱转速为20-30转/分钟,主电机频率为10-15HZ,在料筒的加热温度及螺杆旋转所产生的磨擦作用下树脂料被逐步塑化,并在螺杆的推力下塑化状态的树脂料向模头输送;
(4)、已塑化的EVA树脂料,在螺杆末端的压力下经模头流道流入模头与模芯形成的形腔,模头与模芯温度控制在205℃-210℃,在空腔内树脂糊料与涤纶线网合为一体形成水带,其内径与模芯相同,外径与模口等径;
(5)、模口的高温水带,在收卷机的牵引下,以2米/分钟的速度由模头向冷却水槽运行,通过在水槽前端的内径为100毫米的环状水环的内侧设置40个2.5mm喷水孔向高温水带喷淋冷却水,在水环的后面是沿水槽两侧纵向安装的喷淋水管,水管沿纵向面向水带开Φ2.5mm喷水孔,开孔距离为10-15mm,环状与管状冷却喷淋系统由安装在水槽下部的水泵提供水源,水泵的进水孔与水槽底部连接并加装滤网,使冷却水循环使用,水槽长度为4米水带,在水槽中中的冷却时间为2分钟;
(6)、冷却定型后的水带,在收卷机牵引轮的牵引下,首先进入收卷机前端的印刷系统,轮转式凹版版面,印刷的图文信息在水带通过印版时将图文转印刷至水带表面,收卷机中部设有两对反向旋转的牵引轮,牵引轮由主电机驱动,将电机变频器的频率调整为牵引轮线速度为2米/分钟,水带在牵引轮摩擦力的拖动下,以2米/分钟的速度匀速向收卷器移动;
(7)、在收卷器与牵引轮之间装有电子式计米装置,当水带通过长度为20米时,计数器会发出声光报警信号,收卷器的旋转力矩由牵引轮轴提供为适应水带卷由小变大的不同转速,设置了可调的摩擦系统,当计米器报警时,将成卷的水带从卷取器上卸下;
(8)、包装入库。

Claims (1)

1.一种塑料软水带的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、将制造EVA软水带所需经线分别固定在两个放线架的支架上,每个放线架安放80个100D加捻涤纶线,共安装160个线锭,经线由每个线锭紧线器调整松紧度后依次通过镶有瓷眼的支架,再通过绕线机导杆的前后盘与纬线在收卷机的牵引下,一并进入塑料挤出机模头;
(2)、绕线机的前后盘分别安装24个贮线筒,筒内放置80D涤纶线线锭,每根线由线锭分别通过导线盘的紧线器调整松紧与经线一起绕在绕线机导杆上,前后盘分别在电机驱动下,与贮线筒一起左右旋转,将左右旋纬线在导杆上形成各24根旋纬线,160根经线的网状线筒,在收卷机的牵引下,以每分钟2米的速度向塑料挤出机模头连续输送,进入与导杆末端链接的直径76mm模芯表面,模芯内部设有加热装置,在模头与模芯形成的空腔内网状涤纶线筒,与塑料挤出机输送来的树脂塑化浆料结合,形成带有线网的内径为76mm的软水带;
(3)、VA含量为20%-40%的EVA树脂料由挤塑机的贮料筒进入70型挤出机的螺杆料筒,料筒一、二、三段加热温度分别为175℃、185℃、190℃,螺杆由主电机驱转速为20-30转/分钟,主电机频率为10-15HZ,在料筒的加热温度及螺杆旋转所产生的磨擦作用下树脂料被逐步塑化,并在螺杆的推力下塑化状态的树脂料向模头输送;
(4)、已塑化的EVA树脂料,在螺杆末端的压力下经模头流道流入模头与模芯形成的形腔,模头与模芯温度控制在205℃-210℃,在空腔内树脂糊料与涤纶线网合为一体形成水带,其内径与模芯相同,外径与模口等径;
(5)、模口的高温水带,在收卷机的牵引下,以2米/分钟的速度由模头向冷却水槽运行,通过在水槽前端的内径为100毫米的环状水环的内侧设置40个2.5mm喷水孔向高温水带喷淋冷却水,在水环的后面是沿水槽两侧纵向安装的喷淋水管,水管沿纵向面向水带开Φ2.5mm喷水孔,开孔距离为10-15mm,环状与管状冷却喷淋系统由安装在水槽下部的水泵提供水源,水泵的进水孔与水槽底部连接并加装滤网,使冷却水循环使用,水槽长度为4米水带,在水槽中中的冷却时间为2分钟;
(6)、冷却定型后的水带,在收卷机牵引轮的牵引下,首先进入收卷机前端的印刷系统,轮转式凹版版面,印刷的图文信息在水带通过印版时将图文转印刷至水带表面,收卷机中部设有两对反向旋转的牵引轮,牵引轮由主电机驱动,将电机变频器的频率调整为牵引轮线速度为2米/分钟,水带在牵引轮摩擦力的拖动下,以2米/分钟的速度匀速向收卷器移动;
(7)、在收卷器与牵引轮之间装有电子式计米装置,当水带通过长度为20米时,计数器会发出声光报警信号,收卷器的旋转力矩由牵引轮轴提供为适应水带卷由小变大的不同转速,设置了可调的摩擦系统,当计米器报警时,将成卷的水带从卷取器上卸下;
