Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for obtaining the resident identity information. The method and the device are suitable for the information technical field. The method comprises obtaining photographs of residents to be recognized; establishing communication connection with a preset remote database, wherein the identity information of N residents is recorded in the preset remote database and the identity information comprises head photographs; searching out head photographs which are matched with the photographs of the residents to be recognized in the preset remote database; extracting the identity information which is related to the searched head photographs in the preset remote database and determining the extracted identity information as the identity information of the residents to be recognized. According to the method and the device for obtaining the resident identity information, an information system of the government department serves as the basis of large data retrieval, the real photographs of the residents to be recognized are matched with the resident head photographs which are recorded in the information system, and accordingly the identity information of the residents to be recognized can be obtained and accordingly the accuracy and the credibility for obtaining the resident identity information are ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of information, and particularly relates to a method and a device for acquiring resident identity information.
Background
In many occasions of work, study and life, people need to confirm the identity of people who communicate with each other. For example, for a salesperson who impersonates to go to the home for sales promotion, the true identity of the salesperson needs to be confirmed so as to prevent lawless persons from impersonating the salesperson to perform actions such as fraud, entry robbery and the like; for job applicant, it is also necessary to confirm its true identity to avoid its fictitious resume. In view of the above circumstances, identity verification can only be performed by checking a personal certificate at present, and there is a risk of certificate forgery, which may result in low confidence level of the resident identity information acquired by the existing method, and may result in a certain degree of potential safety hazard.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a method for acquiring resident identity information, and aims to solve the problem that the resident identity information acquired by the existing mode is low in credibility.
The embodiment of the invention is realized in such a way that the method for acquiring the resident identity information comprises the following steps:
acquiring a photo of a resident to be identified;
establishing communication connection with a preset remote database, wherein the preset remote database records the identity information of N residents, the identity information comprises head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1;
finding out the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be identified in the preset remote database;
and extracting the identity information associated with the found head portrait photo from the preset remote database, and determining the extracted identity information as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
Another object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for acquiring identity information, including:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring photos of residents to be identified;
the system comprises a connecting unit, a remote database and a processing unit, wherein the connecting unit is used for establishing communication connection with the preset remote database, the preset remote database records the identity information of N residents, the identity information comprises head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1;
the searching unit is used for searching the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be identified in the preset remote database;
and the extracting unit is used for extracting the identity information associated with the found head portrait photo from the preset remote database, and determining the extracted identity information as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
The embodiment of the invention takes the information system of the government department as the basis of big data retrieval, and obtains the identity information of the residents to be identified by matching the real photos of the residents to be identified with the head portrait photos of the residents recorded in the information system, thereby ensuring the accuracy and the credibility of obtaining the identity information of the residents.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The embodiment of the invention takes the information system of the government department as the basis of big data retrieval, and obtains the identity information of the residents to be identified by matching the real photos of the residents to be identified with the head portrait photos of the residents recorded in the information system, thereby ensuring the accuracy and the credibility of obtaining the identity information of the residents.
Fig. 1 shows an implementation flow of the method for acquiring the identity information of the residents according to the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
in S101, a photograph of the resident to be identified is acquired.
In this embodiment, the to-be-identified residents, specifically, the identities of the residents that have not yet been confirmed, need to acquire the identity information of the residents to further confirm the identities of the residents. The acquisition of the photo of the resident to be identified can be performed by any one of the following modes:
shooting the photos of the residents to be identified in real time; or,
acquiring a photo of the resident to be identified from a network; or,
and receiving the photos of the residents to be identified, which are stored in other terminal equipment.
The method comprises the steps that a photo of a resident to be identified is shot in real time, and the resident to be identified can be shot in real time through common equipment with a shooting function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet and a camera, so that the photo of the resident to be identified can be obtained. The photos acquired by the method are most reliable, and the appearances of residents to be identified can be truly reflected.
For obtaining the photo of the resident to be identified from the network, the resident to be identified may provide the network address where the photo is stored, for example, the personal space address, the personal page of the resident to be identified in the social network, and the like, and access the network address through the device with network access function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, and the like, so as to download the photo of the resident to be identified from the network. When the photo is acquired in this way, the operator is required to confirm that the appearance of the person shown in the downloaded photo is consistent with the appearance of the resident to be identified.
For receiving the photos of the residents to be identified stored in other terminal devices, the other terminal devices may be terminal devices with a photo storage function and a data transmission function, such as mobile phones, tablets, cameras, and USB disks of the residents to be identified, and the photos of the residents to be identified set in the terminals may be sent or copied through USB connection, bluetooth, a local area network, and the like. Also, in taking a photograph in this manner, it is necessary for the operator to confirm that the appearance of the person shown in the taken photograph is consistent with that of the resident to be identified.
In S102, a communication connection is established with a preset remote database, where the preset remote database records identity information of N residents, where the identity information includes head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1.
In this embodiment, the preset remote database may be a data platform composed of one or more government department information systems, and since the resident information collected in the government department information system has high reliability, the government department information system is used as a database for retrieving the resident identity information, and the retrieved resident identity information also has high reliability.
In this embodiment, in order to avoid random leakage of data in the information system of the government department, the communication connection with the preset remote database needs to be performed after authorization of the remote database. Specifically, the remote database may verify the validity of the party requesting to establish the communication connection by issuing a digital certificate or checking a username and password, and allow the establishment of the communication connection after the verification is passed.
In this embodiment, the identity information of the residents recorded in the preset remote database at least includes the photo of the head portrait of the resident, and obviously, also includes the name of the resident. For example, for a library information system, the reader's identification card photo may be scanned in when the reader's profile is established.
In S103, the photo of the avatar matching the photo of the resident to be identified is found in the preset remote database.
In this embodiment, according to the image recognition technology, the photos of the residents to be recognized are subjected to image matching in a preset remote database, so as to find out the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be recognized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, S103 specifically is:
in S201, the head portrait of the resident to be identified is extracted from the photo of the resident to be identified.
Since the photos of the head portrait of most residents stored in the information system of the government department are images of the head portrait of the residents to be recognized, in S201, the head portrait of the residents to be recognized is extracted from the photos of the residents to be recognized first, so as to facilitate the subsequent matching process. Meanwhile, the head portrait of the resident to be identified is extracted, so that the final matching result is prevented from failing or being wrong due to the fact that the facial images of other residents exist in the photo.
Because the face of the person has fixed features such as five sense organs, the head portrait of the resident to be identified can be positioned in the photo of the resident to be identified according to the features of the five sense organs, and the head portrait can be cut off.
In S202, a face feature value of the avatar of the resident to be recognized is calculated.
In S203, finding out the avatar photo with the face feature value closest to the calculated face feature value from the preset remote database.
In this embodiment, a mathematical model for calculating the face feature value may be pre-established by using the principle of biometrics, and face feature value calculation may be performed on each avatar photo stored in a preset remote database in advance, so as to obtain and store the face feature value corresponding to each avatar photo. After the head portrait of the residents to be recognized is obtained, the face characteristic value of the residents to be recognized is calculated according to the mathematical model, and head portrait photos stored in a preset remote database and closest to the face characteristic value of the residents to be recognized are found out.
In S204, the found photo of the avatar is determined as the photo of the avatar matching the photo of the resident to be identified.
In S204, according to the degree of similarity of the face feature values, the closest photo of the head portrait is determined as the photo of the resident to be identified.
Further, in order to ensure that the found photo of the head portrait and the resident to be identified are the same person, a preset threshold value may be set, and first, whether a difference between the face feature value of the found photo of the head portrait and the calculated face feature value is smaller than the preset threshold value is judged, and only when the difference between the face feature value of the found photo of the head portrait and the calculated face feature value is smaller than the preset threshold value, the found photo of the head portrait is determined to be the photo of the head portrait matched with the photo of the resident to be identified. In a specific implementation, the preset threshold may be a very small value to ensure that the found photo of the avatar is the same person as the resident to be identified.
In S104, the identity information associated with the found avatar photo is extracted from the preset remote database, and the extracted identity information is determined as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
In this embodiment, the identity information associated with the found photo of the avatar is extracted to serve as the identity information of the resident to be identified, thereby completing the acquisition of the identity information.
By the method, on one hand, the obtained photo of the resident to be identified has authenticity, and on the other hand, the data source for searching the identity information has credibility, so that the identity information of the resident to be identified which is finally searched is relatively real, credible and accurate.
Further, after S104, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
in S105, according to the identity information extracted from the preset remote database, cross-searching is performed in another remote database, so as to obtain the identity information of the resident to be identified from the another remote database.
Because at least the name of the resident to be identified can be determined according to the identity information extracted from the preset remote database, further, the information system networking function between different departments of the government can be utilized to carry out cross search, so that more identity information of the resident to be identified can be obtained from other information systems of the government.
For example, if the preset remote database is an information system of a city library, the account information of the resident to be identified cannot be generally retrieved in the database, and then the name of the resident to be identified can be determined through the preset remote database, and then the account information of the resident to be identified is acquired in the public security information system according to the networking function of the information system of the library and the public security information system.
The embodiment of the invention takes the information system of the government department as the basis of big data retrieval, and obtains the identity information of the residents to be identified by matching the real photos of the residents to be identified with the head portrait photos of the residents recorded in the information system, thereby ensuring the accuracy and the credibility of obtaining the identity information of the residents.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of an apparatus for acquiring identity information according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used for executing the method for acquiring identity information according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 1 to 3. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown.
Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
the acquisition unit 41 acquires a photograph of the resident to be identified.
And the connection unit 42 establishes communication connection with a preset remote database, wherein the preset remote database records the identity information of N residents, the identity information comprises head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1.
And the searching unit 43 is used for searching the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be identified in the preset remote database.
The extracting unit 44 is configured to extract the identity information associated with the found avatar photo from the preset remote database, and determine the extracted identity information as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
Optionally, the obtaining unit 41 is specifically configured to:
shooting the photos of the residents to be identified in real time; or,
acquiring a photo of the resident to be identified from a network; or,
and receiving the photos of the residents to be identified, which are stored in other terminal equipment.
Optionally, the search unit 43 includes:
and the extracting subunit extracts the head portrait of the resident to be identified from the photo of the resident to be identified.
And the calculating subunit is used for calculating the face characteristic value of the head portrait of the resident to be recognized.
And the searching subunit searches the head portrait photo with the face characteristic value closest to the calculated face characteristic value in the preset remote database.
And the determining subunit determines the found head portrait photo as the head portrait photo matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
Optionally, the searching subunit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and when the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining the found head portrait photo as a head portrait photo matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the cross retrieval unit is used for carrying out cross retrieval in other remote databases according to the identity information extracted from the preset remote database so as to acquire the identity information of the residents to be identified in the other remote databases.
The embodiment of the invention takes the information system of the government department as the basis of big data retrieval, and obtains the identity information of the residents to be identified by matching the real photos of the residents to be identified with the head portrait photos of the residents recorded in the information system, thereby ensuring the accuracy and the credibility of obtaining the identity information of the residents.

Claims (10)
1. A method for acquiring resident identity information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a photo of a resident to be identified;
establishing communication connection with a preset remote database, wherein the preset remote database records the identity information of N residents, the identity information comprises head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1;
finding out the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be identified in the preset remote database;
and extracting the identity information associated with the found head portrait photo from the preset remote database, and determining the extracted identity information as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining a photograph of the inhabitant to be identified comprises:
shooting the photos of the residents to be identified in real time; or,
acquiring a photo of the resident to be identified from a network; or,
and receiving the photos of the residents to be identified, which are stored in other terminal equipment.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said finding in said preset remote database the photo of the avatar matching the photo of said resident to be identified comprises:
extracting head portraits of the residents to be identified from the photos of the residents to be identified;
calculating the face characteristic value of the head portrait of the resident to be identified;
finding out a head portrait photo with a face characteristic value closest to the calculated face characteristic value in the preset remote database;
and determining the found photo of the head portrait as the photo of the head portrait matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the found photo of the avatar as the photo of the avatar matching the photo of the resident to be identified comprises:
judging whether the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and when the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining the found head portrait photo as a head portrait photo matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and according to the identity information extracted from the preset remote database, performing cross retrieval in other remote databases to acquire the identity information of the resident to be identified from the other remote databases.
6. An apparatus for acquiring identity information of a resident, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring photos of residents to be identified;
the system comprises a connecting unit, a remote database and a processing unit, wherein the connecting unit is used for establishing communication connection with the preset remote database, the preset remote database records the identity information of N residents, the identity information comprises head portrait photos, and N is an integer greater than 1;
the searching unit is used for searching the head portrait photos matched with the photos of the residents to be identified in the preset remote database;
and the extracting unit is used for extracting the identity information associated with the found head portrait photo from the preset remote database, and determining the extracted identity information as the identity information of the resident to be identified.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
shooting the photos of the residents to be identified in real time; or,
acquiring a photo of the resident to be identified from a network; or,
and receiving the photos of the residents to be identified, which are stored in other terminal equipment.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the lookup unit comprises:
the extraction subunit is used for extracting the head portrait of the resident to be identified from the photo of the resident to be identified;
the calculating subunit is used for calculating the face characteristic value of the head portrait of the resident to be identified;
the searching subunit is used for searching the head portrait photo with the face characteristic value closest to the calculated face characteristic value in the preset remote database;
and the determining subunit is used for determining the found head portrait photo as the head portrait photo matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the lookup subunit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and when the difference value between the face characteristic value of the found head portrait photo and the calculated face characteristic value is smaller than a preset threshold value, determining the found head portrait photo as a head portrait photo matched with the photo of the residents to be identified.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the cross retrieval unit is used for carrying out cross retrieval in other remote databases according to the identity information extracted from the preset remote database so as to acquire the identity information of the resident to be identified in the other remote databases.
