Abstract
The invention discloses a directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system, which comprises a water tank, a heat exchanger, a connecting pipeline, a circulating water pump, a temperature sensor, a control system and a three-way valve, wherein the water tank, the circulating water pump connected with the water tank, the heat exchanger and an inlet of the three-way valve are sequentially connected, and a first outlet and a second outlet of the three-way valve are respectively connected with the upper part and the lower part of the water tank; the upper part of the water tank is also provided with a water outlet used for connecting a hot water outlet pipe, and the lower part of the water tank is also provided with a water inlet used for connecting a tap water supply pipe. A control method is also disclosed. The invention reduces the influence of cold water and warm water from the heat exchanger on hot water at the upper part of the water tank in the starting-up stage, avoids the fluctuation of the outlet water temperature of the water tank due to starting-up and improves the comfort of water use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heat exchange, in particular to a directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system and a control method thereof.
Background
The existing directly-heated water tank directly leads hot water coming out of the heat exchanger into the upper part of the water tank, so that the following defects exist in the starting-up stage: the water outlet temperature of the heat exchanger of the unit is in the process of gradually rising at the stage of starting the unit, namely cold water and warm water come out of the heat exchanger when the unit is started, and the direct introduction of the water into the upper part of the water tank can certainly affect the hot water on the upper part of the water tank, further affect the water outlet temperature of the water tank and affect the comfort of water consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system with simple structure and reasonable design and a control method thereof, which avoid the fluctuation of the outlet water temperature of a water tank due to starting up, and adopts the technical scheme for realizing the purposes that:
a directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system comprises a water tank, a circulating water pump, a heat exchanger, a connecting pipeline, a temperature sensing bulb, a control system and a three-way valve, wherein the water tank, the circulating water pump connected with the water tank, the heat exchanger and an inlet of the three-way valve are sequentially connected, and a first outlet and a second outlet of the three-way valve are respectively communicated with the upper part and the lower part of the water tank;
the upper part of the water tank is also provided with a water outlet used for connecting a hot water outlet pipe, and the lower part of the water tank is also provided with a water inlet used for connecting a tap water supply pipe.
Preferably, the three-way valve is an electromagnetic three-way valve, an electric three-way valve or an electric three-way valve.
Preferably, the tap water supply pipe is communicated with a water inlet pipe of the circulating water pump through a three-way joint.
Preferably, the number of the water tanks is two, the two water tanks are respectively a first water tank and a second water tank, the two water tanks are connected in series, and the first water tank and the second water tank are communicated through a communicating pipe;
a first outlet of the three-way valve is communicated with the upper part of the second water tank, and a second outlet of the three-way valve is communicated with the lower part of the first water tank;

Preferably, the circulating water pump is a constant rotating speed water pump, and the water pipeline is provided with a flow regulating valve.
Preferably, the water inlet pipe of the circulating water pump is connected with the lower part of the water tank.
Preferably, the heat source of the heat exchanger is at least one of electric heating, an air-source heat pump and solar energy.
The control method of the directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system with any technical characteristics comprises a water tank upper water inlet step and a water tank lower water inlet step;
the step of feeding hot water into the upper part of the water tank comprises the following steps: when the temperature of the outlet water of the heat exchanger is higher than or equal to a set temperature value, a first outlet of the three-way valve is opened, a second outlet of the three-way valve is closed, and the outlet water of the heat exchanger is guided into the water tank from the upper part of the water tank through the three-way valve;
the water inlet step at the lower part of the water tank comprises the following steps: when the outlet water temperature of the heat exchanger is lower than a set temperature value, the first outlet of the three-way valve is closed, the second outlet of the three-way valve is opened, and the outlet water of the heat exchanger is drained into the water tank from the lower part of the water tank through the three-way valve.
Preferably, the set temperature value is 35-60 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the three-way valve controls the position of the water outlet of the heat exchanger entering the water tank, so that the influence of cold water and warm water discharged from the heat exchanger on hot water on the upper part of the water tank in the starting stage can be reduced, the fluctuation of the water outlet temperature of the water tank due to starting is avoided, and the comfort of water use is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clearly understood, the following will take air energy heat pump heat supply as an example to further explain the directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system and the control method thereof in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system of the present invention includes a water tank 1, a circulating water pump 2, a heat exchanger 3, a three-way valve 4, a connecting pipeline, a thermal bulb, and a control system (not shown), wherein the water tank 1, the circulating water pump 2 connected to the lower portion of the water tank 1, the heat exchanger 3, and an inlet of the three-way valve 4 are sequentially connected, and a first outlet (B) and a second outlet (a) of the three-way valve 4 are respectively connected to the upper portion and the lower portion of the water tank 1; the upper part of the water tank 1 is provided with a water outlet which is used for being connected with a hot water outlet pipe 6, and the lower part of the water tank 1 is provided with a water inlet which is used for being communicated with a running water supply pipe 7; five temperature sensing bags (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) arranged in the water tank 1 are used for measuring the water temperatures at different heights in the water tank 1, and the heat exchanger water outlet temperature sensing bag 5 is used for measuring the water outlet temperature of the heat exchanger 3.
The heat exchanger 3 is connected with a throttling device (not shown), an evaporator (not shown) and a compressor (not shown) in sequence to form a refrigerating system, when the refrigerating system works, a refrigerant enters the heat exchanger 3 from a refrigerant inlet 31 and flows out from a refrigerant outlet 32 after exchanging heat with the heat exchanger 3, and a heat source of the heat exchanger 3 can also adopt electric heating or solar energy or a mixed heat source.
A water inlet pipe of the circulating water pump 2 is connected with the lower part of the water tank 1, when the circulating water pump works, water at the lower part in the water tank 1 is pumped to the heat exchanger 3 to exchange heat with the heat exchanger 3, the water flows into an inlet of the three-way valve 4 after being heated at the heat exchanger 3 and then returns to the water tank 1 through a first outlet (B) or a second outlet (A) of the three-way valve 4, and preferably, the circulating water pump 2 is a variable frequency water pump; of course, the circulating water pump 2 may also be a fixed-speed water pump (fixed-frequency water pump), and a flow control valve (not shown) is provided on the water line for use in cooperation with the fixed-speed water pump, thereby also realizing a flow control function.
The three-way valve 4 is an electromagnetic three-way valve, an electric three-way valve or an electric three-way valve, a first outlet (B) of the three-way valve 4 is normally closed, a second outlet (A) of the three-way valve 4 is normally open, namely when the three-way valve 4 is not electrified, an inlet of the three-way valve 4 is communicated with the second outlet (A), and the first outlet (B) of the three-way valve 4 is closed; when the three-way valve 4 is electrified, the inlet of the three-way valve 4 is communicated with the first inlet (B) of the three-way valve 4, and the second outlet (B) of the three-way valve 4 is closed;
preferably, as an embodiment, the tap water supply pipe 7 is connected to the water inlet pipe of the circulating water pump 2 by a three-way joint, as shown in fig. 2, tap water flowing out of the tap water supply pipe 7 can directly enter the water tank 1 or enter the circulating water pump 2,
the control method of the directly-heated water tank heating water flow path system comprises a step of feeding hot water into the upper part of the water tank and a step of feeding hot water into the lower part of the water tank;
the step of feeding hot water into the upper part of the water tank comprises the following steps: when the outlet water temperature of the heat exchanger 3 is higher than or equal to a set temperature value, the control system enables the three-way valve 4 to be powered on, at the moment, a first outlet (B) of the three-way valve 4 is opened, a second outlet (A) of the three-way valve 4 is closed, and the outlet water of the heat exchanger 4 is drained into the water tank 1 from the upper part of the water tank 1 through the three-way valve 4;
the water inlet step at the lower part of the water tank comprises the following steps: when the water tank is started or the water outlet temperature of the heat exchanger 3 is lower than a set temperature value, the control system enables the three-way valve 4 not to be electrified, the first outlet (B) of the three-way valve is closed, the second outlet (A) of the three-way valve is opened, and the water outlet of the heat exchanger 3 is drained into the water tank 1 from the lower part of the water tank 1 through the three-way valve 4.
Preferably, the set temperature value is 35 ℃ to 60 ℃.
Preferably, as another possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the difference from the above embodiment is that: the number of the water tanks is two, namely the water tank 1 and the auxiliary water tank 9, the water tank 1 and the auxiliary water tank 9 are connected in series, the water tank 1 and the auxiliary water tank 9 are communicated through a communicating pipe 8, a first outlet (B) of a three-way valve 4 is communicated with the upper part of the auxiliary water tank 9, and a second outlet (A) of the three-way valve 4 is communicated with the lower part of the water tank 1; the hot water outlet pipe 6 is arranged at the upper part of the auxiliary water tank 9; the water tank 1 is provided with two temperature sensing bags (13, 14), and the auxiliary water tank 9 is also provided with two high temperature bags (11, 12) which are respectively used for measuring the water temperature in the respective water tank. The lower part of the water tank 1 is communicated with a tap water supply pipe 7, certainly the tap water supply pipe 7 can also be communicated with a water inlet pipe of the circulating water pump 2 through a three-way joint, and the control method is completely the same as the above embodiment, namely when the water tank is started or the outlet water temperature of the heat exchanger 3 is lower than a certain temperature value, the outlet water of the heat exchanger 3 is introduced into the lower part of the water tank 1, and the outlet water of the heat exchanger 3 is switched to the upper part of the auxiliary water tank 9 through the three-way valve 4 after the outlet water temperature of the heat.
The above embodiment can avoid the influence of cold water and warm water coming out of the heat exchanger on hot water at the upper part of the water tank in the starting-up stage, ensure that the outlet water temperature of the water tank is not fluctuated due to the starting-up of the unit, and improve the comfort of water use.
