本发明涉及一种调味料,尤其涉及一种海鲜粉调味料及其制备方法。
背景技术
调味料是人们日常烹饪中,必不可少的调味品,不论是哪个菜系,调味料都是很重要的一部分。随着人们生活质量的提高,单一的调味料已经无法满足人们对生活质量的需求,因此生产具有保健作用的调味料已经是市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种海鲜粉调味料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种海鲜粉调味料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
牡蛎粉8-10、海肠粉8-10、海藻粉30-50、千年健3-4、海风藤2-3、太百米1-3、灵芝草2-3、青风藤2-3、凌霄花1-4、洋葱粉3-5、芝麻3-5、大豆5-8、桂圆汁5-8、白莲汁5-8、营养添加剂6-10、食盐3-5;
所述的营养添加剂是由橄榄油、薏仁油、珍珠粉、天花粉以1-3:0.2-0.4:3-5:3-5的重量比例混合制成。
所述的海鲜粉调味料的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将千年健、海风藤、太百米、灵芝草、青风藤、凌霄花加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将芝麻、大豆放入锅中,加热炒至出香后,磨成粉,待用;
(3)将牡蛎粉、海肠粉、海藻粉混合,然后将洋葱粉、桂圆汁、白莲汁、营养添加剂、食盐等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合后再将上述制备的煎煮液、芝麻大豆粉加入其中,再次搅拌,然后转移至烘箱中烘干,磨粉,分袋包装,即得。

一种海鲜粉调味料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料组成:
牡蛎粉10、海肠粉10、海藻粉50、千年健4、海风藤3、太百米3、灵芝草2、青风藤2、凌霄花4、洋葱粉5、芝麻5、大豆8、桂圆汁8、白莲汁5、营养添加剂6、食盐5;
所述的营养添加剂是由橄榄油、薏仁油、珍珠粉、天花粉以3:0.4:5:5的重量比例混合制成。
所述的海鲜粉调味料的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将千年健、海风藤、太百米、灵芝草、青风藤、凌霄花加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将芝麻、大豆放入锅中,加热炒至出香后,磨成粉,待用;
(3)将牡蛎粉、海肠粉、海藻粉混合,然后将洋葱粉、桂圆汁、白莲汁、营养添加剂、食盐等剩余成分加入其中,搅拌混合后再将上述制备的煎煮液、芝麻大豆粉加入其中,再次搅拌,然后转移至烘箱中烘干,磨粉,分袋包装,即得。

1.一种海鲜粉调味料,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制成:牡蛎粉8-10、海肠粉8-10、海藻粉30-50、千年健3-4、海风藤2-3、太白米1-3、灵芝草2-3、青风藤2-3、凌霄花1-4、洋葱粉3-5、芝麻3-5、大豆5-8、桂圆汁5-8、白莲汁5-8、营养添加剂6-10、食盐3-5;
所述的营养添加剂是由橄榄油、薏仁油、珍珠粉、天花粉以1-3:0.2-0.4:3-5:3-5的重量比例混合制成;
所述的海鲜粉调味料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将千年健、海风藤、太白米、灵芝草、青风藤、凌霄花加入至适量水中,加热煎煮,得煎煮液;
(2)将芝麻、大豆放入锅中,加热炒至出香后,磨成粉,待用;
(3)将牡蛎粉、海肠粉、海藻粉混合,然后将洋葱粉、桂圆汁、白莲汁、营养添加剂、食盐加入其中,搅拌混合后再将步骤(1)制备的煎煮液、步骤(2)制备的芝麻大豆粉加入其中,再次搅拌,然后转移至烘箱中烘干,磨粉,分袋包装,即得。
