背景技术
混合动力电动车辆可以串联连接内燃发动机与电动马达的组合,以提供推进车辆所需的动力,从而与传统车辆相比提高燃料经济性。提高混合动力车辆的燃料经济性的一种方法是:在发动机低效运转期间关闭发动机并且使用电动马达来提供推进车辆所需的全部动力。如果驾驶员需要的动力比电动马达能够提供的动力多或者如果电池被耗尽,那么发动机必须以驾驶员几乎察觉不到的快速且平稳的方式起动。
模块化混合动力传动(MHT)是分离离合器位于电动马达和发动机之间的电机位于变速器上游式并联混合动力(pre-transmission parallel hybrid)。分离离合器完全整合到变速器液压系统中,并且通过线性电磁阀(linear solenoid)来致动。MHT混合动力代表为后轮驱动车辆提供扭矩路径的一种方法。

发明内容
在MHT设计中,从不要求发动机以比马达速度高的速度运转。当发动机关闭时,马达可以以比发动机速度高的速度运转。单向离合器(OWC)可设置成与分离离合器并联地连接在发动机与马达之间。单向离合器防止发动机超越马达。单向离合器消除了随着发动机速度增加而使来自马达的扭矩同步传递到发动机的需要。这种单向离合器使应用离合器的过程简化。
可选择地,可省略摩擦离合器,并且混合动力摇臂单向离合器(hybrid rockerone way clutch,HROWC)可以与OWC串联放置。HROWC是在“应用”状态与“不应用”状态之间切换的电控装置。当不应用HROWC时,摇臂打开并且扭矩不沿任一方向传递。当应用HROWC时,摇臂拉入,以允许沿一个方向滑动并沿另一方向完全接合。当发动机速度与马达速度相配时,应用HROWC,使得发动机通过两个OWC与马达锁定。当不应用HROWC时,允许发动机以比马达速度低的速度运转。这种构思的一个优点是:在电驱动期间打开的离合器的旋转损失比较低。

在图3中示出的实施例中,可设置起动马达58来使发动机44起动。应该理解的是,得益于公开的构思,可以设置其他起动装置。
起动离合器60设置在马达42与变速器齿轮箱46之间。起动离合器60向变速器齿轮箱46提供来自马达42和发动机44中的任何一个或两者的扭矩。在图3的实施例中,齿轮箱中不包括变矩器。可以结合起动离合器60包括变矩器,并且变矩器可以用来取代起动离合器60。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有内燃发动机、电动马达和变速器的车辆的传动系统,所述传动系统包括:
混合动力单向离合器,可操作地连接在发动机与马达之间并具有摇臂,所述摇臂可移动以使离合器沿一个旋转方向接合;以及
单向离合器,与所述混合动力单向离合器并联连接,当所述混合动力单向离合器分离时,单向离合器容许发动机增加速度直至发动机速度与马达速度相配为止,其中,在发动机速度与马达速度相配时,发动机通过单向离合器向马达和变速器提供正扭矩。
2.如权利要求1所述的传动系统,其中,在发动机速度与马达速度相配时,单向离合器通过在发动机的旋转速度超过马达的旋转速度的情况下使单向离合器超越运行而将发动机的旋转速度限制为马达的旋转速度。
3.如权利要求1所述的传动系统,其中,单向离合器是具有摇臂的混合动力单向离合器,所述摇臂可移动以使离合器沿一个旋转方向接合。
4.一种传动系统包括:
混合动力单向离合器,具有选择性地移动的摇臂;
单向离合器,在发动机与马达之间并联连接到所述混合动力单向离合器,当发动机速度与马达速度相配时致动摇臂,以将摇臂从双向滑动状态切换成沿第一旋转驱动方向锁定的单向滑动状态。
5.如权利要求4所述的传动系统,其中,所述混合动力单向离合器的摇臂在被致动时使混合动力单向离合器沿第二旋转驱动方向滑动。
6.如权利要求4所述的传动系统,其中,当发动机速度与马达速度相配时,所述单向离合器将发动机连接到变速器以将扭矩传递到车辆的动力传动系统。
7.如权利要求4所述的传动系统,其中,所述单向离合器是在发动机速度与马达速度相配之前锁定的第二混合动力单向离合器。
