Abstract
The invention relates to an early warning protection device of a travel motor as well as the travel motor and travel machinery. The early warning protection device comprises a pressure relief valve mounted at an oil outlet of the travel motor. An oil discharge assistance effect can be achieved when an oil discharge channel is blocked through the pressure relief valve; an oil inlet of the pressure relief valve is connected with the oil outlet of the travel motor; an oil outlet of the pressure relief valve is connected with an oil storage bottle capable of storing the oil discharge capacity; an early warning device is arranged on the oil storage bottle to give an alarm when the oil discharge capacity exceeds the standard; the pressure relief opening pressure value of the pressure relief valve is less than the predetermined value of an instantaneous pressure peak of a housing of the travel motor; the oil discharge capacity of the pressure relief valve can be displayed through the oil storage bottle; the oil discharge capacity can reflect whether the instantaneous pressure peak of the housing of the travel motor exceeds the standard or not, so that the alarm is given when the oil discharge capacity of the pressure relief valve is higher to remind a staff to repair the travel motor, and further the travel motor is prevented from being damaged.

Technical Field

Background
At present, a traveling motor of a traveling machine such as a hydraulic excavator is generally installed on a traveling part of the traveling machine and drives the traveling part to travel through a speed reducer, the components of the walking machine, such as an oil tank, a main valve, a main pump and the like, are generally arranged on the body part of the walking machine, so that the distance between a walking motor and an oil circuit connected with the walking motor is longer, when a hydraulic loop is arranged for the walking motor, the oil drain port of the walking motor is directly connected with the oil return tank of the pipeline, so that the oil drain pipeline is longer, if the walking machine works in a low-temperature area, such as below twenty degrees below zero, the hydraulic circulation of the motor is limited when the walking machine walks, the temperature and the viscosity of hydraulic oil near the walking motor are low, the temperature is lower than the freezing point of the hydraulic oil when the motor is started under certain conditions, under the condition, the abrasion of the walking motor is aggravated, the pressure of a shell of the walking motor is increased due to the blockage of an oil drainage pipeline, and a major fault is caused in the serious condition.
In addition, the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the walking motor can exceed the standard even if the walking motor is used for a long time in a normal environment, and the excessive pressure oil can flow to the oil return tank through the oil drainage pipeline and is not easy to be detected under the condition that the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the walking motor in the normal environment exceeds the standard; if the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the walking motor exceeds the standard only occasionally, the walking motor cannot be damaged too much, and if the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the walking motor exceeds the standard frequently, the walking motor can be broken down greatly; the fault is difficult to find in time under normal conditions, the motor is damaged when the fault is found, and a speed reducer connected with the motor is possibly damaged under more serious conditions, so that larger faults are caused.
Therefore, the problem that the pressure of the shell of the walking motor is ultrahigh due to the fact that the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the existing walking motor is not easy to be perceived, and needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention aims to provide an early warning protection device for a walking motor, so as to solve the problem that the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the existing walking motor exceeds the standard and is not easy to be perceived, so that the pressure on the shell of the walking motor is ultrahigh.
The invention also provides a walking motor which is provided with the early warning protection device, and the problem that the pressure of the shell of the walking motor is ultrahigh due to the fact that the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the existing walking motor exceeds the standard and is not easy to detect can be solved.

The oil quantity that this relief valve let out can be shown through the oil storage bottle, and what of this oil quantity can embody the condition that the instantaneous pressure peak value of walking motor casing exceeds standard, and then reports to the police under the more condition of relief valve draining, reminds the staff to in time maintain the walking motor, prevents that walking motor casing pressure from superelevation.
The unloading valve can be a one-way valve, the one-way valve is simple in structure and convenient to install, and the opening pressure value of the one-way valve is slightly smaller than the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the walking motor; in order to facilitate the adjustment of the opening pressure value of the one-way valve, the embodiment of the invention preferably uses the spring one-way valve, and the opening pressure of the spring one-way valve can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the elastic force of the spring one-way valve.

The specific structure is that, as shown in fig. 1, a hydraulic schematic diagram of the early warning protection device mounted on a walking motor is shown, the diagram includes a left walking motor 1 and a right walking motor 11, the left and right walking motors jointly drive a central swivel joint 2, wherein the early warning protection device can be respectively mounted on a left oil drain opening 6 of the left walking motor 1 and a right oil drain opening 7 of the right walking motor 11, the mounting structures of the early warning protection device are basically similar, and the structure of the early warning protection device mounted on the left walking motor 1 is explained in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, the walking motor early warning protection device comprises a one-way valve 3 arranged on a left oil drainage port 7 of a left walking motor 1; an oil inlet of the one-way valve 3 is connected with a left oil drainage port 6 of the left walking motor 1, and an oil outlet of the one-way valve 3 is connected with an oil storage bottle 4; the oil storage bottle 4 is provided with an early warning device; and the opening pressure value of the check valve is a predetermined value smaller than the instantaneous pressure peak value of the casing of the left traveling motor 1. The pressure relief oil path connected with the one-way valve is connected with the oil drainage oil path of the left walking motor 1 in parallel.
Wherein, the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the left walking motor 1 is the maximum pressure value which can be instantaneously born by the shell of the left walking motor 1. In the embodiment of the invention, the check valve 3 is preferably selected, but not limited to the check valve 3, and other pressure relief valves with adjustable opening pressure can be adopted, and when other pressure relief valves are selected, the pressure relief opening pressure is selected to be a preset value smaller than the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the left walking motor 1; the connection oil path is similar to that of the check valve 3 and will not be described in detail.
The check valve 3 is simple in structure, the opening pressure of the check valve can be set to be slightly smaller than the instantaneous pressure peak value of the shell of the left walking motor 1, and when an oil drainage oil path is blocked, good oil drainage protection and early warning that the shell pressure of the left walking motor 1 exceeds the standard can be provided.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the opening pressure of the check valve, the check valve 3 is preferably a spring check valve according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the oil storage bottle 4 in the first embodiment includes an oil inlet 41 disposed at the bottom thereof and an oil outlet 42 higher than the bottom oil inlet 41 by a predetermined height (as is apparent from the drawing, the top and the bottom are selected and may not be limited to the top and the bottom, as long as the oil outlet 42 is higher than the oil inlet 41); an oil outlet 42 of an oil inlet 4 of the oil storage bottle is connected with an early warning device; wherein, the early warning device is an alarm oil pipe 5 connected with the oil outlet 42 of the oil storage bottle.
Because the protective box bodies are arranged outside the walking motors, the alarm oil pipe 5 can be led out of the box body (not shown in the figure) of the left walking motor 1, when the oil in the oil storage bottle 4 exceeds the height of the oil outlet 42, the oil flows to the alarm oil pipe 5 through the oil outlet 42, the alarm oil pipe 5 flows the oil to the outer side of the box body of the left walking motor 1, and a worker can find the situation that the instantaneous pressure peak value of the walking motor shell exceeds the standard in time and maintain the walking motor shell in time, so that the service life of the walking motor is prolonged.
In addition, in order to directly observe the oil condition in the oil storage bottle 4, the oil storage bottle 4 may be provided with an external observation area for observing the oil in the oil storage bottle 4. The oil liquid amount in the oil storage bottle can be rapidly observed through the external observation area, and workers and families are reminded of maintaining in time. The structure may be by providing a partially transparent region. It is also possible to directly provide the oil storage bottle 4 as a transparent plastic bottle.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the second embodiment, the oil amount measuring device may be a height measuring device 43 that is provided on the oil storage bottle 4 and measures the height of the oil, and by setting a maximum value for measurement, after the measured height of the oil in the oil storage bottle 4 exceeds a predetermined height, the height measuring device 43 sends a signal to an audible alarm device 44, and the audible alarm device 44 starts an alarm.
As shown in fig. 3, in the third embodiment, the oil amount measuring device may be a weight measuring device 45 disposed at the bottom of the oil storage bottle 4, and by setting a maximum value for measurement, after the measured oil in the oil storage bottle 4 exceeds a predetermined weight, the weight measuring device 45 sends a signal to the sound alarm device 44, and the sound alarm device 44 turns on an alarm.

Preferably, a box (not shown in the figure) is arranged outside the walking motor, and the oil storage bottle 4 is arranged in the box; the outlet of the early warning oil pipe 5 is arranged outside the box body.
