Detailed description of the invention
As mentioned above, the present invention relates to a kind of consumer package, this consumer package is divided into two packaged units be separated after opening. These two packaged units be separated are suitable for use as the independent packaging providing different object.Described packaging comprises the end of top as described packaging and bottom.Sidewall is between described each end.Described end is connected to each other by described end is preferably square or rectangular and four sidewalls. This is the suitable shape for storing absorbent article, and this packaging easily manufactures. But depend on the shape of the articles for use that will be enclosed in described packaging, described end can have any shape that other is expected.
Described packaging is opened by disconnecting the line of weakness be arranged on sidewall. An example of this packaging as shown in Figure 1.Described line of weakness extends along the whole periphery of described packaging, and this means that described packaging is divided into two packaged units be separated when described line of weakness is disconnected, described two packaged units all have opening at described line of weakness place. Therefore described packaging is made up of the first and second packaged units, and before opening described packaging, they together form the packaging for stacked absorbent article. Therefore before opening, described packaging has and the shape that in prior art, available similar packaging is identical so far and function. But when the pack is opened, it forms the first and second packaged units, wherein the first packaged unit is suitable for use as the storage package keeping residue articles for use safely, and the second packaged unit is suitable for use as the carrier pack keeping a little absorbent article.Absorbent article independent a little can be put into this carrier pack by user subsequently, and is stayed in described storage package by all residue articles for use.
Described line of weakness can be perforation line or can be such line, and the packing in this line are thinner than the material in the other parts of this packaging.Alternatively, described line of weakness to can be in described packing before opening by otch that a strap is held togather.
On every side of line of weakness and near, described sidewall comprises fringe region, this fringe region is provided with the device for reducing described opening size. The various devices for reducing described opening size can be used. This device such as can be elastic component, as can be attached to inner side or outside or as described in the rubber tape that extends in fringe region material or the passage on fringe region as described in being formed at.Alternatively, the list extended in the passage be formed on described fringe region or two-wire rope can be used in.In addition, belt, hook-loop fastener or zipper lock can be used for the size reducing described opening.Certainly, described first packaged unit and the second packaged unit need not comprise the device of the same race for reducing described opening size, but can comprise any combination of opening reduction means. The object reducing described opening size is incomplete same in described first and second packaged units.
Be used as in intention, in described first packaged unit of storage package, to reduce the device of opening size for retaining described remaining absorbent article securely, thus prevent absorbent article from dropping out from packaging at memory period. For this purpose, elastic component; List or two-wire rope; Belt; Or hook-loop fastener is optimum, because they make the size that repeatedly can adjust described opening.
Absorbent article is stacked can be directed along different directions in described packaging, and such as stacked direction can be parallel or perpendicular to described end, and namely absorbent article stands in (parallel) or on one of the end lying in (vertically) described packaging.Within a context, described stacked direction refers to described stacked articles for use and keeps flat direction on top of each other. When the stacked direction of described absorbent article be parallel to described end and described articles for use to stand in described packaging and described line of weakness is basically parallel to stacked direction and is arranged on sidewall time, the possibility reducing opening size is particularly advantageous.Because described line of weakness (described packaging is opened along this line of weakness) is arranged on sidewall but not on one of end, in described residue is stacked, a part for each absorbent article will be stretched out outside described first packaged unit, thus makes easily to obtain. Therefore the height of described first packaged unit can be at least 50% of described stacked articles for use height.Remain articles for use to be stackedly kept with neat when reducing described opening size, along with the device reducing opening size is tightened up, this is stacked is pressed together and is closely kept. Therefore, the device reducing opening size should be selected as making along with the residue articles for use quantity in described packaging reduces, and described opening can be reduced again and again. Thus when when packing absorbent article described in interior orientation, elastic component or list or two-wire rope are the specially suitable devices reducing described opening size.Fig. 2 and 3 illustrates the example of storage package part, and this storage package part keeps the stacked of the absorbent article retained by cotton rope.In addition, when described line of weakness is basically parallel to described stacked direction (described articles for use stand in described packaging) and is arranged on sidewall, preferably described line of weakness is arranged on and has a distance with the end of described second packaged unit (carrying part), and this distance is equivalent to about the 20-50% of stacked articles for use height.By this, each sidewall of described first packaged unit (storage area) will have such height: this highly guarantees the effective reservation wherein of residue laminated product, and the sidewall of described second packaged unit (carrying part) closes being enough to the absorbent article placed within it.
If it is that described articles for use self keep flat in packaging that the laminated vertical of absorbent article is positioned in described packaging in described end, and described line of weakness is basically perpendicular to described stacked direction and is arranged on sidewall, and the device reducing opening size should be selected as making the size of described opening can be contracted to such degree: described opening becomes the face area being less than the absorbent article remained in described packaging. For this purpose, elastic component; List or two-wire rope; Belt; Hook-loop fastener is optimum, because they make the size that repeatedly can adjust described opening.
Be used as in intention in the second packaged unit of carrier pack, the object reducing opening size closes described opening more or less.Maybe can discharge glue by zipper lock or hook-loop component, cotton rope, elastic component, described carrier pack can be closed or described opening can be reduced. Therefore carrier pack packing by the degree of necessity close described absorbent article, protect by this they from physical damage or pollute by the object close to described absorbent article. Therefore, some absorbent articles can need not be worried the dirt from the chip be often contained in bag and damage by being carried at expediently in such as bag.In addition, described carrier pack can be used for described absorbent article to be hidden in bag, and this is a lot of consumer preference. For the object of described opening size reducing the second packaged unit (carrier pack), any said apparatus can be used.Second packaged unit is of a size of and can keeps at least one, preferably 1-5 independent articles for use.
In order to consider effectively reducing of described opening size, for each object above-mentioned, described packaging at least in the fringe region of described first and second packaged units by making by wrinkling or pleated flexible material.By this, the needs that must reduce according to opening size, are adjacent to the packing deformable of described opening.Preferably, whole packaging is by making by wrinkling or pleated flexible material, because it is favourable for being made up from the viewpoint of the described packaging of manufacture of a kind of material.Suitable can wrinkling or pleated flexible material can for by polymeric material as polyolefin is preferably film, nonwoven fabrics or its laminate that polyethylene and/or polypropylene make. This material can be advantageously welding, impermeable liquid, callable and/or biodegradable.
Extra enhancement Layer can be attached to described fringe region thus make it wear-resisting.The extra play forming the passage being used for cotton rope or lastex also preferably can be attached to described fringe region with the form of band that is gluing or that be welded in each packaged unit fringe region. This extra play can be attached to inner side or the outside of described packaging.
In addition, the fringe region of described second packaged unit can comprise additional materials, and this additional materials forms the bellows-shaped comprising folded outboard edge and folds. Before opening described packaging, described bellows-shaped is folding partly overlapping with the first packaged unit. This example as shown in Figure 5.By this additional materials, the volume of the second packaged unit will become larger, thus be convenient to close the independent absorbent article that will be carried.Fold described material by Z-shaped to realize described bellows-shaped and fold, and this bellows-shaped folds the bellows-shaped layer that can comprise one or more expectation. The folded outboard marginal existence position that described Z-folded is initial on described packaging sidewall.Described bellows-shaped folds and is preferably arranged between the stacked and fringe region of the first packaged unit of absorbent article, thus is in fact arranged on the inside of described first packaged unit.
When using bellows-shaped to fold, described line of weakness can be arranged on side-walls outside described folded outboard edge and for reduce the second packaged unit opening described device in the fringe region that described folded outboard adjacent edges is arranged on described second packaged unit, see Fig. 6 a.Alternatively, described line of weakness can be arranged in the fringe region of the second packaged unit at described folded outboard adjacent edges, and the described device for reducing the second packaged unit opening is arranged on the side-walls of described packaging inside described folded outboard edge, see Fig. 6 b, the described device namely for reducing opening is arranged on the part forming the sidewall that described bellows-shaped folds.
Described second packaged unit can be turnover, and the device for reducing described opening is configured such that proper when being turned over from inside to outside by described second packaged unit, and the opening of described second packaged unit can be reduced or close.Neutral or artistic picture on surface can be printed on inside the material of described second packaged unit, and product information or trade mark etc. can be printed on the outside. Can obtain neutral carrier pack by overturning described second packaged unit, this carrier pack does not show its content.
Consumer package of the present invention is as particularly useful in diaper, incontinence protection, panty liner or sanitary napkin for storage absorbent article.Described absorbent article can be expansion or folding.Folding articles for use can be three foldings.Described absorbent article can be packed individually further.Described packing can comprise a series of suitable material. The material of described packing can be impermeable liquid, callable and/or biodegradable.Suitable material comprises plastic film, adhesive-bonded fabric and laminate thereof.Described packing can be positioned at the additional materials of its regional strengthen.Described packing can comprise the peeling paper (described peeling paper is the paper covering any adhesives be present on described bottom before use) of described absorbent article.Like this, described packing both can be used as peeling paper and also can be used as packaging.Like this, described packing can be coated with the such as silicone layer or similar dielectric layer of giving described packing stripping character.Alternatively, described packing can be separated from described peeling paper.
