Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, a device, and a system for service transmission.
Background
In the existing wireless cellular communication system, as shown in fig. 1, when a terminal 11 performs service transmission, it needs to initiate a service connection request to a macro base station 12 in a region where the terminal is located, and the macro base station 12 sends the service connection request to a core network node 13, and finally, the service is carried and transmitted through the core network node 13.
At present, the terminal service transmission mode can well support the transmission of voice services in the traditional cellular network, but as the number and types of communication services increase, the mode that all service transmissions pass through the core network is not optimal.
For the currently appearing Communication service related to a Machine Type Communication (MTC) terminal, the following two Communication modes are available for the MTC terminal to communicate:
the first mode is as follows: by implanting the SIM/USIM card into the MTC terminal, the MTC terminal is directly connected to the macro base station or other access points controlled by the operator, i.e. a transmission method commonly used for voice services in the wireless cellular communication system.
The second way is: the MTC terminal performs information intercommunication in a WiFi/Bluetooth/Zigbee mode and the like and is finally connected with a certain local central control node.
For the second communication mode of the MTC terminal, when the common terminal 21 (i.e. a non-MTC terminal) and the MTC terminal 22 reside in the same local central control node, information interaction may be performed between the common terminal 21 and the MTC terminal 22 through the local central control node 23, so as to implement service transmission between the common terminal 21 and the MTC terminal 22, as shown in fig. 2. However, since the local central control node has a simple function, it is difficult to support other services (such as voice service, data service, etc.) except for communication between the MTC terminal and the common terminal, and therefore, if all services of the common terminal are accessed through the local central control node, the problems of increased load and overhead of the local central control node and greatly reduced transmission efficiency of the services may be caused, and it cannot be ensured that all services can be successfully transmitted.
In addition, for a common terminal, all services of the common terminal can be transmitted in a manner that the macro base station is accessed to the core network node, but in this manner, if the common terminal needs to perform service transmission with the MTC terminal, the service transmission process will be accessed to the core network through the macro base station and then switched to the MTC terminal, which may cause problems of long data transmission path and high network overhead.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a method, equipment and a system for service transmission.A non-MTC terminal judges whether a service initiated by the non-MTC terminal is related to a registered MTC terminal in a local central control node, if so, the non-MTC terminal transmits the service to the MTC terminal through the local central control node, otherwise, the service transmission is performed in a mode of accessing a macro base station to a core network, so that the problems of overlarge load of the local central control node and low-efficiency transmission of the service caused when all services initiated by the non-MTC terminal are transmitted through the local central control node are solved, and the problems of large network overhead and long data path caused when the services related to the MTC terminal initiated by the non-MTC terminal are transmitted in a mode of accessing the macro base station to the core network are also avoided.
The following embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings attached to the specification, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of a method for service transmission according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes the following steps:
step 101: the MTC terminal is registered in a local center control node, and registration information is stored in the local center control node.
In this step 101, the MTC terminals are all MTC terminals within the coverage of the local central control node.
Specifically, the registration information of the MTC terminal may include: the MTC device includes a terminal identifier of the MTC terminal (e.g. ID information of the MTC terminal), a type of the MTC terminal, a service function of the MTC terminal (e.g. traffic monitoring, driving and paying, automatic meter reading, temperature control, and remote diagnosis), and a communication capability of the MTC terminal.
In the scheme in step 101, after the MTC terminal is registered in the local central control node for the first time, the local central control node may locally store the registration information of the MTC terminal, and when the registration information of the MTC terminal changes, receive the registration information of the MTC terminal again, and locally store the updated registration information of the MTC terminal.
The local central control node can be a home base station and the like.
Step 102: and the non-MTC terminal initiates a registration request to the local center control node and registers in the local center control node.
In this step 102, the non-MTC terminals are all non-MTC terminals, such as mobile terminals, that enter the coverage area of the local central control node.
Specifically, the non-MTC terminal may initiate a registration request to the local central control node in a manual or automatic manner, where the registration request may carry an identifier of the non-MTC terminal and other information that may be used for identity authentication, so that the local central control node performs identity authentication on the non-MTC terminal according to the received registration request, and completes registration when the identity authentication passes.
In the scheme of step 102, the non-MTC terminal may initiate a registration request to the local central control node each time it enters the coverage of the local central control node, and perform a registration process; or initiating a registration request to the local central control node when entering the coverage of the local central control node for the first time, executing a registration process, and then when entering the coverage of the local central control node again, the local central control node may regard the non-MTC terminal as a valid registered terminal according to the previous registration result.
In addition, the non-MTC terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention is a terminal capable of maintaining a connection with a macro base station.
Step 103: the non-MTC terminal acquires the registration information of the MTC terminal registered in the local central control node from the local central control node.
In this step 103, the non-MTC terminal obtains the registration information of the MTC terminal in the following two ways:
the first mode is as follows: the local center control node issues the registration information of the MTC terminal through the broadcast message, and when the non-MTC terminal enters the coverage of the local center control node and is successfully registered, the registration information of the MTC terminal registered in the local center control node can be obtained through monitoring the broadcast message.
The second mode is as follows: and the non-MTC terminal and the local central control node acquire the registration information of the MTC terminal from the local central control node in a request/response mode. For example, the non-MTC terminal may request the local central control node to acquire the registration information of the MTC terminal through dedicated signaling or application layer information, and then the local central control node returns the registration information of the MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal through a corresponding response message.
Preferably, in order to reduce the amount of information transmission between the local center control node and the non-MTC terminal, in the scheme of this step, if the non-MTC terminal registers in the local center control node for the first time, the local center control node sends the currently stored registration information of the MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal; if the non-MTC terminal has previously acquired the registration information of the MTC terminal stored in the local center control node, the changed registration information of the MTC terminal is sent to the non-MTC terminal when the registration information of the MTC terminal stored in the local center control node is changed.
Step 104: the non-MTC terminal judges whether the service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal according to the registration information of the MTC terminal; if yes, go to step 105; if not, go to step 106.
The specific implementation of step 104 may include the following steps:
the first step is as follows: and the non-MTC terminal determines the terminal identification of the opposite service transmission terminal according to the service information of the service to be executed.
In this step, no matter what kind of service is to be executed by the non-MTC terminal, the service information carries the terminal identifier of the service transmission peer. For example, the service to be executed by the non-MTC terminal may be, for example, voice communication, streaming media service, and the like, and the terminal identifier of the service transmission opposite end, which is carried in the service information, may be an identifier of a voice communication network element, a streaming media server, and the like; the service to be executed by the non-MTC terminal may also be a service such as adjusting the temperature of the MTC air conditioner, and the terminal identifier of the opposite end of the service transmission, which is carried in the service information, may be an identifier of the MTC air conditioner.
Preferably, the service transmission peer of the service to be executed by the non-MTC terminal may be one or more devices, and therefore, there may be one or more terminal identifiers carried in the service information.
The second step is that: the non-MTC terminal judges whether the obtained registration information of the MTC terminal contains a terminal identifier of the MTC terminal which is the same as a terminal identifier of a service transmission opposite terminal, if so, the service to be executed is determined to be related to the MTC terminal, and otherwise, the service to be executed is determined to be not related to the MTC terminal.
In step 103, the non-MTC terminal has acquired the registration information of the MTC terminals registered in the same local central control node, and the registration information of each MTC terminal includes the terminal identifier of the MTC terminal, so that after the non-MTC terminal determines the terminal identifier of the opposite service transmission terminal, the non-MTC terminal can search the locally acquired registration information of the MTC terminal to determine whether the registration information includes the registration information with the same terminal identifier, and if the registration information includes the terminal identifier, it indicates that the current service to be executed is a service for the MTC terminal currently registered in the same local central control node; otherwise, the current service to be executed is irrelevant to the MTC terminal currently registered under the same local center control node.
Step 105: and the non-MTC terminal performs service transmission with the MTC terminal through a local central control node.
Specifically, in the scheme in step 105, it may also be determined, according to the capability of the MTC terminal at the opposite end of the service transmission, whether the MTC terminal has the capability of supporting the service to be executed, and when it is determined that the MTC terminal has the capability of supporting the service to be executed, the service transmission is performed with the MTC terminal through the local central control node; otherwise, the non-MTC terminal stops executing the service.
For example: the to-be-executed service of the non-MTC terminal is to adjust the temperature of the MTC air conditioner to 15 ℃, if the temperature adjustment range of the MTC air conditioner is 18-30 ℃, namely, the MTC air conditioner does not have the capability of supporting the temperature adjustment to 15 ℃, so that the non-MTC terminal stops executing the service of adjusting the temperature of the MTC air conditioner to 15 ℃; if the temperature adjustment range of the MTC air conditioner is 10 to 30 ℃, that is, the MTC air conditioner has the capability of supporting temperature adjustment to 15 ℃, therefore, a non-MTC terminal sends a temperature adjustment request to a local central control node, where the temperature adjustment request carries a terminal identifier of the MTC air conditioner and service information for adjusting the temperature to 15 ℃, and the local central control node forwards the temperature adjustment request to a corresponding MTC air conditioner, which requires the MTC air conditioner to adjust the temperature to 15 ℃.
Step 106: and the non-MTC terminal performs service transmission in a mode of accessing the core network node through the macro base station.
For example: the service to be executed of the non-MTC terminal is a voice communication service, and the service transmission peer of the service to be executed is a voice communication network element and is not an MTC terminal registered under the same local center control node, so the voice communication service needs to perform service transmission in a manner that a macro base station is accessed to a core network node.
According to the scheme of the first embodiment of the invention, the non-MTC terminal selects a mode of accessing the core network node through the local central control node or the macro base station to transmit the service according to the judgment result of whether the service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal, so that on one hand, all services can be successfully transmitted, on the other hand, the transmission path between the MTC terminal and the non-MTC terminal is shortened, the network overhead is reduced, the service pressure of the core network can be relieved, and the shunting effect is achieved.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a non-MTC terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the non-MTC terminal includes a service determining module 31 and a service executing module 32.
The service determination module 31 is configured to determine whether a service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal according to registration information of the MTC terminal obtained from a local central control node.
Specifically, the service determination module 31 may determine whether a service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal by:
the service determination module 31 determines a terminal identifier of an opposite service transmission terminal according to service information of a service to be executed, and determines whether the obtained registration information of the MTC terminal includes a terminal identifier of the MTC terminal that is the same as the terminal identifier of the opposite service transmission terminal, if so, it is determined that the service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal, otherwise, it is determined that the service to be executed is not related to the MTC terminal.
The service execution module 32 is configured to perform service transmission with the MTC terminal through the local central control node when the determination result of the service determination module 31 is yes, and perform service transmission in a manner that the macro base station accesses the core network node when the determination result of the service determination module 31 is no.
Preferably, the service execution module 32 is configured to, when the determination result of the service determination module 31 is yes, determine whether the MTC terminal has the capability of supporting the service to be executed according to the capability of the MTC terminal at the opposite end of the service transmission, and perform service transmission with the MTC terminal through the local central control node when it is determined that the MTC terminal has the capability of supporting the service to be executed; otherwise, the non-MTC terminal stops executing the service.
Further, the non-MTC terminal further includes an information obtaining module 33 and a registration request module 34, where the information obtaining module 33 is configured to obtain, from a local central control node, registration information of an MTC terminal registered in the local central control node; the registration request module 34 is configured to initiate a registration request to the local central control node and complete registration in the local central control node.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of a local central control node according to a third embodiment of the present invention, the local central control node includes an information issuing module 41 and a service transmission module 42.
The information issuing module 41 is configured to issue registration information of the locally registered MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal.
Specifically, the manner of issuing the registration information of the MTC terminal by the information issuing module 41 includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
the first method is as follows: the information issuing module 41 issues the registration information of the MTC terminal through a broadcast message, and after the non-MTC terminal enters the coverage area of the local central control node and successfully registers, the registration information of the MTC terminal registered in the local central control node can be obtained by monitoring the broadcast message.
The second method comprises the following steps: the information issuing module 41 issues the registration information of the MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal in a request/response manner. For example, the information issuing module 41 may respond to the request of the non-MTC terminal to acquire the registration information of the MTC terminal by using dedicated signaling or application layer information, and return the registration information of the MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal.
The service transmission module 42 is configured to complete service transmission between the non-MTC terminal and the MTC terminal when the non-MTC terminal determines that the service to be executed by the non-MTC terminal is related to the MTC terminal according to the obtained registration information.
Further, the local center control node may further include a registration execution module 43 and an information storage module 44.
The registration execution module 43 is configured to receive a registration request initiated by an MTC terminal and complete registration of the MTC terminal; the information storage module 44 is configured to store registration information of the registered MTC terminals.
Specifically, after the registration execution module 43 receives the first registration request of the MTC terminal and completes the first registration of the MTC terminal, the registration information of the MTC terminal may be stored in the information storage module 44; if the registration information of the MTC terminal is changed, the information storage module 44 needs to receive the registration information of the MTC terminal again, and locally store the updated registration information of the MTC terminal.
Example four:

The non-MTC terminal 51 is configured to determine whether a service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal according to registration information of the MTC terminal obtained from the local central control node 52, if so, the non-MTC terminal 51 performs service transmission with the MTC terminal through the local central control node 52, and if not, the non-MTC terminal 51 performs service transmission in a manner of accessing a core network node through a macro base station.
The local center control node 52 is configured to issue registration information of the locally registered MTC terminal to the non-MTC terminal 51, and complete service transmission between the non-MTC terminal 51 and the MTC terminal when the non-MTC terminal 51 determines that a service to be executed is related to the MTC terminal according to the obtained registration information.
Further, the system for service transmission further includes an MTC terminal 53 and a macro base station 54.
The MTC terminal 53 is configured to initiate a registration request to the local central control node 52, complete registration in the local central control node 52, and store registration information of itself in the local central control node 52.
The macro base station 54 is configured to receive a service connection request initiated by the non-MTC terminal 51 when the non-MTC terminal 51 determines that the service to be executed is not related to the MTC terminal 53 according to the obtained registration information, and perform service transmission of the non-MTC terminal 51 by accessing a core network.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method, equipment and a system for service transmission, wherein a non-MTC terminal judges whether a service to be executed is related to an MTC terminal registered in a local central control node or not according to registration information of the MTC terminal acquired from the local central control node, if so, performing service transmission with the MTC terminal through a local central control node, otherwise, performing related service transmission in a manner of accessing a core network through a macro base station, thereby solving the problems of overlarge load of the local center control node and low-efficiency transmission of the service caused when the local center control node transmits the service initiated by all the non-MTC terminals, meanwhile, the problems of large network overhead and long data path caused by the fact that the business related to the MTC terminal and initiated by the non-MTC terminal is transmitted in a mode that the macro base station is accessed into the core network are solved, and the transmission path of the non-MTC terminal and the MTC terminal during business transmission is optimized.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope thereof. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
