Abstract
The invention provides a card punching method and a card punching device. The card punching method comprises the following steps: judging whether a current time satisfies an attendance/closing time condition; and wirelessly submitting work attendance data when the condition is satisfied. The card punching device comprises a mobile terminal and a timecard server, wherein the mobile terminal is used for wirelessly uploading the work attendance data to the timecard server when the current time satisfies the attendance/closing time condition; and the timecard server is used for wirelessly receiving the work attendance data to form a work attendance record based on the work attendance data. 8. The card punching apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the mobile terminal comprises:
a first time unit for timing;
the first judging unit is connected with the first time unit and used for judging whether the current time meets the working/off-working time condition;
the storage unit is used for storing attendance data;
and the first wireless communication unit is connected with the first judgment unit and the storage unit and is used for sending attendance data to the work card server in a wireless mode when the current time meets the working/off-working time condition.
9. The card punching apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the first wireless communication unit is further configured to wirelessly scan for wireless communication service equipment, and the mobile terminal further comprises: the second judgment unit is connected with the first wireless communication unit and used for judging whether the scanned wireless communication service equipment is the wireless communication service equipment of the work card server or not, the second judgment unit comprises an identification unit and a comparison unit, the identification unit is used for storing the wireless communication service equipment identification of the work card server, the comparison unit is used for judging whether the identification of the wireless communication service equipment scanned by the first wireless communication unit is the same as the wireless communication service equipment identification stored by the identification unit or not, and if the identification is the same, the first wireless communication unit submits attendance data to the work card server.
10. The card punching apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: the confirmation unit is connected with the second judgment unit and the first wireless communication unit and used for providing confirmation selection information whether to submit the attendance data to the work card server in a wireless mode when the second judgment unit judges that the wireless communication service equipment is the wireless communication service equipment of the work card server, and controlling the first wireless communication unit to submit the attendance data to the work card server after the confirmation information of the attendance data submitted to the work card server in a wireless mode is obtained.
11. The card punching apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises: and the reminding unit is connected with the confirming unit, and controls the reminding unit to generate reminding information for manual card punching after the confirming unit obtains the confirming information that attendance data is not submitted to the work card server in a wireless mode.
12. The card punch apparatus of claim 8 wherein the work card server comprises: and the second wireless communication unit is matched with the first wireless communication unit and is used for receiving the attendance data sent by the first wireless communication unit in a wireless mode.
13. The card punching apparatus according to claim 12, wherein said second wireless communication unit is a wireless communication service device.
14. The card punching device of claim 12, wherein the work card server further comprises a work card information verification unit connected to the second wireless communication unit, and configured to store the employee information, verify the attendance data received by the second wireless communication unit with the employee information, and form an attendance record of the employee when the attendance data and the employee information are successfully verified.
15. The card punching device of claim 14, wherein the work card server comprises a second time unit connected to the second wireless communication unit for recording the time when the second wireless communication unit receives the attendance data; and the work card information verification unit forms attendance records of the staff according to the time for receiving the attendance data.
16. The card punching apparatus of claim 15 wherein the first time unit coincides with the second time unit in time.
