本发明提供一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,所述冷却装置包括风机、限流板和导流板,三者均固定在机架上;风机作为风冷的风力源,限流板与导流板分别具有两块,设置在机筒的两侧,与机筒间留有风流过的空间,该空间即为流道,流道与大气相通,所述风机口对准该流道;两块限流板彼此对置,包围导流板和机筒,底部与导流板紧密连接,中部具有相对置两斜面包围机筒,对置形成的空间通向大气。本发明涉及的这种挤压机机筒冷却装置,结构简单,将机筒冷却,防止机筒温度过高,影响产品质量。

本发明涉及一种挤压机机筒冷却装置。
技术背景
现有挤压机机筒内部一般不具有耐磨结构,但在实际应用中,挤压机机筒内部抗磨能力较弱,因此使用一段时间以后,机筒较容易受损。
发明内容
 为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,该结构比较简单,
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,所述冷却装置包括风机、限流板和导流板,三者均固定在机架上;风机作为风冷的风力源,限流板与导流板分别具有两块,设置在机筒的两侧,与机筒间留有风流过的空间,该空间即为流道,流道与大气相通,所述风机口对准该流道。
进一步地,所述两块限流板彼此对置,包围导流板和机筒,底部与导流板紧密连接,中部具有相对置两斜面包围机筒,对置形成的空间通向大气。
进一步地,所述导流板截面为直角三角形,两导流板直角边分别与限流板紧密连接,相对置的斜边对准风机风口。
进一步地,所述风机固定于机架底部,风口对准流道。
本发明涉及的这种挤压机机筒冷却装置,结构简单,将机筒冷却,防止机筒温度过高,影响产品质量。

如图1所示,一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,冷却装置包括风机5、限流板2和导流板3,三者均固定在机架上;风机作为风冷的风力源,限流板2与导流板3分别具有两块,设置在机筒1的两侧,与机筒1间留有风流过的空间,该空间即为流道,流道与大气相通,所述风机口对准该流道。
两块限流板2彼此对置,包围导流板3和机筒1,底部与导流板3紧密连接,中部具有相对置两斜面包围机筒1,对置形成的空间通向大气。
导流板3截面为直角三角形,两导流板3直角边分别与限流板2紧密连接,相对置的斜边对准风机5风口。
风机5固定于机架4底部,风口对准流道。
本发明提供的这种挤压机机筒冷却装置,结构形式简单,制造简单,安装方便。

1.一种挤压机机筒冷却装置,其特征在于,所述冷却装置包括风机、限流板和导流板,三者均固定在机架上;风机作为风冷的风力源,限流板与导流板分别具有两块,设置在机筒的两侧,与机筒间留有风流过的空间,该空间即为流道,流道与大气相通,所述风机口对准该流道,其特征在于,所述两块限流板彼此对置,包围导流板和机筒,底部与导流板紧密连接,中部具有相对置两斜面包围机筒,对置形成的空间通向大气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤压机机筒冷却装置,其特征在于,所述导流板截面为直角三角形,两导流板直角边分别与限流板紧密连接,相对置的斜边对准风机风口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤压机机筒冷却装置,其特征在于,所述风机固定于机架底部,风口对准流道。
