Abstract
本发明公开了一种导线连接器,包括壳体和置于壳体内的导电连接体,所述的导电连接体由笼型弹性架和固定于笼型弹性架上的导电片组成,笼型弹性架设有中断其闭合的切口,导电片一端固定于笼型弹性架上,另一端穿过切口;笼型弹性架由切口分为两端并对应导电片,所述壳体上设有对应笼型弹性架各自端口的通孔。利用切口和导电片的设计令笼型弹性架同时能够连接软线和硬线,当导线插入连接器接线时,软线由笼型弹性架一端与导电片夹紧,硬线由笼型弹性架另一端与导电片夹紧,即实现一步接线;脱线时,按压壳体,令导线不再被夹紧,即可实现一步脱线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导线连接器,尤其涉及一种采用软线和硬线直接插接在同一连接器上形成软硬线连接的导线连接器。
背景技术
现有的导线连接器作为接线端子使用,可适用于单股、多股、细多股等铜导线,是一种电器连接的重要连接部件,但由于现有的连接器或接线端子的结构多种多样,接线时未能达到一步到位,往往需要拆开连接器,用连接件或固定件,如螺栓,铆钉等实现导线连接在连接器上,安装和生产连接其繁琐复杂,增加接线的工序和降低接线的效率,尤其是对于需要连接软线和硬线的连接器,工序更为复杂和繁琐;而连接器接有导线时,当需要把导线从连接器上拆除,又要重新拆开连接器,十分不便。
虽然,现在已有人发明了可一次性接线的连接器或接线端子,但这类连接器或接线端子由于结构复杂,且接线效果不太理想,也不具备一步接线和一步脱线的结构,在使用寿命上也不长,未能符合现今多元化的接线要求。
发明内容
本发明是为了要克服现有技术的缺陷,目的在于提供一种采用软线和硬线直接插接在同一连接器上形成软硬线连接的导线连接器,插线时一步到位,脱线时也一步到位,大大简化了各种导线的接线和脱线的步骤及操作性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种导线连接器,包括壳体和置于壳体内的导电连接体,所述的导电连接体由笼型弹性架和固定于笼型弹性架上的导电片组成,笼型弹性架设有中断其闭合的切口,导电片一端固定于笼型弹性架上,另一端穿过切口;笼型弹性架由切口分为两端并对应导电片,所述壳体上设有对应笼型弹性架各自端口的通孔。利用切口和导电片的设计令笼型弹性架同时能够连接软线和硬线,当导线插入连接器接线时,软线由笼型弹性架一端与导电片夹紧,硬线由笼型弹性架另一端与导电片夹紧,即实现一步接线;脱线时,按压壳体,令导线不再被夹紧,即可实现一步脱线。
进一步的,所述的壳体为按压式壳体,壳体内设有对应笼型弹性架端口的支条。进一步的,所述支条可挤压笼型弹性架端口,支条对应笼型弹性架端口的端面为斜面。当按压壳体时,支条会挤压笼型弹性架一端,令笼型弹性架的这端与导电片失去挤压力,导线就自然可以脱出。
进一步的,所述的笼型弹性架为类似三角形的形状。
进一步的,所述的壳体内设有两凸柱分别与笼型弹性架的两对角配合固定,壳体内还设有一凸台与笼型弹性架的直角边配合固定。此凸柱和凸台、笼型弹性架的形状设计,笼型弹性架被挤压时,符合力的杠杆原理。
进一步的,所述的通孔设于壳体的两端并对应笼型弹性架的两端口,两个通孔以导电片为分隔线位于壳体端部的上部和下部。
进一步的,所述的壳体由外壳体和内壳体组成,所述的内壳体由左盖和右盖组成,。
进一步的,所述的外壳体上设有槽口,内壳体上设有与槽口口径尺寸匹配并可于槽口上滑动的凸起;内壳体上设有凹口,外壳体上设有与凹口配合并可实现外壳体转动的横梁。
进一步的,所述的支条设于外壳体内,导电连接体设于内壳体内,内壳体对应支条的端面为开敞结构。
进一步的,所述的导电片凸出笼型弹性架的一端为翘起。
综上所述,本发明的导线连接器的有益效果是:导线能一次性插入,便可形成与连接器的安装连接,不需使用拆开,通过导线插入连接时一步到位,大大简化了接线步骤和操作性,方便快捷;另外,也通过按压式壳体的设计,可实现一步脱线。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明实施例1所描述的一种导线连接器,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10所示,包括壳体1和置于壳体内的导电连接体,所述的导电连接体由笼型弹性架和固定于笼型弹性架上的导电片组成,笼型弹性架设有中断其闭合的切口,导电片一端固定于笼型弹性架上,另一端穿过切口;笼型弹性架由切口分为两端并对应导电片,所述壳体上设有对应笼型弹性架各自端口的通孔。利用切口和导电片的设计令笼型弹性架同时能够连接软线和硬线,当导线17插入连接器接线时,软线由笼型弹性架一端与导电片夹紧,硬线由笼型弹性架另一端与导电片夹紧,即实现一步接线;脱线时,按压壳体,令导线不再被夹紧,即可实现一步脱线。
进一步的,所述的壳体为按压式壳体,壳体内设有对应笼型弹性架端口的支条6。进一步的,所述支条可挤压笼型弹性架端口,支条对应笼型弹性架端口的端面为斜面。当按压壳体时,支条会挤压笼型弹性架一端,令笼型弹性架的这端与导电片失去挤压力,导线就自然可以脱出。
进一步的,所述的笼型弹性架为类似三角形的形状。
进一步的,所述的壳体内设有两凸柱7分别与笼型弹性架的两对角配合固定,壳体内还设有一凸台8与笼型弹性架的直角边配合固定。此凸柱和凸台、笼型弹性架的形状设计,笼型弹性架被挤压时,符合力的杠杆原理。

进一步的,所述的外壳体上设有槽口13,内壳体上设有与槽口口径尺寸匹配并可于槽口上滑动的凸起14;内壳体上设有凹口15,外壳体上设有与凹口配合并可实现外壳体转动的横梁16。
进一步的,所述的支条设于外壳体内,导电连接体设于内壳体内,内壳体对应支条的端面为开敞结构。
进一步的,所述的导电片凸出笼型弹性架的一端为翘起。

1.一种导线连接器,包括壳体(1)和置于壳体内的导电连接体(2),其特征在于:所述的导电连接体由笼型弹性架(3)和固定于笼型弹性架上的导电片(4)组成,笼型弹性架设有中断其闭合的切口,导电片一端固定于笼型弹性架上,另一端穿过切口;笼型弹性架由切口分为两端并对应导电片,所述壳体上设有对应笼型弹性架各自端口的通孔(5);所述的壳体为按压式壳体,壳体内设有对应笼型弹性架端口的支条(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导线连接器,其特征在于:所述支条可挤压笼型弹性架端口,支条对应笼型弹性架端口的端面为斜面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导线连接器,其特征在于:所述的壳体内设有两凸柱(7)分别与笼型弹性架的两对角配合固定,壳体内还设有一凸台(8)与笼型弹性架的直角边配合固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导线连接器,其特征在于:所述的通孔设于壳体的两端并对应笼型弹性架的两端口,两个通孔以导电片为分隔线位于壳体端部的上部和下部。
5.一种导线连接器,包括壳体(1)和置于壳体内的导电连接体(2),其特征在于:所述的导电连接体由笼型弹性架(3)和固定于笼型弹性架上的导电片(4)组成,笼型弹性架设有中断其闭合的切口,导电片一端固定于笼型弹性架上,另一端穿过切口;笼型弹性架由切口分为两端并对应导电片,所述壳体上设有对应笼型弹性架各自端口的通孔(5);所述的壳体由外壳体(9)和内壳体(10)组成,所述的内壳体由左盖(11)和右盖(12)组成;所述的外壳体上设有槽口(13),内壳体上设有与槽口口径尺寸匹配并可于槽口上滑动的凸起(14);内壳体上设有凹口(15),外壳体上设有与凹口配合并可实现外壳体转动的横梁(16)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的导线连接器,其特征在于:所述的支条设于外壳体内,导电连接体设于内壳体内,内壳体对应支条的端面为开敞结构。
