本发明涉及一种货柜数据中心。
背景技术
货柜数据中心在移动过程中或遇强地震、强风时，数据中心的电子设备会震动、摇摆，有可能会损坏该电子设备，影响数据中心的正常工作。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种防震的货柜数据中心。
一种货柜数据中心，包括一货柜及一装设于该货柜内的机柜，该机柜的底部设有一安装架，该安装架的下、上两侧分别设有一第一减震装置及一第二减震装置。
本发明货柜数据中心的第一减震装置及第二减震装置可吸收货柜数据中心在移动或地震时受到的震动，以保护安装架内的电子设备。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2，本发明货柜数据中心的较佳实施方式包括一货柜300及装设于该货柜300内的若干机柜100。每一机柜100包括一安装架40、若干锁固件、一第一减震装置60及一第二减震装置80。每一锁固件包括可对应螺接的一螺丝50及一对螺母90。
该安装架40包括一底座42及由该底座42的四角处向上延伸的四支撑柱44。该底座42及四支撑柱44围成一用于装设若干电子装置的收容空间。该底座42包括一底板422、由底板422向上延伸的两侧板424及两端板426。每一侧板424的顶边向内垂直延伸一凸缘427。该底板422、两侧板424及两端板426围成一收容腔428。该底板422开设若干通孔429。本实施方式中，该电子装置为服务器。
该第一减震装置60包括一横截面大致呈“工”字型的支撑体62及第一减震部64。
该支撑体62包括一底板622、一顶板624及一连接该底板622与顶板624的连接板626。该顶板624上开设若干通孔628。
该第一减震部64是由橡胶或塑料等减震材料制成的条形体，其长度大致与该支撑体62的顶板624的长度相当。该第一减震部64开设若干通孔642。
该第二减震装置80包括一第二减震部82及一盖体84。
该第二减震部82包括由橡胶或塑料等减震材料制成的一方形的减震片822及围绕于该减震片822四周而设的四个减震条824。该减震片822上开设若干通孔826。
该盖体84呈方形盒状，其包括一方形的底壁841及垂直设置在该底壁841的四侧边的四侧壁843，底壁841开设若干通孔842。
请一并参阅图3，组装机柜100时，使该第二减震部82弹性变形后收容于该底座42的收容腔428内，该第二减震部82的减震片822的通孔826相应地对准该底板422的通孔429，该减震片822两侧的减震条824对应地抵持于该底板422与该两侧板424的凸缘之间，该减震片822两端的减震条824对应地抵持该底座42的两端板426。将该盖体84收容于该第二减震部82内，该盖体84的底壁841抵持该减震片822且该盖体84的通孔842对准该减震片822的通孔826。将这些螺丝50分别依次穿过该盖体84的通孔842、该第二减震部82的通孔826、该安装架40的底板422的通孔429、该第一减震部64的通孔642及该支撑体62的顶板624的通孔628螺接于若干螺母90而将该第一减震装置60及第二减震装置80分别固设于该安装架40的底座42的底板422上下两侧。该螺母90位于支撑体62的顶板624和底板622之间。还可进一步于每一螺丝50与对应的螺母90的连接处上胶水以防止螺母90松脱。
每一机柜100通过螺接或铆接的方式固定于该货柜300内。
该货柜数据中心的货柜300的第一减震部64及第二减震部82，能缓冲由货柜300传入机柜100的震动与冲击的能量，以保护该安装架40内的电子装置免受损坏。
其他实施方式中，该第二减震部82可一体成型制成。
其他实施方式中，锁固件也可为铆钉。
每一机柜100的底部可根据需要设置多组第一减震装置60及第二减震装置80。

Claims (3)

1.一种货柜数据中心，包括一货柜及一装设于该货柜内的机柜，该机柜的底部设有一安装架，该安装架的下、上两侧分别设有一第一减震装置及一第二减震装置，该第二减震装置包括一减震部，该安装架包括一底座，该底座包括一底板、由底板向上延伸的两侧板及两端板，该底板、两侧板及两端板围成一用于收容该减震部的收容腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的货柜数据中心，其特征在于：该减震部包括一方形的减震片及四个减震条，该减震片收容于该底座的收容腔内，该四个减震条分别抵持该收容腔四周的两侧板及两端板。
3.如权利要求2所述的货柜数据中心，其特征在于：该第二减震装置还包括一收容于该减震部内的盖体。
