Abstract
一种服务器外壳,包括壳体及安装在所述壳体上的保温结构,所述保温结构包括有安装垫、安装板及固定片,所述壳体设有连接在一起的固定杆及安装杆,所述安装垫装设在所述固定杆及所述安装杆之间,所述安装板固定在所述固定杆上,且所述安装垫位于所述壳体及所述安装板之间,所述固定片固定在所述安装板上,且所述安装板处于所述安装垫与所述固定片之间。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于一种服务器外壳。
背景技术
随着电子科技的不断研发与精进,电子产品的设计,皆向高性能、高速度、高品质、以及高方便式的方向发展,尤其是对服务器的要求。为满足上述需求,集装箱式服务器便随之横空问世,即,将若干个服务器集体安装在一可移动的壳体内,形成一可移动式的数据中心。在该可移动的壳体内部的温度在一个上限温度及下限温度之间时,才能保证服务器的正常工作。这样,我们就需要该可移动的壳体具有保温的功能,使得其内部的温度不受到外部温度的影响,从而在任何环境中都能使用。否则的话,当外部温度超过其上限温度或下限温度时,服务器就无法正常工作,造成了该可移动式数据中心使用的局限性。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种具有保温效果的服务器外壳。
一种服务器外壳,包括壳体及安装在所述壳体上的保温结构,所述保温结构包括有安装垫、安装板及固定片,所述壳体设有连接在一起的固定杆及安装杆,所述安装垫装设在所述固定杆及所述安装杆之间,所述安装板固定在所述固定杆上,且所述安装垫位于所述壳体及所述安装板之间,所述固定片固定在所述安装板上,且所述安装板处于所述安装垫与所述固定片之间。
优选地,所述安装垫由保温型材料制成。
优选地,所述安装垫由岩棉制成。
优选地,所述安装垫由PVC发泡材料制成。
优选地,所述安装板为一木板。
优选地,所述固定片为一铝塑片。
优选地,所述保温结构还包括有固定框,所述固定框固定在所述固定片的四边缘,用以覆盖所述固定片与所述壳体之间的缝隙。
优选地,所述安装杆大致垂直所述固定杆。
优选地,所述壳体为一集装箱式壳体。
优选地,所述壳体用以安装若干服务器机柜,且包括有底板,所述服务器机柜锁固在所述底板上。
相较于现有技术,在上述服务器外壳中,所述壳体上装设了保温结构,所述保温结构大大稳定了所述壳体内部的环境温度,防止了所述壳体内部的温度受到外部温度的影响。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一服务器外壳包括一壳体10。所述壳体10包括一底板11及一侧板13(图1中仅示部分)。在一实施方式中,所述底板11垂直所述侧板13。所述底板11与所述侧板13之间固定有若干服务器机柜200。所述服务器机柜200用以安装若干服务器(图未示),且包括有下框201,所述下框201通过若干螺丝等锁固件而锁固在所述壳体10中。在一实施方式中,所述服务器外壳为一集装箱式壳体。
所述侧板13装设若干安装杆131及若干固定杆133。所述固定杆133之间相互平行,且连接两相邻的安装杆131。在一实施方式中,所述安装杆131相互平行,且垂直所述底板11,所述固定杆133平行所述底板11。每两相邻的安装杆131、两相邻的固定杆133与所述侧板13之间形成一收容区域。
所述服务器外壳还设有一保温结构100。
所述保温结构100包括若干安装垫20、一安装板30、一固定片50及一固定框60。在一实施方式中,所述安装垫20、安装板30、固定片50及固定框60均为长方形结构,所述安装垫20的制作材料为保温型材料,如PVC发泡材料或岩棉等;所述安装板30为一木板;所述固定片50为一铝塑片;所述固定框60由不锈钢薄片形成。所述安装板30的形状、大小与所述固定片50大致相同。所述固定框60的较长边缘对应所述固定片50的较长边缘;所述安装板30的较长边缘对应所述安装垫20的较长边缘;所述安装垫20的较长边缘对应所述固定杆133。
请参阅图2-3,组装时,将每一安装垫20收容在两相邻的安装杆131及两相邻的固定杆133之间的收容区域中,且所述安装垫20的较长边缘抵靠所述安装杆131,所述安装垫20的较短边缘抵靠所述固定杆133。所述安装板30覆盖所述安装垫20,并通过螺丝等锁固件锁固在所述固定杆133上,所述安装垫20处于所述侧板13及所述安装板30之间。所述固定片50覆盖所述安装板30,并贴附在所述安装板30上,所述安装板30处于所述安装垫20及所述固定片50之间。将所述固定框60贴附于所述固定片50的四边缘,以覆盖所述固定片50与所述侧板13之间的缝隙。所述固定框60的较长边缘大致平行所述固定杆133,所述固定框60的较短边缘大致平行所述安装杆131。
所述保温结构100的设计,大大稳定了所述侧板13与所述底板11内部的温度,防止了所述壳体10内部的温度受到外部温度的影响。这样,即使所述壳体10的外部温度超过或低于所述服务器的工作温度,所述服务器也能在所述壳体10中正常运作。所述固定片50和所述固定框60也使得所述侧板13的内表面更加美观。
Claims (10)
1.一种服务器外壳,包括壳体及安装在所述壳体上的保温结构,其特征在于:所述保温结构包括有安装垫、安装板及固定片,所述壳体设有连接在一起的固定杆及安装杆,所述安装垫装设在所述固定杆及所述安装杆之间,所述安装板固定在所述固定杆上,且所述安装垫位于所述壳体及所述安装板之间,所述固定片固定在所述安装板上,且所述安装板处于所述安装垫与所述固定片之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述安装垫由保温型材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述安装垫由岩棉制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述安装垫由PVC发泡材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述安装板为一木板。
6.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述固定片为一铝塑片。
7.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述保温结构还包括有固定框,所述固定框固定在所述固定片的四边缘,用以覆盖所述固定片与所述壳体之间的缝隙。
8.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述安装杆大致垂直所述固定杆。
9.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述壳体为一集装箱式壳体。
10.如权利要求1所述的服务器外壳,其特征在于:所述壳体用以安装若干服务器机柜,且包括有底板,所述服务器机柜锁固在所述底板上。
