本发明涉及一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,包括鼓风机,连接软管,不锈钢管,所述的鼓风机通过连接软管连接不锈钢管,所述的不锈钢管设置在气罩干部进气口下方,不锈钢管上方设有吹风口,该吹风口正对气罩干部进风口,通过鼓风机向气罩干部均匀送风,带动气罩干部湿蒸汽向湿部移动,进而由气罩风机抽走。与现有技术相比,本发明具有可有效的减轻原纸滴水洞发生几率,减少质量损失等优点。

一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置
技术领域
本发明涉及烘缸气罩,尤其是涉及一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置。
背景技术
为保证造纸机烘缸烘干出的纸张质量,在造纸机烘缸外侧都设置有气罩。但是秋冬季天气寒冷,造纸车间内湿度较大,并且烘缸汽罩内部温度高,烘缸汽罩湿部抽进湿冷空气,容易在汽罩内壁附着水珠,造成纸面有水滴孔,严重影响原纸质量。
现有川之江BF-10杨克烘缸气罩靠近干部抽风口装有可调节式挡风板,主要用于调节干部进风量。在实际生产过程中,干部进风口开到最大时,进风量依然比较小,导致干部气罩水汽积聚,在气罩顶部凝结,产生滴水现象,造成原纸滴水洞,原纸质量不合格,产生大量质量回抄损失,直接增加生产损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可有效的减轻原纸滴水洞发生几率,减少质量损失的烘缸气罩用鼓风装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,其特征在于,包括鼓风机,连接软管,不锈钢管,所述的鼓风机通过连接软管连接不锈钢管,所述的不锈钢管设置在气罩下方,不锈钢管上方设有吹风口,该吹风口正对气罩干部进风口,通过鼓风机向气罩干部均匀送风,带动气罩干部湿蒸汽向湿部移动,进而由气罩风机抽走。
所述的不锈钢管的长度与气罩宽度相同。
所述的不锈钢管上的吹风口为钢管纵向开口。
所述的吹风口宽3~5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明将挡风板改造成鼓风机,可以加速气罩内水蒸气流动,有利于气罩风机更快的将水蒸气抽走,从而避免水蒸气在气罩内凝结,产生滴水现象。从而有效的减轻原纸滴水洞发生几率,减少质量损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图1~2所示,一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,包括一台3KW鼓风机1,连接软管2,不锈钢管3,所述的鼓风机1通过连接软管2连接不锈钢管3,所述的不锈钢管3设置在气罩4下方,不锈钢管3上方纵向开3~5mm吹风口5,该吹风口5正对气罩4干部进风口,通过鼓风机向气罩干部均匀送风,带动气罩干部湿蒸汽向湿部移动,进而由气罩风机抽走。从而减少水蒸气在干部气罩积聚,产生滴水。

1.一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,其特征在于,包括鼓风机,连接软管,不锈钢管,所述的鼓风机通过连接软管连接不锈钢管,所述的不锈钢管设置在气罩下方,不锈钢管上方设有吹风口,该吹风口正对气罩干部进风口,通过鼓风机向气罩干部均匀送风,带动气罩干部湿蒸汽向湿部移动,进而由气罩风机抽走。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢管的长度与气罩宽度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,其特征在于,所述的不锈钢管上的吹风口为钢管纵向开口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种烘缸气罩用鼓风装置,其特征在于,所述的吹风口宽3~5mm。
