Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀组件,且更具体地而非排他性地,涉及用于插入地漏(floor drain)内的阀组件。
背景技术
通常,建筑物内的潮湿房间设置有地漏。地漏将包括穿过地面延伸的管道,管道的上端设置有地面排废装置(floor waste)。地面排废装置包括伸入管道内的管状部分和大致位于地面平面的上部网格或栅格,水通过上部网格或栅格进入管状部分,以便排到管道。
管道在稍低于地面排废装置的位置处可以具有保留水的“S”形弯管,从而防止气体通过管道向上经由地面排废装置进入房间。
上述地面排废装置的缺点在于,如果“S”形弯管变得干燥或者没有设置该弯管,那么房间则直接与下水道系统连通。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服或基本改善上述缺点。
根据本发明,提供一种将与具有围绕一通道的内表面的管状件结合使用的阀组件,该阀组件将被密封地插入通道内,该阀组件包括:
管状本体,具有纵向通道和将被定位为邻近(adjacent)内表面的外表面;
密封件,安装在外表面上以接合内表面,以将管状本体与管状件密封地连接;
可移动阀件,在允许水从管状本体的通道的上游端流到下游端的打开位置与关闭该通道的关闭位置之间可移动;以及
将阀件推进至关闭位置的弹性装置,该弹性装置被构造成在施加给可移动阀件的压力超过预定压力时使阀件朝打开位置移动。
优选地,管状本体被连接至设置有阀座的环状法兰,可移动阀件与阀座接合以关闭本体的通道。
优选地,可移动阀件被安装成围绕大致横向于(transverse to)管状本体的纵向轴线的轴线枢转运动。
优选的,弹性装置为弹簧。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种包括管状件的地面排废装置,阀组件密封地插入管状件内,该管状件具有上端和下端,以及上端固定有栅格(grate,筛),阀组件位于其下。

具体实施方式
图1到图3的附图示出了优选阀组件10。阀组件10插入地面排废装置11内,地面排废装置安装在固定在建筑物房间地面内的排水管道12内。管道12通向与下水道系统连接的“S”形弯管。
管道12横向截面为圆形,并且具有内圆柱表面13。地面排废装置11包括管状件14,该管状件具有圆形横向截面,从而具有大致为圆柱形的外表面15和大致为圆柱形的内表面16。
表面13围绕通道17,并且圆柱表面16围绕通道18。通道17和18具有共同的纵向轴线19。
表面15具有环形凹槽20,密封件21位于凹槽内。通常,密封件21为弹性材料,比如:塑料和/或橡胶。密封件21密封地连接表面13和15。
向外延伸的法兰22固定至管状件14的上端并设置有唇缘,栅格23安装在唇缘上。栅格23具有水可以通过其中的多个通道24。
阀组件10安装在地面排废装置11内。阀组件10包括管状本体25。本体25具有大致为圆形的横向截面,从而提供大致为圆柱形的外表面26和内表面27。表面26具有环形凹槽28,密封件29安装在凹槽内。密封件29由弹性材料形成,比如:塑料和/或橡胶,并且压在表面16上,从而密封地连接管状本体25和管状件14。
表面27围绕同样具有纵向轴线19的通道30。
本体25形成有安装装置(mounting arrangement)31。安装装置31与枢转组件(pivot assembly,枢轴组件)32配合支撑可移动阀件33,以使其绕大致水平轴线36枢转或角度运动,水平轴线是大致横向于轴线19但与其偏离的轴线。
弹簧34形式的弹性装置在阀件33和安装装置31之间延伸,从而推进阀件33与本体25的阀座35接合。另一种弹性装置可包括配重,或者阀件自身可以平衡重量,从而起到相同的作用。当可移动阀件33与座35接合时,通道18关闭。
阀座35设置在固定至管状本体25的环形法兰37的下侧。
在上述阀组件10的运作过程中,当水穿过通道24并停留在阀件33上时,对阀件33施加有压力。当压力超过预定压力时,阀件33从座35移动到打开位置,以允许水穿过通道30进入通道18,然后进入通道17。当没有此水时,阀件33与座35接合以防止臭气等气体由通道17进入通道24。
优选地,地面排废装置11的管状件14、阀组件10的管状本体25、以及栅格23由塑料材料模制形成。
在组装时,通过将密封件21沿表面13向下滑动,从而将地面排废装置11插入管道12内。通过将密封件29沿表面16向下滑动且然后将栅格23设置在法兰22上,从而将阀组件10插入地面排废装置11内。
图4到图6示出了另一优选阀组件40。在使用中,阀组件40插入地面排废装置内,该地面排废装置以与上述参照阀组件10相同方式安装在建筑物房间地面的排水管内。
阀组件40具有管状本体42,该管状本体具有大致为圆形的横截面,从而提供大致为圆柱形的外表面44和内表面46。外表面44具有环形凹槽48,密封件50安装在凹槽内。密封件50由弹性材料形成并且压在地面排废装置的内表面上,从而密封地连接管状本体42和地面排废装置的大致圆柱形的内表面。
环形法兰51安装在本体42上,该环形法兰设置有阀座52。本体42的内表面46形成有一对相对设置的导向槽(guide slot)54以接合形成在环形法兰51上对应定位的导向件56。导向件56通过插入和扭锁动作接合导向槽54。
环状法兰51形成有包括安装块58和一对安装柱59的安装装置。安装块58与枢转组件60配合支撑可移动阀件62,以使其绕大致水平轴线64枢转或角度运动。轴线64是大致横向于穿过地面排废装置和排水管的中心通道的公共竖直轴线但与其偏离的轴线。
枢转组件60包括枢转杆66、夹紧托架68和夹紧螺钉70,其中枢转杆66在其相对两端处通过一对形成在可移动阀件62上的枢转环72而接合。枢转杆66的中部经由夹紧托架68和夹紧螺钉70与阀件62的枢转法兰73接合。或者,分离的部件68、70可以是单个模制形式。
弹性弹簧74在阀件62的下侧与从环形法兰51向下延伸的安装柱59之间延伸以推进阀件62接合阀座52。阀座52包括密封件78,以密封地连接阀件62和环形法兰51,从而通过地面排废装置关闭通道。
在使用中,当水流到阀件62上并且在上面施加超过预定压力(至少部分地取决于弹簧74的性质)的压力时,阀件62从座52移动到打开位置,以允许水流过地面排废装置和排水管的通道。当没有此水时,阀件62与阀座52接合,以有利地于防止污浊空气等气体通过这些通道进入房间中。
本发明的另一优点在于其防止微生物(包含致病菌)和害虫(比如昆虫)从下水道系统中的流体移入并“污染”房间,从而保持居住者的健康。
本发明的另一优点在于其能在大多数现有的地漏中改装或安装,不需要替换栅格、栅格安装法兰、周围的地面表面或管道,或者对这些东西造成破坏。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,将显而易见的是,在不脱离本发明的范围或限制的情况下,可对上述阀组件的设计和构成在细节上进行多种修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种将与具有围绕通道的内表面的管状件结合使用的阀组件,所述阀组件将被密封地插入所述通道内,所述阀组件包括:
管状本体,具有纵向通道和将被定位为邻近所述内表面的外表面;
密封件,安装在所述外表面上以接合所述内表面,以将所述管状本体与所述管状件密封地连接;
可移动阀件,在允许水从所述管状本体的通道的上游端流到下游端的打开位置与关闭所述通道的关闭位置之间可移动;以及
将所述阀件推进至所述关闭位置的弹性装置,所述弹性装置被构造成当施加至所述可移动阀件上的压力超过预定压力时使所述阀件朝所述打开位置移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其中,所述管状本体被连接至设置有阀座的环状法兰,所述可移动阀件与所述阀座接合以关闭所述本体的通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其中,所述可移动阀件被安装成围绕大致横向于所述管状本体的纵向轴线的轴线枢转运动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阀组件,其中,所述弹性装置为弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阀组件,其中,安装装置与枢转组件相配合支撑所述可移动阀件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的阀组件,其中,所述弹簧在所述阀件的下侧与所述安装装置之间延伸以推动所述阀件接合所述阀座。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其中,所述管状本体具有形成有一对导向槽的内表面,并且所述环形法兰具有一对导向件,所述导向件形成为通过插入和扭锁动作接合所述导向槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其中,所述管状本体的外表面具有环形凹槽,所述密封件安装在所述凹槽内。
9.一种地面排废装置,包括具有围绕通道的内表面的管状件,以及密封地插入所述通道内的根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,所述管状件具有上端和下端,且所述上端固定有栅格,所述阀组件位于所述栅格之下。
