对于例如应用于皮肤的化妆品配制剂而言,通常希望良好的防水性。消费者期望例如用于眼睛的美容组合物如睫毛油既不被泪液洗掉也不被汗滴洗掉。类似地,消费者期望应用的防晒组合物在出汗的体育活动过程中或在室外游泳过程中基本保留在皮肤上以保护使用者以在所述活动过程中防止有害UV射线。尽管许多化妆品配制剂已经声称具有耐水性或防水性,但仍需要具有更持久的防水性以及在应用化妆品配制剂时具有改善肤感的产品。许多声称具有防水性的市售化妆品配制剂在应用时使用者感觉到蜡质、油腻、粘性和油性。因此,消费者不仅要求具有改善防水性的化妆品,而且要求在应用时留下柔顺和柔软印象且不感觉蜡质、油腻或油性的产品。
为了实现化妆品配制剂的防水性,通常将聚合物加入化妆品配制剂中。然而,已知组合物的缺点通常是难以处理和难以掺入对应化妆品配制剂中。因此,化妆品配制剂的制造商期望能够容易地将提高防水性的新原料掺入该配制剂中,需要的话掺入化妆品配制剂的油相以及水相二者中,可能的话省略加热、中和步骤或其它特殊加工步骤。
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和α-烯烃的共聚物及其在化妆品配制剂中的应用例如描述于US 5219559和US 3423381中。例如,商标名为Antaron V-216和Antaron V-220的聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/十六碳烯)共聚物或聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/二十碳烯)共聚物通常用于化妆品配制剂中以产生防水性。这两种共聚物是油溶性的,其中Antaron V-216为粘稠液体且Antaron V-220为蜡状固体。考虑到其物理性能,这两种聚合物不能随意掺入化妆品配制剂中。此外,当使用聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/二十碳烯)共聚物时,化妆品配制剂的粘度通常以不希望的方式增加。此外,所得化妆品配制剂在应用于皮肤时通常留下粘性和油性印象。
EP0815829提出了基于C1-C30(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合物和共聚物,其能够改善化妆品配制剂的防水性和湿抗磨性。
US2005/01412080提出了基于至少两种丙烯酸酯的共聚物以改善化妆品配制剂的防水性。
本发明的目的是以简单且成本有效的方式获得具有良好防水性的化妆品配制剂,其在应用时留下柔顺和柔软印象且不会感觉蜡质、油腻或油性。此外,改善化妆品配制剂防水性的物质应能容易且灵活地掺入该化妆品配制剂中。
该目的通过包含如下组分的共聚物作为改善化妆品配制剂防水性的试剂的用途实现:
a)40-95重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和
b)5-60重量%疏水改性的丙烯酸衍生物。
用于本发明改善化妆品配制剂防水性的包含N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和疏水改性的丙烯酸衍生物的共聚物原则上是已知的。该类共聚物的制备方法同样已知。
EP 0876819提出了包含N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和(甲基)丙烯酸的长链烷基酯的共聚物在水不溶性物质如药物活性成分地西泮(diazepam)的制剂中作为表面活性物质的用途。
EP 0953358提出了包含N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和(甲基)丙烯酸的长链烷基酯的共聚物作为生产固体药物和化妆品给药形式如片剂的基体材料的用途。
EP 1669374描述了一种制备例如单体N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯的共聚物的水分散体的方法。
在本发明改善防水性的用途中所用共聚物包含:
a)40-95重量%,优选50-85重量%,特别优选60-80重量%,尤其是65-75重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和
b)5-60重量%,优选15-50重量%,特别优选20-40重量%,尤其是25-35重量%疏水改性的丙烯酸衍生物。

在本发明改善化妆品配制剂防水性的用途中,非常特别优选包含65-75重量%,尤其是约70重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和25-35重量%,尤其是约30重量%甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯且由大于95重量%,尤其是仅由N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯构成的共聚物。
用于本发明改善防水性的用途中的共聚物的K值(按照Fikentscher-Cellulosechemie 1932,第13卷,第58-64页和第71-74页)通常为7-130,优选15-100,尤其是20-80。该共聚物的K值使用该共聚物在乙醇或异丙醇中的溶液在25°C下以取决于K值为0.1-5重量%的浓度测定。
根据本发明用于改进化妆品配制剂的防水性的共聚物可以以固体形式,例如作为粉末或薄片,或者作为水基分散体使用。该共聚物的水基分散体的浓度可以为1-50重量%,优选5-40重量%,特别优选15-30重量%。该水分散体的粘度取决于该共聚物的含量。
本发明为改善化妆品配制剂防水性所用共聚物通常以使得以所需程度实现所需效果所要求的浓度用于化妆品配制剂中。优选如上面更详细描述的共聚物基于化妆品配制剂的总重量以0.1-10重量%,特别优选0.5-4重量%,尤其是1-3重量%的量使用。
本发明为改善化妆品配制剂防水性所用共聚物在实践中可以在该化妆品配制剂的制备过程中的任何合适点加入。在乳液的情况下,该共聚物可以在乳化步骤之前、乳化或加热步骤过程中、冷却步骤过程中或冷却步骤之后加入水相中。上面更详细描述的共聚物可以在不引入进一步的热下分散于冷水(室温,约20°C)中。此外,该共聚物不必中和且也不要求其它特殊处理步骤以实现在水或其它含水介质中的充分分散。
在本发明上下文中,化妆品配制剂的防水性程度可以由两种方法测定。
根据第一方法(润湿),防水性程度在基于测定水滴在已经涂有待研究化妆品配制剂的表面上的接触角的活体外试验中测定。该方法在试验部分中更详细解释。
测定防水性的第二种方法涉及防晒组合物并且按照COLIPA在“Guidelines for Evaluating Sun Product Water Resistance(2005年12月)”中所推荐的活体内方法进行,其中在水作用之后防晒因子相对于水作用之前的防晒因子的比例(之后的SPF/之前的SPF)为被测试防晒配制剂防水性的度量。
其防水性可以根据本发明改善的化妆品配制剂优选为可以应用于皮肤、毛发、睫毛或眉毛的配制剂,例如用于面部、手部、足部或身体的护肤组合物,抗衰老配制剂,防晒组合物,昆虫驱除剂,喷发胶,调理摩丝,发用凝胶,吹干洗液,祛臭制剂,护唇配制剂或用于眼睛、唇部或面部的美容组合物。
该化妆品配制剂可以以各种形式存在,例如作为喷雾剂、乳液、洗液、凝胶、液体、棒、蜡、膏、粉末或霜存在。
皮肤护理组合物的实例是保湿洗剂和霜,防止与化学品或农药接触的保护霜,婴儿霜和晒后洗剂。
用于眼睛、唇部或面部的美容品组合物实例是睫毛油、画眉笔、眼影、眼圈墨、眼线笔、唇笔、唇线笔、腮红、美容品(松散或压制粉饼)、妆底和遮瑕笔。
防晒组合物的实例是防晒乳、防晒液、防晒霜、防晒乳喷雾剂、含水防晒凝胶和防晒液喷雾剂,其中所述各种防晒组合物包含至少一种有机或无机UV过滤剂,例如UV-B过滤剂、UV-A过滤剂或宽带过滤剂。
其防水性可以根据本发明改善的化妆品配制剂除了改善防水性的共聚物外还包含被批准且通常用于化妆品行业中的其它成分,例如如手册“Kosmetika-Inhaltstoffe-Funktionen[化妆品-成分-功能]”中所述,该手册由IKW、FCIO和SKW协会于2005年以完整修订版出版。在其它方面,这些用于化妆品配制剂的成分对本领域熟练技术人员是已知的,例如各种油、蜡、溶剂、乳化剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、维生素、香料、昆虫驱除剂、染料、颜料、保湿剂、填料、增稠剂、稳定剂、缓冲剂、铺展剂、酸、碱或防晒过滤剂(UV过滤剂)。
其防水性可以根据本发明改善的优选化妆品配制剂包含至少一种水溶性、水不溶性或微水溶性,优选水不溶性或微水溶性活性成分或效应物质。该类活性成分或效应物质的实例是抗氧化剂、维生素、去屑剂、漂白剂、晒黑剂、化妆染料、颜料和效应颜料以及UV过滤剂,优选颜料和效应颜料以及UV过滤剂。
颜料和效应颜料的非限制性实例是有机色淀,铁氧化物,二氧化钛,氯氧化铋,铝粉,二氧化钛或氧化铁涂敷的云母,二氧化钛或氧化铁涂敷的硼硅酸钠钙,二氧化钛或氧化铁涂敷的硼硅酸铝,二氧化钛或氧化铁涂敷的合成氟金云母,洋红,普鲁士蓝,氧化铬绿,群青蓝,锰紫,珍珠精或珍珠母。
UV过滤剂的非限制性实例是被批准用于化妆品应用的下列市售UV过滤剂(根据INCI命名法):PABA,樟脑苯扎铵甲基硫酸盐,胡莫柳酯(HMS),二苯甲酮-3(BENZ-3),苯基苯并咪唑磺酸(PBSA),对苯二亚甲基二樟脑磺酸,丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷(BMDBM),亚苄基樟脑磺酸,奥克立林(OC),聚丙烯酰胺甲基亚苄基樟脑,甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己基酯(EMC,OMC),PEG-25PABA(PEG-PABA),对甲氧基肉桂酸异戊基酯(IMC),乙基己基三嗪酮(OT,ET),甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷,二-乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮(DBT),4-甲基亚苄基樟脑(MBC),3-亚苄基樟脑(BC),水杨酸乙基己基酯(OS,ES),二甲基PABA乙基己酯(OD-PABA,ED-PABA),二苯甲酮-4(BENZ-4),亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚(Bisoctyltriazol,BOT),苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸酯二钠(Bisimidazylate,BI),双-乙基己氧基苯酚甲氧基苯基三嗪(AT),聚硅氧烷15,二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰苯甲酸己酯,二氧化钛和氧化锌。
因此,除了本发明提高防水性的共聚物外,呈防晒组合物形式的优选化妆品配制剂还包含至少一种上述UV过滤剂。
UV过滤剂通常以至少0.05重量%至30重量%的量,尤其是至多为相应负责国家批准机关允许的特定UV过滤剂的最大许可浓度用于化妆品配制剂中。优选UV过滤剂在每种情况下以0.5-15重量%,特别优选1-12重量%,非常特别优选1.5-10重量%,尤其是2-8重量%的量使用。
优选可以根据本发明改善其防水性的化妆品配制剂为防晒组合物或用于眼睛、唇部或面部的美容组合物。特别优选的美容品组合物是眼线笔、唇膏或睫毛油。该化妆品配制剂非常特别优选为防晒组合物。
除了提高防水性的共聚物外,用于眼睛、唇部或面部的美容组合物,例如睫毛油、美容品、唇膏、眼影、腮红、眼圈墨,通常包含上面已经举例提到的活性成分和效应物质。
该防晒组合物包含至少一种合适的UV过滤剂,优选至少一种上述市售且被批准的UV过滤剂,这些为UV-B过滤剂(在290-320nm范围内吸收)、UV-A过滤剂(在320-380nm范围内吸收)或宽带过滤剂(在290-380nm范围内吸收)。防晒组合物通常包含至少两种UV过滤剂的组合,特别优选在UV-A区域和UV-B区域中均具有吸收的组合。两种UV过滤剂的配制剂通常具有比各自仅具有这两种UV过滤剂之一的两种类似配制剂的防晒因子值之和要高的防晒因子(协同增效作用)。

除了至少一种UV过滤剂和根据本发明提高防水性的共聚物外,该防晒组合物还包含其它化妆品助剂。

除了保护化妆品和/或皮肤病产品以防氧化外,抗氧化剂还可以在人皮肤中实现抗氧化以及抗衰老效果。
因此,在本发明上下文中,非常特别优选渗入人皮肤中并在其中有效发挥其效果并且因此在防晒配制剂的情况下在某种意义上与防晒过滤剂协同增效地保护皮肤以防UV光损害、防晒伤以及防止活性氧物种和自由基的抗氧化剂。非常特别优选维生素C和维生素E及其衍生物。
上述抗氧化剂(一种或多种化合物)在制剂中的量基于该制剂的总重量优选为0.001-30重量%,特别优选0.05-20重量%,尤其是1-10重量%。
若将维生素E和/或其衍生物用作抗氧化剂,则有利的是选择它们的相应浓度基于该配制剂的总重量为0.001-10重量%。
若维生素A和/或其衍生物或类胡萝卜素为抗氧化剂,则有利的是选择其相应浓度基于该配制剂的总重量为0.001-10重量%。

基于该化妆品配制剂,助剂和添加剂的总比例可以为1-80重量%,优选6-40重量%且非水部分(“活性物质”)可以为20-80重量%,优选30-70重量%。化妆品配制剂可以以本身已知的方式,即例如通过热、冷、热-热/冷或PIT乳化生产。这为纯机械方法,化学反应不会发生。
可以由本发明方法得到的组合物因此尤其为防晒制剂,其可以呈液体、糊状或固体形式,例如作为油包水霜、水包油霜或洗液、气雾剂和泵喷泡沫、泡沫霜、凝胶、油、棒状膏、粉末、喷雾剂或醇-水洗液。

包含N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和疏水改性的丙烯酸衍生物的上述共聚物根据本发明作为改善化妆品配制剂防水性的用途导致化妆品配制剂具有优异的防水性而不在应用于皮肤时留下蜡质、油腻或油性印象。本发明用途中所用共聚物可以在化妆品配制剂的制备过程中没有问题地掺入水相或油相中。该共聚物以粉末形式掺入固体混合物中也是可能的。
此外,上述共聚物的本发明用途在包含至少一种UV过滤剂的防晒组合物情况下除了提高的防水性外或者独立于提高的防水性还导致防晒因子提高。
包含N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和疏水改性的丙烯酸衍生物的上述共聚物的本发明化妆品配制剂的特征在于优异的防水性而在应用于皮肤时不留下蜡质、油腻或油性印象。
本发明由下列实施例说明,但这些实施例不限制本发明:
实施例
实施例1:制备防水性防晒配制剂
在美国已知为Ganex V 220的Antaron V 220是来自ISP的长链α-烯烃/乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物。
共聚物1为包含约70重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和约30重量%甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯且由大于99重量%的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯构成的共聚物。共聚物1首先按照EP专利1669374A1的实施例5中所述方法以水分散体形式制备,然后如EP专利1669374A1的该实施例中通过喷雾干燥以干燥且可倾注粉末得到。共聚物1的K值(浓度为1%的乙醇溶液)为45.1,这对应于分子量为约136000g/mol。
制备:
将相A和相B分开加热至约85°C。
将相B搅入相A中并将混合物A+B均化。
在搅拌下将混合物A+B冷却至约30°C。
将相C搅入混合物A+B中并将该混合物均化,然后在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例2:按照COLIPA测定活体内SPF值
活体内SPF值按照COLIPA“国际防晒因子(SPF)测试方法”(2006年5月)所推荐的指南由外部研究院测定。

活体内SPF(ProDerm):根据COLIPA活体内测量方法由proDERMInstitute for Applied Dermatological Research GmbH测量的活体内SPF值。
由独立研究院测量的活体内SPF值表明本发明实施例B1与两个对比例V1(没有用于提高防水性的额外聚合物)和V2(Antaron V 220作为提高防水性的额外聚合物)相比具有显著更高的活体内SPF值。这意味着加入共聚物1导致防晒因子增加。
实施例3:按照COLIPA活体内“非常防水”测试方法测定防水性
“非常防水”值按照COLIPA在“Guidelines for Evaluating SunProduct Water Resistance(2005年12月)”中推荐的活体内方法测量。

配制剂V1的“非常防水”值显著小于50%,根据COLIPA方法这意味着该配制剂并不“非常防水”。
配制剂V2和B1的“非常防水”值非常相似且显著高于50%,这表明这两种配制剂具有类似防水性且根据COLIPA方法这两种配制剂“非常防水”。
活体内“非常防水”测试在这里表明两种聚合物,即Antaron V220和共聚物1,均以使得两种配制剂可以称为“非常防水”的方式提高防晒配制剂的防水性。
实施例4:根据在MMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性
方法描述:
所用基材为在由COLIPA在2007年出版并在2009年更新的“In VitroUVA Method”中推荐的糙化聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)板。这些PMMA板由GmbH & Co.KG(德国)生产并销售。确定的粗糙度借助以水流化方法喷砂而产生。将粗糙度为2μm的板用于下述方法。
按照由COLIPA在2007年出版并在2009年更新的“In Vitro UVAMethod”中所述相同原理将待测试配制剂施用于PMMA板上。每块PMMA板上的施用量为1.00mg/cm2。每个配制剂进行三次测定,即将相同配制剂施用于三块板上。在最初使用被由胶乳制成的单用途指套覆盖且事先用该配制剂饱和的食指权重之后,将该配制剂均匀喷雾于该板上并使用小的圆周运动摩擦。重要的是角落也要被填充。一旦乳液“破乳”(变透明),则也将该板用轻微压力和水平条纹运动处理。在该程序之后,将各板在室温下在卡纸板箱中于黑暗处储存30分钟。然后测量该板。
使用来自德国Krüss GmbH Hamburg的接触角测量装置EasyDrop和相关软件DSA1手动测量接触角。将具有聚丙烯管Art.5125PPS-B、内径为0.48mm且外径为0.86mm的来自德国GLT Gesellschaft für mbH Pforzheim的精确计量针头拧到2ml注射器上。取出注射器的圆筒并将其柱塞置于可旋转不锈钢圆筒上。将该装置置于注射器上以能够更好地投料该量的水。
为了滴注,使用绝缘电阻为18.2Mohm×cm的二次蒸馏水。
将30颗水滴施加于各板上。在施加并调整基线之后立即对每一滴准确测量5秒。此时每0.5秒记录图像。为了借助软件DSA1评价液滴轮廓,仅使用正切法1(见网址http://www.kruss.de/de/theorie/messungen/ kontaktwinkel/messung-des-kontaktwinkels.html)。在5s的测量过程中每滴记录约10个图像,因此测量约10个接触角。通过该软件由这些接触角计算平均值。
每板30颗液滴得到30个接触角,由此计算平均值。该配制剂的接触角为由三块板计算的平均值。
测量的接触角允许对配制剂的疏水性能进行评述。接触角越大,则该配制剂越疏水。配制剂越疏水,则它越拒水和防水。

接触角测量方法的结果在这里表明配制剂V1具有非常小的接触角。配制剂V2和B1具有显著更大的接触角。含共聚物1的B1具有甚至比含有Antaron V220的V2要大的接触角。
实施例5:制备SPF 7的防水性防晒配制剂
制备:
将相A和相B分开加热至约85°C。
将相B搅入相A中并将混合物A+B均化。
在搅拌下将混合物A+B冷却至约30°C。
将相C搅入混合物A+B中并均化该混合物,然后在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例6:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

接触角测量方法的结果在这里表明配制剂V3具有非常小的接触角。配制剂V4的接触角稍微大于配制剂V3的接触角,但接触角仍适中。配制剂B2的接触角显著大于配制剂V3和V4的接触角。含共聚物1的配制剂B2的接触角比含Antaron V216的V4要大得多。
实施例7:制备SPF 14的防水性防晒配制剂
Lexfilm Sun为来自Inolex Chemical Company的产品。
Soltex OPT为来自Dow Advanced Materials的丙烯酸酯四聚物的浓度为48%的分散体。
正如在共聚物1的情况下一样,共聚物2同样为包含70重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和30重量%甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯且由大于99重量%的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸硬脂基酯构成的共聚物。共聚物2原则上通过与共聚物1相同的方法制备,不同的是摩尔质量更低。
共聚物2的K值(1%浓度,在乙醇中)为24.8。
制备:
将相A和相B分开加热至约85°C。
将相B搅入相A中并均化混合物A+B。
在搅拌下将混合物A+B冷却至约30°C。
将相C搅入混合物A+B中并均化该混合物,然后在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例8:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

接触角测量方法的结果在这里表明配制剂V5具有非常小的接触角。配制剂V7和V8具有小到使得这些接触角低于检测极限的接触角。配制剂V6、B3、B4和B5具有比配制剂V5、V7和V8显著要大的接触角。
含Lexfilm Sun的配制剂V7和含Soltex OPT的配制剂V8具有比不含聚合物的空白对照V5要小的接触角。在这些实施例中,两种聚合物Lexfilm Sun和Soltex OPT在每种情况下似乎降低配制剂的防水性。
配制剂B3和B4具有完全相同的接触角,这表明共聚物1可以没有明显差别地首先掺入油相以及首先掺入水相以提高配制剂的防水性。
含共聚物1的配制剂B3和含共聚物2的配制剂B5的接触角非常类似,并且这两个接触角大于含有Antaron V220的配制剂V6的接触角。K值(1%浓度,在乙醇中)为45.1的共聚物1和K值(1%浓度,在乙醇中)为24.8的共聚物2在这里比Antaron V220具有更好的提高防水性的性能。
实施例9:制备含有二氧化钛的具有SPF18的防水性防晒配制剂
制备:
将相A加热至85°C,并在相A完全熔融之后加入相B。将混合物A+B均化。将相C加热至约85°C,简短均化,然后均化到混合物A+B中。将混合物A+B+C在冷条件下搅拌。在约30°C下加入相D。然后将混合物A+B+C+D后均化并在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例10:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

实施例11:制备含有氧化锌的具有SPF 16的防水性防晒配制剂
制备:
将相A加热至85°C并在相A完全熔融之后加入相B。均化混合物A+B。将相C加热至约85°C,简短均化,然后均化到混合物A+B中。在冷条件下搅拌混合物A+B+C。在约30°C下加入相D。然后将混合物A+B+C+D后均化并在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例12:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

实施例13:制备具有SPF 30的防水性防晒配制剂
制备:
将相A加热至85°C,并在相A完全熔融之后加入相B。将混合物A+B均化。将相C加热至约85°C,简短均化,然后均化到混合物A+B中。在冷条件下搅拌混合物A+B+C。在约30°C下加入相D。然后将混合物A+B+C+D后均化并在搅拌下冷却至室温。
实施例14:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

接触角测量方法的结果在这里表明配制剂V13和V14具有适中的接触角。V14的接触角稍好于V13的接触角,但不象配制剂B8的接触角那样高。含有共聚物1的配制剂B8比空白对照(配制剂V13)和含有AntaronV220的配制剂V14显著更防水。
实施例15:制备防水眼线笔
用于相D中的ReflecksTM颜料是ReflecksTM Dimensions LuminousRed。
制备配制剂V15和V16:
将相A和B各自分开加热至80°C。在使用均化机搅拌下将相A加入相B中(在8000-9000rpm下两分钟)。然后在冷条件下搅拌混合物A+B。在40°C以下,使用均化机(在9000rpm下1分钟)搅入相C。最后使用搅拌机搅拌颜料(相D)10分钟。
制备配制剂B9:
将相A和B各自分开加热至80°C。然后在使用均化机搅拌下将相A混入相B中(在8000-9000rpm下两分钟)。然后在冷条件下搅拌混合物A+B。在40°C以下,使用均化机(在9000rpm下1分钟)将相F搅入混合物A+B中。然后搅拌相D(颜料)10分钟。
在制备相F时的备注:将共聚物1溶于乙醇中并混入Euxyl PE 9010。
实施例16:快速防水性测试
借助眼线笔施用器在玻璃板上如通常对眼睑所进行的那样描绘配制剂V15、V16和B9各自的划线。在相同玻璃板上相互并排施加三个样品的三根划线。将玻璃板置于填充有冷饮用水的烧杯中并置于因此为室温的水中60小时以上。在取出板时,配制剂V15和V16的划线立即溶掉。配制剂B9的划线仍牢固地粘附于该板上。仅当手指摩擦时配制剂B9的划线才溶解。
实施例17:按照实施例4中所述测量方法根据在PMMA板上的活体外接触角测量测定防水性

接触角测量方法的结果在这里表明配制剂V15和V16具有类似且适中的接触角。配制剂B9的接触角非常大且显著大于配制剂B15和B16的接触角。因此,含有共聚物1的配制剂B9比空白对照(配制剂V16)和含有Luviset Shape的配制剂V15显著更防水。这已经在快速防水性测试(实施例16)中证实。

Claims (5)
1.包含如下组分的共聚物作为改善化妆品配制剂防水性的试剂的用途:
a)60-80重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和
b)20-40重量%式I的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯:
其中R1为氢或甲基,
R2为C12-C24烷基。
2.根据权利要求1的用途,其中所述化妆品配制剂包含至少一种水溶性、水不溶性或微水溶性活性成分或效应物质。
3.根据权利要求1或2的用途,其中所述化妆品配制剂为防晒组合物或用于眼睛、唇部或面部的美容品组合物。
4.包含如下组分的共聚物作为改善包含至少一种UV过滤剂的防晒组合物的防水性的试剂的用途:
a)60-80重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和
b)20-40重量%式I的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯:
其中R1为氢或甲基,
R2为C12-C24烷基。
5.一种改善化妆品配制剂防水性的方法,其中在化妆品配制剂的制备中加入包含如下组分的共聚物:
a)60-80重量%N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,和
b)20-40重量%式I的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯:
其中R1为氢或甲基,
R2为C12-C24烷基。
