Detailed Description
The merchandise anti-counterfeiting authentication system and method of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 1 and fig. 3 are schematic diagrams of the anti-counterfeit authentication system for commodities based on limited authentication times, respectively, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the system for anti-counterfeit authentication for commodities based on one-time authentication validity or limited authentication validity mainly includes:
a commodity unique identifier 2 is attached to each commodity 1, and the commodity unique identifier information is stored in a commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7; the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 is connected with the internet 6, an authentication requester directly reads or manually inputs commodity unique identification information of the commodity unique identification 2 by using other user terminals 5 which can be connected with a communication network or the internet, such as a mobile phone (namely a mobile phone) or a computer, accesses the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 through the communication network or the internet 6, transmits the commodity unique identification information to the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 and requests anti-counterfeiting authentication; after receiving the anti-counterfeiting authentication request from the mobile phone or the computer 5, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 retrieves the received commodity unique identification information from the commodity unique identification information stored in the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7, and returns an authentication result to the user terminal 5 as true only if the received commodity unique identification information is retrieved and the request authentication frequency and the request authentication time are within the range limited by the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system, or returns information that the authentication result is not true or the authentication is invalid.
Each commodity unique identifier is unique, is only used as the unique identifier of a single commodity and is attached to the commodity and is not repeatedly used for identifying other commodities; the commodity unique mark is a figure or a character printed on the commodity or the label as an anti-counterfeiting mark. The unique identification part or label of the printed commodity is physically covered or hidden and protected, so that the figure or character of the unique identification 2 of the commodity cannot be directly read or seen, and the figure or character of the unique identification 2 of the commodity can be read only by removing the covering object or the hiding device 3, thereby preventing the unique identification of the commodity from being stolen, and ensuring that the anti-counterfeiting authentication of the commodity can be requested only when the user of the commodity approves.
Any figure which can be shot by a mobile phone and a computer camera can be used as a commodity unique identifier, a bar code or a QR code can be adopted, and a character string can be formed by any characters or characters. Generally, when a graphic commodity is identified uniquely, a corresponding graphic for the commodity unique identification needs to be manufactured according to the graphic automatic identification capability of a commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system or other application programs used. The character string composed of numbers or English letters is used as the commodity unique identification, so that the requirement on a terminal used by an authentication requester is low, and the commodity unique identification can be directly input in a manual input mode to request authentication. Because the smart phone usually has the function of reading the two-dimensional code QR code, or the QR code can be directly read only after the QR code reading software is installed, the anti-counterfeiting authentication request is very convenient by using the QR code as a commodity uniqueness identifier. The authentication requester can obtain the anti-counterfeiting authentication result only by reading the QR code by using the mobile phone and automatically accessing the anti-counterfeiting authentication service system by using the mobile phone.
In the merchandise forgery prevention authentication service system, merchandise unique identification information of an authenticated merchandise and authentication request data including the number of times of forgery prevention authentication request and the time of authentication request are stored. The merchandise forgery prevention authentication service system can set the number of times of permitting the request for authentication and the time range within which the authentication can be requested again after the initial request for authentication, for the merchandise, according to the use of the merchandise, the packaging method, the sales method, and the like. Generally, in order to increase the strength of forgery prevention as much as possible, it should be attempted to use a method in which only the first authentication request is a valid request. However, in some cases, the seller and the purchaser may need to confirm the authentication result again together, and thus, the authentication request may be permitted to be made again within a certain range.
The length of the data digit number as the commodity unique identification is usually long enough, the probability that the commodity unique identification stored in the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication system is the same as the counterfeit identification generated in a random generation mode is very low, and in addition, the effective commodity unique identification cannot be the same in a very long time range.
In addition, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system can also store information related to commodities, such as commodity names, manufacturers, product models, production dates, product serial numbers, image information of commodities, commodity packages and labels, and the like, and can be used for auxiliary commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication. When the anti-counterfeiting authentication result is true, the anti-counterfeiting auxiliary authentication information is displayed on a network terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the authentication request, and further anti-counterfeiting identification information is provided for the authentication requester to prevent counterfeiting. Typically, such information should use images or text that cannot be collected or are more difficult to collect. For example, even if the date of manufacture of the food is collected, counterfeit products cannot be counterfeited because they exceed the period of validity; if the auxiliary anti-counterfeiting mark is arranged on the model label on the clothing, only a purchaser and a user can compare the image returned by the authentication result with a real object; the secondary anti-counterfeiting indicia is printed on a film seal on the package of the merchandise, which is difficult to collect because the seal on the package will be discarded when the merchandise is used.
Although it is possible for counterfeiters to perform commodity counterfeiting by collecting commodity unique identifiers which are not subjected to anti-counterfeiting authentication requests, the number of commodities which can be counterfeited is limited because each commodity unique identifier is only used as a unique identifier of a certain commodity. If the auxiliary anti-counterfeiting authentication information is fully utilized, the counterfeit commodity can hardly bypass the anti-counterfeiting authentication.
According to the type of the commodity, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system can also receive an anti-counterfeiting authentication request submitted in a mobile phone short message mode, perform commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication processing according to short message information sent by an authentication requester, and send a processing result to the authentication requester in a short message mode.
[ EXAMPLES one ]
A commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication system and method using Quick Response (QR) as a commodity unique identifier.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for performing anti-counterfeit authentication by using the merchandise anti-counterfeit authentication system according to the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the anti-counterfeit authentication method includes:
step 11: and generating a unique commodity identification.
In this embodiment, a two-dimensional code QR code is used as the commodity uniqueness identifier 2. The information contained in the two-dimensional code QR code consists of an internet website of the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 and commodity unique identification information of the commodity 1.
In order to prevent the article unique identification from being counterfeited, the length of the character string of the article unique identification information is set to be long enough, for example, more than 30 characters or characters are used, so that the method of counterfeiting the article unique identification in the mode of randomly generating the character string can be almost impossible.
The product unique identifier 2 may be directly printed on a label of the product, or may be printed on a package or a descriptive document of the product, or may be attached to the product as an additional label.
Step 12: and storing the unique identification information of the commodity in a commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication anti-counterfeiting system.
The product unique identification information included in the two-dimensional code QR code as the product unique identification 2 of the product 1 is stored in the database of the product forgery prevention authentication service system 7. The product information 4 for assisting the forgery prevention authentication relating to the product 1 is also stored in the database of the product forgery prevention authentication service system 7. The auxiliary anti-counterfeiting authentication commodity information can be character information such as a commodity serial number and can also be image information of the commodity.
Step 13: and reading the unique identification information of the commodity.
The two-dimensional code QR code of the unique commodity identifier 2 is read by a camera device by removing the cover or the package 3 of the unique commodity identifier 2 attached to the commodity 1 and using a two-dimensional code QR code reading application installed on a mobile phone or a computer 5. The information in the two-dimensional code QR code comprises an internet website of a commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system and commodity unique identification information.
At present, many smart phones have a function of reading a two-dimensional code (QR) code, or can directly read the QR code as long as QR code reading software is installed.
When the commodity is produced or packaged, the QR code of the commodity unique identifier 2 is covered by paper or film which can be torn off at one time, or the commodity unique identifier 2 is packaged, so that the situation that the anti-counterfeiting label cannot be effectively authenticated any more and is invalid due to the fact that an anti-counterfeiting authentication request is wrongly requested or used by mistake is prevented.
Step 14: and submitting the unique identification information of the commodity from the Internet terminal to the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system.
After the QR code reading application installed on the internet terminal mobile phone or the computer 5 reads the information of the QR code of the commodity uniqueness mark 2, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 is automatically accessed through the internet 6 and commodity uniqueness mark information is submitted.
Because the website of the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system and the commodity unique identification information are contained in the information of the QR code, the QR code reading program only needs to take the read information as a website link URL to send an access request through the Internet.
Step 15: the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system receives the commodity unique identification information of the authentication request.
After receiving the authentication request sent from the internet, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 obtains the commodity unique identification information from the access request URL.
Step 16: and searching from a database according to the unique identification information of the commodity, and judging the anti-counterfeiting authentication result.
The character string as the unique identification information of the product and the information related to the product are stored in the database of the product forgery prevention authentication service system 7, and the request time and the request frequency of the forgery prevention authentication request are also stored in the database of the system. The commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 searches the database according to the received commodity unique identification information, and if the corresponding information can be searched and the authentication is determined as the first request authentication, the anti-counterfeiting authentication is judged to be valid. If the corresponding information can be retrieved but not the first request, the corresponding judgment result is returned according to the rule set by the authentication system. For example, if the request is within the 3 rd time within 3 days, the information returned to the requesting mobile phone or computer is the first authentication request time and the related commodity information; and if the anti-counterfeiting request is not valid after 3 days or the request times are more than 3, returning a judgment result that the anti-counterfeiting request is invalid. Allowing repeated requests within a certain range can satisfy the condition that the concerned party needs to perform re-request authentication because the verification judgment result needs to be confirmed again.
And step 17: and returning an anti-counterfeiting authentication result.
The commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 returns an anti-counterfeiting authentication result to an internet terminal mobile phone or a computer 5 used by the anti-counterfeiting authentication requester through the internet 6. If the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 stores commodity information for assisting anti-counterfeiting authentication, when the authentication result is true, the commodity information for assisting anti-counterfeiting authentication is returned and displayed on the Internet terminal 5. In order to prevent the fraudulent use of a unique identification of a commodity which has not been subjected to an authentication request, a method of displaying information related to the commodity when the authentication result is displayed and providing a counterfeit-proof authentication requester with a means of further identifying the authenticity of the commodity is further adopted to prevent the fraudulent use. After the anti-counterfeiting authentication service system receives the anti-counterfeiting authentication request, if the result of the authentication request is judged to be true, the related information of the commodity is displayed on the mobile phone or the computer which requests the authentication. For example, the date of manufacture or the age of use of the goods, the model or serial number of the goods, an image showing a certain portion on the goods or the goods package and on various labels. If the information content displayed by each article is different, it is difficult for the counterfeiter to comprehensively collect the relevant information because the counterfeiter does not know what information will be displayed, which makes it difficult to perform the counterfeiting using the unique identification of the article which has not been subjected to the authentication request. The commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system can also adopt a mode of taking the relevant information of the commodity as auxiliary authentication information, and requires an authentication requester to input the information of the commodity according to the prompt so as to further confirm whether the commodity belongs to counterfeit commodities.
The QR code is adopted as the commodity uniqueness mark for anti-counterfeiting, and the use is very convenient for consumers. For commodity manufacturers, the anti-counterfeiting method has the advantages of low cost, easy realization and good commodity counterfeiting prevention effect. Has good practical application prospect.
[ example two ]
The anti-counterfeiting authentication system and method of the present invention will be described by taking the anti-counterfeiting authentication of wine commodities as an example.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a method for performing anti-counterfeit authentication by the merchandise anti-counterfeit authentication system according to the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the anti-counterfeit authentication method includes:
in this example, the method of using 2 unique identifiers 1 and 8 for the product 1 is adopted to realize the anti-counterfeiting authentication. One commodity uniqueness mark 8 is placed in the wine bottle cap, the other commodity uniqueness mark 1 adopts a QR code as an anti-counterfeiting mark and is printed on a small label, and the small label is placed below a plastic sealing film of the wine bottle cap. The unique merchandise identifier 8 is not visible or reproducible until the wine bottle is unsealed. When the wine bottle is unsealed, the sealing film is torn to obtain the small label with the anti-counterfeiting QR code. And when the anti-counterfeiting authentication is carried out, the mobile phone is used for reading the QR code to carry out an authentication request.
Here, steps 21 to 25 are the same as steps 11 to 15 described above [ embodiment one ], and thus are not described again.
Step 26: and searching from a database according to the unique identification information of the commodity, and judging the anti-counterfeiting authentication result.
Unlike step 15 in embodiment one, the product authentication and forgery prevention service system 7 first determines whether the product unique identification information is from the first product unique identification 2. If the product is the first product unique identifier and the first judgment result is true, the product anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 returns prompt information to the internet terminal 5 of the authentication requester, the authentication requester is prompted on the mobile phone or the computer 5 of the requester of the authentication product anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7, and the mobile phone or the computer camera is used for opening the bottle cap to read the QR code of the product unique identifier 8 in the bottle cap. If the first authentication result is invalid, the result that the authentication is invalid is returned to the mobile phone or the computer 5 of the authentication requester.
Step 27: reading the second item unique identification information.
After receiving the prompt message from the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7, the authentication requester reads the QR code of the second commodity unique identifier 8 by using a camera device of a mobile phone or a computer 5.
And then steps 24 through 26 are repeated. If the product authentication system 7 can retrieve the product unique identification information of the second product unique identification 8 from the database, the final identification result is determined to be true. If the commodity unique identification information of the second commodity unique identification 8 is not retrieved from the database of the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7, the authentication result is judged to be invalid.
Step 28: and returning an anti-counterfeiting authentication result.
If the identification of the commodity unique identification information of the two commodity unique identifications 1 and 8 is finished, the commodity anti-counterfeiting authentication service system 7 returns a final anti-counterfeiting authentication result to an internet terminal mobile phone or a computer 5 used by an anti-counterfeiting authentication requester through the internet 6.
Here, the unique identification of the commodity placed in the bottle cap may be a QR code, and may also be a text or an image. And for the characters or the images, the mobile phone transmits the images of the unique identification of the commodity to the anti-counterfeiting authentication service system, and the anti-counterfeiting authentication service system analyzes and authenticates the images.
After the wine bottle is unsealed, the small label printed with the QR code of the anti-counterfeiting mark is usually discarded except for use in anti-counterfeiting authentication, so that a counterfeiter can hardly obtain 2 related effective commodity uniqueness marks. If the related information of the prompting commodity is taken as an auxiliary anti-counterfeiting authentication method, a good anti-counterfeiting effect can be achieved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
