Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及用于纸激光切割的装置。更具体地,本发明涉及用于往返于激光切割器运送纸制品的传送带。
背景技术
碎纸宵和污染物堆积在激光切割真空传送带上。激光在之后的阶段中会加热碎宵,进而将碎宵烘烤到传送带上,经过烘烤的碎纸宵吸收多余的热量,使传送带变形,把带烧穿,并导致带过早地失效。
解决这个问题的常用方法是在机器运转时通过手工方式或者用机械致动的刮刀定期清洁带。然而,碎宵在清洁时堆积,带弯曲变形,变得发粘,并且使得文件难以移动。
如果用刮刀清洁,1)碎宵会堆积在刀片的刮削棱缘(scrapingedge),降低刀片的效率;2)刀片会刮伤带,使得污染物更难移除;3)刀片无法刮到传送带的变形部分。如果用手工清洁,清洁溶液和碎宵就会进入真空孔中并转移到带的下面,这样反而会引起驱动问题和更多带的失效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于清洁具有承载表面的传送带的带清洁系统。该系统包括辊组件和液体供应子系统构成。该辊组件包含含有吸湿性材料的清洁卷筒(web)和偏置该清洁卷筒使其与传送带承载表面转动接触的辊(roller)。液体供应子系统向清洁卷筒提供清洁液。
辊可以是包含多孔性材料的圆筒,而清洁卷筒则是包裹在辊外表面周围的清洁纤维卷(roll)。
该液体供应子系统可与辊内腔流体连通,清洁液流经辊使清洁卷筒湿润。
该液体供应子系统可包括用于容纳清洁液的清洁液容器,清洁卷筒是有近端部分和远端部分的连续环。该辊置于清洁卷筒环的近端,而清洁卷筒环的远端则置于清洁液容器之中。
该清洁液供应子系统还包括置于清洁液容器中用于清除清洁卷筒上的碎纸宵的清洁装置。

具体实施方式
参考附图,其中几个图中相同的数字代表相同的部件,根据本发明的带清洁系统通常用数字10来指代。带清洁系统10可用于清洁传送带的卷筒(web),例如往返于激光切割器运送物品的传送带。
首先参照图1,传送器12包括被传送带16或卷筒包裹着的凸头辊14。与传送带16的边缘十分接近的是跨越带16宽度的带清洁系统10的第一实施方式。带清洁系统10基本上连续地清洁传送带16,从而阻止碎宵8在传送带16的承载表面18上堆积并在碎宵8到达激光区域(图中没有显示)之前将其清除。清洁带表面18反射激光,阻止激光诱发在常规系统中会出现的蚀刻和变形,从而延长传送带16的使用寿命。
另外参照图2和图3,该带清洁系统由置于传送带16之下的辊组件20构成。辊组件20包括由多孔材料24制成的圆筒形辊22,多孔材料24如多孔陶瓷制品。辊22被吸湿性清洁纤维28卷26包裹住。提供给辊22的内部32的清洁液30流经辊壁34的孔24以湿润清洁纤维28卷26。辊组件20通过轴承36可转动地安装,使得卷26的外表面38接触传送带表面18并靠着传送带表面18转动,从而湿润的清洁纤维28持续不断地擦洗来自于传送带表面18的碎宵8。驱动系统40可使辊组件20以与传送带16相同或相反的方向转动。
清洁液30通过供应管44不断地从清洁液容器42中输送给辊组件20。清洁液30还可通过重力供给辊组件20,或通过对清洁液供应源42加压或利用供应管44中的泵46将清洁液30从清洁液供应源42施加到辊组件20。通过向辊组件20提供比清洁传送带16所需的流量更大的清洁液30流,形成自我清洁机制。多余的清洁液流48把嵌在清洁纤维28中的碎宵8推向卷26的外表面38。这种碎宵8和其他沉积在卷26的外表面38的碎宵8被多余的清洁液流48从卷26的外表面38清洗掉。安装在辊组件20下面的贮槽50在多余的清洁液流48从辊组件20上滴下时收集多余的清洁液流48。由贮槽50收集的清洁液30在经过滤器52清除碎宵8后返回到清洁液供应源42。
参照图4,带清洁系统10的第二实施方式包括由吸湿性布或吸湿性纤维制成的清洁卷筒(web)56连续环54。清洁卷筒环54的近端58被挤压以使其与传送带16的表面18接触,通常从传送带16的下面挤压。给液器60偏置清洁卷筒56使其接触传送带表面18。给液器60可以是转动多孔辊,例如泡沫辊,或其他弹簧加载柔性表面元件。清洁卷筒环54的远端部分62被置于含有清洁液30的容器64中,其中被置于容器64中的清洁液30补充清洁卷筒环54上带走的清洁液30,以保证清洁卷筒56是适当湿润的。容器64中的清洁液30也冲洗清洁卷筒环54上的碎宵8。可以在容器64中装一个清洁装置65,例如加压喷雾清洁器、加压多孔辊、旋转刷辊或者板刷,用来擦去传送带表面18上的碎宵8。
可以通过用泵66使容器中清洁液30循环通过过滤器68的方法将累积的碎宵8从清洁液30中移除。容器水平控制系统70的作用在于使清洁液30在容器64中保持充足的水平,以保证清洁卷筒环54的远端部分浸没适当。液体水平监测器72将有关容器64中的清洁液30的水平的信号传送给控制系统控制器74。当容器64中清洁液30的水平低于预定的水平时,控制系统控制器74就会运行流量控制装置76,例如阀,使新的清洁液30进入容器64。控制系统控制器74还可以启动在供应管80中的泵78以促进清洁液30的流动。
Claims (6)
1.用于清洁具有承载表面的、往返于激光切割装置运送纸制品的传送带的带清洁系统,所述系统包括:
辊组件,其包括
包含吸湿性材料的清洁卷筒,和
用于偏置所述清洁卷筒使其与所述传送带承载表面转动接触从而使所述清洁卷筒基本上连续地清洁所述传送带承载表面的辊;和
液体供应子系统,其向所述清洁卷筒提供清洁液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带清洁系统,其中:
所述辊是包含多孔材料的圆筒,所述圆筒具有外表面并定义内腔;并且
所述清洁卷筒是包裹在所述辊的所述外表面周围的清洁纤维卷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带清洁系统,其中,所述液体供应子系统与所述辊的内腔流体连通,所述清洁液流经所述辊使清洁卷筒湿润。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带清洁系统,其中,所述液体供应系统包括用于容纳所述清洁液的清洁液容器,并且所述清洁卷筒为具有近端部分和远端部分的连续环,所述辊置于所述清洁卷筒环的所述近端部分而所述清洁卷筒环的所述远端部分则置于所述清洁液容器中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带清洁系统,其中,所述辊包含用于偏置所述清洁卷筒的近端部分使其与所述传送带承载表面接触的转动多孔辊。
6.根据权利要求4所述的带清洁系统,其中,所述液体供应子系统还包括置于所述清洁液容器的清洁装置,所述清洁装置清除所述清洁卷筒的碎宵。
