and the service database interface is responsible for packaging the service database, shielding the difference of different service databases in a data management mode, and conveniently providing data query, storage and update functions by other composition units in a simple interface mode. The unit receives the service requests of the data intelligent processing control unit and the service management and system management unit, accesses and updates the service data, and returns the processed data or result set to the service request unit for subsequent processing.
The external system interface is responsible for information interaction with the electronic case system and the health record system so as to obtain resident health historical information and relevant data from the electronic case system and the health record system; and receiving a control command of the system service flow control unit, and forwarding the relevant data set to the system service flow control unit for subsequent processing.
The system service flow control unit is used for managing and coordinating resources of the whole system, controlling the service flow of the system and providing related system service capacity: the service capability of the data intelligent processing control unit is called to finish the access, sharing, analysis and management of data; and providing the basic service flow control function of the system to the system service interface unit in an atomic service mode for use.
The data intelligent processing control unit is used for managing the service data resources of the whole system, controlling the intelligent processing flow of the service data and providing the processing capacity of the related service data: receiving a service request of a system service flow control unit, processing service data and feeding back a processing result; managing and controlling information interaction between the service database interface unit and the service database; and providing the basic data intelligent processing control function for the data service interface unit in an atomic service mode.

The data service interface encapsulates and develops the intelligent service data processing control function provided by the intelligent data processing control unit in an atomic service mode in a uniform interface mode, and the intelligent service data processing control function is called by the health data acquisition terminal and the general practitioner mobile work terminal so as to facilitate the use of the related data processing function; and receiving service requests of other units, calling corresponding data provided by the data intelligent processing control unit according to the request types, processing corresponding service data, returning a processing result or a data set to the service request unit, and performing subsequent processing.
The service management and system management unit is responsible for various management functions of users, networks and systems: and receiving service requests of registration, login and inquiry of the user, performing relevant service processing according to the request type, performing information interaction with a service database interface unit if necessary, and returning a processing result or data set to the user.

The data interaction control unit is used as a control core of the external system interface terminal and is responsible for controlling and coordinating other units to jointly complete a data interaction function; the control service and data interface unit initiates a data interaction request to the application server to complete data transmission; and the control protocol coding and decoding unit codes and decodes the data packet.
The protocol coding and decoding unit is responsible for coding or decoding the data packet according to an agreed protocol: and receiving the instruction of the data interaction control unit, and encoding the data packets sent to the electronic medical record system and the health file system. Receiving the request of the communication unit, and decoding the data packets transmitted by the electronic medical record system and the health file system;
and the communication unit is in charge of carrying out data communication with the electronic medical record system and the health file system according to an appointed communication mode and providing original data to the protocol coding and decoding unit in a unified mode.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a health data acquisition terminal installed in a community resident home for serving all members in a family is described, and before acquiring personal health physiological sign data, the terminal automatically matches with relevant family member information as long as the family member information to be measured is selected; it has two kinds of constitutional structures:
the first one is a sensing terminal (as shown in fig. 4) only responsible for collecting health data, which is used for transmitting the collected personal health physiological sign data to a data gateway terminal using a resident personal mobile phone or a Personal Computer (PC) as a carrier in a USB, Bluetooth or WiFi mode, and transmitting the data to an application server through a mobile communication network or the Internet; the function of its 4 constituent units is as follows:
the data perception unit receives the management and control of the health data acquisition management control unit, perceives and acquires the personal health physiological sign data by using health data sensing equipment comprising an electrocardio monitor and a blood pressure monitor, and can flexibly expand and support various sensing equipment.
And the data presentation unit is responsible for presenting the personal health physiological sign data acquired by the data sensing unit in time after detecting the personal health physiological sign data of residents, and is managed and controlled by the health data acquisition management control unit.
The health data acquisition management control unit is used as a control core of the health data acquisition terminal and is responsible for coordinating and controlling other units to provide corresponding functions: the acquired health data are uploaded through the data transmission unit, and the information viewing service request of the data presentation unit and the information uploading service request of the data acquisition unit are received.
And the data transmission unit is responsible for transmitting the health data acquired by the health data acquisition terminal to the data gateway terminal in a USB (universal serial bus), Bluetooth or WiFi (wireless fidelity) mode.
The second type is a health data acquisition and transmission terminal (as shown in fig. 5) composed of a data sensing module for acquiring personal health physiological sign data and a data transmission module with a wireless transmission function, wherein the health data is acquired by the data sensing module and then is directly transmitted to an application server by the data transmission module, namely, the health data acquisition terminal has the functions of a health data acquisition terminal and a data gateway terminal and can directly exchange information with the application server through a mobile communication network or the internet; besides the 4 units with the same function, the composition unit is also provided with the following 3 units which are connected in sequence:
the service and data interface is responsible for information interaction between the health data acquisition terminal and the application server, receiving a service request of the data interaction control unit, finishing data interaction through the data service interface of the application server, automatically and intelligently selecting an optimal network, and uploading processed data to the application server; and meanwhile, feeding back the data interaction result to the data interaction control unit for subsequent processing.
The data interaction control unit is used as a control core of the health data acquisition and transmission terminal and is responsible for controlling and coordinating other units to jointly complete a data interaction function, and the control service and data interface initiates a data interaction request to the application server to complete data transmission; and the control protocol coding and decoding unit codes and decodes the data packet.
The protocol coding and decoding unit is responsible for coding and decoding the data packet according to the control instruction by an appointed protocol, receiving the service request of the communication unit and decoding the data packet transmitted by the health data acquisition management control unit; intelligently analyzing the collected data by using a data compression algorithm; and a set encryption algorithm is used to protect the data transmission safety.
Referring to fig. 6, the components and functions of the data gateway terminal are described as follows:
the service and data interface is responsible for information interaction between the data gateway terminal and the application server: receiving a service request of a data interaction control unit, and finishing data interaction through a data service interface of an application server; automatically and intelligently selecting an optimal network according to performance parameters including network signal intensity and network speed, and uploading processed data to an application server; and simultaneously, feeding back the data interaction result to the data interaction control unit for subsequent processing.
The data interaction control unit is used as a control core of the data gateway terminal and is responsible for controlling and coordinating other units to jointly complete the data interaction function: the control service and data interface sends a data interaction service request to the application server to complete data transmission; and the control protocol coding and decoding unit codes and decodes the data packet.
The protocol coding and decoding unit is responsible for coding and decoding the data packet by an agreed protocol according to the control instruction; receiving a service request of a communication unit, and decoding a data packet transmitted by a health data acquisition terminal; intelligently analyzing the collected data by using a data compression algorithm; and a set encryption algorithm is used to protect the safety of the transmission data.
And the communication unit is responsible for carrying out data communication with the health data acquisition terminal according to an appointed communication mode and providing original data to the protocol coding and decoding unit in a unified mode.
And the data presentation unit is responsible for presenting the uploading data of the health data acquisition terminal and the business data downloaded by the residents from the application server in real time, and calling and reading the personal health data stored in the business database according to the inquiry requests of the residents through the communication unit.
Referring to fig. 7, the components and functions of the general practitioner mobile work terminal are described as follows:
general practitioner mobile work terminal adopts mobile intelligent terminal as the carrier, embeds general practitioner mobile work application module, and it supports all kinds of systems such as android, windows mobile, its constitutional structure is as follows:
the service and data interface is responsible for exchanging information with the application server and acquiring the service capability and the service data processing capability of the application server; and receiving a service request of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, calling related service capacity through a system service interface and a data service interface of the application server to complete service processing, and transmitting a processing result or a data set to a caller.
The general practitioner mobile work application control unit, as the control core of the terminal, is responsible for coordinating and controlling other units, and provides corresponding functions: and the information is interacted with the application server through the service and data interface, the information inquiry request of the data presentation unit and the information uploading request of the data acquisition unit are received, and the follow-up task is delivered to inform a general practitioner.
The data presentation unit is responsible for providing the service of inquiring and looking up the resident information; receiving the management control of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, sending a retrieval request of the resident information to the application server by the application control unit, and returning corresponding data to the application server through the service and data interface for reference; the general practitioner can inquire the health information and the electronic medical record of residents at any time and any place by using the data presentation unit.
The data acquisition unit is responsible for information record acquisition in the follow-up task, receives management control of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, and responds to the management control instruction: the follow-up visit system comprises the following steps of accepting and confirming a follow-up visit task, acquiring and recording the follow-up visit information of residents in the follow-up visit process, and uploading the recorded information to an application server in real time, so that comprehensive support is provided for the mobile work of general practitioners.
And the alarm presentation unit is responsible for informing the follow-up task to a corresponding general practitioner in an acousto-optic alarm mode, receiving the control management of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, and after the application server pushes the follow-up task, reminding and informing the follow-up task in a message pop-up window mode of the general practitioner mobile work terminal.
Referring to fig. 8, the various components and functions of the qos monitoring terminal are described:
the service and data interface is responsible for exchanging information with the application server and acquiring service data and service data processing capacity of the application server for operation and use of a supervisor; and receiving a service request of the service quality supervision application control unit, calling related service information through a system service interface and a data service interface of the application server, and transmitting a processing result or a data set to the service quality supervision application control unit for processing.
The service quality supervision application control unit is used as a control core of the service quality supervision terminal and is responsible for managing and controlling service and service information retrieved by the data interface from the application server and supervising and managing various system services in real time; and the information is interacted with the application server through the service and data interface, and the information of the data presentation unit is received and the service execution request of the service informing unit and the service request are synchronously consulted.
The data presentation unit is responsible for providing synchronous presentation of the system service information; receiving control of a service quality supervision application control unit, and sending a synchronization request of service execution information to an application server through the control unit for supervision; when the application server system service is abnormal, including that the follow-up task is not confirmed in time, the application server system service is responsible for presenting relevant service information and corresponding processing results made by the service quality supervision application control unit;
a service notification unit for notifying the task reallocation notification decided by the service quality supervision control unit; receiving the management control of the service quality supervision application control unit and responding to the management control instruction; if the service provision is not confirmed within the effective time, the service quality supervision control unit redistributes the service tasks according to the condition, the service informing unit informs the redistributed general practitioner through short messages or other modes, and meanwhile, the satisfaction survey of community residents on the visiting follow-up service is collected through the short messages or other modes.
Referring to fig. 9, a working method of the health community information service system based on mobile internet according to the present invention is introduced, which is a data and information interaction process between a health data acquisition terminal used by community residents, a general practitioner mobile working terminal used by general practitioners, and an application server of health community information service. The method comprises the following operation steps:
(1) the resident senses personal health physiological sign data by using the health data acquisition terminal, automatically uploads the data to the data gateway terminal, and uploads the data to the application server by intelligently selecting an optimal network;
(2) the application server stores the health data and judges whether the health data are abnormal or not, if the health data are abnormal, the application server pushes the follow-up visit task to a general practitioner mobile work terminal of a general practitioner of a community hospital corresponding to the resident according to a service pre-distribution strategy, and reminds the general practitioner to send the task by a short message or other modes; if the health data are normal, skipping to execute the step (6);
(3) the general practitioner uses the general practitioner mobile work terminal to confirm the acceptance of the follow-up task, so as to provide the visiting and provide convenient and effective medical service for residents; if the follow-up task is not confirmed in time, skipping to execute the step (5);
(4) after the follow-up task is completed, the general practitioner moves the working terminal to upload various resident information and follow-up results recorded in the follow-up process to the application server in real time;
(5) the service quality supervision terminal automatically supervises the follow-up task execution condition of the general practitioner, and a supervisor arranges a new general practitioner to provide service according to the condition or intervenes the service process by adopting an administrative means to ensure the accessibility of the visiting follow-up service; meanwhile, the service quality supervision terminal collects the satisfaction survey of community residents on visiting follow-up service through short messages or other modes;
(6) the application server is used for analyzing and processing personal health data by combining the corresponding electronic medical records and health files of residents, customizing an analysis model of the personal health data and feeding back the analysis result of the personal health physiological sign data to the residents in the community.

the service quality supervision application control unit is used as a control core of the service quality supervision terminal and is responsible for managing and controlling service and service information retrieved by the data interface from the application server and supervising and managing various system services in real time; the information is interacted with the application server through the service and data interface, and the information of the data presentation unit is received to synchronously look up the service request and the service execution request of the service informing unit;
the data presentation unit is responsible for providing synchronous presentation of the system service information; receiving control of a service quality supervision application control unit, and sending a synchronization request of service execution information to an application server through the control unit for supervision; when the application server system service is abnormal, including that the follow-up task is not confirmed in time, the application server system service is responsible for presenting relevant service information and corresponding processing results made by the service quality supervision application control unit;
a service notification unit for notifying the task reallocation notification decided by the service quality supervision control unit; receiving the management control of the service quality supervision application control unit and responding to the management control instruction; if the service provision is not confirmed within the effective time, the service quality supervision control unit redistributes the service tasks according to the condition, the service informing unit informs the redistributed general practitioner through short messages or other modes, and meanwhile, the satisfaction survey of community residents on the visiting follow-up service is collected through the short messages or other modes.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein: the functions of each component unit of the data gateway terminal are as follows:
the service and data interface is responsible for information interaction between the data gateway terminal and the application server: receiving a service request of a data interaction control unit, and finishing data interaction through a data service interface of an application server; automatically and intelligently selecting an optimal network according to performance parameters including network signal intensity and network speed, and uploading processed data to an application server; meanwhile, feeding back the data interaction result to the data interaction control unit for subsequent processing;
the data interaction control unit is used as a control core of the data gateway terminal and is responsible for controlling and coordinating other units to jointly complete the data interaction function: the control service and data interface sends a data interaction service request to the application server to complete data transmission; the control protocol coding and decoding unit codes and decodes the data packet;
the protocol coding and decoding unit is responsible for coding and decoding the data packet by an agreed protocol according to the control instruction; receiving a service request of a communication unit, and decoding a data packet transmitted by a health data acquisition terminal; intelligently analyzing the collected data by using a data compression algorithm; a set encryption algorithm is used for protecting the safety of transmitted data;
the communication unit is responsible for carrying out data communication with the health data acquisition terminal according to an appointed communication mode and providing original data to the protocol coding and decoding unit in a unified mode;
and the data presentation unit is responsible for presenting the uploading data of the health data acquisition terminal and the business data downloaded by the residents from the application server in real time, and calling and reading the personal health data stored in the business database according to the inquiry requests of the residents through the communication unit.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein: the health data acquisition terminal is arranged in a community resident home and used for serving all members in a family, and before acquiring personal health physiological sign data, the health data acquisition terminal can automatically match with the information of the related family members as long as the information of the family members to be measured is selected; it has two kinds of constitutional structures:
the first one is a sensing terminal only responsible for collecting health data, which is used for transmitting the collected personal health physiological sign data to a data gateway terminal taking a resident personal mobile phone or a Personal Computer (PC) as a carrier in a USB, Bluetooth or WiFi mode, and transmitting the data to an application server through a mobile communication network or the Internet; the functions of the four constituent units are as follows:
the data sensing unit is used for receiving the management and control of the health data acquisition management control unit, sensing and acquiring personal health physiological sign data by using health data sensing equipment comprising an electrocardio monitor and a blood pressure monitor, and can flexibly expand and support various sensing equipment;
the data presentation unit is used for presenting the personal health physiological sign data acquired by the data sensing unit in time after detecting the personal health physiological sign data of residents, and is managed and controlled by the health data acquisition management control unit;
the health data acquisition management control unit is used as a control core of the health data acquisition terminal and is responsible for coordinating and controlling other units to provide corresponding functions: the acquired health data are uploaded through the data transmission unit, and the information checking service request of the data presentation unit and the information uploading service request of the data acquisition unit are received;
the data transmission unit is responsible for transmitting the health data acquired by the health data acquisition terminal to the data gateway terminal in a USB (universal serial bus), Bluetooth or WiFi (wireless fidelity) mode;
the second type is a health data acquisition and transmission terminal consisting of a data sensing module for acquiring personal health physiological sign data and a data transmission module with a wireless transmission function, wherein the health data is acquired by the data sensing module and then is directly transmitted to an application server by the data transmission module, namely the health data acquisition terminal has the functions of a health data acquisition terminal and a data gateway terminal and can directly interact information with the application server through a mobile communication network or the internet; besides the four units with the same function, the composition unit is also provided with the following three units which are connected in sequence:
the service and data interface is responsible for information interaction between the health data acquisition terminal and the application server, receiving a service request of the data interaction control unit, finishing data interaction through the data service interface of the application server, automatically and intelligently selecting an optimal network, and uploading processed data to the application server; meanwhile, the data interaction result is fed back to the data interaction control unit for subsequent processing;
the data interaction control unit is used as a control core of the health data acquisition and transmission terminal and is responsible for controlling and coordinating other units to jointly complete a data interaction function, and the control service and data interface initiates a data interaction request to the application server to complete data transmission; the control protocol coding and decoding unit codes and decodes the data packet;
the protocol coding and decoding unit is responsible for coding and decoding the data packet according to the control instruction by an appointed protocol, receiving the service request of the communication unit and decoding the data packet transmitted by the health data acquisition management control unit; intelligently analyzing the collected data by using a data compression algorithm; and a set encryption algorithm is used to protect the data transmission safety.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein: the general practitioner moves each component unit of work terminal and has the following functions:
the service and data interface is responsible for exchanging information with the application server and acquiring the service capability and the service data processing capability of the application server; receiving a service request of a general practitioner mobile work application control unit, calling related service capacity through a system service interface and a data service interface of an application server to complete service processing, and transmitting a processing result or a data set to a caller;
the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, as the control core of the terminal, is responsible for coordinating and controlling other units, and provides corresponding functions: the information is interacted with the application server through the service and data interface, the information inquiry request of the data presentation unit and the information uploading request of the data acquisition unit are received, and the follow-up task is delivered to inform a general practitioner;
the data presentation unit is responsible for providing the service of inquiring and looking up the resident information; receiving the management control of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, sending a retrieval request of the resident information to the application server by the application control unit, and returning corresponding data to the application server through the service and data interface for reference; the general practitioner can inquire the health information and the electronic medical record of residents at any time and any place by using the data presentation unit;
the data acquisition unit is responsible for information record acquisition in the follow-up task, receives management control of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, and responds to the management control instruction: the follow-up visit system comprises a follow-up visit task acceptance and confirmation module, an application server and a follow-up visit server, wherein the follow-up visit task acceptance and confirmation module is used for collecting and recording follow-up visit information of residents in the follow-up visit process and uploading the recorded follow-up visit information to the application server in real time, so that comprehensive support is provided for the mobile work of general practitioners;
and the alarm presentation unit is responsible for informing the follow-up task to a corresponding general practitioner in an acousto-optic alarm mode, receiving the control management of the general practitioner mobile work application control unit, and after the application server pushes the follow-up task, reminding and informing the follow-up task in a message pop-up window mode of the general practitioner mobile work terminal.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein: the functions provided by the system comprise personal health management application service, general practitioner visiting follow-up service, health promotion application service and service quality supervision function; the content of the personal health management application service is as follows:
through the health data acquisition terminal, the residents can acquire the self health physiological sign data in real time, continuously and for a long time, and the health parameters of the residents can be effectively monitored; the acquired physiological sign health data is intelligently transmitted in a multi-mode real-time manner, so that the storage, sharing, analysis and management of the health data are realized; based on health data uploaded by residents and related information in an electronic medical record system and a health file system, the system can customize a personal health data analysis model, and carry out real-time intelligent analysis and real-time information feedback on the health data; residents query own health data and analysis and processing results of the system at any time through a client, namely a web page; when health data collected by residents are abnormal, the application server automatically generates an emergency follow-up task and pushes the emergency follow-up task to a general practitioner mobile work terminal in real time so as to take reasonable countermeasures; the system is to be interconnected and intercommunicated with other systems in the future, and electronic medical record data information of residents in all hospitals is retrieved; also enables seamless integration of clinical medical related data including laboratory information systems LIS and medical image storage and transmission systems PACS;
the contents of the general practitioner visiting follow-up service are as follows:
through the general practitioner moving work terminal, the general practitioner can check the health information of residents at any time and any place, so that more convenient and better medical and health services can be provided for residents in the community; based on the health data of residents in the business database of the system and the related information in the electronic medical record system and the health file system, a general practitioner uses a general practitioner mobile work terminal to provide regular visiting follow-up service for residents in the community; if the application server intelligently analyzes that the health data uploaded by residents is abnormal, the emergency follow-up task with the priority higher than that of the common follow-up task is automatically pushed to the corresponding general practitioner mobile workstation in real time, and the general practitioner is reminded of the delivery of the follow-up task through short messages or other modes; if the corresponding general practitioner mobile work terminal cannot log in, repeatedly sending message reminding; after the specified time is exceeded, the application server presents acousto-optic alarm, and the acousto-optic alarm is processed by a supervisor, so that the real-time effective control and supervision of follow-up work of general practitioners are realized; in the follow-up process, all follow-up information records, including time for providing visiting follow-up service, corresponding resident information and corresponding processing measures taken, made by general practitioners on a general practitioner mobile work terminal are uploaded to an application server in real time, so that real-time sharing, backup and subsequent intelligent processing are realized;
the content of the health promotion application service is as follows:
based on the health data stored in the business database and resident information in the electronic medical record system and the health file system, the application server automatically carries out professional intelligent analysis processing on the personal health data to formulate a personal health data analysis model; residents can analyze and inquire the development trend of personal health conditions through the system and actively master the self health conditions in real time; can also obtain the health improvement guidance suggestions including fitness, diet and health education automatically provided by the system or apply more detailed health counseling services to the system; the application server transmits the resident health consultation service application to the corresponding general practitioner mobile work terminal in real time and informs the resident health consultation service application in a short message or other modes; after receiving the consultation application, the general practitioner calls the health file of the corresponding resident by logging in the general practitioner mobile work terminal, checks the development trend of the health data of the resident, and provides professional consultation and specific health promotion suggestions;
the content of the service quality supervision is as follows:
the system keeps a log record of the whole process of the visiting follow-up service of the general practitioner mobile work terminal, and automatically reports the visiting follow-up service event which is not responded by the general practitioner in time to give an alarm for presentation, so that a supervisor arranges a new general practitioner to provide service or intervenes the service process by adopting an administrative means according to specific conditions, and the accessibility of the visiting follow-up service is ensured; the general practitioner moves the working terminal to automatically record the service whole-course information, uploads the service whole-course information to the application server, and synchronizes the service whole-course information to the service quality supervision terminal, so that the application server is prevented from wrongly judging a service event as a non-timely response event in the follow-up visit service process; the application server can collect satisfaction survey of community residents on the global doctor visiting service through short messages, web pages, telephones or other modes.
9. A working method of the health-aware community information service system based on the mobile internet according to claim 1, which is a data and information interaction process between a health data acquisition terminal used by community residents, a general practitioner mobile working terminal used by general practitioners, and an application server of the health-aware community information service: the method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following operation steps:
(1) the resident senses personal health physiological sign data by using the health data acquisition terminal, automatically uploads the data to the data gateway terminal, and uploads the data to the application server by intelligently selecting an optimal network;
(2) the application server stores the data and judges whether the health data are abnormal or not, if the health data are abnormal, the application server pushes the follow-up visit task to a general practitioner mobile work terminal of a general practitioner of a community hospital corresponding to the resident according to a service pre-distribution strategy, and the general practitioner task is reminded to be sent by a short message or other modes; if the health data are normal, skipping to execute the step (6);
(3) the general practitioner uses the general practitioner mobile work terminal to confirm the acceptance of the follow-up task, so as to provide the visiting and provide convenient and effective medical service for residents; if the follow-up task is not confirmed in time, skipping to execute the step (5);
(4) after the follow-up task is completed, the general practitioner moves the working terminal to upload various resident information and follow-up results recorded in the follow-up process to the application server in real time;
(5) the service quality supervision terminal automatically supervises the follow-up task execution condition of the general practitioner, and a supervisor arranges a new general practitioner to provide service according to the condition or intervenes the service process by adopting an administrative means to ensure the accessibility of the visiting follow-up service; meanwhile, the service quality supervision terminal collects the satisfaction survey of community residents on visiting follow-up service through short messages or other modes;
(6) the application server is used for analyzing and processing personal health data by combining the corresponding electronic medical records and health files of residents, customizing an analysis model of the personal health data and feeding back the analysis result of the personal health physiological sign data to the residents in the community.
