技术领域
本发明涉及一种风挡刮雨器装置,其包括一有弹性的、细长的载架(carrier element),以及一由柔韧材料制成的细长雨刮片,该雨刮片包括一紧靠将被刮刷的挡风屏放置的刮刷元件(wiping element),所述的雨刮片包括一中部纵向沟槽,该沟槽中布置有载架的纵向长条,所述风挡刮雨器装置包括一用于摆动臂的连接装置,其中所述的摆动臂绕靠近其一端部的枢轴枢转连接至所述连接装置。
背景技术
这样的风挡刮雨器为人所公知。 现有技术中的风挡刮雨器装置特别设计成所谓的平刮片式(flat blade)或无轭刮片式(yokeless blade),其中不再使用多个轭状物相互铰接连接在一起,而是借助载架将雨刮片偏斜,以致雨刮片呈现出一特定的弯曲。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种经改进的风挡刮雨器装置。
为了实现这一目的,根据本发明介绍中所提到的那种类型的风挡刮雨器装置特征在于所述沟槽在所述纵向长条下方向下部扩展,在所述刮刷元件的相对着的两侧形成至少两个纵向方向的中空凹槽(channel),所述各凹槽被所述纵向的长条和所述沟槽的底面来限定。 所述雨刮片因此具有一比现有技术中更低的外形轮廓,产生较好的风力抬升测试(wind lift test)结果。 而且,只使用较少的原材料。
在根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置的一优选实施例中,各凹槽具有至少充分呈V型的横截面。 在替换方案中,所述各凹槽具有至少充分呈U型的横截面。
在根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,所述刮刷元件包括两个倾摆连接板(tilting web)沟槽,其间限定一条状倾摆连接板,以及所述倾摆连接板上一向下延伸的刮刷唇部(wiping lip),其中所述沟槽的底面和所述倾摆连接板具有充分地呈W型的横截面。
在根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,所述底面设有位于所述刮刷元件的相对的侧部上的止动表面,其中所述止动表面限定所述刮刷元件的摆动运动。 优选地,所述止动表面由所述凹槽形成。 优点在于在所述摆动运动过程中刮刷元件的所谓的反转噪声减小了。
在根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,所述的沟槽在纵向长条上部向上扩展,形成一由所述纵向长条和所述沟槽的上表面限定的纵向的中空凹槽。 
在根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置的另一优选实施例中,所述雨刮片在对着将被刮刷的挡风屏远离的那个侧面上设有扰流板。

具体实施方式
图1显示了根据本发明所作出的风挡刮雨器装置1的一优选变型实施例。 该风挡刮雨器装置包括一弹性雨刮片2,该雨刮片包括一中部或中间纵向沟槽3,其中由弹性钢带(spring band steel)制成的中部或中间纵向长条4配合安装在该纵向沟槽3中(参见图2至5)。 长条4形成橡胶雨刮片2的柔韧的载架,可以这么说,其偏斜在一弧形位置(工作位置的弯曲度与将被刮刷的风挡屏的弯曲度一致)。 在风挡刮雨器装置1的两侧,长条4的一端部和/或雨刮片2的一端部分别连接至连接件即端帽5上。 在该实施例中,连接件5是独立的结构件,其能通过形状锁紧(form-locked)以及力锁紧(force-locked)的方式固定在长条4和/或雨刮片2的两端部。 在另一优选的变型实施例中,连接件5与由弹性钢带制成的长条4为一个整体。 风挡刮雨器装置1进一步包括用于连接至摆动臂7的连接装置6。 摆动臂7绕靠近其一端部的枢轴枢转连接至连接装置6。 根据本发明作出的图1中所示的优选实施例包括一扰流板(spoiler)即导风板(air deflector) 8,其与橡胶雨刮片2为制成一整体且沿着雨刮片的整个长度延伸。 装有雨刮片2的连接装置6安装在摆动臂7上,如下。 已被卡夹在连接装置6上的一接头9相对于连接装置6铰接连接,以使接头9容易滑上摆动臂7的一自由端部。 在滑动运动过程中,所述接头9的弹性榫舌10起初克服弹力被推入,然后允许弹回至所述摆动臂7上的孔洞11中,因此实现卡接(snapping),这样就会将弹性榫舌10卡夹在孔洞11中。 这就是所谓的卡销连接(bayonet)。 摆动臂7与接头9然后一起转回至与雨刮片2平行的位置,为使用做好准备。 通过接下来再次推按弹性榫舌10(如同一个按钮一般),克服弹力,连接装置6以及与雨刮片2一起的接头9可以从摆动臂7上释放下来。 通过向远离摆动臂7的方向上滑动连接装置6及带有雨刮片2的接头9可以实现从摆动臂7上拆下带有雨刮片2的连接装置6。 连接装置6包括两个在所述连接装置6两侧面上向外延伸出的圆柱形凸部12。 这些凸部12与塑料接头9上的相同形状的圆柱形凹部13枢转配合。 所述凸部12在转动轴处起到轴承面的作用,以便使接头9绕靠近摆动臂7一端部的枢轴转动(且摆动臂7连接其上)。

参照图2,雨刮片2包括一刮刷元件14。 所述刮刷元件14包括两个倾摆连接板(web)沟槽15,其间限定一条状的倾摆连接板16,以及一倾摆连接板16上向下延伸出的刮刷唇部17。 所述唇部17的自由一端停置在将被刮刷的挡风屏上。 在动作中,所述刮刷唇部17,宛如一铰链,在其摆动反转位置倾摆。
从图2中可以看出,中部沟槽3在纵向长条4的下部向下扩展,在刮刷元件14的相对着的两侧形成两个纵向的中空凹槽18,所述各凹槽18被所述纵向长条4和所述沟槽3的底面19限定。 所述底面19设置有位于刮刷元件14的相对着的两侧的止动表面(stop surface)20,来限定所述刮刷元件14在所述第二位置的摆动运动。 实际上,这些止动表面20由向下扩展的凹槽18的那些底面形成。
所述中部沟槽3也在纵向长条4的上部向上扩展,形成一由所述纵向长条4和所述沟槽3的上表面22限定的纵向中空凹槽21。 这可以实现使所述纵向长条4便利地插入所述沟槽3中且减少所使用的原材料的量来最小化成本和重量。

Claims (8)

1.一种风挡刮雨器装置(1),其包括一有弹性的、细长的载架,以及一由柔韧材料制成的细长雨刮片(2),该雨刮片(2)包括一紧靠将被刮刷的挡风屏放置的刮刷元件(14),所述的雨刮片(2)包括一中部狭长沟槽(3),该沟槽(3)中布置有载架长条(4),所述风挡刮雨器装置(1)包括一用于摆动臂(7)的连接装置(6),其中所述的摆动臂(7)绕靠近其一端部的枢轴枢转连接至所述连接装置(6),特征在于所述沟槽(3)在所述纵向长条(4)下方向下部扩展,在所述刮刷元件(14)的两个相对着的侧部形成至少两个纵向方向的中空凹槽(18),所述各凹槽(18)被所述纵向的长条(4)和所述沟槽(3)的底面(19)来限定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中各凹槽(18)具有至少充分呈V型的横截面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中各凹槽(18)具有至少充分呈U型的横截面。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中所述刮刷元件(14)包括两个倾摆连接板沟槽(15),其间限定一条状倾摆连接板(16),以及所述倾摆连接板(16)上一向下延伸的刮刷唇部(17),其中所述沟槽(3)的底面(19)和所述倾摆连接板(16)具有充分地呈W型的横截面。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中所述底面(19)设有位于所述刮刷元件(14)的相对的侧部上的止动表面(20),其中所述止动表面(20)限定所述刮刷元件(14)的摆动运动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中所述止动表面(20)由所述凹槽(18)形成。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中所述的沟槽(3)在纵向长条(4)上部向上扩展,形成一由所述纵向长条(4)和所述沟槽(3)的上表面(22)限定的纵向的中空凹槽(21)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的风挡刮雨器装置(1),其中所述雨刮片(2)在对着将被刮刷的挡风屏远离的那个侧面上设有扰流板(8)。
