By utilizing the mobile communication service management platform system, the configuration, operation and maintenance of the 'call back reminding' system can be managed according to the invention through the management interface module, the permission of a client, the content of a scene short message, a USSD intelligent menu mode, the setting of the system and the like.
The "call back alert" system according to the present invention may be expanded in the manner of fig. 2. Wherein,
three access gateways, a signalling gateway, a USSD gateway and an SMS gateway are provided for different interaction protocols. Each access gateway is an expandable structure, and a plurality of access gateways are adopted to improve the processing capacity according to different user numbers.
The core control server can be divided into three control modules, namely FlowControl flow control, authentication authorization charging and TaskManager task management according to specific functions. The flow control is the core and is responsible for coordinating the work of each module.
The database server is also scalable, with varying degrees of database clustering being available depending on the number of users.
As shown in FIG. 3, according to another aspect of the present invention, the networking topology of the "call back alert" system comprises: MSC/SSP, SCP, HLR, MISC, ISMG/SMSC, USSDC, and service management terminal. Wherein each unit is described as follows:
1. MSC/SSP: the intelligent network service switching point and the mobile switching center, when the external call is busy, the MSC can capture the busy call signal and trigger the SSP to inquire the related working flow and control of the SCP.
2. SCP: an intelligent network service control point is the core component of an intelligent network that stores user data and service logic. The SCP can start different service logics according to the call events reported by the SSP and send call control instructions to the corresponding SSP according to the service logics, thereby realizing various intelligent calls. The call-back reminding system is connected with the SCP through a TCP/IP network, and the protocol type is customized and developed by each large operator and intelligent network manufacturer.
3. HLR: is an abbreviation of Home Location Register (Home Location Register) and is a network element in a mobile network, whose main role is to store subscriber data and attributes.
4. MISC: the Mobile Information Service Center (DSMP) is a data operation platform completely conforming to the technical specification of the China Mobile Data Service Management Platform (DSMP), completes the Service management and control functions of data Service, realizes user management, Service management and SP management, provides an open and standard Web Service interface for the outside, and can provide charging for each Service gateway and SP.
5. ISMG/SMSC: the internet short message gateway and the short message switching center can realize the functions of receiving and sending short messages (short message downlink and uplink) of the mobile phone. For example, call-back reminding short message, service application and cancellation, etc. The call-back reminding system is connected with the ISMG through an Ethernet interface and adopts a CMPP protocol.
6. USSDC: and the unstructured auxiliary data service center can provide an intelligent menu for consulting related operations of the calling user. For example, whether a call-back reminding short message needs to be sent to the called user, content selection of the call-back reminding short message, and the like. The call-back reminding system is connected with the USSDC through an Ethernet interface and adopts a CMPP protocol.
7. And (3) the service management terminal: the system is mainly connected to a call-back reminding background management server through the Internet or a private network and provides related functions of operation management. an access layer: mainly comprises a signaling gateway, a USSD gateway and an SMS gateway. They are connected with various external devices, and can make protocol conversion, etc. so as to provide service for upper layer and shield lower layer hardware and protocol.
A logic layer: the system mainly comprises service logic function modules of flow control, task management, authentication charging and the like, and the service logic function modules perform related logic control according to the service provided by an access layer and a service flow designed by an upper layer.
A presentation layer: the system is mainly a background BOSS operation system, provides various reports, settlement and inquiry functions for operators and operators, and has a system maintenance function and the like.
The communication protocol of the call back reminding system according to the invention is defined as follows:
1, SCP: an intelligent network service control point is the core component of an intelligent network that stores user data and service logic. As shown in fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a "call back alert" method for serving a calling party in a "call back alert" service platform, where the service platform includes the following nodes: SS7 signaling access gateway, SMS access gateway, USSD access gateway, flow control server, authentication authorization server, database server, maintenance monitoring terminal, firewall, O-MSC/SSP, HLR, BOSS, SCP, T-MSC, and background management server, all of which are connected with communication network and communicate through the communication network, the service platform adopts distributed architecture, each node processes independent function and can be expanded independently, when expanding the capacity of the system, only related processing nodes need to be added and corresponding communication routes relative to other nodes of the related processing nodes need to be added in the same way as the communication routes of the same type of nodes, and
the method for reminding the user of the call back comprises the following steps:
(1) calling party calls out called party;
(2) when a calling party calls a called party out, or the called party is powered off or is not in a service area, the calling party receives a prompt whether to send a reminding short message to the called party;
(3) if the calling user selects to send the reminding short message, the calling user carries out self-defined editing on the content of the reminding short message through the short message, the USSD intelligent menu and/or the self-service customer service website;
(4) the calling user sends the self-defined editing result to a service platform of 'call back reminding';
(5) sending the reminding short message defined by the calling user to the called user in a service platform of call back reminding; and
(6) when the service platform of the call-back reminding receives the receipt of the short message sent by the called user, the service platform of the call-back reminding sends information indicating that the call-back reminding is successfully sent to the calling user.
Furthermore, the calling subscriber customizes the service of 'call back reminding' in real time or in advance, and the called subscriber can receive the call reminding of the calling subscriber without customization.

Optionally, the operation that the calling user can customize includes one of: automatically sending a preset short message to remind a called user each time; selecting different preset short message contents to a called user under the guidance of a USSD intelligent menu each time according to different scenes; if the mobile phone is unfamiliar with the called user, the mobile phone can be selected to continue to dial the called user; the calling user writes the short message content by himself or selects the short message content from a preset list.
Optionally, the calling user can also select to use the default reminding short message content without self-defining or selecting the short message content; or the function of closing the reminding called user is preset.

the service platform adopts a distributed architecture, each node processes independent functions and can be independently expanded, the capacity expansion of the system only needs to increase related processing nodes and add corresponding communication routes relative to other nodes of the related processing nodes in the same way as the communication lines of the same type of nodes,
the networking topology structure of the 'call back reminding' system comprises SS7 Link, MSC/SSP, SCP, HLR, MISC, ISMG/SMSC, USSDC and a service management terminal, wherein the service platform interacts with the SCP, MSC/SSP, MISC and HLR system through the SS7 Link, interacts with the USSDC and ISMG/SMSC through the IP Link, CMPP and a short message gateway and uses CMPP,
the call-back reminding system enables a calling user to customize a call-back reminding service in real time or in advance, and a called user can receive the call reminding of the calling user without customizing.

Claims (12)

1. A 'call back reminding' method facing calling user service in a 'call back reminding' service platform, the service platform comprises the following nodes: SS7 signaling access gateway, SMS access gateway, USSD access gateway, flow control server, authentication authorization server, database server, maintenance monitor terminal, firewall, O-MSC/SSP, HLR, BOSS, SCP, T-MSC, and background management server, all the above nodes are connected with communication network and communicate through the communication network, characterized in that:
the service platform adopts a distributed architecture, each node processes an independent function and can be independently expanded, the capacity expansion of the system only needs to increase related processing nodes and add corresponding communication routes relative to other nodes of the related processing nodes in the same way as the communication lines of the same type of nodes, and the call back reminding method comprises the following steps:
(1) calling party calls out called party;
(2) when a calling party calls a called party out, or the called party is powered off or is not in a service area, the calling party receives a prompt whether to send a reminding short message to the called party;
(3) if the calling user selects to send the reminding short message, the calling user carries out self-defined editing on the content of the reminding short message through the short message, the USSD intelligent menu and/or the self-service customer service website;
(4) the calling user sends the self-defined editing result to a service platform of 'call back reminding';
(5) sending the reminding short message defined by the calling user to the called user in a service platform of call back reminding; and
(6) when the service platform of the call-back reminding receives the receipt of the short message sent by the called user, the service platform of the call-back reminding sends information indicating that the call-back reminding is successfully sent to the calling user.
2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the calling subscriber customizes the service of "call back reminder" in real time or in advance, and the called subscriber receives the call reminder from the calling subscriber without customization.

A method according to claim 2, wherein the call back alert service platform interacts with the calling party and the called party using both USSD data communication and SMS data communication alert, wherein USSD data communication has higher real-time performance than SMS data communication; the USSD data communication is interacted with the calling party through a multi-level intelligent menu, has no IVR or other voice modes, and is used for consulting whether the calling party sends a call-back reminding short message or not, reminding the calling party of setting of a related reminding word, scene selection, a preset scene and preset content, and customizing the short message content.

A method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the networking topology of the service platform comprises: SS7 Link, MSC/SSP, SCP, HLR, MISC, ISMG/SMSC, USSDC and service management terminal, the service platform interacts with SCP, MSC/SSP, MISC and HLR system through SS7 Link, and interacts with USSDC and ISMG/SMSC through IP Link, CMPP and short message gateway and CMPP.

A method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the operation that the calling user can customize comprises one of: automatically sending a preset short message to remind a called user each time; selecting different preset short message contents to a called user under the guidance of a USSD intelligent menu each time according to different scenes; if the mobile phone is unfamiliar with the called user, the mobile phone can be selected to continue to dial the called user; the calling user writes the short message content by himself or selects the short message content from a preset list.
6. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the calling user can also choose to use default reminding sms content without customizing or selecting sms content; or the function of closing the reminding called user is preset.

A call back alert system for a calling party service in a call back alert service platform, said service platform comprising the following nodes: SS7 signaling access gateway, SMS access gateway, USSD access gateway, flow control server, authentication authorization server, database server, maintenance monitor terminal, firewall, O-MSC/SSP, HLR, BOSS, SCP, T-MSC, and background management server, all the above nodes are connected with communication network and communicate through the communication network, characterized in that:
