本发明涉及行星减速技术领域，一种矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器。其特征在于：输入锥齿轮副包括锥齿箱内主动轮与从动轮，锥齿箱联接在机壳输入端；高速级行星传动件中行星架联接第二太阳轮轴；封闭行星中差动行星架与准太阳轮联接一体空套在差动第二太阳轮轴之外，准行星架内孔与机壳内凸缘的外圆紧配联接一体，内齿筒输出端联接输出轴，另一端联接法兰筒，法兰筒内孔用两只轴承支承在准行星架的外圆上。法兰筒外圆与机座内孔之间有密封圈。有益效果：(1)承载能力提高50-60％；(2)轴向短25-35％，轻20-30％；(3)密封可靠、寿命长；(4)二内齿圈齿数、模数相等，拆装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及行星减速技术领域，一种矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器。
背景技术 中信重工机械公司、洛阳矿山机械设计研究院《矿磨机慢驱传动用锥行星大传动比减速器》200810231115.8以适应矿磨机慢驱动工作需要。该发明行星部份构思与①成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.图14-5-31；②朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》图7-23；③《悬浮均载行星齿轮减速器》95243413.X；④张展《行星差动传动装置》图8-4；⑤饶振钢《行星齿轮传动设计》图10-9相似，因而显式不了发明构思的新颖性、创造性。此外，该发明称传动效率≥97％，但由朱孝录《齿轮传动设手册》1030页、《机械传动装置选用手册》393页；张展《行星差动传动装置》310页：单级(NAD)η＝0.98，因而得出总效率应为：η＝0.984＝0.922。
发明内容 本发明目的提供一种轴向尺寸短25-35％矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器。
技术方案 (A)输入级为锥齿轮副，由主动锥齿轮与从动锥齿轮组成；
(B)高速级包括第一太阳轮轴、第一行星架、第一行星轮、第一行星轮轴及第一内齿圈、机壳及端盖，第一内齿圈联接在机壳输入端内孔，第一行星架输出轴用两只轴承支承在机壳内凸缘的内孔，所述的第一行星架输出轴轴端内花键联接第二太阳轮轴外花键；
(C)封闭行星中差动部件包括第二太阳轮轴、第二行星架、第二行星轮、第二行星轮轴及内齿圈A，准行星部件包括准太阳轮、准行星架、准行星轮、准行星轮轴及内齿圈B，第二行星架与准太阳轮联接一体空套在第二太阳轮轴之外，准行星架内孔与机壳内凸缘的外圆紧配联接一体，内齿筒输出端联接输出轴，另一端联接带法兰圆筒，带法兰圆筒内孔用两只轴承支承在准行星架的外圆上。内齿圈A与内齿圈B齿数z相等，模数m相等。圆筒外圆与机壳内孔之间为车氏防尘圈与旋转密封圈。
有益效果：比照发明专利200810231115.6，其创造性在于：
(1)准行星轮数np＝6，承载76％扭矩，相当于八分流，因而承载能力比四分流要高50-60％；(2)轴向短25-35％，轻20-30％；(3)车氏密封圈密封可靠、使用寿命长；
(4)二内齿圈齿数z、模数m相等，因而拆装方便。

具体实施方式下面结合附图对本发明详加描述：
参照图1.一种矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器，由输入级锥齿轮副、高速级NGW行星传动件与低速级封闭行星传动件组成，封闭行星包括差动与准行星两部份，其特征在于：
(A)锥齿轮副包括装在锥齿箱20内主动轮18与装在第一太阳轮轴22轴伸的从动轮19，所述的锥齿箱20联接在机座3输入端端面上；
(B)NGW行星传动件包括第一太阳轮轴22、第一行星架2、第一行星轮17、第一行星轮轴16、第一内齿圈1及机座3，所述第一太阳轮轴22装在锥齿箱20内孔，所述第一内齿圈1联接在机座3输入端内孔，所述的第一行星架2输出轴用两只轴承支承在机座3内凸缘的内孔中，所述的第一行星架2输出轴轴端内花键联接第二太阳轮轴9外花键；
(C)封闭行星传动件中差动部件包括第二太阳轮轴9、第二行星架12、第二行星轮11、第二行星轮轴10及内齿筒7中内齿圈A，准行星部件包括准太阳轮13、准行星架6、准行星轮14、准行星轮轴15及内齿筒7中内齿圈B，所述内齿圈A、B由内齿筒7加工得到，所述第二行星架12与准太阳轮13联接一体空套在第二太阳轮轴9之外，所述准行星架6内孔与机座3内凸缘的外圆紧配联接一体，所述的内齿筒7输出端与输出轴8圆盘联接，另一端联接法兰筒21，所述的法兰筒21内孔用两只轴承5支承在准行星架6的外圆上，所述的法兰筒21外圆与机座3内孔有两只密封圈4，其进一步特征在于密封圈4为车氏CZF-I型组合防尘圈与车氏TB3旋转密封圈。
TB3密封由薄唇齿形滑环+O型圈组成，滑环齿尖与旋转面的接触近于线接触减少高速旋转摩擦热。滑环薄唇刚性小，O型圈使滑环薄唇束紧于滑动面，滑动面油膜厚0.001-0.0025，不至被刮出成滴(泄漏)；O型圈弹力使线接触密封面磨损自动补偿；CZF防尘圈由低摩擦、高耐磨、高强度聚合物制作成矩形截面、开有密合严实搭接口，依靠环外O型圈自动补偿，贴紧防尘表面而无间隙。现有矿磨机减速器使用寿命短的主要原因之一是密封失效，车氏密封见于成大先《机械设计手册》卷3.10-300页。
所述的矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器，其特征在于：内齿筒7中内齿圈A与内齿圈B齿数z相等，模数m相等，因而机加工工艺性能好、拆装方便。
差动部件中行星轮17三只，承载24％扭矩，准行星轮14为6只，承载76％扭矩，相当于八分流，因而承载能力比背景技术200810231115.6四分流要高50-60％。计算结果如下表：

1.一种矿磨机锥齿-封闭行星大传动比减速器，由锥齿轮副、NGW行星传动件与封闭行星传动件组成，所述封闭行星传动件包括差动与准行星两部件，其特征在于：
所述锥齿轮副包括装在锥齿箱(20)内的主动锥齿轮(18)与从动锥齿轮(19)；
所述NGW行星传动件包括太阳轮轴(22)、行星架(2)、行星轮(17)、行星轮轴(16)、第一内齿圈(1)及机座(3)，所述太阳轮轴(22)装在锥齿箱(20)内孔，所述锥齿箱(20)联接在机座(3)输入端端面上，所述太阳轮轴(22)轴伸端联接从动锥齿轮(19)，所述第一内齿圈(1)联接在机座(3)输入端内孔，所述的行星架(2)输出轴用两只轴承支承在机座(3)内凸缘的内孔中，所述行星架(2)输出轴轴端内花键联接差动太阳轮轴(9)外花键；
所述差动部件包括差动太阳轮轴(9)、差动行星架(12)、差动行星轮(11)、差动行星轮轴(10)及内齿筒(7)中第二内齿圈(A)，准行星部件包括准太阳轮(13)、准行星架(6)、准行星轮(14)、准行星轮轴(15)及内齿筒(7)中第三内齿圈(B)，所述第二、三内齿圈(A、B)由内齿筒(7)加工得到，所述内齿筒(7)中第二、三内齿圈(A、B)齿数z相等，模数m相等，所述差动行星架(12)与准太阳轮(13)联接一体空套在差动太阳轮轴(9)之外，所述准行星架(6)内孔与机座(3)内凸缘的外圆紧配联接一体，所述内齿筒(7)输出端与输出轴(8)圆盘联接，另一端联接法兰筒(21)，所述法兰筒(21)内孔用两只轴承(5)支承在准行星架(6)的外圆上，所述法兰筒(21)外圆与机座(3)内孔有两只密封圈(4)；
所述两只密封圈(4)为车氏CZF-I型组合防尘圈与车氏TB3旋转密封圈。
