By using the authentication method and the authentication system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the aim of mobile payment can be simply and conveniently realized for the user, and the payment safety is ensured; for merchants, payment value-added services can be deployed quickly to realize profit; for operators, the application of payment value-added services can be conveniently developed based on a mature intelligent network.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An authentication charging system based on intelligent network payment value-added service is characterized in that the authentication system comprises: a service processing system, a value-added service authentication charging center and a payment device, wherein,
the service processing system is used for receiving a payment request sent by a user, sending the payment authentication request to the value added service authentication and charging center, sending a confirmation message to the user after receiving a successful payment authentication message returned by the value added service authentication and charging center, sending the authentication and charging request after the user confirms, and forwarding an authentication failure message returned by the value added service authentication and charging center;
the value added service authentication and charging center stores user information, commodities and merchant information corresponding to the commodities, authenticates a payment authentication request or an authentication and charging request or authenticates payment capacity, returns an authentication failure message when authentication fails, returns an authentication success message after the authentication of the payment authentication request is successful, and sends the authentication and charging request to the payment equipment after the authentication of the payment capacity is successful;
and the payment equipment is used for carrying out real-time authentication on the authentication and charging request and carrying out charging processing.
2. The system of claim 1,
the value added service authentication charging center further comprises: the commodity information synchronization module is used for the merchant to upload the commodity information to the value added service authentication charging center; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the payment device is also used for returning a successful payment message to the mobile terminal through the value added service authentication charging center and the service processing system.
3. The system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the service processing system is specifically: and the processing system at the network side corresponds to the mode of sending the payment request by the user.

The system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the value added service authentication charging center performs authentication processing on the payment authentication request, including: and inquiring information stored in the value added service authentication charging center according to the user identity information, the commodity information required to be paid and the merchant information corresponding to the commodity in the payment authentication request, and comparing to finish authentication processing.

The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the payment device performs real-time authentication, comprising: for the post-paid user, further real-time authentication is carried out aiming at the state and the credit degree of the user; for the prepaid user, the real-time authentication is carried out according to the balance of the user and the real-time charging processing is carried out.
6. An authentication charging method based on intelligent network payment type value-added service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the value added service authentication charging center receives a payment authentication request sent by a service processing system;
authenticating the payment authentication request, if the authentication is successful, returning a message to prompt the user to confirm, otherwise, returning an authentication failure message and ending the processing flow;
after the user confirms, the user sends an authentication charging request to a value added service authentication charging center to authenticate the payment capability, and sends the authentication charging request to the payment equipment to perform real-time authentication charging processing after the payment capability is successfully authenticated.
7. The method of claim 6,
before the value added service authentication and charging center receives the payment authentication request, the method further comprises the following steps: the merchant uploads the commodity information to a value added service authentication charging center; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the authentication and charging process is performed by the payment device, the method further includes: and returning a successful payment message to the mobile terminal through the value-added service authentication charging center and the service processing system.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the service processing system is specifically: and the processing system at the network side corresponds to the mode of sending the payment request by the user.

The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the authenticating the payment authentication request comprises: and inquiring information stored in the value added service authentication charging center according to the user identity information, the commodity information required to be paid and the merchant information corresponding to the commodity in the payment authentication request, and comparing to finish authentication processing.

The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the payment device performs a real-time authentication billing process, comprising: for the post-paid user, further real-time authentication is carried out aiming at the state and the credit degree of the user; for the prepaid user, the real-time authentication is carried out according to the balance of the user and the real-time charging processing is carried out.
