背景技术:
病毒病害是番茄、辣椒和烟草等经济作物的重要病害,每年给保护地和露地蔬菜栽培和烟叶生产造成严重产量损失。在植物病毒病的药剂防治上,国内外已经进行了多年的研究,虽然一些抗病毒药剂如植病灵等已经开始进入实用化阶段,但化学合成的药剂具有周期长、成本高、毒性大、环境污染严重等缺点,远远不能满足农业可持续发展的要求。
金核霉素,是上海农药研究所开发的具有高效、对环境安全的生物源农药,对于由黄单胞杆菌(Xanthomonas)引起的细菌性病害有很好的疗效,如柑橘溃疡病,水稻细菌性条斑病、水稻白叶枯病等。特别对于柑橘、年桔、甜橙、红橙、广柑等橘科植物的溃疡病有特效,并具有绿叶恢复功能。
辛菌胺,是一种环保型氨基酸类高分子聚合物杀菌剂,含增效成份有机硅及咪咪类杀菌因子,是新一代高科技、环保型、高效广谱、低毒杀菌剂,针对作物病害对老牌杀菌剂所产生的抗性,专门研制、配方独特,超强渗透,3-10秒钟杀灭真菌、细菌和病毒,能迅速穿透病毒、真菌、细菌的细胞膜,直接进入病原菌细胞内,逐步化病原菌的呼吸系统。彻底铲除病原菌生产条件,并能快速治愈受损的部位,施药后在植物的茎、叶、果面形成保护膜,组织病菌再次侵入。对半知、担子、鞭毛、子囊等四个亚门类真菌、细菌、病毒的防治率均在98%以上,具有极好的预防、治疗、铲除效果,长期使用不产生抗性。

由于近年来来气候较为反常,天气变化过快,导致农作物病害严重,作物病毒病的发病频率明显升高,导致大幅度减产甚至绝产的情况屡屡发生。过多的施药是多种杀菌剂产生抗性,基于这种情况,本发明提出一种具有增效作用并且延缓抗性出现的杀菌剂组合物。
本发明杀菌组合物有效成分为金核霉素与辛菌胺,用于防治植物病毒病,如烟草花叶病毒、黄瓜花叶病毒、玉米矮花叶病毒、水稻条纹叶枯病毒、水稻矮缩病毒等植物病毒引起的病毒病。
本发明杀菌组合物特征在于,其有效成分金核霉素与辛菌胺的质量比为1~80∶80~1。
本发明杀菌组合物特征在于,起有效成分金核霉素与辛菌胺的优选质量比为1~50∶50~1。
本发明杀菌组合物中金核霉素与辛菌胺的总质量含量为1~80%。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物采用本领域技术人员所公知的方法,可以制备成悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、乳油等剂型。

该杀菌组合物可湿性粉剂具体加工步骤为:按上述配方将金核霉素和辛菌胺以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
本发明的技术方案之二,所述的杀菌组合物为悬浮剂,组分的重量百分比为:
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤为先将其他助剂混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,加入金核霉素和辛菌胺,在磨球机中磨球2~3小时,使粒直径均在5μm以下,制得本发明所述的含有金核霉素和辛菌胺的杀菌组合物的悬浮剂制剂。
本发明的技术方案之三,所述的杀菌组合物为水乳剂,组分的重量百分比为:
该水乳剂的具体生产步骤为:首先将原药金核霉素和辛菌胺、溶剂和乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水,抗冻剂,抗微生物剂等其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,并加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时,形成水包油型的水乳剂。即制得含有金核霉素和辛菌胺的杀菌组合物的水乳剂。
本发明的技术方案之四,所述的杀菌组合物为水分散粒剂,组分的重量百分比为:
该杀菌组合物水分散粒剂具体加工步骤为:按上述配方将金核霉素、辛菌胺和分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂以及填料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析,制得本发明所述的含有金核霉素和辛菌胺的杀菌组合物的水分散粒剂。
所述的乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙与脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯基酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚中的任一种或一种以上以任意比例组成的混合物。
所述溶剂为二甲苯或生物柴油、甲苯、柴油、甲醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异丙醇、松节油、溶剂油、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、水等溶剂中的任一种或一种以上以任意比例组成的混合溶剂。
所述的分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、拉开粉BX.、润湿渗透剂F、烷基萘磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、皂角粉、蚕沙、无患子粉中的一种或多种。
所述的崩解剂选自:膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种。
所述的增稠剂选自:黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
所述的稳定剂选自:柠檬酸钠、间苯二酚中的一种。
所述的防冻剂选自:乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
所述的消泡剂选自:硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种。
所述的填料选自:高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
本发明杀菌组合物具有明显的增效作用,可以减少有效成分的用量,延缓病害对于杀菌剂抗性的产生。同时兼具预防和保护作用,由于药剂具有良好的系统传导性,因此可以对农作物产生良好的保护作用。
本发明杀菌组合物适用于由多种作物的病毒病如烟草花叶病毒病、黄瓜花叶病毒病、玉米矮花叶病毒病、水稻条纹叶枯病、水稻矮缩病等植物病毒病

为使本发明所述的技术方案更加清晰,以具体实施例加以说明,但是本发明并非仅限于这些例子。
将不同的农药成分进行复配,是目前解决一些单剂使用中的一些较为有效和快捷的方式。不同结构类型的农业进行复配之后通常会出现三种作用类型,即拈抗作用、相加作用和增效作用。
试验1对于水稻的较为严重的两种病毒病,白叶枯病和细条病进行大田试验,得到结果如下:

测定结果表明,金核霉素与辛菌胺在配比为5∶15时,对于水稻白月饼、水稻细条病的防治效果明显优于金核霉素和辛菌胺单剂防治效果,对于水稻增产具有重要意义。

通过以上大田试验表明,金核霉素与辛菌胺复配制剂对于水稻病毒病以及烟草病毒病的防效明显优于单剂,并且无药害情况发生,对于农业增产具有重要意义,值得推广。

1.一种含有金核霉素与辛菌胺的农药组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:金核霉素与辛菌胺的质量比为1~80:80~1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:金核霉素与辛菌胺的质量优选比为1~50:50~1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农药组合物,其特征在于:有效成分金核霉素与辛菌胺在组合物中的总质量比为1~80%。
5.根据权利要求1多数的农药组合物,其特征在于:采用本领域人员所公知的技术方案可以制备成悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂等剂型。
