Abstract

本发明涉及一种转子轴承结构,包括转轴和轴承,所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位固定套有两轴套,所述轴套由硬质材料制成,每一轴套包括一接合部和一轴向定位部,所述轴承可旋转地套置于所述轴套的接合部上并定位于所述两轴套的轴向定位部之间,一空腔形成于两轴套接合部的轴向相向端、轴承内表面、转轴外表面之间,可用于容纳漏/渗出的油或其他杂质。本发明的转子轴承结构,所述轴套固定安装于转轴上,与轴承之间滑动摩擦,且两者皆由硬质材料制成,从而具有保护转轴、低磨损、低噪音等优点。本发明的转子轴承结构可应用于电机等具有相对旋转运动的场合。

Description

转子轴承结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种转子轴承结构。
背景技术
传统的转子轴承结构中,转轴通常为金属转轴,转轴的一端或两端通过轴承装设至外壳。业界常用的轴承有含油轴承和陶瓷轴承等。使用含油轴承存在漏油/渗油及易磨损等缺点。使用陶瓷轴承时,由于陶瓷轴承较金属转轴硬,长时间使用后,金属转轴磨损严重。
因此,亟需开发一种新型的转子轴承结构。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种转子轴承结构,包括转轴和轴承,所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位固定套有两轴套,所述轴套和轴承皆由硬质材料制成,每一轴套设有一轴向定位部,所述轴承可旋转地套置于所述轴套上并定位于所述两轴套的轴向定位部之间。
本发明进一步的改进在于:每一轴套还包括一接合部,所述轴承可旋转地套置于所述轴套的接合部上,一空腔形成于两轴套接合部的轴向相向端、轴承内表面、转轴外表面之间。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述轴套和轴承皆由陶瓷材料制成。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述转子轴承结构装设于电机外壳内,所述轴承固定安装于电机外壳的内表面,所述转轴伸出至电机外壳外。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述轴套与轴承至少其中之一中添加有固态润滑剂。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述轴套与轴承至少其中之一由陶瓷粉末烧结而成,所述润滑剂为添加在陶瓷粉末中的Mo或MoS2粉末。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述轴套通过热膨胀方式套接在转轴上。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位的外表面形成凸棱,所述轴套通过干涉配合套接在转轴的凸棱外。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述轴套与转轴之间设有弹性圈,所述弹性圈沿转轴径向被压缩。
本发明进一步的改进在于:所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位的外表面涂有粘结剂。
本发明所举实施例具有的有益效果是:轴套固定安装于转轴上,轴套与轴承之间为滑动摩擦,且两者皆由硬质材料制成,从而具有保护转轴、低磨损及低噪音等优点;而且,所述轴套与轴承内可以不含液态油,减少污染。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1所示为本发明的转子轴承结构,包括转轴10、固定套置于转轴10上的两轴套20,及可旋转地套设于轴套20上的轴承30,所述轴承30固定安装于外壳40内,当本发明的转子轴承结构应用于电机时,所述外壳40为电机外壳。
优选地,所述轴套20由硬质材料如:陶瓷材料等制成,每一轴套20包括接合部22及轴向定位部24。所述接合部22为空心圆筒状,所述轴向定位部24形成于所述接合部22的一轴向端,且其外径大于接合部22的外径,所述轴承30可旋转地套置于所述轴套20的接合部22上并被定位于两轴套20的轴向定位部24之间。一空腔50形成于两轴套接合部22的轴向相向端、轴承30内表面、转轴10外表面之间,可用于容纳漏/渗出的油或其他杂质。
优选地,所述轴套20由陶瓷等硬质材料制成。
优选地,所述轴承30由陶瓷等硬质材料制成。
可以理解地,当所述轴套20和轴承30皆由陶瓷材料制成时,所述轴套20与轴承30至少其中之一中可以添加固态润滑剂,如烧结之前在所述轴套20或/和轴承30的粉末中添加Mo或MoS2粉末,从而可以减小所述轴套20与轴承30之间的摩擦力。
上述实施例中,所述轴套20固定安装至转轴10上,轴承30套置于轴套20外,轴套20与轴承30之间为滑动摩擦,且两者皆由硬质材料制成,从而具有保护转轴10、低磨损,低噪音等优点;而且,所述轴套20与轴承30内可以不含液态油,以减少污染。
可以理解地,由于两轴套接合部22的轴向相向端、轴承30内表面、转轴10外表面之间形成有空腔50,因此所述轴承30也可以为含油轴承,漏/渗出的油可以被收容于空腔50内,从而避免污染别的零件。
本发明中,所述轴套20与转轴10之间可以有多种固定连接方式,如所述轴套20可以通过热胀方式套接在转轴10上;或在转轴10的与轴承20相接的部位的外表面形成多数条凸棱12,所述轴套20通过干涉配合套接在转轴10的形成凸棱12的部位,如图2所示;或在轴套20与转轴10之间设置弹性圈14,所述弹性圈14沿转轴10径向被挤压,如图3所示;或在转轴10的与轴承20相接的部位的外表面涂上一层粘结剂16,如图4所示。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种转子轴承结构,包括转轴和轴承,其特征在于:所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位固定套有两轴套,所述轴套由硬质材料制成,每一轴套设有一轴向定位部,所述轴承可旋转地套置于所述轴套上并定位于所述两轴套的轴向定位部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:每一轴套还包括一接合部,所述轴承可旋转地套置于所述轴套的接合部上,一空腔形成于两轴套接合部的轴向相向端、轴承内表面、转轴外表面之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述轴套和轴承皆由陶瓷材料制成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述转子轴承结构装设于电机外壳内,所述轴承固定安装于电机外壳的内表面,所述转轴伸出至电机外壳外。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述轴套与轴承至少其中之一中添加有固态润滑剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述轴套与轴承至少其中之一由陶瓷粉末烧结而成,所述润滑剂为添加在陶瓷粉末中的Mo或MoS2粉末。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述轴套通过热膨胀方式套接在转轴上。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位的外表面形成凸棱,所述轴套通过干涉配合套接在转轴的凸棱外。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述轴套与转轴之间设有弹性圈,所述弹性圈沿转轴径向被压缩。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的转子轴承结构,其特征在于:所述转轴的与轴承相接的部位的外表面涂有粘结剂。
