Abstract

Because the existing digital trunking communication System is mostly realized based on Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology, a base station needs to be uniformly controlled by a base station controller and cannot directly communicate with a core network, so that more signaling interactions are caused in the trunking service establishment process, and the call establishment time is further prolonged. As can be seen from the foregoing description, in the prior art, trunking services can be implemented in a digital trunking communication system based on LTE technology by modifying an air interface channel of LTE technology and adding a new logical channel and a new transport channel.

the cluster user terminal is used for receiving the cluster paging message, acquiring the group identifier and the G-RNTI carried in the cluster paging message, determining whether the cluster user terminal belongs to the group identifier, if not, finishing the processing, if so, further determining whether the G-RNTI is received for the first time, if so, establishing a cluster control plane channel corresponding to the G-RNTI, and then carrying out subsequent processing, and if not, directly carrying out the subsequent processing; and the G-RNRI is used for receiving the signaling message carried on the TCCH, and the LCID is used for determining whether the signaling message is a trunking group call establishment message sent on T-SRB0 or a trunking group call release message sent on T-SRB1, if the signaling message is the trunking group call establishment message, whether the trunking group call establishment message is received for the first time is further determined, if the trunking group call establishment message is received for the first time, the configuration and establishment of a trunking call service plane entity are carried out, if the trunking group call release message is not received for the first time, the processing is not carried out, and if the signaling message is the trunking group call release message, the group call resource release is carried out.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the base station comprises:
a first sending unit, configured to send a cluster group paging message on the TPCCH channel, where the cluster group paging message carries a group identifier and a G-RNTI, and send a cluster group call setup message on the T-SRB0 of the TCCH channel after a predetermined time period; storing the transmitted paging message of the cluster group and the call establishment message of the cluster group, and periodically and repeatedly transmitting the paging message of the cluster group and the call establishment message of the cluster group after a preset delay time for access;
a second sending unit, configured to determine whether a trunking group call release message is received on the T-SRB1, if so, notify the first sending unit to release the periodically sent trunking group paging message and trunking group call setup message, and send a trunking group call release message on the T-SRB 1.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the base station further comprises:
and the broadcasting unit is used for informing the sending opportunity and the sending period of the TPCCH to the trunking user terminal through a broadcast message, wherein the sending opportunity is the sending position information of the TPCCH.
4. A system according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the group of user terminals comprises:
a first processing unit, configured to receive the cluster group paging message, obtain a group identifier and a G-RNTI carried in the group paging message, determine whether the group identifier and the G-RNTI belong to the group identifier, if the group identifier and the G-RNTI do not belong to the group identifier, end the processing, if the group identifier and the G-RNTI belong to the group identifier are received for the first time, further determine whether the G-RNTI is received for the first time, if the G-RNTI is received for the first time, establish a cluster control plane channel corresponding to the G-RNTI, and then notify a second processing unit to execute a self function, if the G-RNTI is not received for the first time, directly notify the second;
the second processing unit is configured to receive the signaling message carried on the TCCH channel by using the G-RNRI, determine whether the signaling message is a trunking group call setup message sent on T-SRB0 or a trunking group call release message sent on T-SRB1 by using the LCID, further determine whether the trunking group call setup message is received for the first time if the signaling message is the trunking group call setup message, configure and establish a trunking call service plane entity if the signaling message is received for the first time, perform no processing if the signaling message is not received for the first time, and perform group call resource release if the signaling message is the trunking group call release message.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the clustered user terminals further comprise:
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the broadcast message from the base station and acquiring the sending opportunity and sending cycle information of the TPCCH carried in the broadcast message, wherein the sending opportunity is the sending position information of the TPCCH.
6. A base station is characterized in that the base station is applied to a digital trunking communication system based on a Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology, and trunking signaling radio bearers T-SRB0 and T-SRB1 are defined in advance for a Trunking Control Channel (TCCH) in the digital trunking communication system based on the LTE technology; the signaling messages carried on the T-SRB0 and the T-SRB1 are transmitted on different TCCH logical channels and are distinguished by using logical channel number identifiers (LCID); the base station includes:
a first sending unit, configured to send a trunking paging message on a trunking paging control channel TPCCH, where the trunking paging message carries a group identifier and a radio network temporary identifier G-RNTI, and after a predetermined time duration, send a trunking call setup message on a T-SRB0 of the TCCH channel; storing the transmitted paging message of the cluster group and the call establishment message of the cluster group, and periodically and repeatedly transmitting the paging message of the cluster group and the call establishment message of the cluster group after a preset delay time for access;
a second sending unit, configured to determine whether a trunking group call release message is received on the T-SRB1, if so, notify the first sending unit to release the periodically sent trunking group paging message and trunking group call setup message, and send a trunking group call release message on the T-SRB 1.
7. The base station of claim 6, further comprising:
and the broadcasting unit is used for informing the sending opportunity and the sending period of the TPCCH to the trunking user terminal through a broadcast message, wherein the sending opportunity is the sending position information of the TPCCH.
8. A trunking user terminal is applied to a digital trunking communication system based on Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology, and a trunking signaling radio bearer (T-SRB 0) and a trunking signaling radio bearer (T-SRB 1) are defined in advance for a Trunking Control Channel (TCCH) in the digital trunking communication system based on LTE technology; the signaling messages carried on the T-SRB0 and the T-SRB1 are transmitted on different TCCH logical channels and are distinguished by using logical channel number identifiers (LCID); the cluster user terminal includes:
the first processing unit is used for receiving a trunking group paging message sent by a base station on a trunking paging control channel TPCCH, acquiring a group identifier and a radio network temporary identifier G-RNTI carried in the trunking group paging message, determining whether a trunking user terminal belongs to the group identifier, if not, finishing the processing, if so, further determining whether the G-RNTI is received for the first time, if so, establishing a trunking control plane channel corresponding to the G-RNTI, then informing the second processing unit to execute a self function, and if not, directly informing the second processing unit to execute the self function;
the second processing unit is configured to receive the signaling message carried on the TCCH channel by using the G-RNRI, determine whether the signaling message is a trunking group call setup message sent on T-SRB0 or a trunking group call release message sent on T-SRB1 by using the LCID, further determine whether the trunking group call setup message is received for the first time if the signaling message is the trunking group call setup message, configure and establish a trunking call service plane entity if the signaling message is received for the first time, perform no processing if the signaling message is not received for the first time, and perform group call resource release if the signaling message is the trunking group call release message.
9. The clustered user terminal of claim 8 further comprising:
and the receiving unit is used for receiving the broadcast message from the base station and acquiring the sending opportunity and sending cycle information of the TPCCH carried in the broadcast message, wherein the sending opportunity is the sending position information of the TPCCH.
