Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a signing witness method and a signing witness auxiliary system, in particular to a method and a system for recording a trading process with witness links by a trading system.
Background
Marketing services requiring witnesses in modern society are numerous, and witnesses can verify the authenticity of marketing processes. However, the marketing system in the prior art has no way of objectively recording the information of the witness, and therefore, cannot provide an argument for the principal or a third party to be symmetric that the witness is not actually present.
For example, when a customer transacts a credit card, a bank salesperson generally serves as a witness, but once the customer subsequently proposes that the salesperson is not actually present in the marketing site, the customer is induced to submit that the customer transacts the credit card and may not be the true meaning of the customer. If the information that the salesperson and the customer are present at the marketing site at the same time is recorded in the system of the bank. Thus, when the customer does not apply for the credit card, the bank can prove that the credit card is invalid through the witness information in the bank system.
The signing witness process can specify marketing processes in many industries, such as serial bills, unauthorized sales, etc., but such witness devices and methods do not exist in the prior art.
Therefore, the prior art has the defects and needs to be further improved and developed.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The signing witness assistance system provided by the invention comprises a card reader, an identity identifier 100 and a marketing management system. The card reader is used for reading the identity card information of the user and the witness during signing. The identity authenticator 100 encrypts the read user and witness identification card information with a key to generate a verification code. The marketing management system stores reserved information, wherein the reserved information comprises a verification code provided by a user during signing witness, and information of identity cards of the user and witness; judging whether the signing witness process is true or not, the marketing management system can decrypt and restore the verification code provided by the user by using the secret key to obtain restored information, and the restored information comprises the identity card information of the user and the witness; the marketing management system checks whether the signing process is real or not by comparing whether the reserved information and the reduction information are the same or not, if the reserved information and the reduction information are consistent, the signing witness process is real, and if the reserved information and the reduction information are inconsistent, the signing witness process is not real.
Preferably, the keys of the identity authenticator 100 and the marketing management system may be the same, and the encryption algorithm of the identity authenticator 100 and the decryption algorithm of the marketing management system are reversible algorithms.
The structure of the card reader is the prior art, and is not described in detail here.
As shown in fig. 1, the identity authenticator 100 includes a main control unit 110, a storage unit 120, a USB interface unit 130, an encryption unit 140, and a display 150, which are respectively connected to the main control unit 110, and the identity authenticator 100 further includes a power supply 160.
The storage medium of the storage unit 120 may be a FLASH chip, and the storage unit 120 is configured to store information such as a key and a generated verification code.
The USB interface unit 130 includes a USB interface chip and a USB connector, and the USB connector is used for interfacing with a USB connector of the card reader.
The encryption unit 140 encrypts the id card information of the user and the witness, which is read by the main control unit 110 through the USB interface unit 130, by using the key stored in the storage unit 120 under the control of the main control unit 110, and generates a verification code.
The card reader is preferably a card reader for reading second-generation identity card information, and the identity card information read by the card reader is second-generation identity card information. The card reader can sequentially and respectively read the identity card information of a plurality of witnesses.
The main control unit 110 may display the generated verification code on the display screen 150.
The second embodiment of the identity identifier 100 details the structure of the power supply 160, as shown in fig. 2. The power supply 160 may include a voltage regulator module 161 connected to the main control unit 110, and a voltage reduction module 162 connected to the storage unit 120. The required working voltage of the memory unit 120 is 3.3V, and the working voltage of the other parts of the identity identifier except the memory unit is 5V. The voltage stabilizing module 161 stabilizes the voltage of the power supply 160 at 5V and supplies power to the main control unit 110 and the components of the identity identifier 100 except the storage unit, and the voltage reducing module 162 reduces the voltage of the power supply to 3.3V and supplies power to the storage unit 120.
The power source 160 may be a dry cell battery or a rechargeable lithium battery.
The identity authenticator 100 can be connected with a computer linked to the marketing management system through the USB interface unit 130. The identity authenticator 100 interacts with the marketing management system through the USB interface unit 130 to update the key.
The signing witness method provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 3, comprises the following steps:
In detail, the card reader may first read the user identification card information, and then transmit the read user identification card information to the identity authentication device 100; the card reader then reads the witness 'identification card information and transmits the read witness' identification card information to the identity identifier 100.
In the signing witness method provided by the invention, the card reader preferably reads the second-generation identity card information, and the card reader further can sequentially and respectively read the second-generation identity card information of a plurality of witnesses.
The signing witness method and the signing witness auxiliary system provided by the invention record the identity card information of witnesses and users during signing, encrypt the two information and store the two information in a verification code mode. When the signing witness process of the user needs to be verified, the verification code is decrypted and restored by the secret key, and the recorded user and witness identity card information is compared with the decrypted user and witness identity card information. When the two are the same, the user information is confirmed to be correct, the signing witness process conforms to the regulations, and when the two are different, the user information is wrong, and the signing witness process is wrong. The invention ensures that the signing witness process is reliable and improves the reliability of the signing witness process in the signing marketing system.
It should be understood that the above description is illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
