Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的气动制动系统的制-以及附属设备控制的阀装置,该阀装置具有用于执行制动设备的制动或制动辅助功能的气动控制阀,该气动控制阀可拆卸地安装在至少一个具有压缩空气管道的共同的支承模块上。
背景技术
本发明的应用领域主要在于轨道车辆制造。在此,使用气动制动系统,其除了常规的制动装置,如制动缸外,还包括附属设备,如驻车制动器、空气弹簧、撒砂装置等。为了按照高等级的控制标准与制动装置一致地控制这些装置,主要使用气动控制阀。
由DE1905561U1已知了这种用于制动以及附属设备控制的阀装置。其公开了一种用于轨道车辆的制动设备,该轨道车辆具有与支承模块法兰连接的、由主空气管道中的压力控制的制动控制阀,该制动控制阀与备用蓄气器和制动缸连接。一个另外的第二管道从主空气管道通向另一个支承模块,该支承模块通过另外的管道系统与前述支承模块中的、由主蓄气器中的压力持续加载的管道连接件以及填充管道连接。气压制动系统的所有附属设备(在此为具有闭塞阀的监控装置、用于从填充管道填充备用蓄气器的减压阀和止回阀、电制动控制装置和制动加速器)法兰连接在该另一个支承模块上。位于支承模块中的通风管道通过通常的连接的方式把与支承模块法兰连接的附属设备接入气压制动系统中。附属设备在支承模块上的布置实现了,仅利用很少的接合就把附属设备接入一个已经存在的、且包括主空气管道、第一支承模块、制动控制阀、备用蓄气器、制动缸和相应的连接管线的气压制动系统中。
这种技术方案的缺点在于,从制造技术方面考虑,要花费昂贵地通过镗-或铣薄板来制造配备有内部管道的支承模块。法兰连接在支承模块上的气动控制阀等的更换需要复杂地拆卸多个螺栓连接件;在这种拆卸中,需要更换大多数通常设置的平面密封。要根据客户需求按照与每个支承模块法兰连接的控制阀的结构形式来构造每个支承模块。这些都导致了支承模块的变型品种的多样。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,如此进一步改进用于气动制动系统的制动以及附属设备控制的阀装置,即各个气动控制阀以简单地方式可更换地与可广泛使用的支承模块共同作用。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的阀装置结合权利要求1的特征部分而实现。随后的从属权利要求给出本发明的有利的改进方案。
本发明的技术原理在于,多个并排排列的块状的支承模块至少具有相同的高度和深度且具有管道部段,通过将所有支承模块的并排排列,使所述管道部段形成共同的纵向管道,其中在每个支承模块的前侧上布置有至少一个用于容纳设计为插装阀的控制阀的单位孔,该控制阀在内部管道之间切换压缩空气流。
根据本发明的方案的优点尤其在于,特别设计为插装阀的控制阀在外部几何尺寸上规范一致,从而可以简单地彼此替换。块状的支承模块也可以彼此替换,因此整体上实现了高度的模块化。用于容纳插装阀的单位孔允许把不同阀功能的插装阀插入同一个支承模块中。由此能够利用少的支承模块实现最多的装配变型,并进而实现最多的功能。通过相同的高度和深度实现了由块状形式得到的无空隙的并排排列。相反,支承模块的宽度在很少的变型中会发生尺寸变化,从而通过支承模块的宽度为小-或大尺寸的插装阀提供了结构空间。由此可以覆盖更广的流速范围。
根据本发明的支承模块可以通过共同的纵向管道连接至单独的控制压力波。相对于现有技术,这样节省了包装套管费用。用于制动以及附属设备控制的阀可以非常紧凑地相邻排列在结构相同的支承模块中从而装配成阀装置。
根据一个本发明的改进措施,除了单位孔外,块状的支承模块还具有统一设置的用于通风的内部管道。这意味着,支承模块的管道设置始终相同或仅在极少的变型中彼此不同。根据所选的确定的控制阀而定,走向可以通过堵塞元件来实现,以与期望的制动-或制动辅助功能进行匹配,该堵塞元件可以作为封闭元件、隔离元件等插入内部管道中。通过堵塞元件可以简单地多样化地构造具有相同管道设置的支承模块。
具有形式为多路开关阀(如3/2阀或3/3阀)或者止回阀的控制阀的支承模块主要用于执行制动功能。除了上述类型的阀之外,例如在过滤模块的框架内,压力开关或减压阀也用于执行制动辅助功能。
在一个优选的实施例中,根据本发明的支承模块由轻金属制成,优选轻金属铸件而成,其中可以通过钻孔的方式来产生内部管道。然而也可以至少部分地通过铸造制造管道。除了该变型外,也可以由特殊的塑料材料通过喷射注塑技术制造支承模块,然而,塑料材料必须满足轨道车辆结构的要求和标准。
根据本发明的另一个改进措施,通过多个纵向延伸的拉杆固定并排排列的支承模块。由此可以在去除拉杆后简单地拆卸支承模块。
根据本发明的另一个改进措施,并排排列的支承模块通过垂直于拉杆延伸的紧固螺栓在与前侧相对的一侧上可拆卸地安装在一个共同的支承板上。该支承板在背面可以具有通过另外的连接管与制动以及附属设备在工作管道侧上的连接。此外,支承板还可以具有至所有支承模块的共同的压缩空气供给的中央主容器连接件,即其纵向管道之一。

具体实施方式
阀装置在此包括两个示例性的支承模块1a和1b,可看出其具有同样的高度和深度,且在此也具有同样的宽度。支承模块1a和1b具有管道部段2,由于并排布置,管道部段2形成了共同的纵向管道3。内部管道(示意性的层线)与每个支承模块的前侧4上布置的单位孔5a和5b连接。这两个单位孔5a和5b用于容纳设计为插装阀的控制阀6a或6b,从而调节内部通风管道7之间的压缩空气流。
两个支承模块1a和1b具有统一设置的内部管道,与此相反,控制阀6a、6b是不同的。堵塞元件8实现了管道布置对阀功能的适应。
支承模块1a配备了形式为多路开关阀的控制阀6a、6b,而该实施例中的另一个支承模块1b配备了形式为压力开关的控制阀6a’、6b’。
并排排列的支承模块1a和1b通过多个纵向延伸的拉杆9彼此固定。而从支承模块1a和1b的前侧4旋入的紧固螺栓10用于固定在相对侧的支承板11上。此外,支承板11具有用于所有支承模块1a和1b的共同的压缩空气供给的中央空气接口12,该支承模块1a和1b在此在朝向支承板11的接触区域中具有相应密封的开口。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车的气动制动系统的制动以及附属设备控制的阀装置,所述阀装置具有用于执行所述制动设备的制动或制动辅助功能的气动控制阀(6a、6b),所述气动控制阀(6a、6b)可拆卸地安装在至少一个具有压缩空气管道(7)的共同的支承模块(1a、1b)上,多个并排排列的块状的支承模块(1a、1b)至少具有相同的高度和深度且具有管道部段(2),通过将所有支承模块(1a、1b)并排排列,所述管道部段(2)形成共同的纵向管道(3),其特征在于,在每个支承模块(1a、1b)的前侧(4)上布置有至少一个用于容纳设计为插装阀的控制阀(6a、6b)的单位孔(5a、5b),从而在内部管道之间切换压缩空气流,其中,所述支承模块(1a)具有用于执行制动功能的、形式为多路开关阀或者止回阀的控制阀(6a、6b)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述块状的支承模块(1a、1b)具有统一设置的用于导引压缩空气的内部管道,视选择装配的控制阀(6a、6b)而定,所述内部管道的走向能够通过堵塞元件(8)来进行配置,以与期望的制动-或制动辅助功能进行匹配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述支承模块(1b)具有用于执行制动功能的、形式压力开关或减压阀的控制阀(6a’、6b’)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述支承模块(1a、1b)由轻金属铸件形成,其中所述内部管道(2、3、7)通过钻孔形成。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述并排排列的支承模块(1a、1b)通过多个纵向延伸的拉杆(9)彼此固定。
6.根据权利要求中1至4任一项所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述并排排列的支承模块(1a、1b)通过横向延伸的紧固螺栓(10)在与所述前侧(4)相对的一侧上可拆卸地安装在共同的支承板(11)上。
7.根据权利要求中5所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述并排排列的支承模块(1a、1b)通过横向延伸的紧固螺栓(10)在与所述前侧(4)相对的一侧上可拆卸地安装在共同的支承板(11)上。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述支承板(11)具有用于对所有支承模块(1a、1b)共同供给压缩空气的中央空气接口(12)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的阀装置,其特征在于,所述支承板(11)具有用于对所有支承模块(1a、1b)共同供给压缩空气的中央空气接口(12)。
