Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a temperature control method, a network management system and a communication system, which can be used for adjusting the temperature of a station and can adjust the temperature of the corresponding station in a targeted manner by taking the repair rate as a consideration factor, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the station and effectively reducing the operation cost of an operator.
It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention mainly take a global system For Mobile Communications (GSM) as an example For explanation, and the related network elements are a Base Transceiver Station (BTS), a Base Station Controller (BSC), and a network management system. The network management system may be an Operation Maintenance Center (OMC), or other network devices with similar network management functions, for example, may be implemented in a network device (such as a base station controller) that controls or manages a plurality of base stations. In fact, the present invention can also be applied to other systems, such as Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) system, Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA), CDMA2000, Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WIMAX) and Long Term Evolution (LTE) system. In other systems, the names of the BTS and BSC may differ. Certainly, in a network system with a flat architecture (such as an LTE system), since there is no BSC in the conventional sense, the temperature information and the repair rate information of the station may be processed through a corresponding acquisition path and in a corresponding acquisition manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the communication device in the site is mainly described by taking a base station as an example, but actually, the communication device in the site may also be other devices, such as a base station controller, an operation and maintenance device, and the like, which may be thought of by those skilled in the art through the teaching of the present invention, and may also be a device at a single board level, or a system including a plurality of communication devices. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, which is a diagram of a base station communication system in an embodiment of the present invention, where the base station communication system may include a BTS, a BSC, and an OMC, a site may include at least one BTS, the BSC may control the at least one site and transfer received data sent by the BTS of the site to the OMC, the sent data may include a temperature value of the site and a repair rate of a board of a base station in the site, and the OMC processes the received data, and refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of data transmission performed by the BTS, the BSC, and the OMC in an embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, a manager can send a data query instruction to the BSC through the OMC or the local maintenance terminal, the BSC forwards the data query instruction to each BTS, and the BTS uploads data information according to the schematic diagram shown in FIG. 2; or at a preset point in time, the BTS uploads data information as shown in the schematic diagram of fig. 2. The uploaded data information may include a temperature value of the site and a repair rate of a board of the base station in the site. The temperature value of the station may be a value representing the ambient temperature of the station, and for example, may be one of the following temperature values or a combination thereof, or a temperature value obtained by data processing based on the following temperature values: the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station, the temperature value detected by the temperature measuring point on the base station equipment and the temperature value detected by the matched equipment of the station.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature value detected by the supporting device of the site may be transmitted to the BSC in an out-of-band transmission manner, and the temperature value detected by the temperature measurement point on the base station device and the repair rate of the board of the base station in the site may be transmitted to the BSC in-band transmission manner.
In the embodiment of the invention, the OMC processes the received temperature value of the site and the single board repair rate data of the base station in the site to obtain the site temperature value and the repair rate of the communication equipment in the site, which have a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
For example, the OMC may use a received temperature value set by an air conditioner of the site as a site temperature value, and the temperature value set by the air conditioner may be detected and reported by the base station, or may transmit data to the base station after being measured by other measurement methods (e.g., a thermometer measurement method), or may directly measure the temperature value by other measurement methods and transmit the measured data to the OMC through a suitable data transmission path.
Another implementation manner for the OMC to obtain the site temperature value is as follows: the OMC processes (e.g., averages) the received temperature value obtained from the temperature measurement point set on the base station device in the site, and uses the obtained data processing result as the temperature value of the site, where it should be noted that in the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature measurement point may be set on the base station device in the site, and specifically may be: the Base station comprises a Base station air inlet, a Base station air outlet, some modules/units of the Base station (including but not limited to one or a combination of a main control Unit, a baseband Unit, a Radio frequency Unit, a baseband processing Unit (BBU) module, an Radio Remote Unit (RRU), and the like.
Another implementation manner for the OMC to obtain the site temperature value is as follows: and the OMC processes the temperature value obtained by the received temperature measuring point and the temperature value detected on the matched equipment, and takes the obtained processing result as the station temperature value.
It should be noted that a station may be a computer room, and in the embodiment of the present invention, description is mainly given by the term "station".
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the temperature value of the site, the BSC may correct the obtained temperature value of the site according to a processing method preset by the system, and upload the corrected data to the OMC, where the processing method of the data correction may be to correct the temperature value of the site by using a preset correction coefficient. The data correction can be used in the scenes that the accuracy of the data has deviation or the data has integrity problem and the like, so that the data which is more in line with objective conditions can be obtained. In addition, optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the temperature value of the site uploaded by the BSC, the OMC may also correct the obtained temperature value of the site according to a processing mode preset by the system, and process the corrected temperature value of the site to obtain the site temperature value. That is, the data correction may be performed at the BSC, or at the OMC, and even at the base station.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the OMC processes the repair rate of the received board of the base station in the site to obtain the repair rate of the communication device in the site, where the repair rate of the communication device in the site may be an entire Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) repair rate of the site or a sensitive FRU repair rate, where the entire FRU repair rate is the repair rate obtained by averaging the repair rates of all boards in the site, and the sensitive FRU repair rate is the repair rate obtained by averaging the repair rates of screened temperature-sensitive boards in the site. Optionally, the OMC may store a correspondence between the site temperature value and a repair rate of the communication device in the site.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for controlling a temperature of a station will be described in detail below, which is an embodiment of a method for controlling a temperature according to an embodiment of the present invention, and includes:
301. respectively acquiring station temperature values corresponding to a plurality of stations and the repair rate of communication equipment in the corresponding stations;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the OMC may monitor and control the operation conditions of each station within a control range, where the "each station" may be a subset or a whole set of all stations within the control range of the OMC. For example, it may be a certain subnet within the control range of the OMC or all sites within a certain regional range. It can be appreciated that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the site temperature value for the site and the rework rate of the communication devices within the site.
302. Extracting station temperature values corresponding to M repair rates with the repair rate numerical values sorted in the later order;
in the embodiment of the invention, the OMC can control the temperature of the station according to the temperature value of the station and the repair rate of the communication equipment in the station, and the OMC extracts the station temperature values corresponding to M repair rates with the repair rate numerical values sorted later according to the corresponding relationship between the station temperature value and the repair rate, namely, obtains the station temperature value corresponding to the repair rate with the smaller repair rate numerical value in the obtained repair rates, wherein M is a positive integer.
303. Respectively judging whether the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates are smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value, if so, executing a step 304, and if not, executing a step 305;
and respectively judging whether the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates are smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value by the OMC, and respectively adjusting the temperatures of the stations corresponding to the M repair rates which are sorted later according to the judgment result, wherein the adjustment mode comprises the step of increasing the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station or the step of maintaining the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station unchanged.
304. Raising the temperature of the corresponding station;
and when the temperature value of the station corresponding to a certain repair rate in the M repair rates sequenced later is smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value, the OMC raises the temperature of the station corresponding to the repair rate.
305. The temperature of the corresponding station is maintained.
Optionally, when the temperature value of the station corresponding to a repair rate in the M repair rates ranked in the order of the numerical values of the repair rates is not less than a preset first temperature threshold value, the OMC maintains the temperature of the station corresponding to the repair rate.
It should be noted that, the temperature adjustment in step 304 may be implemented by issuing a temperature control command to the BSC and/or the corresponding network device in the site through the OMC, and the BSC or the network device raises the temperature in the site, for example: if the network device in the site receives the temperature control instruction sent by the OMC, the network device may raise the temperature value set by the air conditioner to a preset temperature value or a preset numerical value, or the network device displays the content of the received temperature control instruction, and an operator may perform an action of specifically adjusting the temperature, such as adjusting the temperature set by the air conditioner in the site.
In the embodiment of the invention, the site temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates sequenced later in the numerical value of the repair rates are extracted, the extracted site temperature values are compared with the preset first temperature threshold value, the temperature of the site of which the site temperature value is smaller than the preset first temperature threshold value is increased, the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the site is achieved by increasing the temperature, and the operation cost of an operator is reduced.
For better understanding of the technology, please refer to fig. 4, which is an embodiment of a method for controlling temperature according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
401. respectively acquiring station temperature values corresponding to a plurality of stations and the repair rate of communication equipment in the corresponding stations;
the OMC obtains site temperature values of a plurality of sites and repair rates of communication devices in corresponding sites, where there is a one-to-one correspondence between the site temperature values of the sites and the repair rates of the communication devices in the sites, and the repair rate of a communication device may refer to an overall repair rate of an FRU or a sensitive repair rate of an FRU in a site.
402. Generating a repair rate and temperature value curve by using the corresponding relation between the repair rate and the station temperature value;
and the OMC forms a repair rate and temperature value curve according to the acquired corresponding relationship between the repair rate and the site temperature value, and the repair rate and temperature value curve can visually reflect the relationship between the repair rate of the communication equipment in each site and the corresponding site temperature value.
403. Extracting station temperature values corresponding to M repair rates with numerical values of repair rates sorted later and station temperature values corresponding to N repair rates with numerical values of repair rates sorted earlier, executing step 404 on the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates with numerical values of repair rates sorted later, and executing step 406 on the station temperature values corresponding to the N repair rates with numerical values of repair rates sorted earlier;
in the embodiment of the invention, the OMC acquires the site temperature values corresponding to M repair rates with the numerical value of the repair rate sorted later and the site temperature values corresponding to N repair rates with the numerical value of the repair rate sorted earlier according to the corresponding relation between the repair rate and the site temperature values in the repair rate and temperature value curve. For example, if there are 100 stations in the OMC, when sorting the repair rate values of the stations from the repair rate and temperature value curve, the station temperature values corresponding to the 20 repair rates that are the last in the repair rate value sorting and the station temperature values corresponding to the 20 repair rates that are the first in the repair rate value sorting may be obtained.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific values of M and N may be preset by the OMC or set by a manager, and in practical applications, the specific number of extracted site temperature values may also be determined in a percentage manner, so the specific number and manner of extracted data are not limited herein.
404. Respectively judging whether the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates are smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value, if so, executing the step 405, and if not, executing the step 408;
in the embodiment of the invention, the OMC respectively judges whether the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates with the numerical values sorted later are smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value or not, and adjusts the temperature of the station according to the judgment result.
405. Increasing the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to a preset first temperature value or increasing the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to a preset numerical value;
when the station temperature value corresponding to a certain repair rate of the M repair rates ranked in numerical order is smaller than a first temperature threshold value, the OMC increases the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station corresponding to the repair rate smaller than the first temperature threshold value to a preset first temperature value, or increases the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station by a preset numerical value, wherein the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station may be a temperature value set on the air conditioner for controlling the ambient temperature in the station. For example: if the preset first temperature threshold value is 28 ℃, the preset first temperature value is 32 ℃, and one of the station temperature values corresponding to the M repair rates is 26 ℃, the OMC raises the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to 32 ℃, or when the preset temperature rise value is 5 ℃, the OMC raises the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to 31 ℃.
406. Respectively judging whether the station temperature values corresponding to the N repair rates are greater than or equal to a preset second temperature threshold value, if so, executing a step 407, and if not, executing a step 408;
in the embodiment of the invention, the OMC presets the second temperature threshold value, and compares the temperature values set by the air conditioners of the sites corresponding to the N repair rates with the extracted repair rate numerical values sorted in the front order with the second temperature threshold value, so that the OMC respectively judges whether the site temperature values corresponding to the N repair rates are greater than or equal to the preset second temperature threshold value, and adjusts the temperature values set by the air conditioners of the sites according to the judgment results.
407. Reducing the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to a preset first temperature value or reducing the temperature set by the air conditioner of the station to a preset numerical value;
when the station temperature value corresponding to a certain repair rate in the N repair rates in the former order of the repair rate values is greater than or equal to the preset second temperature threshold value, the OMC reduces the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station corresponding to the repair rate to the preset second temperature value, or reduces the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station by the preset value.
408. Maintaining the temperature of the corresponding station;
when the temperature value of a station corresponding to a certain repair rate in the M repair rates sequenced later is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, the OMC maintains the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station corresponding to the repair rate unchanged.
And when the temperature value of the station corresponding to a certain repair rate in the N repair rates which are sorted in the front order in numerical value is smaller than a preset second temperature threshold value, the OMC maintains the temperature value set by the air conditioner of the station corresponding to the repair rate unchanged.
It should be noted that, the adjustment of the temperature in step 405 or step 407 may be performed by issuing a temperature control instruction to the BSC and/or the corresponding network device in the site through the OMC, where the BSC or the network device raises or lowers the temperature in the site, for example: if the network device in the site receives the temperature control instruction for increasing the site temperature value sent by the OMC, the network device may increase the temperature value set by the air conditioner to a preset temperature value or a preset value, or the network device displays the content of the received temperature control instruction, and an operator may perform a specific action for adjusting the temperature, such as adjusting the temperature set by the air conditioner in the site.
In the embodiment of the invention, the OMC raises the temperature of the station with smaller repair rate and the temperature value of the station smaller than a preset first temperature threshold value, and achieves the purpose of saving energy by raising the temperature value set by the air conditioner; meanwhile, the temperature value of the station with a larger repair rate and the station temperature value being greater than or equal to the preset second temperature threshold value is reduced, and the maintenance cost of the base station equipment can be effectively reduced by reducing the repair rate, so that the temperature of the corresponding station can be pertinently adjusted by taking the repair rate as a consideration factor, and the operation cost of an operator is reduced as a whole.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, steps 404 and 405 are used to adjust and control the temperature of the station corresponding to the M rework rates with the numerical value of the rework rate ranked later, and steps 406 and 407 are used to adjust and control the temperature of the station corresponding to the N rework rates with the numerical value of the rework rate ranked earlier, in practical applications, steps 406 and 407 may be executed first, and then steps 404 and 405 are executed, and the specific execution mode is determined according to specific situations, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first temperature threshold and the second temperature threshold may be set by an OMC default or by an operator, and in general, since the repair rate corresponding to a station is higher when the temperature of the station is higher, the second temperature threshold is generally larger than the first temperature threshold, the second temperature threshold is used for comparing with a station temperature value corresponding to a station with a higher repair rate, and the first temperature threshold is used for comparing with a station temperature value corresponding to a station with a lower repair rate. Moreover, there are many methods for calculating the specific values of the second temperature threshold and the first temperature threshold, for example, the average value of the site temperature values of each site may be multiplied by a larger coefficient and a smaller coefficient respectively to serve as the second temperature threshold and the first temperature threshold of the system respectively. Therefore, in practical applications, the setting method and specific size of the second temperature threshold and the first temperature threshold may be set according to specific situations, and are not limited herein.
It should be noted that the first temperature value and the second temperature value may also be set by default of the system or by an operator, and there are various methods for determining specific values of the first temperature value and the second temperature value, for example, the first temperature value and the second temperature value are equal and are both equal to an average value of the site temperature values of each site.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the OMC acquires the repair rates of the communication equipment in the plurality of sites and the corresponding site temperature values, the site temperature values corresponding to N repair rates with the highest numerical value order and M repair rates with the lowest numerical value order are adjusted by using the preset second temperature threshold value and the preset first temperature threshold value, so that the repair rate of the communication equipment in the sites is reduced by reducing the temperature of the corresponding sites, the maintenance cost of the communication equipment of an operator is reduced, and meanwhile, the energy consumption is reduced by increasing the temperature of the corresponding sites, thereby reducing the operation cost of the operator as a whole.
