One second insulating barrier comprises one second group that can attract one second kenel charge carrier, and wherein this first insulating barrier is disposed between this semiconductor layer and this second insulating barrier; And an one source pole and a drain electrode, be disposed on this substrate, and be positioned at the both sides of this semiconductor layer.
