Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料,所述光固化涂料的组分及质量百分比如下:芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯40~60%;交联稀释剂25~45%;光引发剂2~12%;纳米级二氧化硅5~15%;氧化银0.5~1%。因为纳米级二氧化硅在体系中容易团聚,分散不均匀,会影响体系的透明性与耐磨性,在双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯上接枝的纳米级二氧化硅可以很好的解决体系的透明性与耐磨性。采用氧化银与芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯结合,可以起到很好的抗菌效果。

一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫外光至可见光固化材料,尤其涉及一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料。 
背景技术
光固化涂料又称光敏涂料,以紫外光为涂料固化能源的称为紫外光固化涂料。 紫外光(UV)固化涂料不需加热,可在纸张、塑料、皮革和木材等易燃底材上迅速固化成膜。 紫外光固化涂料主要由光敏树脂、光敏剂(光引发剂)和稀释剂组成,同时加入一些添加剂,如热稳定剂,制备色漆时加入颜料和填料。 
  光敏树脂一般是带有不饱和键的低分子量树脂,如不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸系低聚物;光敏剂为易吸收紫外光产生活性自由基的化合物,如二苯甲酮、安息香烷基醚类;稀释剂的主要作用是降低涂料粘度,同时也参加固化成膜,即为活性稀释剂,如苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等。 
  光固化涂料优点是固化时间短(几分之一秒到几分钟)、固化温度低、挥发分低,为省能源、省资源、无公害、高效率的涂料新品种;其缺点是自由基型光固化涂料固化过程受氧气阻抑,表面固化不良。 
  传统的涂料固化通常是通过加热即物理干燥的方法除去高分子溶液中的溶剂,得到硬化的漆膜。UV固化则是利用紫外光的能量引发涂料中的低分子预聚体或齐聚体及作为活性稀释剂的单体分子之间的聚合及交联反应,得到硬化漆膜,实质上是通过形成化学键实现化学干燥 。 
UV涂料目前广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,尤其在玩具、手机、电脑键盘上,这类电子产品由于与人体接触频繁,因此要求其具备一定的抗菌效果,因此提供一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料是业界一直渴望的技术。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料,采用氧化银与芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯结合,可以起到很好的抗菌效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料,所述光固化涂料的组分及质量百分比如下
芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯                                                                       40~60% 
交联稀释剂                                                                                        25~45%
光引发剂                                                                                           2~12%
纳米级二氧化硅                                                                                  5~15%
氧化银                                                                                                  0.5~1%。
进一步优选地,所述光固化涂料中还包括:
溶剂                                                                                                     5~20%。
进一步优选地,所述光固化涂料中还包括:
流平剂                                                                                                     0.2~1%。
更优选地,所述交联稀释剂选自季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯中一种或多种。
更优选地,所述光引发剂选自2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙基酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦、1-羟基-环乙基-苯基甲酮、安息香双甲醚、二苯甲酮中一种或多种。
所述纳米级二氧化硅是指在双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯上接枝的纳米级二氧化硅。
更优选地,所述流平剂选自聚醚改性有机硅、聚酯改性有机硅、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸碱容树脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚甲基苯基硅氧烷, 有机基改性聚硅氧烷中一种或多种。
更优选地,所述溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮中一种或多种。
因为纳米级二氧化硅在体系中容易团聚,分散不均匀,会影响体系的透明性与耐磨性,在双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯上接枝的纳米级二氧化硅可以很好的解决体系的透明性与耐磨性。采用氧化银与芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯结合,可以起到很好的抗菌效果。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。

对上述各实施例制成的光固化剂应用到手机产品上,然后在实验室进行测试,测定本专利光固化剂抗大肠杆菌率达到99.5%,抗葡萄球菌率达到99.8%,可以看出本专利产品具有很强的抗菌效果。本领域技术人员应该认识到,上述的具体实施方式只是示例性的,是为了使本领域技术人员能够更好的理解本专利内容,不应理解为是对本专利保护范围的限制,只要是根据本专利所揭示精神所作的任何等同变更或修饰,均落入本专利保护范围。

1.一种抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,所述光固化涂料的组分及质量百分比如下
芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯                                                    40~60% 
交联稀释剂                                                                      25~45%
光引发剂                                                                         2~12%
纳米级二氧化硅                                                                5~15%
氧化银                                                                           0.5~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,

所述交联稀释剂选自季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,
所述光引发剂选自2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙基酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦、1-羟基-环乙基-苯基甲酮、安息香双甲醚、二苯甲酮中一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,
所述纳米级二氧化硅是指在双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯上接枝的纳米级二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,
所述溶剂选自醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮中一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌紫外光固化涂料,其特征在于,
所述流平剂选自聚醚改性有机硅、聚酯改性有机硅、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸碱容树脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚甲基苯基硅氧烷, 有机基改性聚硅氧烷中一种或多种。
