Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a network handover processing method of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method of the embodiment may include:
The embodiment may be implemented by a gateway device. Specifically, the gateway device of this embodiment may include two uplink modules, one being a 3G uplink module, and the other being a WLAN uplink module.
The gateway device may provide a wireless access service to the user equipment by default using a 3G uplink module. The WLAN uplink module may periodically or aperiodically detect and acquire information of a currently accessible WLAN Access Point (AP) in a process that the user equipment currently accesses the 3G network. The currently accessible WLAN AP information is information about those WLAN APs that can cover the current location of the user equipment.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the gateway device may use the prior art to search for an available WLAN AP, and details of an implementation principle thereof are not described herein.
And 102, if the access point is determined to be the access point allowed to be used according to the access point information, accessing the WLAN network by using the access point.
Since not all currently accessible WLAN APs are capable of allowing the user equipment to access, the gateway device may determine which AP or APs in the currently accessible WLAN APs are allowed to be used by the user equipment, and when determining that the access point is an allowed access point, the gateway device may access the WLAN network using the AP.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the gateway device may adopt the 3G uplink mode in a range only covered by the 3G network, and once the current location of the user equipment is covered by the WLAN network and there is a WLAN AP allowed to be used, the gateway device may automatically switch from the 3G uplink mode to the WLAN uplink mode, so as to improve the uplink rate and reduce the usage cost of the user, thereby effectively utilizing the two uplink modes to provide services for the user equipment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another embodiment of a network handover processing method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may include:
This step is similar to the implementation principle of step 101 shown in fig. 1, and is not described here again.
Specifically, the gateway device of this embodiment may perform the following provisioning:
1. the WLAN module in the gateway device supports a multi-Service Set Identifier (SSID) technology, and supports simultaneous uplink and downlink.
2. The gateway device stores relevant information of the WLAN AP.
The relevant information of the WLAN AP may be AP list information that is allowed to be used, and the AP list information may be preset when the gateway device leaves a factory, or may be issued by a subsequent remote management platform.
In this embodiment, the AP list may include names of APs allowed to access and WLAN access authentication modes. The WLAN access authentication mode includes: the authentication mode based on SIM card information, the authentication mode of sending dynamic authentication codes by short messages and the authentication mode of manually inputting account information.
3. The gateway device can access and obtain a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card and the short message content of the SIM card.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the gateway device may query the AP list, determine whether the AP information is in the AP list, and if so, determine that the AP is an AP that is allowed to be used.
The gateway device may send an authentication request message to the AP, where the authentication request message may include cell phone number information.
In particular, a SIM card may be inserted on the gateway device. The gateway device can learn that the authentication mode adopted by the WLAN network is the dynamic authentication code sent by the short message according to the recorded AP list. In this authentication mode, optionally, the gateway device further needs to record the sender number information of the authentication response short message.
And step 204, receiving the verification response short message sent by the access point.
After receiving the verification request message sent by the gateway device, the AP may verify the mobile phone number information included in the verification request message, and send a verification response short message to the gateway device after the verification is passed. The verification response short message may contain a verification code. The sending end number information of the short message may be identification information of the AP. After receiving the verification response short message, the gateway device can determine the short message as the verification response short message according to the number information of the sending terminal, so as to analyze and process the short message, thereby obtaining the verification code contained in the short message.
After acquiring the verification code, the gateway device may send a verification request message including the verification code to the AP. Accordingly, the AP may determine that the access authentication is successful according to the authentication code.
At this time, the gateway device may access the user equipment to the WLAN network.
And step 207, enabling the user equipment to continue to use the 3G network.
If it is determined in step 202 that the accessible AP is an AP that is not allowed to be accessed, the gateway device may enable the user equipment to continue using the 3G network. While in the process the user equipment is not aware of any.
For the case where the WLAN network performs the authentication process using the authentication mode based on the SIM card information, the gateway device may send an authentication request message to the AP, where the authentication request message includes the SIM card information. Therefore, the AP can determine that the access authentication is successful according to the SIM card information.
For the case that the WLAN network performs authentication processing in an authentication mode in which account information is manually input, the gateway device may send an authentication request message to the AP, and change the downlink routing mode to the PPPoE mode. Therefore, the AP may send authentication web page information to the user device, and the user may fill account information in the authentication web page for authentication processing.
In this embodiment, the gateway device may adopt a 3G uplink mode in a range only covered by the 3G network, and once the current location of the user device is covered by the WLAN network and there is a WLAN AP allowed to be used, the gateway device may perform authentication interaction with the WLAN AP according to a pre-stored authentication mode of the WLAN network, so that the user device is accessed to the WLAN network after the authentication is passed. Therefore, in this embodiment, the gateway device may automatically switch from the 3G uplink mode to the WLAN uplink mode, so as to increase the uplink rate and reduce the usage cost of the user, thereby effectively utilizing the two uplink modes to provide services for the user equipment.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a further embodiment of the network handover processing method of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the difference between the method of the present embodiment and the method shown in fig. 2 is that in the method shown in fig. 2, the gateway device may know the authentication mode of the WLAN network in advance, and therefore, the access authentication processing may be performed by directly adopting the authentication mode, whereas in the present embodiment, the gateway device does not know the authentication mode of the WLAN network, but knows the authentication mode of the gateway device in the process of attempting to access the WLAN network and performs access authentication. Specifically, the method of this embodiment may include:
Specifically, the gateway device of this embodiment may also adopt the configuration shown in fig. 2, which is different only in that the authentication mode of the WLAN network is not recorded on the gateway device.
The gateway device may send an access request message to the AP attempting to access the AP.
And step 304, receiving the access verification message fed back by the access point.
After receiving the access request message sent by the gateway device, the AP may send an access verification message to the gateway device. The access authentication message contains authentication mode information based on the SIM card information. Therefore, the gateway device can acquire the authentication mode of the WLAN network after receiving the access authentication message.
And 305, extracting SIM card information according to the verification mode information, and sending a verification request message to the access point.
The gateway device may have a SIM card inserted thereon. The gateway device can read the SIM card, obtain the SIM card information, and send the SIM card information to the AP by carrying it in the authentication request message.
Accordingly, the AP can determine that the access authentication is successful according to the SIM card information.
At this time, the gateway device may access the user equipment to the WLAN network.
For the case that the WLAN network performs verification processing by using a verification mode of sending a dynamic verification code by a short message, the gateway device may send an access request message to the access point, and receive an access verification message fed back by the access point, where the access verification message includes verification mode information of sending the dynamic verification code by the short message; then, the gateway device can extract the mobile phone number information in the SIM card according to the verification mode information and send a verification request message to the access point, wherein the verification request message contains the mobile phone number information; the gateway equipment can receive a verification response short message sent by the access point, wherein the verification response short message contains a verification code; finally, the gateway device may send an authentication request message containing the authentication code to the access point.
For the case that the WLAN network performs authentication processing in an authentication mode in which account information is manually input, the gateway device may send an access request message to the access point, and receive an access authentication message fed back by the access point, where the access authentication message includes authentication mode information in which account information is manually input; then, the gateway device may change the downlink routing mode to the PPPoE mode, so that the user fills account information in an authentication web page sent by the access point to perform authentication processing.
In this embodiment, the gateway device may adopt a 3G uplink mode in a range covered by only a 3G network, and once the current location of the user equipment is covered by the WLAN network and there is a WLAN AP allowed to be used, the gateway device may initiate a procedure of accessing the WLAN network, learn the authentication mode of the WLAN network in the procedure, and perform authentication processing interaction with the WLAN AP by adopting the authentication mode, so as to access the user equipment to the WLAN network after the authentication is passed. Therefore, in this embodiment, the gateway device may automatically switch from the 3G uplink mode to the WLAN uplink mode, so as to increase the uplink rate and reduce the usage cost of the user, thereby effectively utilizing the two uplink modes to provide services for the user equipment.
