Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设备,尤其涉及一种具有支架的设备。
背景技术
现有的相框通常包括主体和支撑于主体后表面上的支脚。该支脚转动地固定于主体上。支脚与主体和桌面之间构成一三角形支撑结构。支脚包括止挡部,该止挡部用以限定支脚相对于主体转动的角度。使用时,转动支脚,待止挡部抵设于主体上时,支脚停止转动并支撑于桌面上。
然而,上述支脚仅能将主体支撑在某个特定角度,使用者不能根据具体需求调节支撑角度从而调节观看角度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一可调整支撑角度的具有支架的设备。
一种具有支架的设备,其包括本体和转动地设置于本体上用于支撑本体的支架。所述支架包括定位板,定位板上开设有至少两个定位孔。所述本体内设有定位柱及与该定位柱相抵压的弹性元件。所述定位板与定位柱相对设置,并可相对于该定位柱旋转,以使该定位柱卡设于不同的定位孔内。所述弹性元件用于当定位柱卡设于其中一个定位孔中时,施加弹性力于该定位柱上,抵压该定位柱。
一种具有支架的设备,其包括本体和转动地设置于本体上用于支撑本体的支架。所述本体内设有定位柱,所述支架上开设有至少两个定位孔。所述定位孔随该支架旋转而相对于定位柱移动。所述定位柱用于当该定位柱与其中一个定位孔对准时卡设于该定位孔中,以固定该支架。
上述定位柱可弹性地卡设于支架上不同的定位孔中,从而达到调整本体的支撑角度的目的,以方便使用者根据观看角度进行调整。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,为一较佳实施方式具有支架的设备100的立体图。具有支架的设备100包括矩形体状的本体10和转动地固定于本体10上用于支撑本体10的支架20。
请参阅图2,支架20包括大致呈长方体状的支撑板21、设置于支撑板21一边缘处的转轴22、设置于转轴22中部的定位板23及开设于定位板23上的多个定位孔24。支撑板21用以与本体10和承载物如桌面(图未示)之间形成一三角形结构。支撑板21上远离转轴22的一边缘处设有两个支撑脚(图未标),用以与桌面等支撑物接触。转轴22的两端凸出于支撑板21的边缘,用以插设于本体10上,以转动地固定于本体10上。支撑板21由具有一定弹性的材料(如塑料)制成。转轴22的两端凸出于支撑板21的侧边缘。定位板23大致垂直于支撑板21。多个定位孔24设置在同一圆弧上。支架20上还开设有两个长条形卡位开口25。卡位开口25垂直于转轴22的轴向贯穿转轴22,并贯穿支撑板21上设有转轴22的一端。所述两个卡位开口25分别靠近转轴22的两端及支撑板21的侧边缘。
请参阅图1至图3,主体10包括前壳体11、与前壳体11相卡合的后壳体12及收容于前壳体11与后壳体12之间的固定装置13。后壳体12包括下表面120及与下表面120相背的上表面121。下表面120的中部向内凹陷形成收容部122,用以收容支架20。收容部122的底部上开设有贯穿后壳体12的限位开口123。限位开口123用以供定位板23穿过。收容部122的侧壁上开设有两个位于限位开口123的相对两侧的固定孔124。固定孔124用以供转轴22的两端穿过,从而使支架20转动地连接在后壳体12上。上表面121上设有两个位于限位开口123附近的固定柱125。固定柱125上设有螺孔(图未标)。
固定装置13包括上盖131、下盖132、设于上盖131与下盖132之间的弹性元件133、定位柱134及用于固定上盖131和下盖132的两个螺栓135。上盖131与下盖132部分内凹而形成容置槽136及与容置槽136连通且正对定位板23的容置孔137。
定位柱134包括止挡部134a及设于该止挡部134a上的卡制部134b。止挡部134a容置于容置槽136内,并靠近容置孔137。止挡部134a的尺寸大于容置孔137的直径,因此不能容置于容置孔137内。卡制部134b则可穿过容置孔137,凸出于固定装置13的外缘。该卡制部134b凸出于固定装置13的端部呈半球形状,用于卡入定位孔24中。弹性元件133容置于容置槽136内,并与止挡部134a相抵压。该弹性元件133用于当卡制部134b在外力作用下缩回容置孔137时,施加弹性压力给止挡部134a。在本实施方式中,弹性元件133为弹簧。
下盖132上还开设有两个分设于容置槽136相对两侧的第一通孔138。上盖131上开设有分别与两个第一通孔138相对的两个第二通孔139。第一通孔138用于收容固定柱125。两个螺栓135分别穿过第二通孔139后螺入固定柱125内,从而将上盖131及下盖132固定于上表面121上。
请一并参阅图4及图5,组装该具有支架的设备100时,先将固定装置13固定于上表面121上,并位于限位开口123的一侧。卡制部134b在弹性元件133的弹性力作用下从容置孔137中伸出,并位于限位开口123上方。按压支撑板21上设有转轴22的一端的边缘,由于支撑板21具一定弹性,且卡位开口25靠近支撑板21的边缘,因此支撑板21上设有转轴22的一端沿转轴22的轴向向卡位开口25弹性变形。将定位板23从限位开口123插入,并使转轴22的两端与固定孔124对准。定位孔24朝向卡制部134b。松开支撑板21,使该支撑板21恢复形变,从而使转轴22的两端插入固定孔124中。最后,将前壳体11与后壳体12卡合。
当要使用支架20时,绕转轴22旋转该支架20,使其中一个定位孔24与卡制部1 34b对准。卡制部134b在弹性元件133的弹性力作用下,卡入定位孔24中,从而将该支架20固定。若此时支架20与本体10所成角度不是所需的角度,则继续旋转支架20。卡制部134b在定位板23旋转时缩回容置孔137中,直至卡入下一个定位孔24中。如此反复,直至支架20与本体10之间的夹角达到需要的角度。
请参阅图6,当不需要使用支架20时,旋转该支架20,使其收容于收容部122中。同时,卡制部134b卡入一个相应的定位孔24中,使支架20固定。
可以理解,定位孔24也可以为两个、四个或者更多个,而不仅限于本实施方式中的三个。同样地,卡位开口25也可为一个或多个。
通过设置所述支架20及固定装置13,使得设备100可以调整摆放在桌面的角度。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种相应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有支架的设备,其包括本体和转动地设置于本体上用于支撑本体的支架,其特征在于:所述支架包括定位板,定位板上开设有至少两个定位孔,所述本体内设有定位柱及与该定位柱相抵压的弹性元件,所述定位板与定位柱相对设置,并可相对于该定位柱旋转,以使该定位柱卡设于不同的定位孔内,所述弹性元件用于当定位柱卡设于其中一个定位孔中时,施加弹性力于该定位柱上,抵压该定位柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述本体上设有限位开口及固定孔,所述支架包括转轴,所述定位板穿过所述限位开口,所述转轴穿过固定孔,以使支架转动地设置于本体上。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述本体上设有收容部,该收容部内设置所述限位开口及固定孔,该收容部用于收容所述支架。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述本体包括固定于本体内的固定装置,该固定装置内开设容置槽及与容置槽连通的容置孔,所述弹性元件容置于所述容置槽内,所述定位柱包括止挡部及连接该止挡部的卡制部,所述止挡部容置于容置槽内,并与弹性元件接触,所述卡制部穿过所述容置孔,以卡设于所述定位孔中。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述支架包括支撑板及设于该支撑板一端的转轴,该转轴转动地连接于所述本体上,该支架上开设有至少一个自转轴向支撑板延伸的卡位开口,该卡位开口用以使支撑板上设有转轴的一端可沿转轴的轴向弹性变形。
6.一种具有支架的设备,其包括本体和转动地设置于本体上用于支撑本体的支架,其特征在于:所述本体内设有定位柱,所述支架上开设有至少两个定位孔,所述定位孔随该支架旋转而相对于定位柱移动,所述定位柱用于当该定位柱与其中一个定位孔对准时卡设于该定位孔中,以固定该支架。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述支架包括支撑板、设于该支撑板上的转轴及设于该转轴上的定位板,所述支撑板用于支撑所述本体,所述转轴转动地连接于所述本体上,所述定位板与定位柱相对设置,该定位板上开设有所述至少两个定位孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述本体上设有限位开口及两个固定孔,所述定位板穿过该限位开口,所述转轴的两端穿过所述两个固定孔,以使支架转动地连接于所述本体上。
9.如权利要求6所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述本体内还设有与所述定位柱相抵压的弹性元件,所述弹性元件用于当该定位柱与其中一个定位孔对准时,施加弹性力于该定位柱上,以使得该定位柱卡设于该定位孔中。
10.如权利要求6所述的具有支架的设备,其特征在于:所述支架包括支撑板及设于该支撑板一端的转轴,该转轴转动地连接于所述本体上,该支架上开设有至少一个自转轴向支撑板延伸的卡位开口,该卡位开口用以使支撑板上设有转轴的一端可沿转轴的轴向弹性变形。
