Abstract

储能电容器式香烟点燃器适用于现有打火机使用的场合。现有的打火机使用丁烷或煤油为点燃香烟能源,丁烷中含有对人体有害杂质,本人发明的微型发电机式香烟点燃器由于加工制造成本高;一次性投资大,不适合中小企业发展需求。本发明克服了上述缺陷,彻底解决了点燃香烟时给吸烟者带来的健康影响。储能电容器式香烟点燃器,由储能电容器、发电机、限流器、发电机摇柄、开关、点烟孔罩、加热器主要部件构成的储能电容器式香烟点燃器。用手摇动发电机摇柄时,发电机所产生的电能流经限流器为储能电容器充电,接通开关时,储能电容器放电,电流通过加热器时该加热器所产生的热能点燃香烟。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种储能电容器式香烟点燃器,该储能电容器式香烟点燃器适用于现有打火机使用的场合。
技术背景
现有的打火机均使用丁烷或煤油为点燃香烟能源,而丁烷中含有对人体有害杂质,本人发明的微型发电机式香烟点燃器由于加工制造成本高;一次性投资大,不适合中小企业发展需求。
本发明克服了现有打火机、微型发电机式香烟点燃器所存在的不足,提供一种储能电容器式香烟点燃器,该储能电容器式香烟点燃器不仅能克服上述缺陷,还彻底解决了点燃香烟时给吸烟者带来的健康影响。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:储能电容器式香烟点燃器,由储能电容器(13)、发电机(15)、限流器(14)、发电机摇柄(6)、开关(12)、点烟孔罩(3)、加热器(2)主要部件组成,其特征是:储能电容器外壳(5)、与发电机外壳(8)固定在一起;所述的储能电容器外壳(5)、发电机外壳(8)外侧设置有点烟孔罩(3)、限流器外壳(9)、开关外壳(4);所述的点烟孔罩(3)、限流器外壳(9)、开关外壳(4)内分别设置有加热器(2)、限流器(14)和限流器(11)、开关(12);通过导线(10)将储能电容器(13)、加热器(2)、发电机(15)限流器(11)和限流器(14)、开关(12)电连接的结构构成储能电容器式香烟点燃器。当手摇动发电机摇柄时,发电机所产生的电能流经限流器为储能电容器充电,再接通开关(12)时,储能电容器放电,电流通过加热器(2)时,该加热器所产生的热能点燃香烟。见图1、图2.
本发明的有益效果是:产品结构简单易加工、环保、使用寿命长。对吸烟者点烟时无害。

具体实施方式
图中,各部件均采用常规方法加工制造,在各部件加工完毕后,在图1中将发电机外壳(8)与储能电容器外壳(5)采用螺栓连接方法固定在一起;发电机摇柄采用折叠方式与发电机轴固定;点烟孔罩(3)与限流器外壳(9)采用螺钉固定的方法固定在发电机外壳与储能电容器外壳上;限流器安装在限流板上,限流板固定在限流器外壳内;限流器采用半导体材料加工制造;加热器(2)固定在点烟孔罩(3)内,加热器(2)材质采用金属钨加工制造;利用钨丝电阻与温度的变化特性与储能电容器配套使用;开关外壳固定在储能电容器外侧。在图2中,限流器与发电机(15)电串联连接;储能电容器(13)与发电机(15)电并联连接;开关(12)与加热器(2)电串联连接并与储能电容器电并联连接构成储能电容器式香烟点燃器电路,最后用导线(10)将各部件电连接在一起,用手摇动发电机摇柄,储能电容器开始储电能,再接通开关(12)时储能电容器放电,通过加热器转换成热能即可点燃香烟,储能电容器式香烟点燃器。(即告完成)。

Claims (1)

1.储能电容器式香烟点燃器,由储能电容器(13)、发电机(15)、第一限流器(11)、第二限流器(14)、发电机摇柄(6)、开关(12)、点烟孔罩(3)、加热器(2)主要部件组成,其特征是:储能电容器外壳(5)与发电机外壳(8)固定在一起;所述的储能电容器外壳(5)、发电机外壳(8)外侧设置有点烟孔罩(3)、限流器外壳(9)、开关外壳(4);所述的点烟孔罩(3)、限流器外壳(9)、开关外壳(4)内分别设置有加热器(2)、第二限流器(14)和第一限流器(11)、开关(12);通过导线(10)将第一限流器(11)、发电机(15)及第二限流器(14)电串联连接并与储能电容器(13)电并联连接;开关(12)与加热器(2)电串联连接并与储能电容器(13)电并联连接,构成储能电容器式香烟点燃器电路,从而构成储能电容器式香烟点燃器。
